Drove to my dogs grooming appointment to find out that the groomer was not in that day. They stated that they called me but I did not receive the phone call (theyve called me many times before for pick up). I was rescheduled for 2 days later. Drove there again and the groomer was unavailable again! I really wish I was notified beforehand as it is 15 miles from my house. Been going there for 6 years and not sure why they dont have my number anymore. Usually a great place to take my dog.
Boarded my dog here for 9 days. First time calling to get an update on my dog I was given the wrong information about a different dog. I brought 2 12 packs of canned dog food and when I came to pick her up she still had a full case of food left along with both of her medicine was halfway gone when I stated the medicine was as needed. Ever since shes been home shes been acting strange and seems to be sick.
THE best place for boarding and doggy daycare. Caring and kind staff. So attentive they noticed something that i did not. Turns out she had a bladder stone. They cared for her with love until i returned and i am going to take her back every so often to play in doggy daycare. She loved it!
I cannot say enough good things about this place. I took my newly adopted dog with fear aggression to them. He completed the seven day board and train where he learned manners and that other dogs aren’t all scary. Each day they sent me photos to show how well he was doing. After that we have done an in home visit to work out a few things that could not be recreated outside of the home. They worked with my mom one on one so she could walk my dog more comfortably. He is now working more on socialization to be able to play with and trust other dogs. He has blossomed here. Buddy the owner is amazing and personally worked with my dog along with his head trainer Nina to get him to where he is today. Before I even spent a dime, Buddy worked with my dog and showed a change in him within half an hour before my eyes. The staff are all so nice and get to know you. Nina gave me her personal number in case I have any questions or concerns while working with him. They are a business, but they’re not in it for the money, they’re in it to change dog’s lives. If you’re willing to put in the work, they will be with you every step of the way to help get your dog where they need to be. I know this all sounds like a lot but I truly believe in this place and they have earned a forever customer.

Weve been taking our dog here for a few years for daycare and boarding when we travel. The team here is the absolute best! They are so friendly and genuinely care about your pet. I love that they have so many fun activities to keep my dog busy and it makes my day when they send me a picture of my girl when at daycare!

