Altitude Trampoline Park in other cities:
Arrived with such high hopes for this place but left extremely disappointed. By the time we changed our shoes into $12 socks (that cannot be reused from other trampoline places though they are identical) and rented a $4 locker, our jump wristbands were only good for 36 minutes of park use (I use Garmin to track all activities) before our color wristband was called. Trampolines were small and built using the cheap rigid springs that put more stress on your joints and give less bounce. Foam blocks were well past their usable life as they were breaking apart to foam dust - nasty to breath in. I saw multiple customers cleaning up spills with no help from employees (though there were plenty of staff).Pros:Rockwall is nice but climbing in socks is painful (and required)Gladiator area is differentConsCheap trampolines are painful to jump onUnfriendly staffNo seating to change shoesExpensive lockersNo free cubbies or coat hangersPoor company policyTLDR: give one of the other parks in the area a try - go here as a last resort.
My family has been dealing with sickness off and on. We purchased a Groupon and unfortunately I realized it was 5 days past expiration today. I immediately called and explained the situation but they refused to work with me. I’m actually really disappointed. Yes, ultimately I let it expire but would they rather me bring my sick children and infect the workers and kids? It just would of been nice if they were willing to work with me and offer a solution. Does it really matter to them if the Groupon is expired by 5 days? Why am I posting this? To make sure if you buy a Groupon to not let it expire or they will refuse it!!!!
My son enjoyed himself so much he didnt want to leave! He was so happy jumping on the trampolines! I would suggest different flavors of icee and different foods other than pizza slices and chips be available for children.......also being careful how hard you jump on the trampolines as they can toich the concrete floor underneath causing injury. The pits should be deeper for parents to enjoy with their kids without worry as well. Other than those issues great place to takes your little ones if you want to let them play and relax. 3 stars however for the saftey issue......i will go again just have to be careful of the shallow foam pits and trampolines.
Had my sons birthday here last month, they had so many parties going on you could barely even walk through. So money hungry on their part. Most of the staff were rude and I didn’t see them spray anything to clean the whole time we were there, yet they had no issues yelling at kids constantly. For every little thing. If they don’t like kids they shouldn’t work there. 475 is not worth it for a party in the party room for 2 hours. The pizza was dry and from papa Johns if I wanted papa johns pizza I would have ordered from there myself the website doesn’t say papa johns pizza lol . Our party helper was nice, the only worker I actually thought had good customer service and seemed to enjoy kids, other then that I wouldn’t waste your money. When they first opened it seemed great. But now a few years later they’ve went downhill.
We love this park. Very clean and the staff is always friendly. It is a fun place for some family fun. So many different areas so have fun in and there is something for everyone. My daughter can not jump for a long period of time because she has a special disability so I love that we can go only for an hour. I do hope they come out with an affordable pass with us living so close it would be very convenient for us. I will continue suggesting this to any family.
Ive taken my daughter a few times with friends and family members and figured this place was decent for a 3 year olds birthday party.. well asked about booking a party and I was told by a guy maybe named Xander or Zander that the date was available and I could book with him over the phone deposit and all he could take it but something was off because I was being rushed and my questions werent being answered so I let him know Id just call back.. well I call back and speak with an Aubrey and AGAIN was told the date was available and that she asked her manager all my questions for this exact date and the manager confirmed and told me to come in to fill everything out... I get there to be told oops sorry we cant book for you that date is not available 😒 Thanks for wasting my time, energy and gas!! This was not okay!
Wasnt until after we Paid we were told The Rock Climbing Wall Was Closed as was the Dodge Ball court Half the time.My Daughter banged her head on a handrail painted the same color as the floor. Some handrails had padding though.Mostly got talked to by the staff for playing with our kids.
A good place to take the kids to burn off some energy. The combination deal for two hours, an Icee and a slice of pizza is probably the best deal unless you go with the jump pass. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful when you might have a problem. Only complaint might be the need for some more seating for the parents that cant or dont want to jump. Either way we have never had a bad experience and will continue going.
