Shaq, Rick and John were extremely helpful with our moving process. They were very communicative, friendly, and respectful. They move extremely fast while being careful with everything we had. There is not 1 complaint to make about these gentlemen. I would 100% hire them again in a heart beat. 10/10 would recommend.

The movers themselves were fantastic. Shout out to John and his team for being so nice and quick and also handling our stuff with care. It was wonderful and I would absolutely work with them again.I WILL NOT, however, work with this company ever again. Over the phone we were quoted $1300 worst case scenario for our move. We then got an email a week later quoting $2000 for the move. Day of, it was $3000. Ive been doing the math over and over and I still cant figure out how it came out to be so much. $229/hour at 5 hours plus $229 for an hour of driving and $150 for materials used. Should be right around $1500 for the whole move.They also charged $400 for fuel which was not mentioned up front and they charged a second hour of driving because the drive was an hour and 4 minutes. So an additional $229 for those 4 minutes.Even still with the extra charges it should have been just over $2000.5 hours of moving @ $229/hour = $11452 hours of driving @ $229/hour = $458Fuel = $400Materials = $150All My Sons is deceptive in their pricing. Push them to understand their hidden costs. As far as I can tell, they owe me $700.Also, cost aside, I was told they would arrive between 8am-10am and that I would get a phone call 72 hours in advance with an exact time. I didnt get a phone call with an exact time and when it came to be 9:30 and I still hadnt heard anything I called and found out my window had been moved to 10am-12pm. And no one told me until I called and asked. So I sat around all morning waiting and they didnt show up until noon.UPDATE: Spoke to Zach today and walked through my bill with him. Looks like we charged for travel in both the travel and labor categories, essentially being charged twice. He apologized and refunded the double charge which was almost exactly the amount I thought we were overcharged by. He was very nice and helpful even with me being frustrated.
Moses, Rick and Chris were great! They were quick, efficient and very nice! They handled all our stuff with great care and responsibility. We look forward to requesting all 3 of them again next weekend when we have to move our stuff from storage to our new home!
Moving is always a stressful experience. I had never hired anyone to move my stuff. I’ve always done it myself so I was really worried about hiring someone to move my own stuff for a multitude of reasons as you can imagine. Yes, hiring someone else is more expensive than doing it yourself by renting a truck. The price isn’t the nicest regardless of who you hire, but you hire them knowing you’re gonna be paying more obviously. The guys that came to move my stuff were super nice and easy to talk to. $1200 worth? Maybe. I’m undecided. Make sure that when you get your estimate, you add about $400 to it to get the final price. Moses Mason assured me that everything would be taken care of swiftly and each of them did work quickly and were out of here in less than hour. The only issue that I can say I had was that it took them too long to get to the final destination. My final destination was about 55 minutes from the starting destination and it took them 1 and a half hours to get there. Regardless of the reason that it took them that long, it wasn’t much of a major issue for us, but it would have been nice to know if they were going to stop somewhere. It was just slightly irritating, that’s all. So if you’re going to hire them for your move, just be aware that they will take longer to get to your final destination than what it should/what you think it should.
We used All My Sons to help us move items from our storage unit back to our home before relocating. We originally planned to do it ourselves but at the last minute decided we needed help. All My Sons was able to get us in on very short notice, work around are scheduled and provided us with an awesome team lead by John Waldon! It was a hard job and tough to get too but they handled it professionally and efficiently! High recommend!
My movers were Bobby & Spencer, they did a great job. They were efficient & professional & made sure I understood everything about the process beforehand. They were professional & moved quickly & did the best job they could & while I feel like the quote wasn’t accurate ($1000 more than quoted, even with description of items) but overall it was a very positive experience & I would recommend them to my friends.
I have used this company on multiple occasions to move my personal home, most recently in June of 2021. I have also referred them countless times to clients for their moves as well. Unfortunately, the experience my client and I had today was horrific. After an on-site visit prior to the move, they managed to bring the wrong truck for today’s move. Once they started a few hours late, they proceeded to say they couldn’t take a desk apart and move it even though they were on-site and saw it with their own eyes days prior. I was notified of the issue and tried contacting the company for a discussion, only to be placed on hold forever until I was disconnected. The second time I reached the operations manager who proceeded to tell me I was being rude and that the street parking was not their problem. The third time I spoke with them, I was told they would “try” to move the items today. I told them it wasn’t an option and the items needed to be moved today. Again, the manager said I was being rude, said to “have a nice day,” and then CLICK. He hung up on me. Wow. Quality customer service.Once at the property, I let the movers know I was there because their manager was unprofessional, rude, and hung up on me. Their own employee’s response…”That sounds like him.” Amazing.I will not be referring this terrible company to anyone ever again, and I’ve had the opportunity to tell 250 of my colleagues to avoid them as well. It sounds like they need to have more sons so that they can get rid of the bad ones that are employed there. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. They are terrible. Give this a big thumbs up if it was beneficial to you.
While they are pricey, we had a great experience with All My Sons. Our movers John Waldon and Tyrone were fast, professional, incredibly nice, and very thorough. Our new house is almost totally set up one day after moving because these guys were so helpful. Thanks John and Tyrone!
I couldn’t speak more highly of Xavier, Rob and Marco. They worked with me on start time and we’re so efficient. While their work was incredible, it was really their amazing personalities that made the experience so great. This wasn’t an easy move for me, but their kindness and humor kept me in the best spirits. These guys were just the best!

