Very busy. Very crowded. Longish wait. But it was worth it. Steak was delicious and tender, veggies were perfectly done and the service was pleasant, friendly, helpful, and seemingly universal. Yes, even with a wait, well go back again .
This place is a total waste of money, just spent 46.00 to get a wash and vac on my car and they left dust and didnt even vac anything and they took a dirty blanket I had on the floor and and they left it on new leather seats and made a mess on the front seat. The exterior wash was a joke and I had to clean it again myself . Horrible work and I will dispute charges on my card.
Ended up here on a fluke.Great experience though.Easy to follow the signs for the wash I wanted. Things moved along nicely.I only got a quick wash that day but they seem to offer whatever you need. Inside and outside wash 👍Will come back when Im in area.
Had to go through twice to wash the dirt out of the wheel wells that I had asked the attendant to spray out before going through the tunnel. They made it right and washed it out properly the second time, just disappointed it took two times and me noticing it wasnt done when I specifically asked the first time.
They did a great job on my car, my interior floors were a mess because I have 2 grandchildren that eat crackers and snacks in there all the time and needless to say I couldnt see the floor for the mess, I was ashamed open my car doors afraid people would see the mess and being handicapped I cant clean it myself and my interior windows were all fingerprint it up and smudged and with it being a minivan I couldnt get back there to clean the windows and the front window has been a mess since the day I bought the car, they use the foam cleaner on it and I havent been able to see out of it right sense, now I can they did an excellent job. And even though its a 20-minute drive for a car wash, and I can get a free one down the street at Kia. I will definitely be returning I left there making phone calls telling everybody about this place.
Been using Andys for years always had excellent service and am fully satisfied with the wash. Easy to use, staff is professional, and my vehicle has never been damaged. Highly recommend!
Absolute waste of Money. Spent a $160 to get my truck exterior washed and interior cleaned along with seats and carpet shampooed.Interior cleaning was an absolute embarrassment. Crumbs and debris was left in the shifting counsel and cup holders, main dash wasn’t wiped, interior mirror not cleaned, over spray was left on counsel.They didn’t even shampoo the back seat.Spent 30 minutes cleaning after I got home

Went for a car wash there was water spots left and dirt let on the vehicle. Called to talk to a manager was told one would get back to me. Had to call back a week later because no one called me back. Also was over charged. I wanted one wash the girl charged me for 2.

Great place, great service and very helpful employees. I’ve had the monthly maintenance plan for more than 3 years and have never had a problem. If my car is especially dirty, they go above and beyond to ensure it comes out clean. And now they have free vacuums and they work great.
Beware - there is a long wait for many of their services!! Dont expect to show up and just have your car detailed!!!
You can tell this is owned and operated by local folks. They provide another level of caring and professionalism. Wouldnt trust my car to anyone else. Monthly Plans are awesome.

Says fold in foldable mirrors my mirrors don’t fold. Now my driver side mirror folds because the car wash broke it . If my car wasn’t going to fit the guy could’ve said something instead of just telling us to go through. Car doesn’t even look like it was washed . Spots all over my car still and that’s a $18 wash

I pay for the monthly service here and have been for the past 3 years. They are always very good at what the do. Jim, the guy who always greets me at the vacuum station even took the time to explain some concerns he had with another customers vehicle. You dont see that every day. Keep it up guys!

We recently moved to area and got the welcome coupon for a basic wash to try out the service. Arrived 15 minutes prior to close on 8/22/21 and was told we couldnt add on any services such as an upgraded interior clean. While waiting for our vehicle, the female employee at counter was openly complaining about customers being let in close to closing time at 5. She was arguing about it with her coworker in front of customers and upset about having to stay past 5. Very unprofessional and passive-aggressive language and behavior. She attempted to turn off the TVs in the waiting area even though we were still there waiting. I get my vehicle cleaned a couple times per month and was disappointed at the customer service received, made felt to be a bother and very uncomfortable. I had my two kids with me so we waited outside the rest of the time rather than staying in the customer waiting area. Not sure I will return.

My mom was looking to get her car detailed. We left it over night!!! Came the the next day to a dirty car and a $179 bill. When my mom approached the OWNER he was he rude and talked down to her. Seeing she was not being listened to, I got out of my car to show him the dirty spots. He proceeded to ignore me then tell me that this situation was between my mom and him, not me then told me to get in my car and be quiet. I am 35 years old and for someone to think its okay to be disrespectful to a woman or anyone, when they are paying clients is extremely rude. I have never had a problem until today and I will never use this service again. Someone needs to tell the owner that customer service is a big thing when owning a business. He definitely failed!!! If I could give him personally 0 stars, I would. Dont go unless you want to be disregarded and robbed. Thank you Andy for your kindness, I hope it bites you back.
Excellent interior detail done on my car, looked brand new! A bit overpriced and couple of spots missed but I would definitely go back for a major job that I wouldn’t want to do myself.