Last night, 8/9/21, my friends and I went to Altitude for a fun night out. There were six of us and we are all above the age of 18. There were 2 workers ( looked like teens ) and they were following my group of friends. I understand they have a job to do and they have to make sure their customers are safe. However, they kept following us and suddenly started yelling at every move we made... they even told us we couldnt sit down and had to keep moving... we knew they were following us because when our time was up, we went to the tables to put our shoes on, they followed us to the tables to clean ( it was 7:30 p.m. and they were still open AND there was a bunch of little kids still in the park)... so instead of watching the little kids, these 2 male employees watched the adults ( at least for the hr we were there).. so if youre an adult looking to have some fun, I dont recommend coming here unless you want to be followed and yelled at all and wasting your money for that....ALSO went there 2 weeks ago and we weree playing dodge ball and a kid joined and we decided to play with him to be nice. This kid was being very mean and rude and the worker ( the same one from my previous paragraph) was watching and told us he was the owners son... the worker just watched as the kid was saying some rude things to my friends... and then told US he would kick US out.... so we decided to walk away
Great place very clean and had a friendly staff but I had to take my daughters out to my car to change my two year old. The mens room doesnt have a changing table and I dont think they would like me using the womens room. Also they pay for five star reviews with more jump time.
Absolutely ridiculous when employees who work at a family center, hate kids. They had no clue how to work with kids, no one watched kids to follow safety, they all talked in a circle and ignored any bad behavior or rude kids. We spoke to a manager who informed us the higher up was the one walking around not doing anything to help. Needs new staffing asap. The employees behavior was disgusting and I dont recommend coming. With or without kids. Waste of $70 and wish we went to Dave and busters or get air instead.
This place is a joke. I got a membership for my son and I cant even take him because they dont open until 3, by that time older kids are out of school and its too crowded and they are too rough. I once went on a Friday when they opened and I ordered a pizza for my son and his friends, they happily took my money and then said they didnt sell whole pizzas, only on Sundays. You cant jump at other Altitudes with a membership either, so I cant even take him to the Mansfield one that opens at a decent time. This place is whack and now Im stuck paying for the whole year. 👎
So it’s 69$ for 3 people to jump for 2 hrs and they ask if you have their socks on which mine did one had socks that said altitude the other had the ok’d neon and black socks on and after jumping for almost 2 hrs and telling them these were old socks I had to purchase a new pair this is rediculous !! Anything to get money I felt so upset that all the teens who work there who have t been here since they opened tried to tell me those weren’t old socks so be ready to spend money on things you’ve already purchased
Ive been here numerous times, and have had mixed experiences. Today was the first time where everyone and everything was great. Doors were open on time, the staff was attentive and helpful, and the facility was clean. We came for toddler time. He got the full 3 hours. Then the staff told my son time was up kindly and promptly. Hopefully this is the new normal for this place, since my son loves it here. Thanks for being great today!
How can you be out of shirts?! I got here 20 minutes after they opened! Nobody here to take them all!? The 2 kids i brought are having fun, its just a big trampoline. No games, nothing else. I gave 3 stars because there is big sign when you walk in that a mask is required. Why am I the only one wearing it?! Oh, and the one girl walking around that works here is. When do they clean? Ive been here for 3 hours and havent seen one inch cleaned..I probably wont be back.
Never been treated like this in any business like this, don’t know how to react to it at all. The staff were extremely rude, especially the male staff was almost getting physical with me in front of my toddler. They even refused to refund me after all. Just horrible! I refused to buy their socks after they already charged me for the full price. Asked for a refund they rudely refused. They told me either to buy their socks or leave with no refund! Unbelievably sad to see this kind of business conduct in 2021.
I really wish I could give a 0 star rating. I went for the first time today with my 2 year old. We were in the kids court the whole time and this kid was being incredibly disrespectful to everyone, including the workers. I found out that he is the son of a manager there; he was arguing with the workers, telling them he could do whatever he wanted because his dad is the manager. This kid is an absolute disrespectful brat and almost jumped on my child. I will never go back until this manager is reprimanded or fired.
