I had a great experience with All my Sons. I initially spoke with Matt to book the move and then Eric was the one in charge of the actual move. I had heard bad stories with other moving companies, but this was a nice surprise. They had great communication every step of the way and given the guaranteed moving dates, efficiency and professionalism, it was well worth the cost. Highly recommend
I hate moving, but this company made the process as smooth as possible. First, they showed up on time. We did a walk through of the house making notes of what needed to be wrapped, moved first etc, there were three movers that kept in constant communication with each other as far what was next, how it was going, what to be moved next and where it was going to be placed on the truck. They had this down pat wrapping every piece of furniture, handling it with care. Basically these guys rock! Professional, good communication, responsive, good quality and best value for services you get!
All Sons Moving did an excellent job with our move. Our movers, Roger, Aaron, and Saint were friendly, professional and extremely efficient. They handle all our items with care and overall did a great job. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for movers! No issues at all.
I used them to move from my apartment to another location down the street. All my sons was so easy to work with, went above and beyond! I had to re-schedule at the last minute and they were able to give me a new date not too far off from my original.Joshua, Raul, tz, and Roger were great! It made moving way less stressful. I will certainly use again and recommend!
We recently had our moving needs serviced by All My Sons Moving and Storage, and we were extremely impressed by the Team. From scheduling with the front office to the actual move, the services were top-class and professional. Our movers (Roger Lawrence and Lavare) were prompt on arrival and executed the move expeditiously and with care. I would highly recommend All My Sons Moving for any moving need. The move went very smooth, the guys were very polite and professional. The only thing that wasn’t great was that they told me the week before that they would call between 8 - 9:30 to let me know when they’d be arriving. I got a call at 7:25, saying they’d be there in 20 minutes. So that threw me off a little bit. Otherwise everything was great. A little expensive, much more so than last time I moved, but I chalk that up to inflation. Roger Lawrence was the one who set it up for me. Would recommend.
After our initial move from across the state, we had a few things that still need to be done, and we needed assistance. All My Son’s Cleveland office sent out Roger and Terrance this morning to help move the rest of our heavier pieces of furniture into place. They were both amazing! They were prompt, showed up right on time, and took care to ensure everything was carefully moved up our (narrow) stairs, put together properly, and in the right location. I was so appreciative for the assistance, as moving is stressful and trying to set up your new home is even harder!Thank you to Roger, Terrance, and Drew Tate for your responsiveness and help!
I had 3 guys that moved me. One of the guys that really stood out is Eric Wendt, these guys really did the job, professionally, friendly, Courteous. Everything was explained before the move was started. My furniture was well protected. ( is was so protected they ran out of furniture wrap)....lol. overall very good company to do business with. My entire apartment was packed and delivered in 3.5 hours.
The movers were professional, courteous, polite and above all very respectful of my personal items. I was at first shocked at my final bill, but after speaking with Jaylon I understood. I had miss understood how the bill was figured calculated. I would recommend and use the company again.. Thank you.
Roger Lawrence and crew straight killed it. All hustle, great energy... could not have asked for more. Heres the best part... they actually listen to the customer and do things as instructed. This made my move super easy. This is my second time using this group... easy choice.(Now... some of their basketball skills may be questionable...LOL...but as far as quality movers... they got you covered)
0 out of 10. If you are looking for a moving company, find somewhere else. If you are really considering this company, please kindly review this.The movers came around 8:15 am. Two of them came with some injuries (one with injured toes and one with wounded ankle). Additionally, while we were signing the paper works halfway through, the other two stopped moving and were just watching us. After they saw what needed to be moved and had several loading rounds, they estimated four and half hours to finish the move, including loading, driving and unloading. We were already unhappy with the much longer time and higher price than what we were quoted. They explained that this estimated time period of 4.5 hours was just to be safe, and it could be faster. However, they spent almost 5 hours only for loading everything onto the truck. All above were under the condition that I had already reserved the elevator as well as the loading dock.There are three of them, but one injured his toes before he came, and one wore crocs. They are not efficient, talk too much without moving, and stalling time. Here are some stories I would like to share with you. First of all, they used a little tiny tool among the whole toolbox to disassemble my bed frame, which is unreasonable to spend half-an-hour to unscrew six screws on my bed. Second, I have a reasonable belief that they did not take their job seriously. The only thing they care about is their paycheck, not the job. Four of my furniture are damaged from different levels. One of them tilted my desk by himself, and he overlooked that the legs were plastic and could hold the weight of the entire desk. While they carried my bed frame, half of the wooden planks had fallen, and the attached connectors were broken too. Moreover, every time they went down the elevator, all three disappeared for 40 to 50 minutes.We had trouble finding the parking space, but when we figured out the place to park, none of them were moving stuff out of the truck. This is ridiculous because when Mario came (their bosss assistant), they moved way faster than Ive ever seen. It only took them less than two hours to unload everything from the truck and deliver it to my new apartment.When I tried to negotiate with the supervisor. Drew Tate stopped responding to my email regarding my claim of their performance, Jaylan Winter said they didn’t want to talk about it anymore and told me I could take any actions I wanted. Worst moving experience ever, worst customer service.
We hired All My Sons to move a piano from my brothers house to my house, into a room 10 feet from the entrance of my home which we moved into weeks ago.While moving my piano the crew left deep scratches in my previously pristine hardwood floor, put a rug over it and didnt say anything to us about it until I ran out to the crew who were sitting in the truck in my driveway.We were charged $300 more than the quoted amount confirmed via phone days prior to the job.For the damage to our floor, we were referred to the claims department by management. Management was sympathetic over the phone.Per flooring specialists we have contacted, the damage cannot be fixed and we will have to replace the flooring in the entire room. This would involve moving the piano out of the room and back into it.
I’ve never been more disappointed with a moving company until the unfortunate mistake of hiring All My Sons moving & storage. This is truly a situation where zero/negative stars should be an option.One excuse after the next, rescheduled our move 3 times, then 30mins before they were due to arrive, someone from the company tried to reschedule our Wednesday appointment to Saturday!? What should have taken 2-3hrs took 5hrs for these unprofessional amateurs, who charge by the hour.And the damages!! At least 25-50% of the items moved are now scratched or broken thanks to the now obvious inexperience of the 3-person crew. I had to stop looking because I am so tired from this ordeal and it is so upsetting how so many things are ruined.I am discussed! Would not recommend.
I’m going to be very honest here, do NOT book these guys…you are not getting professionals, and a lot of hidden fees! They dragged their feet the whole time! They charged me for an assumed end time and once we figured out the correct end time they made it as of they were giving me a discount! One guy even tried to take a smoke break while I was paying by the hour! And another was impressed by my fiancé gaming system and tried to have a whole conversation and about it ! As if he’s not getting paid by the hour ! Long story short if you have the option go with anyone else. These reviews are paid for !
I hate to write this. I dont even write reviews online, but I had to after my experience with this company. I scheduled a move and they were supposed to come Friday between 11am and 3pm. They were supposed to call me an hour before. I received no call by 2:30. I had to call them 3 times (including one time after 4pm) just for them to tell me they could not honor their word and move me that day. I was moving out and had scheduled my tenant to move in the next day. The unprofessionalism and lack of communication cost me money and time. Though apologetic, they offered me an insulting discount in the first round of communication for the inconvenience ($10 off my hourly rate lol).When they finally did come the next day. The movers were great but the administrators (Mario) were less than competent. He gave me verbal promises of a discount, and then sent something else in the written invoice. Eventually I was given a better discount, but in my opinion it wasnt worth the inconvenience. I was almost double charged for my deposit even after all of this issues. It was a frustrating process unfortunately.Also watch our for hidden fees. Also typically however long they estimate your move will take over the phone (they told me 2.5-3 hours) double it. It ended up taking 5.5-6 hours.I will never use them again.
