Best pizza ever. They put a good amount of ingredients if you order them. Also, their crust is amazing.
Best pizza in Solon. Im shocked at the number of negative reviews. Ive been a regular customer at this location since it opened and never had a problem. Ive done pick up, delivery, and ordered online. Never an issue. Lastly, I want to mention they have the best sliced pizza. I come in often during the hours they serve it (weekdays until 4pm) and get two slices for lunch. Great pizza, great value. Best pizza in Solon and the surrounding area HANDS DOWN. Five stars all the way!
Pizza was good and delivered on time. My wife was up sick to her stomach all night. Please train cooks how to handle gluten free pizzas!
The chicken and subs are good. The pizza sauce is the only thing we dont like. My biggest problem is that last nights order was not complete. I ordered two subs the same and they only delivered one. My kids had t wait for the delivery driver to return with the rest of my order. This is not the only time I have heard this type of complaint. Others have said their orders were wrong.
Last 3 delivery times were about one hour and 1/3 times the delivery instructions were followed. Inside the store (as of fall 2019) staff were very unprofessional. The pizza has always been great though.Update:Was considering not going to Antonios tonight but I did and wow am I happy I chose to go! The service was great and my order was done in 25 min. Awesome.
Just called to place my order for pick up. The women on the phone, Hannah, sounded annoyed whenever I asked a question and also made me feel rushed. After telling me when the order would be ready, she hung up immediately. I was still talking. Service could be much better.EDIT TO ADD:After receiving my pizza, I noticed there was no sauce, over cooked dough, and dried out chicken/bacon. Probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had.I never write reviews and am usually lenient with a lot of restaurants since I work in one. However, this place is missing the basics.
Ordered pizza for the Big Ten Championship game. Knowing it would potentially be a busy time I ordered ahead at 6pm for a 7:45pm delivery to ensure on time delivery. I called after the pizza was already 30 minuets late from the scheduled delivery time and was told from the manager it is because “we’re busy and it’s on the way”. The pizzas eventually came over 2hr and 45 minutes after placing my order and 1 hour late from my scheduled delivery time. Overall the pizza is good but very poor service, management, and delivery performance.
Ordered the California Sicilian style and Philly nuggets. Got my order wrong as far as giving me a single Sicilian vs. the double. Im from out of town, so didnt know until I got back to the hotel. Thought it came in one box. Called and the issue was resolved quickly. They refunded my money on my credit. I was glad I didnt have to drive back. Crust was reminiscent to Pizza hut in its Glory days, which is a good thing. I would come back if ever in town again.
Place has gone down hill. Last 3 times ordering have been trash. Nothing is consistent from the cheesy Freddy bread to the pepperoni Romano. It’s a shame that you can clearly tell no one cares about the quality of food there. Ours today was burnt and wasn’t even the regular way you make the cheesy Freddy bread. Besides being burnt greasiest pizza I’ve ever had. Will be the last time I’m ordering here. Get it together
Antonio’s pizza was one of our favorite pizza places until tonight. The pizza was “soggy”, the antipasto salad was significantly below the quality that we received in the past and the wings were dry and tasteless. All for fifty ($50+) dollars.
On Sunday 7/29/18 I ordered a delivery of deluxe pizza and antipasto salad (large). I realized that I had ordered at 9:44 pm and was surprised that they had accepted my order and was willing to deliver it. My order came about 30-40 min later and I tipped the delivery guy Very graciously because of the late circumstances and thanked him for delivering it. When I opened my antipasto salad I was astonished to find lettuce, cheese, and a whole bunch of dried out pepperoni on top. ( I have a picture of it) This is not a antipasto salad. I called immediately and asked to speak with the manager that was there and this was now around 10:15pm (around that time) he had instructed me that a new employee had made it and that was not correct. He did in fact refund me my money on the salad.Coming from the food industry as a executive chef to a large location downtown Cleveland I found that the manner in which my food was presented to me was unacceptable. It shouldn’t matter if I’m your first order of the day or your last. Each order should go out with the same standard and quality that is expected. Non the less no “new hire” should be left on their own( even though I have serious doubts that there even was a new hire and the guy that I spoke with over the phone was the one that actually prepared my salad). I was very disappointed with ordering from this establishment.. Antonios Pizza Solon Ohio. And very well might not order from that location again.
Great Experience, Great Pizza!I made a phone call, and spoke to someone for 1 minute. My order was made perfectly. So for service, I give it 5-Stars.The pizza is just mind-blowing. I’m a buffalo chicken fan, and they have probably the best buffalo chicken pizza I’ve ever had. 5-Stars.
Would most definitely be 5 stars if it werent for the unorganized staff working there. The food was great, but I was quoted 35 min for a pick-up. I was there in 30 one of my pizzas was already out so i paid and proceeded to wait for more than 30 minutes for the rest of my order. i have experience in this industry and there is no excuse for part of an order to be delayed like that. The only excuse is disorganization... The store in is always ready on time, lesson learned.