Alltails is the only place we have been consistently comfortable leaving our dog. He gets excited to go there and the employees seem to enjoy their work. Recently, when our dog had a medical problem, they took care of it right away and were distressed and concerned about his problem. We offered to come home if necessary but they handled it beautifully. We also get him groomed there. Their pricing is fair and we always love the way he looks when he comes home. I believe that they care very deeply about the quality of what they are doing. My husband and I would not be able to leave town without services such as theirs. Thank you Alltails!
Absolutely love this place. A friend recommended it as we were looking for a doggie daycare that also offers boarding. Our dog was reluctant to get out of the car at first as I think she thought it was vet appointment but man she loved her time there and we brought her back the next week and then signed up for the 10 visit package.We also tried out the grooming portion with a bath and nail trim. She looked and smelled fantastic and nails are trimmed great. She has black nails which are tough to trim because you cant see the quick as well but they did a great job.Would recommend in a heartbeat for anyone looking for a doggie daycare. Will definitely be doing the overnight stays as well in the near future.
Before quarantine hit I came in for a tour and was thoroughly impressed with the place. I originally came in to adopt a dog and spoke with Maddie and Piper for awhile and the girls were super sweet. One of the girls showed me their German shepherd in daycare and explained the benefits daycare has had for her dog since I still had a dog at home. The girls couldve sold me on anything while I was in there because they were so friendly and caring and I left with a training package and was ready to sign up for it all. Long story short I ended up having health issues and wasnt able to make it back in until this January and the girls were very rude and seemed as though they didnt care to receive my business. I really enjoyed my first visit and Im not sure if maybe the staff was having an off day but I would love to speak with someone about coming back in and trying out the daycare facility.
I originally planned to board my dog Jethro the 11th through the 18th of March in a standard run with the daycare the 14th, 15th, 16th, and 17th. I was out of town from the 11th to the 21st and my fiance was working long hours for most of the week, so we thought this would be preferable to him being home alone all day. I was told I would receive photographs of him during his daycare time. I received three pictures on the 14th and one on the 16th. On the 17th, my fiance called me and told me that his work hours would be extended the next few days, so he wouldnt be able to get to All Tails to pick Jethro up within their business hours. I called and had the reservation extended. Jethro was picked up the morning of the 21st. When my fiance picked me up from the airport that evening, he expressed his concern with how thin Jethro was when he picked him up. When I got home and saw Jethro, he was thin enough that I could count his ribs, and his spine stuck out (see pictures). He was also constipated and having trouble digesting his normal amount of food. He would heave after eating, and he was notably less energetic. My fiance told me hed been sleeping a lot and hadnt wanted to play earlier that day, which is very odd behavior for him. He was also sneezing and hacking. I called All Tails in the morning, and the girl who answered the phone told me that he had probably eaten less than his normal amount of food due to stress from boarding and that, combined with the amount of exercise hed had during daycare, it was normal to lose weight. However, when I described his condition to our regular vet at OSU, she said it didnt sound normal at all and that if his symptoms continued, he should be seen. When I expressed my own disbelief of the normalcy of his weight loss, I was told that a manager would call me. When the manager called, she did little more than repeat the same story I had already been given. She also insisted that he was about the same weight when we picked him up as when we dropped him off. When I explained that he wasnt even close to the same weight, she demanded to see pictures of him and to get updates on his vet care. I told her that we had no interest in staying connected with them, and all I wanted to know was what had caused his condition so he could be helped. When I described his symptoms she asked And you havent already taken him to the vet with those symptoms?. Her accusing tone was a surprise considering that those symptoms had begun while in her care. I explained the conversation Id had with my vet, and asked yet again what explanation there was for Jethros CLEARLY unhealthy weight loss and difficulty digesting his food, and she replied, in a very aggressive tone, You want me to say that my staff didnt feed him and I wont do that. I reiterated for the umpteenth time that I did not want her to say that, I wanted a legitimate explanation for why, if he was cared for properly, my dog had these symptoms. She again declined to give me any information other than the excuses of exercise and the outright lie about his weight being similar when he was picked up, then told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. I wasnt asking for compensation, just an explanation, so it wasnt like being honest would lose her any money. Her defensive behavior made me believe her even less. I am incredibly disappointed with the condition Jethro was in after being in their care, and with the way the manager handled it.Edit: I sent the manager the pictures she asked for. At his vet appointment, we confirmed that Jethro was under weight, and were also informed that his sneezing and hacking symptoms were likely signs of kennel cough. Afterward, the owner of All Tails, Buddy, called me. He was much more understanding and professional, and very helpful. He offered to credit my fiances card $50 because of the kennel cough, and apologized for the managers behavior.
We had our first training session with Buddy. I have a dog with Behavior issues and it was like magic during this lesson. We have a lot of work ahead but I am very optimistic that we can address my girls issues and create a safe space for her to learn how to dog correctly. Buddy and his staff were phenomenal and I am very excited to start our training journey.
The staff at All Tails is amazing, they are genuine pet people! I have no reservations about letting them look after my fur kid. She loves going and gets soooooo excited to pull up for drop off. It is a great way to socialize your puppies too!
Our dogs have been both groomed and boarded at All Tails multiple times over last 3 years. They always look and “feel” great after a groom. They are also always well taken care of during boarding. Excellent and Very dedicated staff. Highly recommend.
I was so nervous about boarding my dog for the first time and was recommended by my vet office to check out All Tails R Waggin’. I’m so glad I did! They have spacious areas for big dogs, affordable prices and the most friendly staff. I will be bringing my dog back for boarding and daycare soon. I highly recommend anyone who is new to or nervous about boarding/ doggy daycare to check out their facility.
Best place to take my dog, I can trust they take good care of her and she is safe and happy whenever I need someone to watch her. Very fair pricing as well! Always end our boarding with a grooming so she comes home clean and smelling great. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff as well!Thanks for taking care of bambina for me.
My dogs have been coming here for several years and love it! The staff are friendly and remember my dogs, and now that they have add-on packages where they can send photos and give my dogs extra treats and playtime I can really see how happy my dogs are there. It is also one of the only kennels I can find near Columbus that doesn’t use chain link kennels, which my dog will bite and has broken teeth on before. Even though I live in east Columbus it’s definitely worth the drive to know my dogs are well cared for.
I paid for 20 day package and now they are trying to say that I only paid for the 10 day even though thier is evidence otherwise. I was hoping to save those days for when I go back to the office, which keeps being pushed back. Its a shame because she liked being there. It was fixed but still shouldnt have been told I was down to two days, when I was not.
Highly recommend, All Tails R Waggin has an outstanding and caring staff! During a recent visit, my fur baby experienced much anxiety and it led to a health concern. Renee provided selfless service through taking my pup to the vet during the evening hours to ensure his safety. She was in constant contact with me while giving updates to ease my mind and to ensure he was well taken care of. I felt as though she treated my dog as her own. I am very pleased with the heartfelt care and attention my dog receives when staying here. Our doggo loves the entire staff too and they send pics every day when he is in daycare. If you need to board your dog, this is the place!

We love All Tails R Waggin. We recent adopted a puppy and we wanted to give him the opportunity to be around other dogs. He goes to doggy daycare at least twice a week. He always comes home exhausted. Last week we boarded him as we were out of town. I loved he was able to attend doggy daycare each day for a small additional charge. They also give you the option to receive pictures while you are gone. I love receiving his picture every day! We could tell our little guy having fun! They have also groomed our cat and have always done a great job. Staff members are always veryfvery and very helpful.
My dog was just groomed at All Tails R Waggin and looks incredible! Wish we would have come here sooner. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Our pup did the 10 day stay and train. Between the training and the daily daycare time playing with the other dogs, we know she had a great time. Upon pick up, the trainers were able to show us all the manners she learned during her stay and provided us with knowledge on how to continue her training. We even got an awesome graduation photo!!! The deluxe rooms with private tvs and raised beds made her stay even more enjoyable. We always looked forward to our daily pics and she was all smiles!!!