Daniel Wendt and his team did a great job moving things from my moms house after she passed away. They were very careful with her things, and they took the time to wrap everything and strap things down in the truck so they dont get jostled around. They were very friendly and professional, and they communicated well with me along the way. Also, I loved that someone from the main office called me half way through the move to see how things were going. Little touches like that are why I will always remember this company in the future. They werent cheap, but I feel like I got my moneys worth. Ill use them again in the future if I need professional movers.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. First of all, I have never seen movers move so slow. When getting the fridge out of my house they did not have a clue what they were doing. New homeowners had Home Depot installation at the house and they had to help them. They nearly took my screen door off and did end up busting it. They dropped something and would not tell me what it was. Many boxes were crushed and notes of “fragile” were ignored. I was quoted 3-4 hours for the move. 5 hours into the move they told me the truck was full, I’d have to leave the rest of my stuff, and there was simply nothing they could do. I talked to drew who initially attempted to rectify the situation by getting a truck to come get the rest another day. I get having little manpower, but the new residents were at my house. No one came out to do an estimate. I paid for the move before we pulled out of the driveway against my better judgement. The driver admitted he hit a cone on the way down because he was tired and swerved the truck. My furniture is scuffed, one TV wasn’t even wrapped. Desks and filing cabinet was supposed to be shrink wrapped and it wasn’t. I was told by one mover that items could be taken down from rafters in garage- then was told that wasn’t possible so those items were left. When they arrived with the second load they wanted over $1200 more than the $2000 or so I already gave them. I was told the second day (which I shouldn’t have had to pay for) wouldn’t cost more than $675. The operations manager told me they didn’t charge me for the unload two days prior “out of respect” because the move wasn’t finished. That info was never communicated to me!!! How is that respect? Then he told me to stop twisting his words. I questioned the $1200 payment and he got upset and even threw out “Jesus Christ” and told me this was human error. He huffed and puffed. On top of it all they lost a GIANT antique mirror that went with a dresser set. He said “it’s just a mirror.” No! It was an antique with sentimental value. Tried calling customer relations and the mAilbox was full. My mom was planning to use them for a move and I said she wanted to cancel due to my experience. Drew said, “fine I’ll cancel it right now.” I told them I no longer trusted them and all I got was “ma’am we have bent over backwards for you how could you say that”. I have no clue where my vanity mirror is. I am beyond livid. I questioned the charge and they took it down from over $1200 to $700 and some. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend them to even move anyone- even my worst enemy.
Roger, Doug, and LeVar were efficient, respectful, prompt, and friendly. Moved a 2 BR apartment in about 2 hours! Getting a quote and scheduling was not only easy, but they ensured I was informed every step of the way, from cost to licensure to size of the truck. Plenty of follow-up to ensure there were no questions. If you are a fan of transparency and efficiency, these are your guys!
To: All My Sons,I scheduled a move for yesterday 6/30/2022 from a two bedroom apartment in a complex on the 5th floor. I was promised a three man crew who is stated to be an expert professional crew at the rate of $199 an hour.The crew was scheduled to arrive at 8:00 a.m. which I received a phone call from the driver at 7:23 a.m. stating that they were 20 minutes away from my home. The crew arrived late at 8:45 to begin my move. The move did not end until 7:00. My new home is approximately 15 minutes away from the old.The first incident of the day was that the crew overpacked our elevators to the ceilings which made it stop in the middle of the move. The building manager called to state that not only had they packed one elevator but also packed the second elevator which kept tenants from being able to get out of the building. Clearly the limits are stated in the elevators of how much should be placed in the elevators. After approximately 30 minutes the elevators were restarted. What should have taken no more than 5 hours took 10 hours and the crew left at 7:00 p.m.Boxes were left in the hallway of my new building; no beds were set up; did not bring garment boxes for our clothes, left my china cabinet uninstalled; cant find screws to my TV/fireplace; couches not reassembled and cant find the screws, did not have the proper tools to take apart one of my other headboards and frame resulting in us leaving the headboard and only taking the frame.I was told that since we did not want to pay for time they were leaving. Now mind you I had paid them when they arrived at the new home and THEY estimated the unloading time.I am HIGHLY disappointed with my experience with this company. The crew was very nice but they were very inexperienced with moving out of a high-rise building. The most disappointing part is that I budgeted $1,500 possibly for this move and ended up spending $2,230. Unacceptable.My recommendations to this company - instead of giving out estimates over the telephone you need to go and scope out what a customer has and then give them a quote and better train your staff on how to prep and work better as a team.Barbara IsomSent from Yahoo Mail on Android
Cannot recommend highly enough NOT to use this company. My move took place in July of 2021. We had a 3 man crew and 2 of them were just mad at the third for not pulling his weight for the move, which meant that the whole ordeal took hours longer than anticipated, even with my family and friends helping in the end to just try and get things finished. On top of all this, after they left for the day we found they left a significant number of items behind at the old place which we had to return to and retrieve after an already long day of moving. Bad situations happen, and I can understand and forgive to an extent, but to not return my emails or calls after the poor experience just cements the fact that this is not a company that anyone should do business with. Avoid at all costs.
Do not book these people as your movers they are horrible. They quote you one price and then when they have all of your belongings at the new location they give you a totally different price almost 50% higher. They sent three guys who stood around most of the time while I did some of the heavy lifting. They over wrapped things that didn’t need to be it was ridiculous they were slow they were horrible
They took excellent care of my furniture, appliances,TVs,and all my personal belonging .They wrap everything up.There was no nicks on the walls or my furniture.On time also.The price was excellent. I would highly recommend the company to all my friends and relatives and would definitely hire them again
Poor experiance with this mover. They were slow, when they were moving they were rough. 1 guy just bounced my dryer down the stairs. My railings and walls were damaged. My table, shelves, dryer, refriigerator were damaged. I was quoted $1000 the bill I recieved was for $1800
Outrageously expensive. My parents moved a 4 bedroom house including appliances in March with Parma Movers from East to West cleveland, and the total price was $3,000. This company just charged me $1300 to move a one bedroom apartment to a location 1 mile away and made me pay for a bunch of plastic waste that I didn’t want. The only reason I used this company is Parma movers wasn’t available. Don’t get robbed, use a different company.

Had to cancel my appointment to move 2 times because of a flaw in their system. Didnt want to refund my deposit because my SECOND call was not within 48 hrs of my move but tge first one was. Guy that handled my refund was rude as hell. Would not reccomend anyone this company.
The 3 J’s were awesome! With all them have J names we just temporarily renamed them J1,J2 & J3 which was hilarious. They kept me in the loop of everything that was happening from start to finish. Placed all times in the areas it was needed. All in all this was one of the best moving experiences, would highly recommend.
All my sons moving & storages employee threatened me to keep it moving before something happens to me when I asked if he could move his truck that was BLOCKING A 1 WAY EXIT. If I didnt have somewhere to be I would have made sure the police were called and it was handled appropriately. I cant imagine how the company treats customers if thats the way the employees treat potential customers.
As someone who works full time, takes care of a liver transplant patient, and also hurt their foot falling off of a curb, I had such a difficult time getting boxes packed and staged. Both my mom and I worked tirelessly, but we just didn’t get done in time for their first arrival. However, Connor and his team were professional and certainly kind. They came in and looked at the place, saying that it would take them much longer than quoted (due to my own fault, not Connor or his team). Connor immediately had me call Drew to reschedule. Drew, the Operations Director, picked up and was super kind to reschedule me for the next day.The team came out again, this time they were able to move us without a doubt. They quickly went to work, carefully moving our stuff into their truck. They knew what needed to be done and were efficient in their work. This experience has been nothing but pleasant. The whole team and Drew have been a pleasure to work with. Undoubtedly, their customer service is beyond par and I am thankful for working me in during the holidays when I’m certain their schedule is packed.If I need to move again, I will be sure to book again with All My Sons Moving and Storage
Eric and Anthony were fabulous! So fast and efficient, plus they handled all items with care. They made short work of what would have been a huge chore without professional help. Even after everything was moved in, they used their remaining minutes to personally help us with a bed frame that was not cooperating. I am very thankful for this power team!Additionally, the All My Sons staff in general was very helpful and made sure my move was booked on a day that worked for my schedule. I am most grateful and I highly recommend All My Sons Moving and Storage!