Will definitely be trying delivery again)The quality of food is always as ordered... however the delivery times have been completely unacceptable lately. When I ordered it said 55 minutes... which I figured okay. thats fine if it is 55 minutes to get here. I ordered at just before 7pm and it is now 8:24 pm and I still havent gotten my order delivered!! Making this about an hour and 30 minute wait I would pick up my order but I am unable to unfortunately due to being at work. Im sure if I did pick up Id probably be waiting anyways. I order from here all the time and let me just say this place is surely going downhill... It used to be fast delivery and great quality of customer service and food, but Im surely disappointed with my past few orders and there are tons of other pizza places in the area that do not disappoint that are even cheaper! This wait is just completely unacceptable without a phone call.
Let me start of by saying that I never leave reviews, but I feel that people should know of a bad place in their neighborhood. I ordered a simple pizza and asked for extra mushrooms. I also asked the person I was speaking with not to cut the big portabella mushrooms. When I got home and opened the box, what do you know, there were a few small cut up mushrooms. So I called the place and told them that my order was wrong and asked for a new pizza. When I got to the pizza pizza place I made aure to open the box to see if the order was righ, what do you know, it was wrong again. Lol. So this time they put a few big mushrooms on and didn’t even send them through the oven. I immediately asked for a refund. Will never order here again! And I would also like to add that the staff is immature and lacks customer care.
Overpriced, yes. And, the (regular) pizza is not my favorite in Solon (that would be Donatos). On the plus side, the menu is impressively extensive.But most impressively (and earning my 4 stars), Antonios deep-dish Chicago pizza (hard to find on the menu, but its there) is simply outstanding & is in another league compared to any other Ive tried in the Cleveland area. Id get it every time we have pizza, if our kids would let me.

I ordered a sandwich to be delivered...across the street. Placed order about 1pm. Didnt arrive until 2:30pm. I called at 2 and who ever answered the phone said would be there in a few minutes. Sandwich arrived 30 minutes later and wasnt even hot anymore. Meat wasnt even warm and bread was soggy. So I paid $12.50 for an $8.50 sandwich ($4 to deliver across the street). Very disappointed

The pizza that was received was the size of a Totinos frozen pizza. I ordered a Medium Traditional with Old World Pepperoni, Onions, Mushrooms and Green Peppers. This was $20.99 with $2 delivery plus $3 tip. So $23.99. The pizza was good but again the size of a Totinos frozen. For $23.99 we could have gotten 3 large from the competitors in the area and fed half dozen people. Im sorry but I dont think I will return any time soon if thats the normal price and portion.
I tried ordering online but the website was being iffy, so we called. Put in a order for a calzone (banana peppers, pepperoni and ham) and a pizza. The delivery guy got here and gave us the wrong order and it took about 10mins for him to get his head straight. None of this would have been a problem but the calzone came with ricotta cheese for some reason, when none was asked for, the dough wasnt cooked all the way and there was barely any ham or cheese on it. I just spent all night on the toilet brewing up coffee from my rear end and my stomach is extremely upset. Dead a** Ill never order from here again.
I have had nothing but incredible experience each and every time Ive ordered from here. Its the most delicious pizza! Sauce,cheese, bread, everything executed to perfection! Dont ever leave Solon!
I would give zero stars if possible; they are always late with my deliveries to my job. Today, for example, I called right at opening at 11am for a short and simple order. I made sure I told them my lunch break was over at 11:30, and not one second later. Delivery didnt come until almost noon: I should have been back at work and refused my order. Could not eat it until I got off work at 2:30: by them, food was cold and tough.
Good food friendly people .but always check your food my 3rd time getting my food home and not what I asked for.
For some reason, they cant substitute a different type of salad if you get a family meal. Im pretty sure it doesnt take rocket appliances to figure out you just sub the gross salad for the less gross one and charge me the difference. The food is sub par at best. If only Mama Jos would open back up
As a 100% Italian whose eaten her Moms homemade pizza as well as her own, I have to say that this pizza is the best store made that Ive ever had. Awesome crust, great sauce and loved the pepperoni! So glad youve come to Solon

I went in on a Saturday night 10 minutes before they closed (unknowingly). The young girl stayed open to make a pizza for me! Not only was the customer service amazing but so was the food! It was my first time there but, I will definitely go back more often!