I just recently held a party here and I could not have been more impressed with the staff. From the employees that greeted me when we entered to the wonderful girl that assisted our party. She was extremely attentive. We had our food catered by Altitude (Papa Johns Pizza and Cupcake Cravings) and it was hot, fresh and delicious!! We had the best time... Not just the kids, the BIG kids too. Thanks for the wonderful memories ❤️
Altitude the good and the bad. The good; the teens working were very nice and helpful. The park itself was fun, had a good amount of things to do, not just jumping. Sadly thats about it. The bad; I was there on a weekend for a kids birthday party. They over booked the party room and resolved the problem with the picnic tables in the main area, an extra hour of time, and discount coupons to come back. Not great. Plus since it was already busy with extra birthday parties, some genius decided to run a discount promo that day too. It was wall to wall kids. The staff were clearly overwhelmed, although to their credit they were nice. The lines to check in was too long. Plus they didnt have the AC on even though it was hot in there. I saw kids fanning themselves and my own kid had to go outside to cool off. They need to get themselves better organized. If I go back it will not be on a weekend.
Nice clean facility. Went for a birthday party. Party host was helpful. Would have been helpful to have a more sectioned off small child/toddler area. Was really no employee making sure larger kids were not utilizing it. But every employee I encountered was friendly and smiling.
We just had our 2 sons’ party there. What a great time!! The reservation was easy to make, and the staff helped everyone get checked in for the party. We had two party hosts that were extremely kind and helpful. The place was very clean, and there were lots of different activities for the kids to do: jumping, rock wall, joust, dodgeball, foam pit, and basketball. The pizza served was from a local place called Loco Pizza and it was very good!! All in all, my kids and their guests had a wonderful time. We are so happy we waited for Altitude to finally open. It was worth the wait! :)
This place was clean and big but that was about it. The staff wasn’t forth coming on information in regards to what they had to offer (they need better customer service). I had socks from their facility but also from a competitors facility (our kids had socks from another facility) and we were instructed we could not wear these, and we had to buy their socks (very petty). When I asked why, I was informed “it was a liability”?. My thinking “we signed a waiver” and the socks had the grippers...liability? For what, not wearing your socks with your name on it.
We had our 13 year olds Birthday Party here last Sunday. Our party host was great and the kids had a blast. However, I was pretty upset that I paid the extra hundred dollars for the party room so that we could bring our own food, only to be told once I got there that I could not plug any of my crock pots in and we would have to eat the food cold. Then they didnt have socks to fit my kids. Some of the boys have very big feet and the Med socks were cutting of the circulation to there feet, or they wouldnt go on there feet at all. Over all the experience was OK but not sure I would do it again. It was several of the kids first time here and they were pretty disappointed that they didnt have socks to fit them. I ended up telling them to just go jump in their own socks so they could still have fun. It would have been really nice to have been warned up front about the crock pots so I could have planned around it.
Loved the staff they were sweet and kind and treated me and my friends like we were their friends! One taught my brother some tricks Which was extremely sweet! Antoine and Desmond were the sweetest. I believe those were their names. Anyways they provided the best service. I will definitely come again.❤️
Facility is clean and spacious. My family and I had a blast on their many trampolines. Cost is moderate, but worth it. Would recommend checking this place out. All ages and sizes welcome. Great place to get exercise or wear your kids out of energy!! Most parents appreciate an outlet for all the excess energy of your kids to be worn off besides their living room!!
Came here on a Saturday for my nephews 10th birthday. The staff was incredibly rude and not watchful. It was very busy and they didnt expect a rainy Saturday night to be busy. We ordered pizzas as soon as we got there and waited over an hour for them. Finally someone in our group went up to the counter and said that they got the order wrong and it wasnt on them. But they still didnt communicate to us that there was going to be a longer wait on our food. We werent the only ones there that it happened to. They comped our bill thankfully and gave us some pizzas. Overall very poor customer service and a lot of the employees shouldnt be working with children or with people.
The last time that my family came here, there was a party and we were told that we needed to move. It was horrible because my 74 year old father with back trouble had to sit on the floor because there weren’t enough seats. This is terrible and not any way to treat someone who paid good money. Why should we move when we paid good money. This place is much too expensive to ask people to sit on the floor when a party comes. More seating needs to be added because this is no way to treat customers.
We waited in line for 25 min and when we got to the register they said we had to fill out waiver on computer and get back in line. Waited another 20 min. Then to see there are no open seats due to 5 birthday parties. So kids were sitting on the floor eating when there were empty table with signs that say reserved. My husband and I are not happy with this place and to take our 2 kids it was 51 dollars. Not even a seat to sit.
