Been a customer for over 15YRS. I will never take my cars or trucks anywhere else unless it a dealers repair only. Ron the manager is the best ever at customer service and making sure your satisfied all the ways you can be when your car is complete will make sure that if they happen to see anything else wrong you are informed before your car is ready just in case it could be something that can a danger to you and needs to be repaired as soon as possible or it just needs your attention. A car repair center thats trusting the most important off all.
This place is absolutely AMAZING! I honestly cannot say enough. Ron was SUPER AMAZING! When nobody else would fix my car. He did and in record timing. Prices were very low compared to everyone I spoke to. I will use this mechanic for all future repairs and recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for honestly, reliable, affordable mechanic! Ive been coming to Superlube since I got my first car and its always been a great experience. Its close to my house and job and theyre always pretty fast. Whether Im coming in for an oil change or major work I know they are going to get the job done promptly and accurately. Ron is always super honest when it comes to any advice on work and I never feel theyre trying to get over on me which in my eyes makes them very trustworthy when it comes to my car. I always highly recommend this place!****UPDATE: I couldn’t find a way to put in a new review so I’ll update this one. I hadn’t been to Superlube in years due to a new lease vehicle but I came in because I wanted them to put on a tire that I had already purchased. And I gotta say even though years has went by nothing has changed. I was able to come right in without waiting everyone there that morning were super nice. Ron wasn’t in this time and I didn’t get a chance to catch the new guy’s name but he was extremely professional and had me in and out within 20 minutes. With COVID-19 going on everyone seems to be on edge but he was still professional AND friendly. This is why even though I now have a lease vehicle I tell everyone I know if they’re looking for a car repair place I ALWAYS refer them here they have never let me down!
Called to get a price on getting my key programmed to my car and was told they don’t do that by Ron. Seemed like he just didn’t want to accept my business. I’ve had my car worked on here before and it’s the first time I’ve been refused service. My visit in previous years went smoothly.
Ive had all kinds of stuff done by Fred over the years. Good guys put a custom exhaust on my Tahoe years ago did a beautiful job. Got tires from several times, oil changes. Some front end work all good. Price was always good.

This is a company that has serviced all 20 of my cars and trucks truthfully and honestly I will recommend. Them to anyone. He says they are the best at fixing cars and Yes, I would definitely run way better than it did when it came into the shop. Anywhere else I go is to the dealer. And thats because the dealer made a part that way? Its Super Lube forever when it comes to my cars and trucks Go and give them a try. I guarantee you Will love it.

My service today was very Great. I called on the phone and their customer service made me feel like they was honest. I am woman. When I showed up with my vehicle they got me in and out. With a smile. I do recommend this place 😊 it is under new management.
I brought my car in for an oil change. I got there just as they were opening & was out in about a half hour.
This place sucks they repaired my air conditioner compressor. It run for 5 days then it stop working I paid 500.00 for this system. Took it back up there they didnt repair it. And said something else was wrong and wanted additional money. They didnt flush the system. It destroyed the hose which cost 300.00. Its going to cost me another 800.00 to get it redone. Which I cant get it done because I have no money. I dont recommend no one go to this place. They will take your money. This is horrible.
I went in for a tune up and oil change. When I came to pick it up they tried to charge me $180 dollars! I called a few days earlier and asked for a quote on the tune up, they said it would be 70$. An oil change is no more than 20$. I dont know if its because I am a woman and they think I know nothing about car repairs or they thought I was a sap, but I refused the price and got the actual price I was supposed to pay. Im so disappointed. I will never go there again. The mechanics were nice and tightened my tires free, it was done fast but I dont recommend going there.
This place is great. The mechs are superb and always professional, quick, and courteous. As a return customer, I can say this place is affordable and works to keep my business. I trust them almost as much as I trust my dad! (my first mechanic)
Went here to get my car fixed Monday, no one was in the office so I had to wait about 10 minutes. A guy came in and said what do you need, I should have turned and walked out right there but I didnt. I said id like to have my car looked at and he said Ill give you my best mechanic and called a gentleman by the name of Shawn in the office. He told the guy to inspect my car and let them know what it needed. About 30 minutes later the man returned to let me know what was going on. I choose to get my car fixed and the man did a great job but I found it to be unprofessional when the guy in the office went back out and sat down in a chair along side of 2 other guys who where drinking beer. When the gentleman was finished with my car and called me out to show me what was done I asked him is this permitted here cause I wont be back and walked away. This guy was working hard and everyone else just sitting around!!! Very upsetting these things are allowed while working on vehicles, your putting yourself and others at risk!
The customer service was horrible...really could not believe the service manager would speak to me in the tone and manner that he did. He was unprofessional from the time I walked in the door. Good luck if you decide to visit.5/10/17You know I had been going to this shop for years before your store manager literally cussed me out, I had even referred people to the shop. I thought Ron and I had a good professional store manager to customer relationship. Not for sure what happened before I walked in, but how he treated me was terrible. If your apology was so sincere, you guys did a horrible job in contacting me. And this was over a $10 plug a tire.