We waited for over an hour for our order that was promised in 30-45 minutes. Unacceptable for a new place in town that is trying to establish itself. Next time we are ordering from Dominos or Pizza Hut, they always deliver within 30 min max! Pizza turned out pretty greasy and dry.
Ordered my pizza over 2 hrs ago. Just called store and was told it was out for delivery and should be there in 30 min. THIS IS RIDICULOUS and not first time this has happened. If you want to eat dinner around dinner time- go someplace else!
Great food. We like to order from Antonios because they have pizza that some of us like, they have chicken that some of like. We also get jo jos and the Antonios special salad. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that we always request well done crust but rarely get it.
I normally do not write reviews but the antonios in solon has sent out burnt pizzas to my home on several occasions. To wait am hour then have your pizza delivered burnt to a crisp is just unacceptable. This is the 3rd time Ive had this happened after giving them the benifits of the doubt Im officially done.Make sure you check your pizza before your delivery driver pulls off!!

Really good pizza everyone was polite and professional told the young man they spelled my name wrong he apologized and changed it so it was in system for next time and I will be back was there 8/2/20 at 8:00 so you know who is doing it right.

Long wait, they must have forgot to cook my wings but had my pizza ready when I got there. Waited another 20 minutes got my wings, pizza was ice cold by the time I got home, wings were piping hot.
I ordered over the phone and the person taking my order was incredibly nice, the restaurant itself is very clean and the place smells amazing. My last thoughts about this place is that the food tastes amazing!

2022-02-26I gave him five stars, because the pizza is delicious and the wings are wonderful. They were 45 minutes early with my pizza. And the young driver was very polite oh, very attentive, Im very quick about her job. I dont know what her name was but she was a young pretty blond driver. And she did a wonderful job and the food is delicious thank you

2022-05-13Pizza is good. The wings are not that good. I ask for them to be extra crispy in hopes that they arent soggy but no matter how I asked them to cook them the wings are always soggy and nasty. Maybe if I say burn or char them then they will actually cook them. Ive tried about 4 or 5 times and well they always fail to cook the wings properly. So I will just fine another place for pizza and wings. I give up!Edit: is been about for years since Ive been here and just went today and ordered their buffalo wings and guess what?? They are not cooked very well! What a freaking shocker! I think they either boil their wings or steam them, either way I had to take them home and bake them myself! First photo is the way they cooked them, second photo is after I baked them at home. Im out. Be back in another 4 yes to check on you!

2022-05-01I ordered pizza and wings. I took a bite of the pizza and was disappointed my order came 1hr afterwards, the wings was so small and hard. I called believing that who I was speaking with was the manager. After telling him about my complaint he told me the driver man would be on his way back to my home to pick up the order and refund me my money. After waiting for over 40 minutes I decided to call to find out how much longer would this take come to find out the person I spoke with pretended to be a manager. My bill came to $37.34 I paid $40 in cash. I was told by Ike Harris that corporate policy was if you paid by cash you cant get your money back. Where is that on my receipt and why wasnt that something they disclose to me or custermers when making there orders. This has been such an inconvenience to me. I want my money back, and why do they have employees acting like there manager when you call. I will never order Wings or Pizza from them again.Update: 8:05pm The delivery man came back and I received my money back and gave them the food back.

2022-08-04We visited the Solon location tonight as the location closer to our home was closed. Great service from Cathy! The gluten free pizza and antipasta salad we ordered was delicious and prepared perfectly. It was definitely worth the trip. Highly recommend!

2021-06-05Antonio’s has GREAT pizza 🍕 and salad 🥗. The garlic butter pasta 🍝 was pretty cool. As for the lemon chicken, chicken parm, and garlic bread, I could’ve done without. I’ve only eaten here a handful of times so I’ll definitely be returning to try the other menu options available

2022-02-06My husband and I are visiting with our family and we decided to try this restaurant, to say it was amazing is an understatement! We selected a variety a food from the menu and everything was absolutely delicious! We had a little issue with what was to be delivered like plates, and condiments simply because we were staying at a hotel and within 15 minutes they made it right and we’re so kind about it. They even went the extra mile to give our children cookies. We are in this area often and look forward to returning to this restaurant and would recommend it to anyone in the area where an Antonios is located!! Thank you for their kindness and delicious food that was not like you were every day chain restaurant! High class and so nice!

2022-01-15Where to begin, well first off I eat here too much so I know pretty much the whole menu. Dont judge me Im a big man who likes food. Anyways, the Italiano nuggets are amazing, as is the pizza. The price is pretty decent too, the only draw back is its really busy around lunch. I guess thats the price to pay for being delicious and in a place as busy as Solon.

2021-10-30I would give it more stars if I ever got a chance to order. I had my wife call on 3 way so I could give them the card number because hers expired. I start the order and give my name and can hear an older lady yelling in the background about not taking an order. Im not on hold. The young lady returns and epeats my name like Mr. Micheal in a jocular way like its some kind of game. Come on kid I just wanna order a pizza. This is the second time Ive had a negative experience here. My wife said there was a lady 60 something at the counter reeked like booze. i wouldnt be surprised if its the same person!