All Tails is the best boarding and doggy daycare around. My dogs are like my children and I wouldnt trust any one else with them other that the staff at All Tails. They are all family to us! I can always count on them to send me updates on how my dogs are doing and the NEVER have problems with me calling at any time to check on them . They are always very accommodating and do their best to work around my schedule. My dogs are always very well taken care of and love going there. When I walk them through the front doors and see their tails wagging, it makes me happy to know they are happy! I would recommend them to anyone!!!!
I rescued two Yorkie and took them here to be groomed. They lovingly kept them and made sure they got adopted into nice homes. I take my dog there to get groomed and theyre simply the best.
This place was amazing! They were so good to Izzy! While she was in training for a week they sent pictures to me everyday to let me know and see how she was doing! Their facility was so clean. The employees make you and your animal feel very comfortable. The team takes time to explain everything to you . Thanks again for the awesome experience and Izzy will be back for play days!!
I love this kennel. I take my dogs Sammy and Gunner to them for boarding and Gunner loves going to daycare, they both love the extra attention they get from the staff. They are very caring and treat my fur-babies, as if they were there own. My dogs do not hesitate at the door, which lets me know they feel comfortable going their. I would not go anywhere else. The staff are always friendly, and helpful. I love the fact, I can leave my dogs with them and feel comfortable that they will be well cared for.
A fantastic place to board your pets. We left for a two week long vacation and left our senior dog and cat in a deluxe suite together. I received constant pictures and updates via text message. I am so appreciative of everything they did for our babies! Would definitely recommend. They are fantastic
I have been a long time customer of All Tails and I was one of the customers who was in the office the day of this incident in another review. I felt compelledto also respond . The girls at the desk (who have worked there for years) tried to politely explain that every customer has to have the same vaccinations for their dogs and the mother didnt have the dog vaccinated for the dog flu. She was quickly abrasive and dropping F bombs all over the place. For her to act like a child was totally uncalled for. The girls even informed her that she could take her dog to A local vet and then come back. They were really trying and being helpful! I have never seen a customer disrespect the staff the way she did and they handled the situation well. All Tails has always taken great care of my dogs and they have beautiful, private suites that have their own beds and TVs! My Dogs stay in those! Far from a prison, the place is super clean. I would never take my dogs anywhere else because they are treated like family here. I cant thank the staff and owners for everything they do!
I cant recommend all tails enough! We have been taking our Aussie there since she was a pup in 2015. Weve done training, boarding, and doggy day care. Our dog gets so excited to go there, she goes straight for the door to daycare when we get there and her whole body wiggles with excitement. The staff is all amazing and friendly, and the facility is always clean. Recently we decided to switch from the groomer wed been using to all tails since we have loved all the other services they provide. Upon booking my appointment there was a little confusion but after a quick message to the owner Renee on Facebook she went above and beyond, calling me on a Saturday, to assure that I got the correct information and was confident about taking my fur baby to them. I wouldnt trust our dog with anyone else!
Our dog seems pretty happy when he comes back from an overnight here unlike other places weve taken him where hes always come back with kennel cough (and he doesnt smell like cleaner spray either). The staff seem genuinely interested in the animals and are very friendly. Highly recommend this place even though its a little more than we paid for boarding privately, but worth it knowing hes well taken care of.
We bring our dog there for daycare and there is no other place I would take my dog. We really love the staff and in particular Maddie. Super helpful all of the time and she’s always upbeat and is the life of that place most days. No appointment is always helpful and makes our mornings rather easy. The owners are always there which makes leaving our dog there even easier knowing it’s a family place.
They boarded five dogs for our family due to a wedding and when we picked them up they were happy to see us but very relaxed. The pictures they sent us were a nice touch. Very clean and I highly recommend them. I really like the privacy suites. Great options for your pets.
Our experience here was very positive. We boarded 2 dogs for 14 days. The prices were competitive with other places weve boarded our dogs, with more space and more frequent opportunities to go out. They were understanding of my dogs joint pain and made accommodations to suit her. The play time with other dogs was a great add-on. We got pictures nearly every day, which was nice. I would use them again.
The ONLY place I will ever trust to take care of my Saint Bernard! Daycare is awesome and they text you pics of your pup having a blast in daycare! The owner and her staff are AWESOME and truly LOVE the fur babies they’re watching over! They have professional grooming as well as a DIY area where you can bathe your fur-baby on your own without having to clean up the mess left behind! The cherry on top is the fact that they take in rescues and have them up for adoption!!!! Last, but CERTAINLY not least, they offer professional training!!
Have been using All Tails Wagging for at least 20 years! 6 dogs and 1 cat all loved going there! Even took our Fur Grand Dog there when she came to visit. Love Day Care Facility. Never worry about our babies while they are there!
They were amazing - right from the first phone call to book a boarding stay. Check in was easy and informative and the option for daily day care (with picture updates each day) was nice. Check out was a breeze as well and Sophie looks like she had the time of her life. It looks like they are much more then an amazing boarding facility (not just dogs - they even board ‘pocket pets’) as they seem to do grooming, training, daycare, and more. I highly recommend them! I know when my clients are asking for a referral to board their pets I will be letting them know about you!
I took my dog Lola here for 10 days while I was out of town on vacation. I was really nervous because it was her first time being boarded and I wasnt sure how she would do. The staff here made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. I took a tour prior to booking which was easy and very helpful in making my decision. The facility was clean and didnt smell like others that I had looked at. I even had to drive 35 minutes to get here but I knew I couldnt take her anywhere else. I decided to go with them and I am so glad I did! I picked her up today and she came home smelling good after a bath and she is happy and healthy! I also added daycare every other day while she was there and she loved it. I got pictures of her almost everyday which confirmed what they were telling me, that she was happy and doing well. When I called to check on her they were helpful, answered questions and actually put me on hold to go see her at that very moment. I couldnt be more pleased. They put my mind at ease while I was away and for that I am so thankful. I will definitely be going back for all my boarding, grooming, and puppy daycare needs from now on!! Thank you alltails!!!!!
We took our goldendoodle puppy here for puppy training after being a bit overwhelmed with training a puppy with two young kids in the house. We had a great experience and learned good training techniques to use with him. The head trainer Buddy still keeps in touch with us on how our puppy is doing. He has given us great support. We loved our experience so much that we now take our puppy to doggy daycare! He loves it! I get daily pictures of him playing with his new friends! We also have used the boarding services and grooming services. The staff here is amazing! Im so happy we found this place!
Best of the best for dog boarding hands down! Maggie has been there since the end of August and is doing fantastic thanks to all the love and attention she receives all day every day!!! They go above and beyond to make these animals feel comfortable and happy. Cant wait to bring her home in a few more weeks once our house is finished!!
First time boarding my dogs at this kennel and I’m so impressed with the staff and the facility. The staff is very responsive and attentive to the needs of each dog. I plan to continue bringing my dogs to this kennel in the future and I highly recommend it.
They are very friendly and knew that I was so scared to board my dogs and they were so nice about reassuring me how they do things and giving me a tour of the place. The pet suites are so nice and very cozy, quiet and secure for my dogs. All the dogs seemed very happy when I went in there and my in-laws have boarded their dogs here for years and have always been very happy. They are very professional and the staff seems very nice and you can tell that they really care about all the animals that they care for. I feel very comfortable taking my dogs here!
They took wonderful care of my dog. Hes been there twice for about a week each time, he stayed in their deluxe patio room the first time and the deluxe room the next. I believe he was happy there and had a great time! They even texted me pictures of him playing, that always put a smile on my face and eased my mind while being away from him.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. They take good care of my dogs and send pictures of them to me while theyre boarded there. A great place for your pets to be kept safe while youre away.
Seriously such an amazing experience! I was terrified to leave my baby girl for the first time. She has sever separation anxiety and is medicated. I took her to smell around before and she was terrified. When I dropped her off, all of the staff was so kind and put my mind at ease. I’ve called probably a hundred times and they went to check on her and came back telling me what she was doing. They even sent me pictures and she was seriously so happy! Highly recommended!
My dog has boarded many times here and has always had a great visit. She gets to have daycare daily so she is not locked up all the time. Her room has a run so she doesnt have to lie in her own urine (like we have had at other facilities). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. She has even had training while we have been away. Would highly recommend All Tails R Waggin.
No dog-lover likes leaving their pet at a pet care facility, whether for just a few hours grooming, or days of vacation. But these folks are wonderful, so much so we drive all the way out from central Columbus. Brandys a fabulous groomer, our schnoodle Annabelle always looks perfect.
Our dog, Riley, has stayed here twice and weve had a great experience both times. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we feel very comfortable leaving Riley with them. Their grooming service is also excellent and were also going to be using the new doggy daycare facility for Rileys next stay so she can play with other dogs. We highly recommend All Tails!
We have two medium sized dogs, both rescues, and wanted to get them socialized so they were fine being around other dogs. All Tails Doggy Daycare was great for this! While Linus and Simba were both a little nervous when they first went in, by the time that we picked them up several hours later they were both romping with the other dogs in daycare without hesitation. We definitely plan on bringing them back on occasion to play with their new friends. You can definitely tell that their staff care about the animals as we got several pictures of our dogs playing throughout their time in daycare. The next time we board they will definitely be visiting daycare too.
What a nice boarding facility! They really have a lot to offer. Several different kennel area’s to choose from. Pricing is set to accomdate everyones budget. We liked that it was pretty busy when we arrived for a tour today. You got a sense of how nice and friendly the girls where at the front desk as well as some of the staff who passed through headed to another part of the building. Another great option is the doggie daycare. I like that it gives the dogs a break from their room or kennel during their stay.
I did a tour of the facility and was impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. There was no foul animal odor and they had 3 -4 people in the room supervising and cleaning up after the dogs at all times in the doggy daycare. Their suites were nice and I will use them in the future.
I wasnt sure what to expect boarding my dogs Jagger and Blitzen.. I have done it here twice now, and was very pleased both times. The prices are less than Id expect. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and my dogs had a great time!!! They come home worn out from their play time, and obviously well cared for. I love how they text us pics while we are gone too. Nice touch. As we like to say... All Tails R definitely Waggin!

