Im a trans woman who decided to shop for a few new items for my wardrobe. The staff were fantastic, and so very helpful making sure I had the correct sizes and styles for my body shape. Love them so much.

Went in and got what I went for. Didnt look around. Greeted right away. And the girl who checked me out was super nice. Store looked clean and organized.

A fine outlet of a fine brand. Really love their products. Wish there was a higher percentage of discounts on their products on sale, especially on the hoodies and zippers. Excellent customer service and pleasantly arranged store.

Would NOT reccomend. Went in today. Forgot my mask. When I entered the store i walked past probably at least two workers before anything was said to me. As j was looking around i was approached by a worker and he say hey sister I said excuse me? Because I wasnt quite sure thats what I heard. He continues to point to his mask and say you got one of deez. I said no Im sorry I forgot it. Im not from around here and normally dont need wear one where Im from and just forgot. He then felt like it was his business to ask where I lived. I just respectful asked if he had a mask and he then gave one to me and I continued to shop. As I turned a corner he was standing there with another coworker talking and point at me. I ended up leaving without buying anything because at that point I was so upset with the way I was being treated. I was not refusing the mask I had simply forgotten it. And when i was given a mask I out it on. I called the manager and it ended up being the person he was gossiping and pointing fingers at me with. This was very childish and I would not reccomend a store with such horrible customer service. Will NOT be returning to this store. Management was even terrible they said they would talk to the person but I could hear the workers giggling in the background as they continued to talk about me. I could hear it in her voice as she tried not to laugh while she was talking to me. Not professional at all.

I received a coupon in the mail. I found some great clearance items and also great non clearance items. The girls were friendly but could have been dressed less provocative. My family and I shop here often.

I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and saw 4 employees but no one took the time to even say welcome in or ask if I needed assistance. I found what I was looking for and went to an emptt cash register. I patiently waited for 5 minutes while 2 of the employees hung clothes and no one was bothered enough to come and ring up my purchases. 0 customer service at this location.

The store is being very careful about covid 19 which is super appreciated. We actually forgot our masks until we got to the store and they had some ready for us. They also hand sanitizer readily available! Go AE!