Steve and his crew knocked it out of the park with our move!! Our furniture is not only big but extremely heavy! Every step of the way this group of guys muscled through getting this job done quickly and with the best interest of our belongings! We loved their great interactions with our requests. The movers were all good guys and easy to work with..that was a plus. Unfortunately they arrived with only one runner. Now being that we have had north of 30 of snow in the past two weeks...being prepared better would have created less drama and not trashed our floors like they were. Further and the worst part...the Operations Manager who spoke to my wife on the phone is not well suited for customer contact. Instead of helping the situation, or trying to make it better, he insisted it was our fault...and then stated he would have more runner brought out. He didnt do such and we needed to call again after the truck was enroute to the new house and was told it would be 45 minutes. Demonstrating he did not ask for new runners three hours earlier when we originally called. Again his lack of action and phone etiquette reflects poorly. The movers though were good guys.
Dylan Smithburger was a complete joy to work with. Very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions and even helped out with something else for me. I was completely in awe of his speed along with the 2 gentleman with him (im bad with names and I cant remember their names ). Also ether were all very professional and friendly. I will definitely be telling all my friends about your company and how great your workers are. Every one I have dealt with during this move has been fantastic and definitely needs to have more than 5 stars. Thank you all again for making my move less stressful.
I hired All My Sons Movers to move my daughter & her roommate from a 3rd floor apartment into a century home with 3 stories. First of all communication prior was outstanding with the company; they responded within minutes when contacted. The move went exactly as planned- Eric Rosario Alvarez was so helpful in explaining the outcome of the move. All 3 were gentlemen and on one of the hottest days of the year no complaints about moving without elevators, 3 stories in both buildings without air conditioning! They had extra boxes so we were able to pack & have them move items that weren’t already prepared. It was a pleasure working with them, highly recommend.
I couldnt have made a better decision in a company to help me with my moving needs. From day one when I reached out until the end, when my move was complete, they were professional and courteous. The manager Jaylan was the best. He was personable and didnt mind my 4000 questions. No matter what I asked he was right there with an answer to ease my worries as Ive never used a moving company before. September 20, 2021, Parma bungalow to Parma ranch movePrice:Left without even finishing the job, charging over $1,000 to move 2 queen beds, 2 couches, 4 coffee tables, 5 chairs and a dining room table, about 2 miles away. Simply left the treadmill, said lawn mower and snowblower had to stay because they have gasoline in them, small refrigerator, no room in truck for the 5 chairs. Nobody seemed older than 23 years old. They took a detour on the way to the destination, when they picked up snacks maybe? While Im paying by the hour?Damages:1. Told me they are piano movers, then scraped my Yamaha U5 by carelessly dragging it along a door frame before unsuccessfully attempting to move it up 8 stairs using only their hands and no skids/covers. When asked on site whether they moved a piano before, they only answered not today.2. Failure to cover and protect finished wood surfaces (I am posting the picture of them moving my things into their truck here)3. Backed the truck into a culvert, partially crushing it and taking a 2ft chunk of the road off with it, when attempting to back into the new driveway.Communication:Ignored me when I tried calling them to report the damage to my piano, 3 times, and even hung up on me after finally getting an answer! I called a 4th time from a different number and they told me how to submit a claim.Professionalism (they were friendly except for hanging up on me, but lacked competence)1.Told me theyd never be able to get my washing machine and dryer into the new basement. I had to show them they only had to turn it sideways.2. Dropping furniture, obviously hurt and yowling in pain frequently, very poor employee morale.Overall, a very costly experience. Would have prevented damage and paid a fraction hiring helpers that go with Uhaul, because All My Sons required constant help and supervision even without finishing the job.
Demone Moore and his crew was excellent!!! He called and said he would arrive in 30 minutes and arrived on time. Him and the crew was efficient, handled my furniture with care, while still moving quickly. They used their problem solving skills to fit my furniture through small spaces without causing any damage.They were all kind and polite and made the stressful experience of moving super easy and worry free!! In all, my experience with All My Sons Moving was excellent, but most importantly Demone and his crew were professional and provided superior customer service!!! They deserve a bonus!!!!!
TRAVIS, JONAH and JAMAHL are an excellent team!!!! They moved me from a house--dropping off half of my items to my storage unit and the other half to my new location. They took special care with my items, wrapping breakables very well and sorting things in the moving van to ensure efficiency in unloading! They worked their butts off, never complained and were very personable. Travis has excellent leadership skills--executing a plan, leading the team and managing the move with me. Would hire them again!! They were even flexible--after the move they picked up a few heavy boxes left for me on the new property and brought them into my new place. No damages, everything made it to its new home. THANK YOU, GUYS!!!!! You rock!!!
Connor, along with the help of Moses and Devante, did a great job helping us move end of June. They were very professional and quick helping us move apartments and all of our big furniture. They came in and padded/wrapped every piece. They handled every heavy piece and even had stairs as an obstacle. I am very happy with their services. The company as a whole was very professional and answered all my questions. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and even checked in with me halfway through the move to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend.
As far as my move went things started well. I was excited to have the extra help (an additional mover- four all together) but the process turned out to be slower than anticipated and it really felt as if I only had three movers. D, who was the lead, was kind but he set the tone for the entire group and there was no sense of urgency. The first stop was fine, getting things out of my apartment went smoothly. All of the staff was personable. Moving forward I would recommend the team informs individuals about what resources - wardrobe boxes - that you may not have before the move. While I did speak to Andy about this already and wasnt charged for them (thank you) I had left all of my clothing in my closet and was told to put all of my clothes in a box. This is something that I couldve had done beforehand if I had known these boxes were not available.It was also difficult to have a check-in while the movers were in front of me, I felt as if I couldnt be as transparent as I would have liked to but I want to push that I really appreciated having the check-in. Additionally, theres a lot of paperwork that is signed while the movers are at your house which makes it difficult for one to take the time to read through it all. When I was reading the contract D was shocked and commented that he was surprised I was actually going through it. I made a comment about something on it he noted that he had never read it himself. That was concerning to me because there was so much information.There were three stops involved in my move.Upon getting to my Columbus apartment the gentlemen were good. My main concern here was that they appeared to be exhausted - now I know the job isnt easy but it felt as if the majority of the customer service was just gone. When they came in with my couch D wanted me to pay immediately - mind all of my things were still on the truck. I was not comfortable paying before 99% of my items were in my home.The first question that was asked was if I wanted my bed to be put back together, in my opinion, thats always a yes because they took it apart. They didnt construct it correctly and lost a bolt that required my father and me to fix the entire thing after they left. My dresser fell apart on the truck. I left Cleveland with 3 table lamps and I came to Columbus with only one lampshade. I was disappointed to have a broken bed but what impacted me the most is that D never mentioned it. The crew was kind but D let me down as the Lead. From the outside looking in, he didnt require more from his team and he seemed to disengage when my dad commented on the pace of the move. I was also missing two tension rods that I watched the movers take from my Cleveland apartment.I also that your movers slow down next time and take a thoughtful inventory of peoples things and my situation doesnt happen to your next client. I would recommend moving forward that you take an inventory of ALL your moves. Yes, it may take longer but situations like mine will be avoided.
Stay away. Bait and Switch prior to even booking. Didn’t even end up booking with them because they said one thing on the call when I made the reservation, then did a total reverse when they called and finalized the reservation the following day, basically saying the quote that they gave me the day prior was wrong, the time that was reserved was not available, and I would have been paying roughly $400 more than originally expected. Go somewhere else with your moving needs.
It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but I was very disappointed in my experience with All My Sons. I definitely would NOT recommend them. The family member we moved did not have a ton, but the move itself went slowly, and literally every piece of furniture was damaged along with every item that did not fit in a bin or box, even though I called ahead to ensure those items could be wrapped by the movers, and asked for that the day of. We had a two stop move, and a decent amount of the items went to the wrong place. The worst was a dresser we specifically asked them to be careful with was damaged, they put holes in my walls moving it, and badly nicked my wooden staircase taking it upstairs. The move felt very pricey for the low quality. I will say, I was referred by a friend who had a positive experience, so it’s not every crew, but my experience was very poor.