It is definitely worth the money my car was not smelling all that great.I ordered a Interior detail plus Ozone odor remover. Let me tell you , my car smelled like a brand new car after that. I think Andys car wash did a great job on my car I would recommend them to anybody and they are very courteous and attentive.Thank You.
The service here seems a bit overpriced. The car was clean enough but the seats remained dirty with both the ultimate and the super clean services. Also, their 48 hour rain guarantee is somewhat misleading. If it rains throughout the 48 hours, you are welcome to come in, but it defeats the purpose of the guarantee as it is not valid beyond that time, even it is raining when you go in for the guarantee. I confirmed this when calling ahead today.
The machine will up sell you multiple times to try to get you to pay for nothing. The machine was “out of money” so I had to get a voucher instead of my own money back. I went to use a vacuum and the employee was extremely rude and defensive and demanded that I payed for pulling up to the spot and said I’m not allowed to touch the vacuum or equipment. What wash doesn’t have vacuums? Terrible wash. Will never return!
5 stars for if you want a great place. And great service.and equipment. But not for the quick cheap interiors. Like if you just need a quick vac and wipe down. They have no options if you need to do a quick vac every few days like if your doing uber
Andy’s always does a great job on my vehicle. The gentleman who takes care of you outside is always friendly. I would’ve given five stars but the girl at the counter was less than friendly. When I walked up three employees were standing around talking and not a single one acknowledged that I was even there. Her mask was barely even on. Never said thank you, have a nice day etc.
Am not exactly sure why everyone has their panties in a bunch. If you read these reviews, youd think this place was horrible. I have been coming to Andys for years. YEARS. The same people have been employed here the entire time I have been coming and I am absolutely in love with the service and the price of this car wash.$54 including tax gets me UNLIMITED top of the line car washes and light detailing inside my car. This car wash is thorough, the staff is always friendly and I never wait more than 30 minutes for them to finish. What more can you ask for? Well, I would love a foot massage and a donut, but hey....beggars cannot be choosers. Andy is a really nice guy to boot. Knowing and liking the owner of the establishment you frequent makes the experience that much better.The only reason they are getting 4 and not 5 stars is because this place is a PAIN to get in and out of.....and as of late, they have been having some issues with the car wash. So, I come with the intent of getting a clean car, and leave disappointed. But, since they are always upgrading and improving, I give them the benefit of the doubt.
Went to Andy’s for the first time this past Wednesday and was very pleased. Car looks like new! Price was right because I bought a $60 gift card for $50, used it for my wash (which was priced at $34.50) but with other specials thrown in I only paid $13.50 (about) because I still have $46.00 + left on my gift card! This was for exterior wash and lowest price inside cleaning (but inside looks great!). They have first rate equipment and a very clean facility. Will definitely be going back!! 🙂🙂
I took my car there today for the first time. I cannot say enough what a great job they did!!! I had my car washed and waxed. It looks amazing! Like the day I bought it. The entire staff was friendly, professional and attentive. I will definitely be back! I would highly recommend this place!

I had three unlimited memberships for the last 2 1/2 years. I added a fourth car in September, and shortly thereafter, I noticed that my black cars were really dirty after washes. Its almost as if they are using dirty water. I cancelled my memberships and will he trying Bee Clean. The staff is great, though!
I must pass by four car washes to get to Andy’s. It doesn’t matter; Andy’s is the best. I have had a full detail on a car and it looked like new when they were done. The folks are always pleasant, and to date, I’ve haven’t been disappointed in the condition in which my car has been returned to me.

We brought my fathers truck in this morning and received the worst possible service ever. They did not even wash his truck and charged top dollar. When asked to speak with the manager, he was very rude and unprofessional to my husband and father. You have lost our whole family as customers! We used your services all the time. NEVER AGAIN! We should of never had to pay for the poor service we received.
Not impressed. If you want something done right, just do it yourself.
I am turning in a lease vehicle and after driving dogs around for 3 years and not really cleaning it, well, it was a mess. We paid Andys to clean it inside and out and WOW! It looks brand new! Caesar did a fantastic job! They were very busy but we were taken care of quickly, respectfully and the car was ready when they said it would be. Im impressed.