Each time we have dropped our dog off the facilities have been very clean. Our dog loves to visit! The grooming has always been top notch as well. We would highly recommend them.
My two dogs have boarded at All Tails for years. Both of them love going there and they always come home happy and well taken care of. I can call to check on them anytime I want and the staff is always very reassuring and lets me know just how they are doing. They love going to daycare as well and are always having a great time. I would recommend All Tails to anyone in need of any of the services they provide.
Just pick up our 3 dogs, who had never been boarded before. The staff was amazing and clearly love thier jobs. We received daily pictures and updates which showed they where being well cared for and loved. Very well organized, clean, well staffed and happy environment. We will be life long customers and 100% recommended.
We did a tour with both our labs and they staff was absolutely amazing with us . While we were doing our tour they took both dogs into the daycare and they loved it. The lady that toured us was so helpful. This was our dogs first visit ever to a kennel of any kind. We ended up booking their stay for later date.
I was charged 7 days for the 5 days I had my dog boarded. Not only that, I noticed when I picked up my dog he was struggling to walk across the gravel before we left. Now he cant put weight on his front right paw and has a puncture wound on his right side as if he was in a fight. I did not give permission to have him interact with other dogs. Hes also not eating and its been 24 hours since hes been home, I will never board here again.
Weve used All Tails R Waggin for boarding, doggie daycare, and training and are super happy with everything! The staff is wonderful. Our dog loves going to daycare, and is excited to see the people that work there. Recently we had Buddy work with our one year old dog, and after just a few days, she learned so much and is a much better behaved dog. I highly recommend this place!
We have a Chow Chow, who has a great temperament and loves people...a friend recommended All Tails R Waggin for grooming. The staff was fantastic! From me calling for the appointment to our actual grooming appointment. The groomer did a wonderful job with our boy! We will continue to use them for sure!