Registering and waiting to get your socks is a hassle. Recently went for a birthday party that started at 5 and was pre paid for there was so many hoops we had to jump through before the kids could jump. My mother finally spoke up about how she already paid for 2 hrs starting at 5 and that they were waisting our time. Besides that its a blast for the kids and a great for a family night out. The employees assisting with the party were great and very helpful.
This place can get loud and crowded! But my kids have fun. When they first opened they had an issue with the workers not supervising the children while they jumped but that seems to have been resolved. This place is cheaper than sky zone and has a good Thursday night deal.
The park itself is decent enough, all the extras are pretty neat, but the flow/layout is a bit weird. We purchased 11hour passes for a birthday party, very difficult to actually use the passes, we probably stood around for 20-30 minutes as they tried to figure it out. Most of us have frequented multiple different trampoline parks so the majority of us already had trampoline socks, HOWEVER, even though the only thing listed online is that you need trampoline park socks and there are socks available for purchase at the park if you dont have any, no where does it say youre required to have ALTITUDES branded socks. After finally getting into the park and starting to jump we were told our socks werent allowed and we had to purchase the socks provided by altitude for insurance purposes. And what do you know, the altitude socks are branded with their name/logo. I find it incredibly petty that the park is that worried about other jump parks being advertised by sock logos. Theyre all the same thing and if anything the socks we came with were of higher quality than the ones provided at altitude. And to top off an already underwhelming experience a member of our party broke his back at the jump park. I am in no way blaming the park for the injury, it was a freak accident however the way the staff very poorly handled the situation and left him laying on the ground with ice packs on his back for 30-45 minutes without checking up. It seemed they mostly cared about getting him off the jump park floor. It wasnt until after he had us request an ambulance escort to the hospital that the manager came over to speak to him and fill out an incident report.I have another set of 11hr jump passes Ill be using with my daughter, but once those passes are gone I dont intend on coming back to altitude, Id rather go to Get Air.
Altitude of Elyria is the hot place to be right now! Out of my several visits here have I never experienced a problem. I love that something like this has come to Elyria. My kids/teens love it here! The management is great! The staff is super friendly! I love to bring my five year old toddler time and it’s Monday-Friday which is a super plus to the parents! There is a young girl named Miranda who is always there when I come into toddler time and she is phenomenal! Always friendly and fast and knows what she’s doing! My five year old loves her! She always puts a smile on our faces! Great employee! Also, there is another young lady named Lindsey who is always on top of her game as well! When we come on the weekends she is always so friendly and super fast cashing out the customers! She always is so kind and helpful when we have any questions that need to be answered. Wonder employee she is! These two stuck out to me but the rest of the employees are wonderful as well. Not to mention, GREAT PRICES!!! Especially compared to the other trampoline parks in the surrounding area. Great environment for all ages! Super clean! If I could I would give this park 6/5 stars! Good job Altitude, keep up the good work!!
This place is HORRIBLE! Parents forced to leave children unsupervised unless you buy their $2 socks which they dont tell you. Staff does not supervise so older children crash into smaller kids, dodge balls smacked into ppls faces, all ages on all trampolines and of course the weekends are a nightmare. This place was so over coward with 2 birthday parties plus open to public there was no place to even put on those ugly socks. Sky Zone may cost more but at least it is supervised, appropriate age zones, doesnt make you pay to watch your own children and caters to parents with vibrating chairs and benches. I will not be back until I hear of some serious changes.
Although smaller than the Skyzone that is located by me.... The experience at Altitude was much better. Its less expensive. The staff were friendlier and positively interacted with my kids more... Which they loved! I love the All-day jump option or the 3 hr jump option that includes a snack and drink! They have a couple of superior trampolines located by walls for learning to wall-crawl... A favorite for my kids!!!
The cheaper price speaks for itself. Staff not watching. Too busy talking to one another. Areas not separated by age. Little kids pushing older kids. No thanks. We will be returning to Sky Zone next time. Over crowded in areas. Seems to not reinforce number limits. An accident waiting to happen.
My wife, two kids (9 & 6) and I have been to Altitude in Elyria many times now & have also had a B-Day party here. Im very happy it is here as it has been a fun experience every time. It seems to be very well run since most of the kids who work here are helpful & kind & we have never had any major issues. Great place!
It was a great place to take the kids until I met the manager/owner and he was extremely rude to myself and my family. I also witnessed him yell at a mother to get off a trampoline consoling her crying child because she only had a spectator band. Will not return due to poor customer service from owner.