Ive had the monthly wash plan for quite a while. They now offer high pressure under body wash with the higher plans. The is totally worth it for the winter time.Sometimes I wish the rinse was a little better, but this is the only place that actually gets my Super Duty clean...

I came into the car wash needing to get a wash and interior. I left with only the interior done and the exterior of the car not clean. Why? Because they broke the window AND the car door handle so they couldnt rightfully take it through the wash. Now, I also have to get me my door handle AND car window fixed by a mechanic costing me who knows what. The owner himself, Andy, refused to discount me and refused to fix the car door handle that they broke. Absolutely brilliant. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I should have gone to Ziebart down the road and paid the same amount.
I borrowed my sons van & wanted to have it cleaned before returning it. I dont live in the area, but it was close to my sons house. I asked for full service to vacuum the inside. The cheapes was $25. There was 1 car sitting in each isle, but nobody around. After a 5 minutes, someone came out & 5 more minutes of them talking, the car moved.I left the seat for easier vacuuming. I explained that I wanted it picked up so they could vacuum the seat too.After paying $25 for just a wash & a vacuum, I was in a hurry since Id waited so long and had to drop the van off.2 blocks later, when the sun hit the window, I could still see a number of bugs that were left on the windshield. When I dropped the van off, I saw they never picked up or vacuumed the back seat and the back floor mats were thrown in a pile.When I called, all they would do was rewash it if I brought it right back. I couldnt. My son was busy & couldnt bring it the next day either.Very expensive & a Waste of money. The girl was short with me on the phone.
Employees attitudes were not exactly inviting, if I didn’t desperately need a clean I would have left. Also for the ultimate wash which was 60$ definitely not worth it.
Busy place cause service and prices are decent. They offer all levels of service here so if you need a detail give them a ring. Cant say anything about detailing but there automates car wash is pretty typical. Service could be better but so can most other car washes.
They always do an incredible job eaning my car especially getting in the cup holders with the super clean wash!

Interior and exterior looked great. I dont like they change my radio station. They are only in the car during the drive thru/wash. Why change my station? Turn it off if you dont like my choice.
The old Andys was much better. The only reason I keep coming back is Im to lazy to do it myself. Today was another terrible experience and Im really disappointed. For the money I spent and they tell me my truck is done. They didnt do the wheels I paid for. The employees are more concerned about standing around and talking and throwing towels at each other than doing their jobs. I shouldnt have to complain when I come in. Their manager always fixes the issue but their should not be one to start with. I was a proud employee of Andys in the past.
I can NOT say enough great things about this place!!!! I tried cheating on them with someone new and paid the price, unfortunately! I drive from Strongsville to have my car done here. Yes we have a place here in my town that charges more and do a crappy job. Well worth the drive!!! Kudos to him and his staff! Thank you!!! I promise NEVER cheat again!!!
Weve been getting our cars washed for years at Andys but lately it seems the car/SUV are not as clean. There is always dirt/soap left on the care. Very disappointing.
$38 seemed steep for a car wash but hey I heard good things.Got in my car and noticed drivers side door wasnt wiped down neither was the console (arm rest). This may not seem like a big deal but for $38 I expect the basics to be covered.
They have good prices and even if the line is long it moves along quickly. They have plenty of employees and the are all willing to help out. They just recently added a chassis wash which is nice for the winter months.
Unlimited car wash for cheap, great deal! Though the system isnt that great. Some parts are still dirty after wash, especially the fender area. And quiet often, the car dont get fully rinse and have foam left over. The system also leave microscratches... but that is to be expected.
Received a free car wash for being a monthly pass member. Wash was to include inside, too. For $25 , they did a horrible job. Very disappointing. Only included floors, windows and a general - wipe down. When I called, the customer service was just as poor. You dont get what you pay for at Andys.
I live this place. I bought the monthly pass! The staff never pressures me to buy any upgrades although I can each time I go. I live to just drive through the wash and then pull out and leave. All attendants are very courteous.
So there are some things you need to know in context with my rating.1. Im not dumb.2. I well aware that my car was filthy when I brought it in. I have a horse and track in hay, sawdust, hair and god knows what else from the barn.3. I have fairly high reading comprehension and a reasonable amount of common sense.I read the service descriptions ordered the ultimate bath. The manager came out, asked who owned the Mazda (to which I didnt answer because my car is a Honda) but after finally describing my car he came over. He was incredibly condescending when he mansplained to me that this level of service was wasnt going get the car all the way clean. I get that this was a defensive move from some past experience where someone else probably threw a fit and he was trying to set my expectations. I can think of at least a few ways he could have phrased this better. I knew perfectly well I wasnt getting a full detail, so a good salesman would have asked what I was looking for and tried to upgrade the service if it met my needs. A halfway decent salesman would have started with we are going to do the best we can but I want to be realistic. He went with something more along the lines of you know your car is still going to be dirty when we are done.Aside from manager dude, the rest of the staff were great and my car looks much better. If it werent for him, I could reccomend this place.
I use to go here all the time. But the last couple of visits I havent been impressed with the way my cars look. I have white walls and always pay extra money to have them cleaned and they have looked awful. I had to go home and clean them myself.
Twice maybe three times!!!! This is how many times it will take you to get a clean car. Their new system is a joke! Bugs are always left on the front bumper. The brushes never even touch the back of my Suv. Sad part is, Ive told the management and Andy and nothing changed.... so I just keep on going through a few times then pull down the road to hand wipe it myself. Its a joke!!! The old Andys Auto Wash was nice but not anymore and Ive been a customer for 15 plus years now. Ill start looking around for a different place to go.
I am 5 year monthly subscription car wash client. Today is my last time using this place. Everytime my car comes out of the wash it is never dried. Weekly due to this not being completely dry a worker will quickly dry my car to complete the wash I paid for. Today the so called GM Matt who would not give me his last name wanted to argue with me with that I dont deserved my car to be towel dried. I asked is it standard for water to be all over the car and Matt stated Yes. Matt gave horrible customer service. He seems very entitled if he really is the GM of this location. He would rather argue with me for 3 minutes and lose a long time customer than take 2 minutes to dry off the car. DO NOT use this place.
My daughter took her brand new jeep in for a in-out cleaning. $50 She was sitting there watching the young man clean her car and noticed he smacked his head like what the hell did I just do. She passed it off and waited for her car to be finished. After shortly leaving she noticed her air vent was broken. She knew immediately what had happened. She went back to Andys and talked to the manager. The young man denied that he broke the vent and decided not to tell anyone. They agreed to fix the vent but would not accept the blame for the broken vent. We have been long time customers but due to the shady business practice that just displayed we will no longer be going there. Id advise anyone not to go there. Your car may not be finished in the same condition you left it in.