I was terrified to leave my dogs with anyone while we went on a week long cruise. One of my dogs is 14 years old and I was so worried that something would happen while I was away. I called All Tails R Waggin and they were so nice. I went out and did a tour of the facility, which was really clean, and got to meet several staff members. I better about my decision to board them. On the day that we were scheduled to drop them off all of my fears came rushing back. I had never boarded my dogs before and I was worried they would think I abandoned them. I cried during drop off. The staff was so understanding. They had me bring the dogs back to their suite where I could stay with them as long as I needed. Then, since I didnt have cell service in the middle of the ocean, they emailed me pictures so that I could check them and see how they were doing. They took such good care of my babies that I will absolutely use them every time I need to go out of town. In fact, I now find myself more willing to travel, knowing that my pups are in good hands while I am away. I would recommend All Tails R Waggin to anyone who needs people to care for your dogs like you would. They are the best!
Unfortunately I’ve dropped my rating since the last two boarding stays with this business.I have nothing but nice things to say about the front of the house staff.However the last 2 times we have boarded our dogs here they have come home sick.Not sick from being away, but an illness that requires a vet check with antibiotics to follow.I’m not sure why this is happening. It is very disappointing, but I cant see my pups suffer anymore after being boarded. I’ve never had this issue with any other place, but it’s been consistent the last two times here.Very unfortunate.
Three nights with daycare was $184. Rip off. I toured the facility before and they told me about the nightly pricing for each room. I kept asking why there were so many dogs in cages weren’t playing with the others in the Big room and they said multiple reasons like they didn’t play well with others or just got a bath. Turns out they charge extra to let them play ($10 a day).Also They charge you the night for the day you pick up the dog - so I left my dog Thursday night, Friday night and Saturday night and pick up Sunday. I picked up on Sunday at 3:30 but they charged for Sunday night ($36) and ($10) day care that day but dont tell till you question them at pay time they said it was because I came after 1pm. They also couldnt explain an extra 10$ charge- they did refund this extra charge. They are not transparent with pricing when I reserved, toured or called the facility. I was just told drop off and pick up was anytime after 7am and before 7pm and confirmed they had me down for three nights. But they told me when I made them break down why it was $184 for three nights at pay time. What a dirty way to do business.I also think its weird my dog doesnt come home tired and hes nine. He also comes home very thirsty like two bowls of water Thirsty- I dont think they give them water. You also have to give your dog flu shots to go there (its a two series of shots). So this three nights cost me an actual 264 if you include the shots.
My wife and I have tried different places before finding All Tails R Waggin and now we will only take them here. It is a longer drive for us but so well worth it. We use them for boarding and grooming and we have never been disappointed in their service. They have a kind and friendly staff of professionals that take great care of our pups while we are away. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to use them as I have used other places and just was not nearly as pleased with the care and grooming like we get here.Vince Miller
Weve used them multiple times. First couple were not bad, today they had our dog for 9 hours when she was dropped off at 802 and cut her hair incredibly short which was not asked for. When asked about it all that was given were excuses. Will not be back.

They were so accomadating. My dog has not been to a kennel in for about 6 months so I was nervous about taking him but they were amazing! My dog got a great report card after his visit and they called me to follow up to make sure everything went okay for him after transisitioning home. They were very sweet and made the experience more enjoyable for me and my dog. The place was very clean as well.
What a facility! People are amazing and very caring towards your pets. Love the doggy day care and so does my buddy. Wouldnt think about going anywhere else.
We had a great experience here. We were a little apprehensive because our dog can be defensive toward other dogs, but they were great with him. He even spent a few days in doggie day care with all the other dogs with no problem! We picked him up a day early and with a call ahead of time, it was no problem. We will visit again!
The best to bring your dog(s). Ren and Buddy are very good people who care about you, your dog(s) and the needs of all animals as well as all of the staff. I wish I could give them a higher rating because 5 stars doesnt seem enough. I have brought my dogs here for daycare, as well as boarding and had the peace of mind that they were in great hands!