I have ABS light on . They ask me to pay part and they charge me . But they can’t fixed my ABS light . and they told me I have to pay. My problem didn’t fix and they charge meThat is badly
Ive been going there for regular maintenance on my car and for unexpected work as well. And I can truly say they are upfront with you and will do everything they can possibly do to get you back on the road.
I went to parma hts yesterday to have 2 fuel lines replaced, the person was very professional, but called me about an hour later and told me to fix these 2 lines it would be thousands of dollars. he said he wanted to fix my car and not to take it personally but he kept telling me over and over it would cost thousands of dollars, and also told me once he started to take the car apart it may never be able to be put back again, i think he told me this because he didnt want to work on my car and also because i am a woman, i found a friend who said it can be fixed for $50, i just cant believe places like this always try to rip women off if your alone, sad

Fast Friendly Honest Service. Superlube can handle all of your mechanical repairs from minor to major. Reports service work to carfax so when its time for a new vehicle your carfax will add valve to your car.
I recently spent 2k in this shop they did a good job but kept telling me different things needed done so now that every things has been fix I pick the car up drive it home and its making a weird noise like the strut is broke I go to a different mechanic for them to tell me its something else I am upset and I think they broke the piece and never mentioned it

If this is the Lorain location it sucks every time I go there theres always a problem they forgot to put my left blinker in supposably a wire was loose but it was never loose before they touched it had to go back the next day and they still forgot to put my blinker in and I ask them to check the power steering and they couldnt give me an answer on if I had a leak or not not to mention the first time they fixed it I was stranded by the time I got home and they had to give me a jump then it was recommended that I leave my car running for a half an hour to charge the battery when I thought the battery was supposed to be being charged while the alternator was being done long story short I may be paranoid and think the world is out to get me sometimes but definitely every time I go to this establishment something goes wrong and not to mention the day after they fixed the supposedly loose wire and recommended a battery my low brake fluid light is now on and I poured brake fluid in and it still will not go away Im not understanding how every single time I go there something else is messed up
Went in because I had a power steering leak and I told him I had a power steering leak and they still wanted to charge me 30 bucks for inspection. This is the only spot I’ve been to that charge it for inspections won’t go here again
Terrible from the moment I walked in....mechanics standing around talking joking cars all waiting to be fixed no hustle at all not to mention the supervisor did like absolutely nothing the entire 6 hours I was there all I needed done was a new battery,tire rod (quite literally two bolts),bleed my brakes and a wheel alignment it all ended up at 350+ dollars which I understand isnt terrible for a auto shop but combined with the long wait standing around and goofing off it was terrible I wouldnt recommend superlube on lorain to absolutely anyone..and on top of it ALL two hours later my rear end started locking up as if the brakes they were messing with had malfunctioned and when I called the lazy supervisor he simply stated that he wasnt responsible and that if I was that upset I should take them to court yea real professional anyway that was my experience if anyone else does go here I hope your visit is better then mine...

2022-03-02Came in after making numerous phone calls and google searches to get my power seat fixed on my Jeep Liberty, stumbled across this place and from the get go Matt, was very friendly with me. I came in after a very stressful day almost feeling defeated and in less than an hour the team was able to do a simple fix to my seats. And it literally didnt break my bank. Thank you so much! I will be bringing my Jeep back in the future. Thanks for not taking advantage of me! 🙂

2022-06-24Paid Annies over $800 for tie rod replacement and a couple days later I heard an awful noise under the car and my steering wheel was shaking so bad. Took it back to them to check over the work and they told me it was my tires......Took it to ntb for a second opinion to find out they left the sleeve loose and a missing lug nut.Called annies back and Matt said sorry bout that.....Thanks but no thanks. I wont be back. Please get 2 or 3 quotes before trusting any of these car shops.

2021-03-02I don’t recommend this place. They were all quite friendly but I made clear it was my first car and I knew little about what I needed fixed, and in hindsight they seemed to take advantage of that.Bought my car with a few suspension and underbody repairs needed, so I stopped in to get it fixed the end of last summer. Receipt says warranty lasted 90 days. Today I was driving my usual commute to work on i90 and my control arm snapped, leaving my right wheel hanging by a thread. Had to get a tow and will be waiting at least a week to have my car back in use.Spent $1900 and change for what ended up being used parts and pieces. None of what I got installed was new, per my neighbor mechanic, and now I’m paying the price for having trusted this place. The brake hardware equipment they used also didn’t fit and I had to get that replaced after a month because of constant squeaking. Every mechanic shop needs to cover overhead and labor but jeez. I expected to at least get new parts.