Park was ok. Liked that it wasnt overly crowded when we were there. My kids were able to jump freely. Was a bit bothered by the music as my children are 6 and 7. I am all about pop, yet candy shop and some of the explicit lyrics were a bit much. Not crazy about having to buy special socks just to enjoy watching my kids jump and to be in close proximity. Tvs were a nice touch for those in waiting area, yet they were frozen the entire 1.5 hrs we were there. Ok experience. Kids had fun.
Be careful with these reviews. They actively purchase 5-star reviews by offering free jump time. Definitely skewing the perception of the park. I recommend looking at reviews from 2 months ago and prior than that to get an accurate idea of the park.It is a shame they engage in this practice, because the park is nice.
Elyria location.... jan 24, 2021 3pm...manager incredibly rude and uninformed...said HE was not selling 3 hr passes..unable to purchase a 3 hour pass but allowed to come back every 60 minutes and purchase a new 1hr.....some excuse about covid but the place half empty.... Told us that we could come back every 60 minutes to purchase another hour...so 3 hrs for 3 boys = $134.05..Told me to call the governor. This guy totally unapologetic and edgy. Never again.
Absolutely horrible second experience! Was told we had 2 altercations because I said it was ridiculous waiting an hr and a half for our pizza and then was asked to leave because my 7 yr son who is a cancer survivor got into a fight with another kid... truth was I was watching my kids the whole time and my son touched no one and the other little boy bit him. 30 mins after that incident we were forced to leave and before my mom could round up 3 kids they called elyria police on her. No one was argumnetive or loud or used vulgar language n either incident and for my child who has never caused a fight was forced to leave after my mom paid 70 dollars for us to have as good time! Great Sunday funday kicking out a child cancer survivor an his family for him being bitten by another child! Excellent business being ran. We will never return! General manager came up an would not give my mom a refund an my mom was hysterically crying at this point. I called back later to speak to someone above him and was told there was no one and hung up on after I asked to speak to owner!
Came to your place to celebrate our granddaughters 5th birthday with some friends and family members. No we did not have any actual party packages that you offer just came in as a group. I cant believe how rude and lack of care your employees give to anyone . The fact that you dont have any places for people that come to sit only if your part of a party. How can you expect people to bring their kids and if they are older , have a place for them to sit while in your place. You dont even have the stuff that you say on your menu to buy. Wont come back and wont recommend this place due to the total lack of customer service all around. Cant believe no one from the ownership cares about this issue.
Although the trampoline park itself is nice, i am giving a bad review because the facility is simply lacking basics. Such as enough tables or maybe some hooks to hang coats so that the few tables they do have aren’t piled up with coats and peoples belongings. We are literally sitting on the floor while the kids jump. This place is a crowded mess. I wish i could upload a photo just to show the amount of coats and personal belongings that are just everywhere.
Unforturnitly I have to edit my first review. I took 4 kids with me this last time, on a Thursday to get the pizza and 2 hour jump special. There was a large group ahead of us. After about 45 min I went to check on the pizza and they told me it comes out 30 minutes after check in, I told them its been 45. Well they said they had a large group ahead of us....ok, thats fine, I get it....I was told they would page me when the pizza is ready and was told ours would be right out, so I went back to jumping. After another 30 minutes and now with very hungry kids I go back to look for pizza and was told our pizza was served as a concession pizza. They said they could give me one that has been sitting in the warming display on the counter but its pepperoni, I said that fine. Then they told me its missing a piece and offered to take pizza from another box to make up for our missing piece....lol. After eating the kids did the hurricane simulator ONE TIME but it charged me 2xs......they did let us all jump for an additional 15 minutes, but I will be sure to feed the kids prior to going again. (Love Altitude in Elyria, Ohio. We have so much fun there and the facility is great. The workers are so nice and the GM, Marcus, was so helpful. Cant wait to go back.)
My kiddos love it, and in the winter I cant imagine a better way to burn off excess energy. My reason for a 4 star is that it sometimes feels quite crowded, to the point where you sit on the floor because there is no unclaimed bench space to put on the trampoline socks, and it is a bit expensive for open jump. For three of us for one hour (one under age 2), its more than $30, which is not an unfair price, but is rather costly for one hour.