This company was a warm, professional class act from start to finish. They communicated clearly and in a timely fashion before the move, and were able to answer all of our questions. They arrived ahead of schedule and worked quickly, thoroughly, and with great care. Their team leader, Steve Lenczewski ran the team efficiently, and kept up clear communication with me throughout the process. Everyone in the moving team was kind, friendly, and professional. We would recommend All My Sons very highly!

All my sons moving and storage is a great company. They are very upfront with how their service works and how much you are going to pay! No hidden cost or fees. They package your items with the care like it’s their owns. They moved my 3 bed 2 bath house and it only took 3 hours! Ron, Dan, and Ty were the best movers.
The two guys who helped me move my stuff were very friendly and professional. They were right on time and worked fast and efficiently. Also when I called because I had to change my original moving date, they said it was no problem and immediately gave me the new date I wanted. The fee that I was charged was exactly what they stated in the original quote I received from them and no hidden charges. I think the fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company if you are moving. I would definitely use them again.
I received excellent service from Derek and Lateke. They were on time for my move was told 8-930 for a time frame for their arrival - they called before and got to my place by 815. Explained every step of the way. Caring with my stuff, nothing was damaged. Moved with a sense of urgency as well which I appreciated. When they couldnt fit my couch in the elevator without hesitation said they would take the heavy piece of furniture up 4 flights of stairs. They were nice guys to be around - polite and funny. 5 star service all around. I highly recommend for anyone moving in the Cleveland area! If I have to move again will for sure call these 2 guys for help.
Showed up in rental truck, no tools, lollygag, total rip off. Wrapped my stuff then basically, threw my furniture into truck. Held my stuff hostage until I paid outlandish fee for work I could have done myself with my own truck. Thought I was hiring professionals. NOT.
Don’t be fooled by the lower price, it will cost you more in the end so just go with someone else. The guys they sent argued the whole time they were at my house, filled up the truck and got stuck in my yard for three hours tearing it up. By the time they got to my new house I had to carry all the boxes from the front porch through the house because they were covered in mud. They left stuff outside and I had to make eight more trips including with a U-Haul to get all the stuff out of my house because they wouldn’t go back. The operations manager indicated we may be able to get some money back because of the poor job that they did however all they were willing to pay for was the yard and $75 for a U-Haul. This place is a joke!
I 100% recommend this company to anyone not wanting to deal with the hassle of moving. The boss, Drew, was extremely sweet and professional and made setting up my move and getting my quote and time set super easy. Derek and Deshante were efficient, kind, and knew exactly what they were doing. This is the most pleasant move Ive ever had and Ill definitely be using All My Sons whenever I move again!
DO NOT BOOK A MOVE WITH ALL MY SONS! We booked our move from my sons apartment to a storage locker (both in the 44102 area of Cleveland) well in advance. We drove in from Pittsburgh the night before and stayed in a hotel so that we would be completely packed and ready for the movers on Sunday morning. All My Sons gave us a moving time window between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., which I thought was a little long, but we were ready and waiting at 11. At 1 p.m., Andy (possibly the owner of this franchise) called and said that two of our trucks broke down yesterday in Dayton and that they not be able to move us today. No explanation as to why he didnt let us know sooner. He offered to move us the next day, but we were scheduled to return to Pittsburgh today and have to work on Monday. When I asked if there would be any consideration of the fact the we drove in from Pittsburgh and booked a hotel room for nothing, Andy accused me of trying to hustle him for money. There are so many other ways that this could have been handled. Andy could have tried to rent another truck and supplied the crew. Andy could have offered us a discount and offered to reschedule the move on the day of our choice (had we canceled the move at the last minute, we would have owed him about $600 for three hours). Andy could have been even the slightest bit kind and empathetic that we were indeed being inconvenienced and had gone to some expense for nothing. Instead, he was dismissive and made us feel that we were inconveniencing him because we were upset. UNPROFESSIONAL! IRRESPONSIBLE! DO NOT GIVE THIS FIRM YOUR BUSINESS!
Booked with relatively short notice. Drew and the office staff were great and helped make everything stress free.Steve and the crew arrived early in the time window, and we had an extra crew member. The move was efficient and nothing but professional. Moved from a loft to another apartment building across town. Everything went well. Fast and smooth.
Clock started at 2:15pm at a rate of $159 an hour with a distance between the houses of 17 minutes. Moving was completed by 5:37pm. Should have been 600 bucks tops. They charged over $1000 for moving charge. The crew was absolutely great, their names were Dan, Eric, Dylan. When Drew Tate called me to go over the invoice, he was trying to say basically that I somehow managed to use $400 between gas, tape, and shrink wrap. The majority of our stuff was in boxes, five dressers had to be wrapped with fabric and the fabric was taped on. Two things were shrink-wrapped. They said the gas charge was 14%, I still don’t understand where a $400 increase was applied. During my discussion with Drew Tate, he said that he was going to instruct his crew to not move me and instruct them to take all of my stuff back to the old house, a threat I imagine he uses on people when they question the invoice? When I spoke to Dan, the kind lad that was part of the moving crew, he said there was no way they were going to take my stuff back to the house. Though Tate continued to call him and ask him to drop my stuff in the driveway and leave. Thankfully the moving crew did not do that. The moving crew is kind, DrewTate was a nightmare. I hope his call with me was recorded.
It was my first move and I was a bit nervous. They were extremely professional and moved my belongings with care. I had a 2 bedroom and moved to a townhome and they placed the boxes accordingly to the rooms and put my furniture where I asked. The movers were the BEST. I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and pace of the move. I am so glad that I did not get the more familiar company for the move. They charged 700.00 more. All My Sons were courteous from the receptionist phone calls yo the actual move and follow-up. I would recommend this company to anyone. They will be pleased with the exceptional service. Try them. You will not be disappointed.
Both of the men who moved us were through and took very good care of our things. We did not have a lot of particulars to request because it was obvious they knew what they were doing. Any requests we made were met with a positive responseDemond Moore took very good care of our move.
I paid this company to move a few large items from Columbus to Cleveland. Their movers complained the whole time about the job and the drive. I open the door to them and the first thing they say to me is scolding me (not jokingly) for living so far away. I could have let that go, but they scuffed up most of my furniture (that alone I could have let go) but also ruined the plug to the refrigerator I had delivered. It was crushed under the fridge and now I have to fix and replace it. With all this combined, I wish they had taken a bit more care, behaved a bit more professionally and been more considerate of my belongings.
The best moving experience ever! The movers were quick, and on their feet! They didnt procrastinate, they got straight to it. They were earlier than the time they gave me, which was already a great start, they were quick, very polite and professional. They were very friendly with me and my family. They did so well, I gave them a $45 tip each! Ive referred them to my friends and family and they loved the experience just as I did. If you need you stuff moved early, quick, neat, and professionally, they are the right ones to call.
Movers were very friendly, considerate, professional, efficient. The office staff was not so. I booked over a month in advance, was quoted a price just over $500 with a 2 hour minimum work time plus fuel surcharge and 1 hour travel time to and from shop. I was told i would likely receive a call in the middle of the month to confirm everything. Never received a call. 5 days before the move, i called to confirm and was told nothing was finalized and they would call me back. Did not recieve a call back. Call again the next day. Received the same answer. Again, did not receive a call back. Called the day before the move (monday. Move on tuesday). Finally confirmed and added some items to move and was told a fourth man would be added, it would take 7 hours or more, it was a 3 hour minimum (plus fuel and drive), not 2, and the price more than doubled. Had to explain to the person on the phone what i was quoted and even forwarded the email at his request. Reduced my move down to just essential furniture. Bill still came to almost double and was still charged 3-hour minimum work time. Very unhappy and will regretfully not be recommending this company.
I encourage anyone preparing for a move to work with All My Sons! Scheduling the move with their operations team easy and they provided all the information I needed up front to feel less stressed about the process (shout out to Bobby!). The day of the move went so smoothly too. I truly cannot thank Ron, Ty, and Darrion enough! In contrast to other companies I have used in the past, All My Sons provides a high level of professionalism and expertise at each stage of the moving process. For additional info, I moved from a 2-bed apartment to a single family home (local) and required some furniture disassembly/assembly. Total time was less than 5 hours (including transport)! Awesome.

