I would rate Zero if possible. The worst experience we ever had, and we are not new about transport from the USA to Europe.I want to warn all the people who are going to work with them!Heres the facts:we bought two lathes from an auction, there was a deadline to pick them up, but we told the auction house (Mr Brian Harvey of Thompson Auction House)) that we would be late both for payment and for moving the machines as we were in the middle of changing type of company and we had to organize from Europe the transport.Six days later after the deadline, we made payment and at the same time we tried to get in touch with Alltracon, (this company was on site after the end of the auction as they were in charge for moving all the goods that were sold ) but Mr. Jason Reinhardt of Alltracon didnt reply to our mail and to our request of quotation.A Few days later he turned out saying that he was busy and couldnt reply but at the same time he moved our machines! He sent us an Invoice of 4.236 USD to carry the two machines (750 Kg each) from Tecumseh (Michigan) to Medina (Ohio) about 170 Miles.....Now I want to point out that WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND WITHOUT ASKING ANY PERMISSION TO CARRY OUR MACHINES they move them from the site of the auction to their premises. They didnt make any communication, they didnt reply to our mail of quotation, they simply picked up the machines and sent an invoice of 4.236 usd.Obviously at our complaints Mr Reinardth of Alltracons answer was; we wont release your machines until our Invoice is paid....Besides,just to give an idea of their fair price the cost of a primary courier (we had a offer) to go to to Ohio to pick up our machines, to bring them to Detroit airport to load on the airplane hence by air to bring them to Milan airport and (Italy) and unload them ready to pick up) is 5.000 usd !! So according to the Alltracon company, to carry two machines and to transport them for 4.000 miles is almost the same as to make a transport of 170 miles.......We also put a lawyer to set the matter, try to contact the boss of the company, but he NEVER answered, they just made a lot of fake stories about the machine to clean, to move from the site that was not easy... and so on.Not only! They were asking for crating (to make a protective wood box) another 5.000 usd while we made the same work with another company for less than half of their price!!My suggestion to all the people is to be careful and ask other companies for offers before you give your goods to them!

Our company hired Alltracon to install 4 x 8000 gallon tanks in a large warehouse. They also welded plates for 2 x 7500 gallon custom blend tanks and installed everything. They were professional and the install went perfect. Projects like this can be stressful but they made it easy.
Alltracon is reliable company capable of handling large jobs such as hauling and rigging large machinery. Also great with repairing large structures. This place can handle any job you give them. Goes above and beyond expectations. Looking for equipment to rent instead of buying? They have that too. Definitely a trustworthy company to go to!

2022-08-14When you need a business that deals in the fields of industrial machine moving, rigging, installation, and leveling all in one company, you do not expect to get the quality of work that Alltracon provides all in place. Even with all of the services that they offer, and provided to me, I never expected the family friendly environment on top of such a vast variety of services. I could not have been more wrong. They truly do treat each customer like family, making sure that everything is done at an expert level, but with the speed and professionalism of a huge corporation, without the large corporate prices. I will never again use anyone except Alltracon. I didnt know that such customer service still existed. I really feel like part of their family.

2022-08-13It was my first time in dealing with Alltracon and the experience was great! They did an amazing job at answering any questions I had from beginning to end on the project, was on time and did the job very efficiently. He even told us a way to set the hooks so he could unhook them by himself. Definitely will be using them again.Thanks guys, for the overall good experience! 2022-08-15Above and beyond doesnt even come close to explaining my experience. During my companies shut down these guys were invaluable. The staff was kind and efficient. I received prompt answers to every single inquiry I threw at them in a swift and friendly manner. 2022-08-13I needed to move some heavy machinery and was at a loss for how to do so. I found alltracon online and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I chose them as they were just perfect for the job. The customer service from the hardworking crew was top-notch, delivery time was fast and communication was quick and easy.