Really great place, even for adults. I took my boyfriend here for his 35th birthday since he used to be a gymnast. Initially I was a little put off by the policy that you have to buy their socks in order to jump, but it turns out that they are very important. The socks have these grippy parts on the bottom of the sole that keeps you from slipping when youre on the trampolines.Once we were all in the area we most enjoyed the three trampolines in the back which are only for adults as they are looser and you get a lot more air. We played a few rounds of dodgeball, but it quickly wore us out. The other area we all really enjoyed was the corner with the foam pit on the edge of a series of trampolines. The staff was really great, especially the two guys that were in there with us. Im sure they are there to make sure nobody does anything dangerous, but they do a REALLY good job of making us feel like we were all having fun together. Also, they let us stay for 15 minutes extra and didnt charge us.
My granddaughters are visiting during spring break. They have been to sky zone Westlake and on the east side and loved it . They were very disappointed with altitude. The trampolines are very stiff and have no give, and they werent able to bounce at all. Nothing is monitored, and it is chaos. My point is, please do not go here. It is plenty worth it paying the few extra bucks at Sky Zone.
There was a horrible employee working here with a black beard and black hair he said he was 17 and was chucking the balls as hard as he possibly could at us in dodgeball. Note that I’m fine with that cause we are older but there were younger kids in the court and he was chucking the balls at them. Now that I had a problem with.
It was fun for kids and adults. If you have allergies to perfumes/colognes DO NOT ENTER. I did and couldnt breathe. They have some vanilla scent that runs through the air ducts. So does Dave and busters btw. I didnt get to see much or experience it but the kids loved it and so did their parents.
Most horrible unorganized park ever I pay 70$ for combo bands for my girls were a mistake on there staff part mark my girls bands wrong for soda and never gave them there food and then told them they could not receive it made her walk away looking like she was a lire a child tho then when I call to talk to a manager he was disrespectful as hell....
This place doesn’t let you up on the sides to watch your kids! This is the most ridiculous obsurd thing I have ever heard! I am not buying your damn socks just to watch my kid! I won’t be back! The other jump place has seats for u to sit and watch your kids! There are so many obstructions anything could happen to your kids with the exit being right there someone could walk right out with your kids! Go to the other one in north Olmsted that deosnt charge you to watch your kids!
Not happy I wasnt told about the special for 3 hrs and large iced with a slice of pizza for $20.99 a kid.Aleah did NOT mention that to me and I paid for a T-shirt and unlimited with socks for $25 a kid. I paid for 4 kids. Then bought pizza for $27 and 5 pops for $13.50 . Total cost was around $117 . I was so upset. Oh ya, by the way we were only there for 2 1/2 hrs... Really. I asked and said something to her and she replied well I did go over it with you...No you didnt, cause I wouldnt be asking for a discount on my pizzas if you did.
*Sock Police*Facility is nice, good flow in the jump area. They dont allow you to wear ANY other brand of trampoline sock (Sky Zone / Get Air / etc), they will follow you and keep harping that you must buy/trade in/aquire their specific sock... Unless your pants are long enough to cover the logo. 🙄😡
I was planning on taking my kids today but Ut after reading the reviews Im going to have to change my mind. Its really sad to see a company respond so rudely for not liking what they have to hear after requesting them to do so. Thank you for all the honest post. You all just saved me money
There was a worker there who was tremendous he was so kind he was playing with my kids and was keeping everything fun and safe for the kids he was also checking up on his Co workers making sure they were all set and fine and kept the park alive and joyful I will definitely come back with my kidsb
It is good and at the same time bad because children enjoy and play the bad thing is that there is not enough security there is no group discipline and there is no control since the adolescents do not respect that there are children from 1year to 2years who also have the right to enjoy and they do not have security because what they do is run without any kind of precaution and not caring that there are children in the area and therefore I value the area with 3 stars na but while it is so difficult and I am from Google visit and this means a lot
My son loves this place alnost every weekend he would ask me if he can go which sometimes he does ive been in there and its really clean the people are nice but sometimes i think they need to add more to the place but this is a place to hang out at most of my sons friends go there constantly he would ask me if he can go to altitude with them loves this place keep up the good work!