For a first time move, this was amazing. The guys who came over to my house were polite, organized, and knew exactly what to do. They packed everything that needed packing and made sure big furniture items were secured. They didn’t chip any paint and I barely heard them move the stuff. They didn’t want me helping or lifting a finger.At the new apartment, they quickly and quietly moved everything in and even assembled my bed. Overall, this was so easy! I’m so glad I chose this company. They really do treat you like family and were amazing.
Set up movers for early morning. Day before move we find out theres now all of a sudden another move in front of you. Wait around all day for them to show up, call me an hour before the end of their 5 hour window just to tell me that they cant send 2 people instead of 3. Really put us in a bind, they were able to offer no additional help at all. Will never be using this company in the future, nor will I recommend this company to anybody.
The front office staff was fantastic from the first hello. They were incredibly kind and helpful. The process of pricing out the move and then helping us to find the most cost effective option was imperative to our family. Then the movers came and were kind, helpful and hardworking. I can’t say enough about the wonderful people that make up the All My Sons moving company. I would recommend them to everyone!
Absolutely horrendous. Would not recommend to anyone. For starters, they called 5 minutes before they arrived. Then, when they did, it took them only two hours to move our things into the truck. When we were headed to the storage locker, they took a 30 minute lunch break instead of taking the one item we needed to the storage locker. Finally, worst of all, they estimated that it would take 4+ hours and $1700 to move our things into the new location, despite the fact that they are supposed to charge an hourly rate, not give an estimation. Since we could not afford that, they proceeded to set all of our boxes out on the lawn, forcing me and two family friends to take 70+ boxes up two flights of stairs ourselves. As said by the chief mover, All My Sons is expensive for no reason. Dont fall into their trap.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional. The movers we had moved very slow. I had 2 guys unloading a truck from a 1 bedroom apartment and it took them well over 4 hours. They also damaged my couch and doorway and then the management argued with me and tried to hold me responsible for the damages. Also one of the movers stacked 5 boxes that had fragile dishes and other breakable items on top of each other and the bottom box wasn’t full and was beginning to collapse in on itself. Everything would have fallen if I had not I stacked the boxes. So much for “professional movers.” All I got was a measly $120 for a couch that is going to cost over $400 to reupholster due to the damages.
When I seen how this company was when they helped her move, I was very impressed! So, I scheduled for them to help me move, which was today, and they were twice as better as when they helped my daughter move! I usually never have a good experience with moving companies but this was fantastic! I absolutely loved it! I felt like it was only right to tip each mover $50 each! Even tho I had scheduled it last minute, they got the job done very quick and neat! They didnt just throw the boxes like other poorly done moving companies, they actually stacked them neatly in one area so it wouldnt look messy! This was a very great first impression they gave me! This was my first time dealing with All My Sons Moving & Storage, and it wont be my last! You guys need to book with them asap! I promise you wont regret it!
This was our family’s first time using All My Sons moving services, and to say we were satisfied would be an understatement. Dan and Team (4 movers total) were prompt in their arrival and efficiently started working in an organized manner. Each mover was professional, kind, asked clarifying questions when needed, and wonderful to work with. We had underestimated the amount of belongings we were moving, which Dan immediately addressed and provided flexibility in resolving (2 trips vs the originally scheduled 1 trip, etc). Bobby Malave was on top of the communication with us throughout the day, sharing projected updates and potential changes to our quote to be prepared for. He also worked hard to provided us with the best rate and possible ways to save cost. Gary Beaulieu was great when conducting the virtual walk thru to understand the volume we were moving, and worked hard to get us the best quote available. The overall experience with this company was superb, and even enjoyable (if that’s possible for a moving day!). I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone, and will definitely be using them again for any future needs. Great job All My Sons Moving!
The movers moaned about the job so much. Only took 3 hours to load and 2 hours to unload but they could not stop moaning. One even called his boss and said they needed another mover to help. They also lost a part to our couch that connects the leg. And they lost a copper ground rod. Also, Beware of this company since they will quote low at first but close to move when its impossible to hire another company they raise quote and fuel costs.

The gentlemen were on time and very professional. They took time to make sure items were properly wrapped and loaded. They moved our belongings from Cleveland to Columbus. Upon arrival in Columbus the professionalism continued. I would definitely recommend All My Sons moving to friends and family. Demone Moore and his partner were excellent.
Good but could not fit everything in the truck so two bookcases and quite a few boxes still left.Driver, Cash, was always on his phone and seemed unable to comprehend what to do or how to do it and was more interested in the next job than the present job.The other worker, Robert, was excellent! He did most of the work, was very conscientious, careful, considerate and should have been the boss. I wish I had two of him instead as Im sure all items would have fit in the truck and been moved without my direction or concern.
Demone and his crew were quick, efficient, professional, and had great communication leading up to and during the entire moving process. They brought plenty of supplies, made sure everything was moved safely, and overall did an amazing job to make the entire process easy. We used All My Sons for a move out of a large storage unit into a four bedroom home. Although we were the second move of the day, the guys worked incredibly hard in frigid temps to get all of our furniture, boxes, and random belongings out of the unit and then into our home. Without going into too much detail, Demone and his crew went above and beyond to ensure everything was moved out of the unit even when there were worries that not everything would fit on the truck. They even helped with moving large office furniture at the last minute. The guys were professional and efficient; we had a great experience.
The movers from All My Sons did a great job. Felix, Dave, and Michael were professional, efficient, and friendly. I thought it was going to take at least 8 hours to move everything but they got it done super fast!Even the operations manager and receptionist were super friendly on the phone, it took away some of the stress of such a big move.
My family has used movers before and we had out favorite. But after using All My Sons and the crew led by Dan Wendt, they have tied.... or even gone a little past.... our favorite movers.!!!! Every person I spoke with, including Drew, was extremely kind, patient, professional and very helpful/reaponsive to all our questions/needs!!
The four men were striving to please from the start to the finish of my move. They were honest about one item I was not sure I wanted to move and told me that disassembly and assembly time was way more than the price of a new one. They had not moved an antique grand piano with tongue and groove assembly before, and they were honest about that even though they knew I would be disappointed not to have the piano. The company had over estimated the cost of my move, a lot beause of the time for moving the piano, and they took off the price it will approximately cost to use a piano mover. I did not ask for it, they just did it! Dawn, Dee, Carlos, and Felix placed all my old used furniture in my new home carefully like it was brand new Henridon, and even placed two items that wouldnt quite fit twice when they would not fit the way I planned. Dawn, the lead guy, figured out a way around everything that seemed like it was not going to work like I wanted. Carlos made some great suggestions on furniture placement. When they left it already looked like home, and cost a good amount less than the estimate. Even though there were a couple of unforeseeable disappointments, it was a gratifying experience. Id recommend this company to my friends.
Ron Bethel and his moving crew did an awesome job. They were very professional and respectful to us and our belongings. I felt very confident that nothing was damaged in the move because they took the time to wrap everything well and stack all furniture in the truck nicely and efficiently. I would highly recommend using this company for your moving needs.
I highly regret booking this company to move us into our new construction home. Not only did they not finish the job, leaving early before unpacking everything after we paid, they ruined every single piece of furniture and wall they touched. Literally. Our 65 inch tv is bent and the screen came off during the move, all of our furniture is scratched and our brand new walls are chipped and scratched(see below). If you care about your house and valuables, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and thank me later.
