I have half a dozen packages from Amazon sitting in Euclid. I havent received anything I ordered for 2 weeks. Customer service makes sympathetic noises, but nothing changes. Ive been using Amazon since the 90s, but will likely, sadly, have to look for someplace else to order from.
My packages have CONSISTENTLY been delivered to my neighbors since this distribution site opened. If one of my neighbors has a delivery the same day - I guess its easier to kill two birds with one stone. Taking a picture of a package on a stoop doesnt mean its the correct stoop. No more Amazon for me
Packaging: My Christmas gift arrived but only in product box just sitting in front of door no brown cardboard box.. people take packages this one they knew what it was just by looking at it.. cover up packages please
The Bermuda triangle of Amazon deliveries, if you have a package thats supposed to ship through Amazon themselves and live in the greater Cleveland area this seems to be the end of the line. Amazon customer service cant seem to explain whats happening so I figure Ill give it a try, Im figuring that there is some sort of quantum tunnel or wormhole in this facility. The trick here is to just keep ordering and ordering, someone in the multiverse is getting a lot of random stuff, and hoping blindly and talking to Amazon customer service.
Package left this facility and was never received stolen goods idk .. it also was never recieved by acarrier to deliverups nor usps
I know one of the drivers personally and I know for a fact that he does drugs while hes at work driving and he does it before work he has it with him at work either maybe they should start drug testing all of their drivers
Order sitting at facility for 3 days. Contacted customer service and find items were lost, they gave full refund and I reordered. Customer service good, facility bad.

Always late, and sometimes they even lose my packages. Ive only had prime for a month and 2 have been lost from here.
I love my neighbors but this is NOT the drop off house! But with free Prime Ill consider it.
I found a driver smoking a cigarette while on the job it shouldn’t be happening they have a job to do and some drivers don’t even use an intercom system to BUZZ THE CORRECT APARTMENT they just leave the package outside and let someone steal it when they do if it wasn’t for me to bring it in by the mailbox it would’ve been stolen and the driver would’ve been held accountable.

2022-03-02I had an emergency they did not care at all they made me wait outside door for 10 minutes when I wanted to tell them my daughter was sick they are just rude people HR at Amazon make me want to quit

2022-01-24The driver called my phone, my personal line, how did he get that? To say he wouldn’t deliver to my back door anymore because of the weather. I should have gotten an email on this. I called the main Washington number and was told he never should have called me and that there is no delivery email saying he shouldn’t deliver to a specific location. He offered to leave it in my driveway by the bushes, or I could meet him outside, or he could mark it undeliverable. Really!!???? Wow

2021-06-02If in give this 0 stars I would I order something and never Received. The Amazon worker said that it was delivered to the people but it was not. It was marked as delivered. They supposed to show proof that they delivered the package and it was not no proof that it was delivered but Amazon still refused to give me my money back I am out of a $118 because of this matter Amazon do not care about their customers they put their workers over their customers as if they was right. I might have a $118 because they lied about delivering the package and they refused to give me a refund

2021-10-16I always order from Amazon, but today I got an email stating my package was delivered at 5:46pm and was at my front door. I’m sitting in my living room by the front door and the Amazon truck never came. I went to my back door just to see and no package. It’s now 9:25 pm and still no package. I’ve never had an issue with Amazon but this is ridiculous.

2020-08-25I dont understand. I am reluctant to order from Amazon these days because I know that if anything, I mean ANYTHING comes out of this Euclid warehouse it will be lost. 100% of the time if an order comes out of this branch it never gets to me. Then I have to speak with a representative to get a refund and order my stuff from Walmart. Im from Western New York so a lot of my packages (are supposed to) come from here but none ever show up

2020-01-08Multiple packages lost or stolen. Followed tracking and when it gets to Euclid, all of a sudden tracking stops and no package delivered. I would recommend signing for your package or stop using Amazon delivery at all. Sometimes they claim it was delivered, but where and who? I understand sometimes packages get lost but this place needs to hire honest delivery people and hold them accountable. Im tired of giving my neighbors free, expensive gifts. Assuming they were ever delivered.

2021-07-29Metal was stuck to the fries so it had to be cooked with it, when told about the problem, they said they dont give refunds and pretty much get over it. Trash.