Be cautious of the contract you are signing when you take your dog here. We recently boarded our dog here for a week, and upon picking him up noticed that he was not his normal energetic and happy self. We then started to notice a pungent odor coming from him, and him trying to lick his neck below his chin. Upon further inspection we discovered an oozing sore on his neck. We talked to the manager of the facility who told us how to care for the sore, but told us that much like taking your kid to the park and leaving him, if he comes back with a scratch theres nothing that could be done about it. (Except if you hire a babysitter to watch your kid at the park, surely they wouldnt be as negligent as this daycare was with our dog). She informed us that due to the contract we signed, they would not be paying for our vet bill. She also implied that in all of the pictures our dog looks happy, which indicated to her that it didnt happen there. In one of the pictures we received, another dog was licking our dog right where his current wound is. When this was brought to the managers attention, she said that to could be from him already having the wound, but probably not. There is zero accountability from this daycare instead trying to place blame on us. What would have happened if we had let our dog stay for 2 weeks instead of one? Would they still have done nothing about his sore? I am very saddened by these events, watching my dog in pain breaks my heart. If you sign the contract I hope for your dogs sake he does not get injured, because I promise you this daycare doesnt care if he does.~~In response to the owner unfortunately calling his customer a liar:The owner and manager did explain this was a hotspot, which google also told us, but this does not fix the issue of us trusting our dog to be cared for and then not being cared for. You can see another dog licking our dog’s injured area in one of the pictures. The manager did not explain if they had saw the spot that they would’ve taken him to the vet, all she did say was what I stated above about taking your child to a playground. The conversation was very pleasant with the owner as the owner seemed genuinely caring unlike the manager. However 50.00 off of our next visit to give this business more money does not help with the current issue. Spending money during vacation, and 300.00 for a week for our dog to be cared for and then coming home to find that on top of the 300 we spent for him to be cared for, we potentially have to spend more on a vet bill is sad. I’m under the impression doggy daycare is supposed to relieve some stress, not create more. As you can see in the reply, no accountability from this company, instead blame. It’s very unfortunate as my dog does really enjoy going to this daycare, but for the expense I would expect more. Also, our dog is not a German Shepherd.
What a great place! The staff is always friendly and professional! And one of the owners is on site most of the time. There is nothing quite like that piece of mind you have whenyou leave your animal at All Tails. You just know they are in capable loving hands while you enjoy your trip!
All Tails R Waggin is the best place to board your dog while you are away! They have recently updated their facility and it looks amazing ! The staff is always ready to help out and they really take the extra time to give extra love and attention to your animal! We will not take our dog anywhere else while we are out of town !! You should definitely check them out !
Took my dog here for grooming for years. Last time was the last time I will bring my dog back. My dog came home traumatized and not acting right for days.. thought maybe it was just my dog until I talked to a couple other people who took their dogs there and they were acting traumatized as well. Also there was a woman in the back yelling really loud which assume it was at the dogs. Never had a issue until now. Taking my business elsewhere
We rescued our first dog from All Tails R Waggin. She loves going back to visit and socializing in daycare. She is a wild child and we enjoy having her spend the day there with friends to get worn out! We also have her bathed before coming home. We always get her nails painted which is an extra charge, but the cuteness is worth it! We love All Tails R Waggin!
All Tails is the only place I will leave my dog BB while we are on vacation. When I leave her there, I know she will be well taken care of because they all love animals and want to take good care of them. We always reserve the deluxe suites for BB because she gets 4 play times and a private room. The prices are very reasonable, and I have recommended them to all of my friends in the Pataskala and even Columbus areas.

My puppy Kenzo, a Giant Schnauzer, 1st trip to All Tails was ironically on the 1st day I bought him! I drove to 5 hours to Bedford, Indiana to pick him up from the breeder and literally turned right back around to head to home to Columbus, OH. It was an exhausting trip to say the least, but I wanted to make sure Kenzo was groomed before getting home. I went through my Yelp search and thankfully came across this spot! It is conveniently 12 minutes from my house so I called them and was lucky enough to get Kenzo in for a good grooming which included a coconut wash, ear clean, light trim and nail clip that day!I was SO impressed when I pulled onto the gravel driveway and walked into the place. It has such a warm and homely feeling, organized and is SUPER clean. I was immediately welcomed by their friendly staff that asked me information about Kenzo before taking him to begin his grooming. There was no wait at all and I was able to leave, go home, take an hour nap and return back to pick him up.I came back to pick him up but first was given a tour of the facility because I was unaware they have a indoor/outdoor play area, suites for boarding, self-wash area and the works! For play area, it honestly is a playground with obstacle course, trampolines, slides, couches and plasma tvs for the dogs to enjoy! The personal boarding suites for dogs include a nice bed, sheets and blankets, plasma tv and optional patio for the dog to enjoy some fresh air. Its low key better than some hotels Ive been to LOL. Its honestly like an all-inclusive resort for dogs! I mean I would even stay there LOL! I was in the search for daycares for Kenzo while Im at work during the day BUT immediately commenced my search when I saw the facility. The most important feeling for a dog owner is to feel comfortable dropping their child off to a babysitter and not having a concern or worry while working or on vacation. I HAD that feeling and STILL do!Kenzo is a large breed and has to have daily exercise because of his agility. If he could talk he would tell me mommy, I love my friends and teachers!!! His face says it all in the mornings when I take him and in the evenings when I pick him up. He has been going to All Tails for only 2 months but he is so happy, he has come out of his shy shell and loves all of his friends! It is a plus for dog owners because I guarantee your dog will be worn OUT afterwards. Kenzo sleeps right when he jumps in the backseat and even when he gets in the house ;P.The staff are highly trained, welcoming and A 1 customer service. They text me pics of Kenzo during the day and updates on how he feels. The prices are very reasonable especially for a company that exceeds your expectations in a dog service business. The owners Renee and Buddy are a husband and wife team who are the most nicest couple! It really shows that they love what they do and put their heart in such a high quality facility. Like other reviewers have mentioned, it wouldnt matter where I lived in metro Columbus I would still bring Kenzo here. This is his family, my family and Im so blessed to have them!
All Tails has been a one stop shop for me as a kennel for my dogs. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and my dogs come back healthy and well taken care of. I would recommend this kennel to anyone that was looking for a safe place for there furry family.

Awesome facility!! The staff is like family and care for my boys like theyre their own. Love the suites with the TVs and the outside patios are such a cool touch! The ONLY downside is I have to drive from Clintonville but I honestly wouldnt take them anywhere else! Its definitely worth the drive knowing theyre in such great hands!!
Our dog LOVES it here. Shes a nervous little beagle, and they always make her comfortable and happy. I love that I can get her groomed while she boards, so she gets pampered while I travel!