My boyfriend and I hired this company to help us move from a one bedroom apartment in Mayfield Heights to a new apartment in Westlake OH, at first there were seemingly no problems. However, the day before the move the employee that my boyfriend was working with called to say they needed to change time slots because they gave our time slot away to another customer. This was fine as we were very flexible considering there wasn’t a whole lot to move and my boyfriend had taken the day off. Throughout the morning of the move they kept calling my boyfriend to change the time consistently until the eventually got to our first stop around 1:30/2pm.Where my concern is held, is that shortly after the moving company left - my boyfriend noticed one of our couch cushions was missing. (The back cushions, our couch has 3 but after the move we were only left with 2 and it’s quite noticeable and makes the couch practically non-functioning on the side missing the cushion). After continuous phone tag with the moving company and countless “we will check and call you back”, they NEVER called back. They began not answering my boyfriend’s calls anymore and if we were to call from my cell phone or any phone number not belonging to my boyfriend, they would answer and say they will check and call us back.It’s been 2 weeks and we still have no received a call back let alone a resolution for our couch cushion that they lost and won’t take any responsibility for. We understand that things happen and truly would have been content if this company would have just done the right thing by checking and at least letting us know if they don’t have it. Instead this company has ghosted us and I would assume has no intentions on giving us our furniture back or speaking to us to find an alternative solution. I do not recommend hiring this company by any means. Extremely unprofessional.
The workers are very conscientious and careful. They wear gloves and masks and practice social distance to the best they can. Ronald is the crew head and very good at his job. I have a home based business and they loaded it so it was easy to put into the attic. It was a LOT of inventory and up to the second floor for living and third floor for business. These guys worked. That is an understatement. It took longer than expected and there was a considerable price discrepancy. They worked with me due to my fixed income and the estimate was done FaceTime. Part way through the move the supervisor called to make sure things are going well. Thank you guys.
Felix and Shawn were the two guys that moved my stuff from one apartment to another. They were great, no complaints at all. They took good care of my items and worked as a team very well. And I didnt click yes for on time simply because the job they had before mine went way longer than their office planned for, it was nobodys fault, and they still showed up on the day I expected just much later in the day. Communication with the main office had a glitch, but it was quickly resolved. Drew and Cliff were professional as well. I would use them again.
Our movers Don and Juan (yes you read that right 🥰) were timely and professional. They took great care with our property and were efficient and courteous. The team at the All My Sons office could not have been more helpful - they answered all of my questions and seem to truly enjoy the work they do. I would definitely recommend using All My Sons for any moving and storage needs.
We had a spectacular experience with Mr. Ron Bethel and his son Ty. They were amazingly efficient and effective, really understood our needs and responded to them really well. They were able to move a big piece of furniture that another moving company had a lot of difficulty moving. We were so pleased and amazed with them. If we ever have a need for movers, we will always call them.

Adjusted cost more appropriate to what was quoted (we were verbally told by one of the movers that we were getting a refund for part of the move)Cons:1. Not very professional (no uniforms, one worker was wearing sliders which seems like a risky thing to wear when moving heavy items)2. Two workers were nice, the other made it seem like a was a big inconvenience even though I was the customer3. Did not clean up well. Left 2 rolls of tape and a box at the pick up location and did not remove the plastic off the bed at the drop off location. Also left an open knife on my cat tree. Luckily, we found it and gave it to them before one of my cats could be injured (they nearly drove away without it).Overall, probably would not use this service again in the future.
There were some issues early with coordination. But, it was a Covid 19 issue and All My Sons notified me before they arrived for my move. They did everything in their power to resolve the issue and get my move rescheduled. They got me a new crew first thing the very next morning and they were awesome!I moved from a 2nd floor apartment to my split-level house. If you know anything about moving out of a no elevator apartment not the first floor, its a daunting task. Joshua Sullivan and his teammates got me out as fast as possible. At one point I thought I had accidentally let me cat out (my fault, not theirs) and they helped me look for him. They eventually found him for me. When we got to the new house, they put my bed together for me and asked for instructions on where everything went, just in case. They were great and I would use them again.
Do not schedule them unreliable!!!Their Operations Manager (Jallen) decided to call me after 2 weeks of an email went responded. In that email I requested that they use either a larger truck or another truck. He basically called with an emphasis to cancel the move; a move that was scheduled over a month ago!
Steve, Connor and Caleb were excellent!! The were efficient, they were polite and very accommodating! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend them! From the beginning my move was a bit of a difficult situation, I also ended up having to book last minute. Through the entire experience Jasmine, Cliff, and Drew were very helpful and made sure that my moving experience was a good one. The movers arrived on time and made sure everything was wrapped and packed carefully. They were funny and made the move a bit easier on me. My husband is in the military so I was handling this move on my own with my one year old in tow, so they made sure they got things done fast. The whole team was a joy to work with and they make sure you understand all the costs and things that will go on during your move. Thank you again to Drew and Jasmine for making this move as painless as it could be for myself and my family. And a special thank you to Cliff for helping me through the entire process and helping through the day of the move! He was very kind and even made sure to call me and check on the move throughout the day. I highly recommend this company.
Do not use this company for your move. They hire incapable/inexperienced children to move your furniture. They do more harm to your move than good. I recently used this unprofessional, uncaring, unaccountable company for a move. They damaged furniture, put a hole in the wall of my past place, scratched floors in my new place, showed up unprepared with no tools I had to ask my neighbor for tools for them to take furniture apart, and they still didn’t take my bed frame apart they left it in my past place. The drivers injured themselves they kept the stuff overnight, promised me 3 movers for the next day and 2 showed inwhich one of them was there the previous day and was injured. I was inconvenienced severely I was supposed to start a new job the next morning and couldn’t the employer pushed my start date back which makes me lose out on a weeks worth of pay. They didn’t put my furniture back together once they finally got me moved. I filed my damage/ loss claim and after waiting for almost a month with no correspondence from them they offer me $150 for over $1000 worth of damage!!!! I will be reporting this joke of a company to the BBB, Attorney General and I will be reaching out for an attorney. This company is terrible. If you like keeping your money in your pocket, having nice furniture along with great customer service DTAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASHBAG COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
A fantastic moving company with prompt service and fair pricing. I would not have been able to move to my new house without these guys.I looked into a number of moving companies, but All My Sons offered me the lowest quote, so I went with them. Despite the price, everything went according to plan without any damage to my furniture. On the day of my move, they were a little late to my apartment due to unexpected delays in helping a previous client. In order to make up for the delay, the owner sent an extra mover (I had only paid for two movers) free of charge. Also, because the move ended 30 minutes earlier than expected, the owner gave me a refund for the time I didnt use.These guys are a family owned and operated company, so they really care about delivering the best service. It definitely shows! I will be recommending All My Sons to all my friends.

Another company cancelled on me so the morning of Wednesday, I called All My Sons and was ultimately connected to Jaylan at the Cleveland office. Despite miscommunication from the national office, he was able to accommodate a same day move that evening and sent Jersey, JJ and Travis. They laid down moving pads everywhere as to not get our newly cleaned and moved into place dirty. They were responsive, professional and cognizant of our fragile furniture.
On 09/25/19 I talked to Greg Blot about hiring All My Sons for a move on 09/28/19 from Akron to Madison. I was given a price of $800 and Greg told me that included two hours of drive time, 10% fuel cost and it would take about half hour per room. I agreed to the estimate that he gave me and working in sales I knew it was an estimate and budgeted moreCome 09/28/19 I get a call from Greg that they can’t come out to do the move because of employee’s issues. Saturday was the only day that I had to move My Wife, My 2yr and my newborn daughter. We had everything packed and ready to go and was not in a position to unpack and stay where we were. I had to rush out and rent a moving truck from a different company for the day and move half my house myself. I was charged a over $300 for the moving truck and I couldn’t move the overly large stuff myself so I had no choice but to call Greg back use them for a Monday move which he gave me $200 off my move.09/30/19 I took half day off work to watch the kids so my wife drive little over an hour drive from Madison to Akron and be there by 8. Plenty of time for the window of 8 -9:30. At 9:50, almost a full half hour late they showed up. They loaded everything up somewhat slow and they took the time to collect the items that we didn’t want for themselves. Personal I don’t care about that its trash the issue comes is that I wasn’t paying them to pick up trash I was paying them to move the house. As they where moving I had to have my wife talk to them about the BOL, they added charges to it, such as mattress bags which they took the charges off.Once they finally moved everything and get to Madison, they said we own them over $1200 which is well over the estimate that I was given by Greg. My wife tried to talk to Greg on the phone but he was rude and was yelling at her. I got on the phone with him, to talk to him and let him know that wasn’t the price I was given and his responds was that I was given an estimate and not a real cost. He rushed me off the phone to talk to the owner of that branch to come up with a solution Greg never called me back and I called them back and talked to the owner. We agreed to have them put everything but a few large item in the garage and we would pay the rest of what was owed later. After they finally finish my wife texts me telling me that they have left and shows my pictures of the garage, which I have included in this review.They literally threw all of my stuff in the garage all while breaking items. I know this because they managed to keep my 2-year old’s toys upfront where I can get to them and they broke the wheels off of his plastic shopping cart and they broke his little tricycle. I reached out to Greg and he said he will start a claim and that was the last time I heard from him or the owner. I also asked Greg for an updated BOL but have yet to receive one, per their agreement they charge on 15 minutes time frames and their start time was 9:45 even though they got there after that. They ended at about 4:10 but on the BOL it says 4:45 which is also false. I reached out to their customer service rep, Corena Edens since she was the one who was handled the other four bad reviews from the same weekend to give her a chance to make it right before I posted my review. I talked to her on 10/01/19 and scheduled a call to talk to her on 10/02/19. I had a nice talk with her and she wanted to talk to the regional manager that was over this branch and then call me back with a solution the next day 10/03/19. She said she wanted to take care of the moving portion first and after that we will work on the mess that they left in my garage that is all of my stuff. It is now 5:00 my time and I still haven’t heard anything back from her which seems to be on par with this company.I am not going to tell you not to go with this company but if I had to redo everything I wouldn’t go with All my Son’s, I would either find two friends with a truck to help me move or I would rent another moving truck and do it myself.