Very good carwash from beginning to end. I dont appreciate the upselling they try at the beginning when selecting your wash, I asked the employee for the $25 in-&-out and he seemed to get annoyed when I graciously refused the $35 wash.

Not enough full service car washes .....perhaps my expectation level is unreasonable ....for $50 I expect to have all those damn bugs cleaned from my windshield outside and in....but like I said perhaps ......well probably would go back wheres the choices? But I would just get a basic inside out as its a waste of $ otherwise.....oh the humanity!!!!😣

This place was amazing, we drove in to town in a car rental that had a funny smell, they took care of us, offered us exactly what we need it, and the young man that took care of our car did an amazing job 👍👍👍👍👍
Went for a interior and exterior cleaning. The exterior was about average. The interior was not done well at all. I do not recommend getting the interior cleaned at this location. In some way there was more dirt left behind on things that were clean when I went in.

We come here every week and have for a longtime. The hours online are not correct and after driving 35 mins to get to here they told us they had closed just 1 min earlier when all we needed was soda from inside, the gentleman was very rude about it.

Is just a nice fast place to go and get your car washed FAST. Sometime the snow was packed SO HARD on my car that I had to go through TWICE! That was never a problem with Andys!
Lets begin with the guy who sprayed the inside of the left front wheel well then decided his smart phone was more important than doing the other 3, never spraying down any other portion of the car. And ending with a liar at the end. I asked this guy if he put the wheel and tire protectant on, he said yes, yet he never even bent down to dry the wheels let alone put stuff on them. 3dollar towel dry, 3dollar protectant, 20dollar wash...terrible...
Over priced horrible car washThey did a horrible job on my car they made me pay for the top package they have and the car looked horrible after they cleaned it looked like someone wiped it down in ten minutes. Not pleased at all for the price l paid.
This place is a joke, first time there and they deny my car for wash! I drive a cobalt and the guy working said they dont wash Cobalts because the wash machine breaks off Cobalt antennas! Then he offered to disassemble my antenna, what a joke. Stay away from this clown house.

