Their billing practices are shady at best. Absolutely horrible experience. 0 stars if possible. 6 months later and Im still dealing with billing issues. They tried to tell me I had 3 different insurers. Correct info was given for only 1 insurer. Still sent it to collections trying to tell me my insurance was inactive. Would not answer any questions or help further. People just stop talking if you have an issue and dont hang up leaving the call active. I had to consult a lawyer and file insurance claim myself to get bill taken care of. Severely incompetent billing staff who are completely out to screw you. Thank you COVID for a horrible 5 minute 2k ambulance ride with the only necessity being supplemental oxygen.

Unfortunately by the time most of you read this you will have already taken your ride with this company. The ride wasn’t the problem. It was the way they handled their billing. They never contacted me about a payment due until collections contacted me about a bill that I failed to pay. Again, no prior knowledge to pay this bill before they sent this to collections. Upon discussing this with them they apologized and said they had sent the bills. The problem was that they were sending the bills to my childhood address that I hadn’t lived at for over 18 years. I would highly recommend any other ambulance service your area has.

MVH Jamestown arranges transport by this company. They are not in network with insurance companies, so you get stuck with a big bill you have to pay out of your pocket. Terrible company. They charge way more than they are worth. When I ask to set up a payment plan, the person asked me how much I could pay each month. I told her $100, and she said the lowest amount we will accept is $140.20. I asked her why she even ask me what I could pay. She said Im sorry but the lowest you can pay is $140.20. Now I cant even go to the nearest ER for fear they will decide to admit me and call AMR.

Wife was transferred from MVH to step down facility. Originally scheduled for a 530pm pick up. Then 545, not bad. Cone to find out at 715pm pick-up would be at least 9pm. Got call at 1030 that she had finally been picked up. Got to her room at 1230am.

The transport team. Did not leave her paperwork. With the written scripts in the packet. Then the supervisor. just hung up on us. This is not acceptable care. The transport team left her belongings at mvh. We personally had to go get her belongings back at mvh. They were left in her room. But when a supervisor hangs up on a client and has not resolved the issue. This is not acceptable. Especially through premier.

MVH-South chose them to transport spouse to MVH-Main. 9mths later finally got insurance to partial pay. AMR still trying to bill me for full amount. Refuse this transport even if it is Against Medical Advice (AMA)!

I was transported by them 30 miles from a small er to a bigger hospital near daytin with bls tranport and i recieved a bill with a amount that can only be callled highway robbery the emt in the back did not take any sets of vitals and also the ambulance had no ac with a 103 fever i had that the er was unable to get down due to a deadly bacteria i had the truck should have been cool instead of 80 plus degrees as a fomer medic i know my treament i received and the state of there unit would have never have happend and eith place i was a medic and and my bosses would have had the truck out of service im and highly dissaponted with them and there care u can probley get better care from a taxey cab driver

Who ever was driving vehicle 5859 on August 31st 2018 a little after midnight was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! After waiting hours for them to show up they could of atleast showed some curiosity and professionalism