Cliff the operation manager for the Cleveland office went above and beyond when helping me out. I had some closing delays on the house and he was very flexible and communicative. And the sales woman, I forget her name was the best too. Again, everyone I worked with was professional and cool. Alissa and Logan were my movers and they impressed the heck out me. They are go getters who don’t waste any time and set the job done right. Will always use this company and will recommend them to friends and family!
The company catered to my schedule. The kids that came to my house were respectful and professional. They even stayed to ensure I was safe during a Marketplace sale exchange. I will be using them again (without question) when I fully move out of the home. Thank you to Two Men and a Truck for failing me and leading me to All My Sons. You are fantastic!!!!
I have never had such a great and positive experience with any service business as I have had with All My Sons. Moving is dreadful, and my move was particularly complicated. From my first phone call with Jasmine,who was wonderfully patient and understanding, to my coordination with Drew, the dispatcher, My assigned crew of Quinn and Brad and their newbie sidekick Stacy, were incredibly hard working, profession, fast, and most importantly to me, they were empathic and fun and a joy to be around. I have already recommended them specifically to a friend of mine.
All my sons was very professional and they were able to squeeze our move in on a very short notice. Additionally, the cost was in line with all the quotes I received for the move.Our movers, Ronald B. and his son were very professional and handled all our items with care. They worked quickly and took the time to place our furniture in the correct spots.
I was charged nearly $700 for a 1 hour move into my apartment. The price I was quoted was less than $500. They added on an additional $100/hr for commuting a few blocks in Cleveland, and a $100 deposit which the bill showed as though it would be part of the overall $500 cost, which I had agreed to.I tried to dispute this formally through my bank to avoid having to write a negative review, but they fought hard so now I have to come here and warn everyone else against using this duplicitous company. They also promised me they would send professional movers - I had 2 high schoolers show up along with the main professional mover who ordered them around. Scratches on my furniture and apartment walls. I regret ever coming across this company and letting them rip off me and my student budget.
All My Sons Review:This is going to sound like they paid me to write a great review, but I promise every word is true. My experience with All My Sons was excellent from start to finish. Jasmine, the sales manager was warm, and reassuring. She made sure I knew all the details of the process up front. I was undecided about a few things, but she made point of staying in touch to make sure I knew she was ready to help in any way she could. They say a company culture starts from the top, and Drew Tate, the owner is a great example of that. Several times when I called with questions he answered the phone personally and was as polite, reassuring and accommodating as Jasmine. In fact, Drew called me three times on moving day just to make sure things were going smoothly. Speaking of smoothly, my movers were the best. The two young men, Lamar the lead, and Jason were everything you could ask for from movers. They arrived right on time. They were polite, pleasant and professional. The hit the ground ready to work, and didn’t waste a minute. I was concerned about several pieces of my furniture because for me they were quite expensive. Lamar and Jason were aware of that and handled my furniture with great care. All in all I could not have asked for a better moving experience, start to finish. Plus the cost was reasonable and worth every penny. I will definitely call All My Sons first the next time I have to move. I highly recommend them!!
I had 2 amazing guys today. They both were super easy going and moved whatever i needed, wherever i needed it. Great price too. It’s nice having movers that can talk but also get work done at the same time, it makes the stress and time go by a lot quicker. The process of getting a quote and pricing was also super quick and painless. I really appreciate the company and will definitely be recommending!
Wednesday May 26th was my second time using this moving company in a year. Unfortunately, the place I moved to the first time turned out to be a disaster and since the only issue I had was the slowdown towards the end of the 1st move was addressed I went with them again. Saturday, the head mover called relaying they found a table topper I hadnt yet missed as the move and medical issues wiped me out. Sunday, I finally began unpacking and oh my goodness. In the hallway, was my 1/3 of my king bed frame! How did they reassemble...? After fighting with the mattress I see they did not. The rest of my bed frame is still MIA. The planks that cross the bottom were not reattached. The screws to reattach the planks were right there on the carpet under the bed. The mover made a conscious choice not to properly reassemble my bed. One of the shelves of the bookcase is gone. So, I was sitting in my new place that Tuesday June 1st, traumatized because EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE I HAVE IS NOW SCRATCHED, CHIPPED OR CRACKED. The final straw was a mopstick, not a mop, just the stick in the hallway behind the 1/3 bedframe. At this point I come to terms with the fact that someone does not care about the quality of the work they do. I called and tried to speak to Drew. I say tried because during confrontation I ramble. To be clear Drew was in no way, shape or form confrontational it was my nerves. He did however say hed talk to the guys, see what he could do to make it right and call me back. Today is Wednesday June 16th and I think its safe to say no one is getting back with me to make this right. On a side note, during the move it was brought up that they sit in the office and laugh when people call in with complaints. I gave 2 stars because they did move my stuff and they were polite. Im not angry, Im just so disappointed because Im moving again in a few years, I have family moving in a few months and I dont have movers.
This could be your typical they were great post, but I believe in transparency and honesty. My initial experience with this company was not the best. I could list the litany of things that went wrong, but I want to focus on the right. Despite the initial issues, Drew and his team worked hard to make things right. I appreciated that. I didnt have to fight, yell or scream or blast anybody on Facebook. Drew turned a negative customer experience into a positive one. Brian, Austin and (forgot the 3rd guy) came ready to work and got me moved. My floors werent scratched, my belongings werent damaged and they worked without complaining. Thank you for turning my experience around.
Hello friends and family! I wanted to make an announcement as I know a few people in the process or getting ready to move currently. My best friend recently used All My Sons Moving & Storage and they damaged multiple items, including electronics, scuffed her walls, broke one of her ceiling light fixtures and the employees complained and were on their phones most of the time they were there. On top of that, they tried moving her couch in and insisted the doors were too small and they couldn’t get it through the door so they put in in the garage. (After trying for about an hour) It took a few family members and they got it in in about 10 minutes. Afterwards, charging her a ridiculous amount of money for only moving half of the items she needed moved. Save your money when it comes to this company. Go somewhere else or recruit friends and family if you can!
There was a lot of miscommunication and date changes in the beginning but then I talked to the owner and he has been amazing! He straightened things out and got me moved at a reasonable rate.The movers were professional and respectful. They worked hard and long hours.I had one damaged item and the owner is helping me through the claim process on that. It was just one of those things.This is THE COMPANY you want to deal with. The owner has great integrity and is sincere about his customer service!