What I received for paying about $32 a month was an awful car wash and at the end of the car wash, got to see a bunch of employees stand around and just stare at you or ignore you or bs with each other when you pull up to where they are “supposed” to hand dry your car
The guys at the beginning of the line are on their cell phones give the car a tiny little squirt here and there they dont know how to do their job went through the carwash today all the brushes were off went through with no clean had to go through a second time that worked as far as the beginning of the line Ive been there at least 8 times same crappy service they have a high pressure hose and a pre wash it should be complete on every vehicle good luck getting that
Meh. Customer for the last 6 months. Ownership might want to work on customer service outside with the ground crew. The automatic in/out of the simple car wash is noteworthy.

First time. I asked for $14.00 exterior Wash. charged me $17. Car came out..they refused to towel it off sent me on my way. I just got ripped off. I Will not be back.

This place was good before the new buffer drier . Now the windows are still a mess with wipe marks and the back of the car is still wet . NOBODY WIPES THE CAR OFF they are happy just flipping your mirrors back into place . Oh yea they are still dirty also.

2022-05-03Drove all the way from Lakewood hoping to have a full service car wash that was good quality. That was definitely not the case.When they told me my car was done, they hadnt even vacuumed my seats and the insides of the doors were still filthy. I had to practically go over almost everything they did. Even the insides of the door handles were dirty. Kristin was really nice though. For what I paid I should have done it myself because it really cost me way way more than it was worth. I would not go there again.Oh.. and they knocked my dashcam off its mount and I had to borrow super glue from management to fix it.Not a happy girl.Even after I complained they never offered to give me a partial refund or anything. Not once do they ask me how they could make it right. Just not impressed with the whole place at all. I should dispute the charge on my card but what good would that do me. Never again!

2022-05-03Through the years, a lot of people recommended this place to me. I decided to give it a shot before I listed my car for sale. I only asked for the interior to be detailed. The seats dont even appear to be cleaned but were soaked when I got my car. The vacuuming was done well. I will give them that.My dashboard is still all dusty and the windows werent done very well. For over $100, I would have thought this would have given me a decent cleaning. I guess some jobs you just need to do yourself to get decent results.The man who went over what I wanted done was very helpful, as was the woman at the front desk. Super helpful when I called in with some questions.Ill think twice before coming back.

2022-03-02I needed a quick interior and exterior clean prior to picking up someone to take to a work event. I called ahead to verify services and costs. Receptionist provided a very detailed explanation almost too much detail beyond just the service I had called about. Console, windows, dashboard, front and back seats were very clean. Several spots were missed on my Weather Shield floor mats on both driver and passenger sides (after reading a reviewer below comment about how they place the mats on top of your car as the exterior is washed, I’m thinking that is true since some spots were missed). Quoted time estimates were on the money. I chose the Super package at around $54 which took 45 minutes. The time went fast in the comfortable waiting room- TV, high top tables, reclining couches, snack/drink vending machines. I deducted one star for: feeling of upsell by tech who checked me in (he started with highest $70 package (60 minutes) when I asked about the wiping down of the paw prints on back seat, high prices, and spots still left on mats in some spots. I did receive a coupon for a free wash that can be used on any car. I’ll return to see if the fifth star can be earned. Overall, positive experience and would recommend.

2022-06-11Super simple to use and super friendly people work here. I have wash packages for multiple vehicles and I go through the wash around twice a week per vehicle! I havent tried the auto detailing yet, but I will soon. My only complaint is the water marks sometimes stay on my truck even after hand drying. But all in all, I recommend this place.

2022-04-30Paid $60 for the super clean. They only touched the two front seats. The two back seats still have dog paw marks all over them and the trunk was not touched. I had a couple boxes in the back but if they had told me to remove them prior or even after they noticed them I happily would’ve. No notice that the back hadn’t been touched, just sent me on my way.

2022-07-12HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Been going to Andys for over 15 years. Having my vehicles washed there helped to preserve them through those harsh Cleveland winters. I purchased the monthly package (unlimited washes) so I definitely get my moneys worth.

2022-05-03Gary picked my car up and dropped it off to me! Ive had my car for 3 years and its never been cleaned. I have a one year old and a very busy lifestyle so you can imagine how crazy my car gets! When returning my car, Gary looked over everything with me and even installed the car seat back in my car for me. I would recommend Andys auto wash to ANYONE!!! 2022-06-22Great quick service. Took a trip in my new car stopped in for a wash and vacuum. Was in and out in 20 min!! Looks as good as it did when i deove it off the car lot. I will definitely be back!!
