2022-05-31Mark from Alpha Taxi Service was amazing! We were camping at Wolf Creek State Park and our Power Steering Pump and Pulley broke on our truck. He went to the auto parts store and picked up our parts and brought them to us at our campsite. He was kind enough to wait until my husband got the parts on the truck and made sure it was good to go. He was so kind! We highly recommend Alpha Taxi Service. He went above and beyond. It was Memorial Day! Could not thank him enough!😃

2022-06-07Mark impressed the HECK outta my fiance, Jesse Bradford and I, about a week ago. Our car had been outta commission for approx a week and we foolishly decided; that it was such a GREAT IDEA, to take off walking, to Sunoco on 40 by Fairdale & Skyline. (1 of the hottest days Ohio had seen this year. 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️) I, with my asthma & metal foot AT THAT! I THINK we made it nearly under a mile before we completely overheated. Not knowing what to do, Jesse asked Google fora taxi service. He only happened upon Alpha Taxi as it was the first on Googles list. Mark immediately answered his cell, asked where we were located and that he was on the opposite side of Cambridge. (Jesse and I literally have longhorn cattle for neighbors a couple miles past Cassell station Firehouse. So Mark was to meet us there. We barely walked another 5 mins, hadnt even seen the firehouse in sight yet AND MARK WAS THERE LIKE THE GODFATHER OF TAXI SERVICES. We still dont know how he got to us so quickly but were forever grateful and Mark has 2 new lifelong customers!! (Whenever our cars happen to be out of commission) I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARK & ALPHA TAXI SERVICES TO ANYONE AT ANY GIVEN TIME... THANKS SO MUCH FOR BEING OUR LIFESAVER THAT DAY!!!!💙