Omg the 3 musketeers Linzell , Ahuzaia and lastly Travis under Drew! Drew is like the Dartango’ of the Musketeers! I haven’t moved in over 10 yrs??!! I didn’t know what to expect?! I bought this wall mirrored bedrooom set w glass shelves Italian design well why did the screws get messed up?! O couldn’t take this big wall w glass shelves mirrors to come sort?!!! Linzell looked at it & figured it out how to transport to my next new place! Ahuzaia & Travis both jumped in started taking it apart! These 3 guys were like one smooth machine and their boss Drew he’s sooo nice pleasant & understanding he went the extra mile to make sure & assure me he was going to take good care of me excellent customer service! I tell ya!
Had one day to move. They called me day of and said they would be late but could do the move. I arranged a backup just in case. Backup wouldn’t be able to move everything so I called just to confirm that All My Sons could make it. They guaranteed they’d be there. It was getting late, again they said they’d be there. I asked what time. He looked at the schedule and sighed. I asked point blank yes or no he said no they won’t make it today. I said it would have been nice to know this morning since I wasted half the day sitting around. Dispatcher yelled at me and hung up. Heed the advice of the other reviews this is a very common experience with them. My backup mover said he gets calls all the time from people they have left hanging. They also are afraid of confrontation and will not tell the truth. When they realize that they have screwed you over they just yell and hang up. Absolutely awful company. Also, please do not leave some polite response from your customer service here. You have shown your true colors and hopefully anybody reading this will see through your fake politeness. My experience with this company has given a one star review new meaning. I will reserve this rating for the worst of the worst. Which is All My Sons moving.
I moved locally, I usually have my own help and use U haul truck but this time I used All My Sons moving and storage. I really appreciated Dawn (OG), Dee and Mike. They were on time and professional. The move was done in good time. Dawn made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into as far as the company policies. They listened to I me and gave me a little favor. I would use All My Sons again.
I will absolutely use All My Sons again. The office team was flexible when my move date changed and was very responsive when I had questions. On the day of the move, Demone and team did an AMAZING job - they were on time, worked quickly, very professional, and made it fun. Can’t thank everyone enough!
I called All My Sons Moving on Wednesday desperate to find someone on such short notice. Drew squeezed me into the schedule for a Saturday move. I am so thankful he did. There were two stops to my move. I had to change the location of one at the last minute. It didnt matter. Ronnie and Darren came in to this job, not originally scheduled to move me mind you, and did an amazing job. They both were so friendly, courteous, and careful with all my belongings. Drew is amazing also. He was on the phone checking in to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend these guys. When I move the next time I will definitely be calling All My Sons Moving Company.
Jose Munoz and his crew from All My Sons were fast, efficient, careful, and friendly. They moved all my furniture to my new house without any scratches or dents, which is saying a lot considering how easy to break/dent some of my ikea furniture is. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
We used All My Sons Moving and it was the best moving experience Ive ever had. The gentlemen who helped us were professional, organized and extremely friendly and funny. I am a single mother of 4 children and called a company to help me move because my landlord said my children couldn’t live in the apartment. I just recently fought for more time with my kids so the move was a sudden and unexpected move. This company that I originally made an appointment with, when I called to confirm time, had no recollection of me at all. So I panicked. I called All My Sons and Jasmine, the receptionist, made me feel like I was family. She assured me that they would never forget me. They came after working n the 90 plus degree heat. The team I got from the company was a father and son. They worked until they couldn’t anymore and never gave up. They calmed me down when I was anxious because I wasn’t there to help or be a part of my move. I have never been treated with such respect and consideration than I did with this team of guys. They are the hardest working people I have ever seen. They had such compassion for the job and myself. They were professional, respectful, kind, hard working, responsible, efficient and helped me with everything and in every way they could. I would recommend this company to everyone I know but more importantly the team of father and son I received that day. That day could have been a total disaster but they made it something I will never forget and be forever grateful for. Thank you All My Sons for coming all the way out to Burton Ohio to save the day for me and my kids!! You will always have a special place in my heart!!! My family is forever grateful for you!!!

2022-08-19All My Sons moved us today and the guys were excellent. Roger brought his crew and worked quick and efficiently. He reviewed what needed to be moved & where it went. All my furniture was wrapped and kept safe from damage. The team was courteous and professional. They worked very hard and didnt stop until the job was done. I was very impressed. The ease of having everything transported in one trip was such a relief during the stress of moving. Very thankful and grateful for All My Sons!

They took care of the items I highlighted as very important and were respectful of my wishes to handle certain items with extra care. The All My Sons team were incredibly accommodating and worked with me specifically based on my needs. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for a task that can be incredibly stressful.

2022-02-22Getting a quote for the move and scheduling was an easy process. The moving crew arrived on time and was able to fit everything efficiently in one truck. They did a fabulous job of disassembling my furniture to fit down the stairs and reassembling it at the new location. Everyone had a positive attitude and took care of the items being moved. Im extremely happy!

They were very professional and came out the very next day. The crew was professional and fast. They protected my furniture and moved it without hassle. They are priced fairly. We will being using them again soon and referring them to others

2022-03-14I would not recommend this company. Slow movers, clumsy service, and beware of the hidden fees!The initial consultation was great. The person I worked with was friendly, charming, and gave me a competitive easy to follow quote. I was quoted $159hr with a 3hr minimum. I was told this was a flat rate to make the billing simple and easy. I had a very simple move: 1 king size bed (I told them I needed disassembled and reassembled), 1 dresser, 1 60in tv, 1 sectional, 3 end tables, 8 boxes, and 10 bags of clothes. I moved .5 miles down the road - a 5 minute drive, so I figured my bill would be around $500. They did let me know if any plastic or tape was used I would be charged for that, but that was the only other fee that was disclosed.On the day of my move I had two men and a large truck come on time to my apartment. My boyfriend was also there to assist. The men did not arrive with any tools, so my boyfriend had to do the disassembly of the bed, which added time, but really not much. One of the workers I had was extremely slow and talkative. The other worker was faster, but you could tell was annoyed with the slower worker, and when my boyfriend pointed out to him what was still needed to be taken to the truck he told him to ask the other guy (Im guessing because he felt he like he was doing more work than the slower one, which is true, but my boyfriend honestly did the most)!A move that should have taken no more than 2hrs, ended up taking 5hrs! However, the biggest disappointment was the hidden fees! Not only are you charged the $159hr with the 3hr minimum, but youre also charged an hour for their travel time to and from your location, so an additional $159. Plus they charge you an additional gas fee, which is calculated at 15% of the total! When all was said and done I was given a bill for $995! After I called a supervisor they knocked off $159, so my final total was $836, and again, this was for a 1 bedroom move with no appliances. Just a bedroom and living room. I was astounded!To add insult to injury the workers damaged the front lawn and broke a potted plant (see pictures below). I called to file a claim, but was never sent the information needed to start the process. I dont feel like going through the headache of the back and forth, so I just dropped it, but I wanted everyone to know about how bad the service and value is.In short, for the price, you should go to a more reputable company so at the very least you know you are working with a professional, quick, and insured company.

2022-04-26Drew and Jaylan were very patient with all the changes that kept coming up prior to my move. They were very responsive and professional and checked in multiple times on the day of the move.Dylan and Bill did a good job! Moved items out of two locations in less than 2 hrs. Drove 2 hrs one way to place everything in a storage unit. Everything went smoothly!Thank you all.Plan on using the Columbus location when I need to get my items out of storage!

2022-07-20All My Sons made our moving experience a first-rate one! Starting with Crystal (answered my call on the first ring) who assured me the company would be able to assist with moving an oversized fixture between two cities. Next, Drew from logistics came on board where we worked through the details of how the move would take place. As promised, Steve Lenczewski and his crew, showed up on the agreed upon date and time and took great care with the move. All members of the All My Sons team were knowledgeable, polite and respectful. It was obvious they wanted to make the moving experience a pleasurable one for the customer!

2022-03-03We are so thankful for All My Sons. They were extremely professional and communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process. They called a few days before to make sure we clearly understood everything included in the contract ~~ very transparent so there were no surprises. All those who left a poor review did not read the emails sent that clearly stated the terms of the contract. Roger and his helper were amazing!! They were quick and wasted no time in carefully moving our furniture ~~ so kind, so respectful, so professional;. Roger Rocks!!!