All tails has very affordable rates, requires vaccinations so you have some peace of mind that your pet is safe from disease. They also offer a range of services and add-ons. Prices are posted online and in the contract you sign so you know what youll pay if you can do math. Love this place.
People are nice, and they work with you. One thing you have to know is that your dog will smell terribly, like it has been rolling in dirty water for days. Not sure why and the employees didnt have an answer when I asked.I had to request a bath prior to picking up or get them a bath once they got home.
Took my dog to get groomed he came home with a hair cut and kennel cough. On top of all that they didnt do what they say. Im told the groomers pluck the hairs from inside the ears and that is not the case.My family stopped taking there dogs here over a year ago because of this and I should have done the same. Even strangers who over hear me talking about this says the same thing about there dogs so you know they arent doing anything to fix this problem...I spent 90 dollars on a half done job and most likely Ill be spending over 100 dollars for the medication to cure his kennel cough.This is just a friendly warning to those who are thinking of taking your pets here, their is a good chance they will come home with all tails cough.
#1 in my book!!!! I have been using All Tails r Waggin for 4 years now. I found their facility through a referral from a friend that has been boarding her dogs for over 10 years from there. With every interaction from this place I have had nothing but professionalism and support. I am one of those overbearing “crazy” animal ladies that hates to leave my animals with anyone other than myself but I have found every staff member there to be trusting. I currently have three dogs. Doodles was an adoption from All Tails actually. They matched him perfectly with my dog Izzy that I was trying to find a mate for. I had also adopted an elderly senior from them with multiple medical problems and during her remaining life on this earth they continued to call to ask about Lady and gave extra care when I did have to kennel her. They even have a vet tech that gave lady her subcutaneous fluids (kidney failure) every day while I went out of town. I have also had my furbabies bathed and nails trimmed from the grooming department. They superceded my expectations for any type of care they have given my animals. I have used them more times than I can count and will continue to use them.
Our 3-4 Year Old Rescue, miniature Schnauzer LOVED his Play Time at Doggie Day Care! When he came home, he was Tuckered out * his name is Tuck Finn ;-) * and positively prancing, though, when he got home. I was First Struck by how nicely it smelled of cleaning solutions, instead of urine, etc... the big play room was luxurious, and I especially had a giggle at a the area many dogs had seemed to deem The Nap Area - complete with recliners! I got to watch Tuck interact with both the workers and other dogs around his size and seeming disposition for a bit, behind the glass- where you can take pictures of your own ** although they did send a couple pics of Tuck throughout his 4 hour stay! That was a lovely touch. Afterwards, you have the option of a self serve bathing service, etc... Tuck Had a wonderful time, and I look forward to treating him to more doggie socialization via All Tails R Waggin again soon! :-) Thanks~Tuck and Tiff
This place is awesome! I was really worried that my dog would not enjoy his time in the kennel because hes got some anxiety problems, but he did great! The rooms are awesome and they took such great care of my special man.

We have boarded our dogs here several times, they take great care of them. The staff sends photos periodically to show us how theyre doing, we greatly appreciate that when we are so far away.

We have left Ralphy with All Tails several times now and never had an issue of even the slightest! They are absolutely the greatest! From the time we pull in the parking lot my dogs tail is definitely waggin! We love the daycare option, my dog has so much fun! The added touch of the picture texts just puts the topping on the cake for me, Id recommend them to anyone and will continue to bring my doggie back time and time again. The adoption process was thorough yet painless. The staff are knowledgeable about many aspects of adoption, training and knowledge of the pets available for adoption. My newly adopted dog was everything they told me and more. Can’t recommend them enough.
I am absolutely speechless, which is a very rare occurrence for me! An unpleasant incident and lots of mistakes, lack of knowledge and just all around bad luck that followed over the weekend caused my Zeekies coat to literally become one giant matted mess! I honestly didnt know how it could be fixed at all as he even had matted fur down to his skin so I wasnt sure how he could even be shaved, let alone left with any fur at all! My sweet Zeke, God love him, was as patient as could be while I spent HOURS trying to salvage any fur I could with very little success. I was absolutely prepared for the worst and was incredibly devastated. With nothing I could do, I threw in the towel and called All Tails R Waggin on Sunday. I explained what happened and they got us in ASAP this morning (less than 24 hours later, although Im sure this isnt always possible). Cassie is our regular groomer there. She never disappoints. She admitted that it didnt look promising but that she was going to do everything she could to keep from having to shave him (she knows I dont like his coat short, let alone shaved). Ill be honest though, I felt like she was just saying it to be nice because the look on her face said otherwise. She asked if I wanted her to call me if she had to go short. I declined as I assumed it was a given. I became even more anxious when he wasnt finished as quickly as he usually is. Yep. Definitely expected the worst! I finally get the call that hes all done and I immediately head over. I walk in and, MUCH to my COMPLETE surprise, there is my Baby! WITH BEAUTIFUL, FLUFFY FUR!!!! EVERYWHERE!!!! I promise you that what she did was nothing short of a miracle! I honestly dont know how she did it besides extreme talent and LOTS of patience! I was so happy that I cried! And Ill tell you that Zeke KNOWS where he is when we go places! He cries and squirms the second we pull into the vet! Not ONCE has he EVER done that when we pull into All Tails! And he doesnt cry when I hand him over to Cassie which is HUGE because hes SUCH a Mommas Boy that he wants no one but me! Cassie said he laid quietly and allowed her to work diligently with him so he got a special lunch on the way home!!Thank you SO much for keeping my FUR baby a fur baby!!