2022-02-09Honest review: my nephews and niece come here all the time - and this was my first time attending.. I had a blast. They have a few games, massage chairs and a place for birthday parties. It was a nice set up. Now Im a bigger human and did not think I would get out there with them kids but I did. It was entertaining on those trampolines. The foam pits are interesting and safe. As long as the parents keep track of their kids and clean their booger noses its sanitary. There are sanitary stations as well. For $20 for 2 hours plus pizza/drink for the kids you cant beat that.

2022-06-04My daughter and my family went for the first time here a couple weeks ago. It was great. Not to busy. Plenty of room to play. You have to buy their socks but its only like $2 a pair. We bought a Groupon which is worth it. You have one hr to play which is nice so it doesnt get to crowded. I definitely felt my age the next day after jumping.

2021-12-22Every time we have been to altitude we have had a decent experience. My kids enjoy all the jumping. Some staff members are very helpful and some not so much. All in all its a fun place to go for a few hours. A bit pricey for a party.

2021-09-23My boys and I have so much fun here!! It’s not always the cleanest, lines are long with kids always jumping ahead of you, and you have to purchase or remember to bring only their branded non-slip socks, not from other trampoline parks. And last we went in June the foam pits were closed. But overall for the price and space it’s worth it! 😊

2022-05-19We were here recently for a birthday party. The whole time we were there they never took their eyes off us. Yelling at kids over every little thing. Stopping them from playing and enjoying theirselves. The workers are nasty to customers. My toddler was able to grab a bag of chips while the workers were at the desk. I turned around and the bag was opened. A worker walked up to me and said “ your toddler stole a bag of chips” just flat out nasty to us. And then proceeded to tell me “ well keep a eye on your own kids.” Just completely unprofessional. I made sure I paid for the chips but let’s just say I’ll never be back and I will tell anyone to go somewhere better…. Zero stars as far as I’m concerned.

2022-02-26This the Worst jump park I have ever been too. They are complete A-Holes about socks. Understanding you need grip socks to jump, but who cares who made them. Grip socks are grip socks. The Altitude police will kick you off the jump area if you havent Purchased there brand socks, and forget about watching your kids up there either if you didnt waste more money on there socks when you are just watching! Save your money! There are other Jump parks that will treat you better.I hate when establishments try to suck so much money out of you to entertain your children. Its not about safety, it is solely profit driven! If I could give no stars I would!

2022-05-15Ive never been to a business that is against making money but when youre run by 15 year old kids I guess that makes sense. We have a membership to this location and thought it would be a good idea to celebrate a 6 year olds birthday. We didnt go the party room route because $500 is a bit much for a couple of 6 year olds. We came in, paid our money and brought cake and plates with us and planned on buying pizza here. There were MANY empty tables. The children, I mean staff, came up to us and informed us of their policy. We said thats fine, wed pay the money to eat our cake in their building. They were very firm on their no same day parties which meant that our whole party was ruined. Im not sure why theres a policy that states no same day parties, that seems absurd. Thank you for ruining a childs party. We will not be giving this business anymore of our money since they arent interested in customer service whatsoever.

2022-02-13Great Please but if you’re going to have a party there don’t. I just had my son’s birthday party there and it was ridiculously packed. More then 100 kids jumping my son didn’t even get to enjoy it. They really need to put a limit of how many people can jump specially when some of us are paying so much for a party. It sucked, way way too many people. If I would have knew this I wouldn’t have did it there. Never again

2022-06-19I Absolutely hated it. We had arranged a group to go jump for 2 hours for a 3 year olds birthday party. There was a misunderstanding regarding a reservation that should have been in the system a month ago. However while trying to explain this to the manager she got hella disrespectful. Then she proceeded to give me dirty looks. While trying to clarify whether or not we could bring in cup cakes a man assumed to also be in management came and confronted me about my frustration. Instead of trying to understand that the staff had been rude and disrespectful he attempted to berate me aloud as if I was the problem. Finally after family stepping in to try and gain clarity to the initial question and defuse the situation my question was answered and he went into the office. After reviewing the camera footage of the initial conversation they gave me a slushy. Its disappointing that such a wonderful activity in my local area is ran by such arrogant, disrespectful, undermining, and rude individuals. I will say there was one gentleman at the register with dreads and sharp line up that was absolutely wonderful to be assisted by. He was respectful and patient. The rest have made it without a doubt a trash experience I will not sign up for again. Please do better.