Without a doubt the worst dog boarder in Central Ohio. The employees were very rude, and the owner extremely pretentious. Apparently, if youre not New Albany Clientele, youre a second-class citizen...at least in the eyes of the owner. Serving a community like Pataskala, it might be good to hop off of your soapbox. Especially in a dilapidated facility acting as a K9 prison.Save yourself the time, and look elsewhere.EDIT: You are a liar. Its as simple as that. Lets walk through this point-by-point.- My pet is vaccinated, but he was missing a flu-shot. I was never told by your staff that he needed a flu-shot. They mentioned multiple times that he needed to have Bordetella...which he had within the last 3 months.- I have absolutely been inside of your facility, just not on that specific occasion. I encourage you to not jump to conclusions so hastily.- My mother was on the phone with me when she dropped some choice language, but it was definitely not directed at any of your staff.- You did absolutely nothing to help with boarding in Gahanna. In fact, they mentioned that you were fairly difficult to deal with as well.- I was not verbally abusive to you at all. I was asking questions about the situation, and trying to get to the bottom of everything. Instead of answering my questions, you proceed to tell me how important you are, and how we are terrible people. Why would anyone remain on the phone with you when your being disrespectful? Yes, I hung up on you. No, I didnt say that Youd be hearing from me or any attorney. At the end of the day, you are correct. In Ohio, you can refuse service to whomever you choose. Just like I can choose to not use your services, and share my feelings with whom I choose.- When I asked if you could share the security camera footage with me, or could elaborate further on the situation, you could not. Why is that? I understand not sharing footage, but you couldnt expound upon the situation without talking to your staff. Ronald Reagan said it best, Trust but verify.With the language used in your reply, it is evident that you do not care about the truth, customer service, or your reputation. You are merely trying to cover your tracks instead of owning up to your mistakes. Instead of the lies and personal attacks, I suggest you seek the truth, and take ownership.Edit 13-Sep: The fact remains, the owner was not there. The staff never informed me of the influenza vaccine when we spoke... Regardless if it was annotated in a file, or not. However, the owner is going to cling to the contrary...which is a lie.As for why I tried to board with All Tails R Waggin: I needed to leave town on short notice, and it is the closest place to me. Nothing more. Its ok though, were very happy with the boarder that we found (not All Tails), and guess what? There were zero problems, incidents, or scenes, and our dog loved it there.As a small business owner, the level of professionalism displayed by owner is appalling. Just read through the replies. The lies, and personal attacks are evidence of my claims. Instead of taking ownership, the buck was passed, and the lies/insults started. If the owner gets this upset by a little criticism, just imagine how they treat anyone with whom they disagreed. I left my Rottie there last year for vacation. He was a happy camper and told me what fun he had. The place is clean and the staff are nice. I plan to take him again for this summers vacation. I highly recommend this place.
I take my dogs to emmas but this time I took them to all taills are wagging. When I came back to pick up my 2 dogs I saw crates with no patting and no supervision and one of my dogs had a deep cut. I would not recommend going here.

Our two dogs stayed here for 10 days, when we got them back they smelled like urine really bad, the worst part is they have been sick with kennel cough since we got them and they wont eat now.. dont take your animals here please!! So we tried to contact the owner and we got the run around twice. Oh and by the way the animal care staff are consisted of teenagers that are probably making minimum wage..

I like the facility, but Ill never book to pick them up on Sunday ever again. I picked them up right when they opened and they charged me for a half day because it was after there pickup time. I asked if I could of picked them up earlier and they said no. I felt taken advantage of. My only reason to not give 5 stars.

2022-04-20I absolutely love this place! My dog is pretty nervous, and they are very good with him! This is the only place I’ve taken him where he does not fight us to go in, and the groomers always do a great job!!

2021-12-18Awesome boarding! We boarded our pups over the Thanksgiving holiday and we were gone for a week. We opted to have them send us pictures and videos daily and they did not disappoint! Our pups had a great time!

2022-08-06Words cannot describe the special place that All Tails R Waggin hold in my heart and I just met them last week. They rescued several puppy mill puppies, took them in and adopted them out. I was lucky enough to be selected as the momma to one of their rescues. I knew that they loved their animals as much as I love mine from the screening process alone. Once I got in there to pick up Jake the love for animals was absolutely overwhelming. They are absolutely angels on earth and saints . The world is a better place with folks like them in it. While , it may be a business its more about it being their passion which is evident the moment you meet them. Thank you for all you do. And thank you for saving my littlest man Jake..

2022-06-26My dog loves it there. I have boarded her and my cat there a few times and they have a great time. I have also taken my dog to their doggy daycamp, where they will text you pictures, and she had an absolute blast every time. The staff is amazing, the facility is nice and clean and you can tell they love what they do. Definitely worth every penny!

2022-04-26Dropped my puppy off at 8 am for grooming. I was told that he would be ready between 1 and 2. by 2:15 I had not received a call and tried to call but no one answered. I called two more times before driving over at 4 pm. I walked in and I couldnt get someone to help me for about 5-10 minutes. When I explained what was going on they said that someone had come up and was upset with their dogs grooming and wouldnt leave for an hour. Although I understand this I should have been notified what was going on and someone should have called me back. They had to go find my dog and I was never told how it went or anything or even spoke to the groomer. I just took my dog to a new groomer and they notified me that his back paw had previously been cut. I wouldve appreciated the groomer coming out to speak to me and let me know that my dogs paw had been cut rather than having to find out months later. Horrible first grooming experience with my pup and I feel awful that I was unaware of what actually happened to him.

2021-06-07Great for a quick nail trim, even better for boarding. I took my pup there for a weekend and got daily text updates, INCLUDING PHOTOS! If your dog is anxious and a picky eater, they will supplement dry food with wet food to make sure they eat while being boarded.Update: My boys getting a little long in the tooth these days, but he still loves it here.

2018-10-26Our precious baby boy was here for 7 days and had a wonderful time. We went on a cruise to the Bahamas and was very scared to leave out dog anywhere!!! We are extremely pleased with the way they cared for our dog Casper and they even sent us adorable pictures of him enjoying himself during his stay!!! I would rate this place 200 out of 💯. Very nice compationate people. They are more than just a A+ business