Ricky and his team member were great. Professional and efficient. They helped move an existing dresser upstairs too when we found out the one we were moving in was too big to make it up the stairs. Id recommend them to anyone looking for movers in the area.

I was blown away by John and Bobby’s speed, politeness, and overall professionalism. They made my move easy and were very nice in general. Even the most fragile of items weren’t damaged because they used such care with everything. I will definitely request them both if I ever need to move again!
Chris and his team did an excellent job moving us. They were very careful and considerate of our needs and took great care of our furniture. We appreciate all their hard work and will definitely use them again in the future.
Be aware that they charge 179$ for travel time, even if you live only 10 minutes from the location and moving 1/2 a mile away. The email says its charged as labor but it is not necessarily clear that its a full $179 charge. They may charge for supplies but not use the supplies, and you will get scratches on your things. You may want to stick around and make sure they use the supplies. They do not use furniture blankets to protect property. They do not wrap dressers to make sure the drawers will not fall out. I would recommend a different company before recommending this one. I used a different company within the last two years and I wish I wouldve went with them instead.Looking through the 1 star reviews on here I can see there is a quite of bit of issues that are being ignored here.I also am curious why I can not see my review the second I log out of my act and only see 5 star reviews. For the one star reviews, believe them all and find someone else.

Isabella, John, and Marvin were extremely professional and did a great job. They moved an expensive piano smoothly, and even had room for personality that helped with a stressful move for me. I talked to Misty on the phone before the move and she was very kind, helpful, and communicative. All in all a great experience
PLEASE READ THE 1-STAR REVIEWS before hiring this company. I think you might hire a different one. As it states in my review below, I did not hire them, and after reading the 1-star reviews, Im glad I didnt. Also note that the owner only replies to the good reviews. A good company would want to contact the customers who gave poor reviews because of bad service, to try to fix the problem. There are also comments that customers are pressured into leaving good reviews.I called to get a quote for moving and the lady who answered the phone said she needed some more information. I told her that was fine. I gave her the suburb where the move would take place, but she wanted the exact address of my home and where the items would be moved to. I told her the address where everything would be moved would be in the same suburb, but I would not give her my home address unless I hired her company. She abruptly told me she could not help me then and hung up. I called 2 other companies who gladly quoted me prices without an exact address, and I will be hiring one of them this week.
John Waldon was very professional and managed the loading and delivery of my wifes things with care. There are a number of 1 star reviews that I saw, and I will say the Cincinnati team delivered on all of their promises. John showed up within the first hour of the window they gave us and did not waste time. The people I spoke with to set everything up were all fantastic as well (especially Ashley!). I appreciate that AMS was able to book us with only one days notice. Thank you!
John Waldron & team did a great job with the move. Despite being down a crew member for the move out, the job was completed in the time window. John and his team were able to complete the out of state move in the next day. John and his team are hard working and will work late to get the move completed on time, as they worked until 8pm to complete mine. Would recommend John and his team.

First time weve used movers and glad we did. If I could reserve them for my next move Id book all of them by name. The team was great, quick, efficient, lighthearted. Lots of communication between us and eachother, sharing tips, teaching and keeping eachother safe and even a little friendly competition. Speaking of the team Moses did a great job walking us through the paper work and safely battling Rick for title of strongman while Bobby and Ace expedited, staged and ran. They were a well oiled machine and my family and I are grateful for their help.

They were nice enough, but I won’t ever use them again.My mother passed away and I inherited her vintage piano. All My Sons picked the piano up from my Dad’s house and delivered to my house an hour away. A washer and dryer were also moved.I was quoted between $600-$800, including an extra $100 for an additional man due to the piano (standard upright).The extra man was a super muscular gym brat, who was clearly proud of his physique. He let two newbies lift the piano. He only guided them. They had no straps or harnesses. The piano nearly tipped over as the two men were carrying it up the ramp at my Dad’s house. The piano DID tip over on its back into the grass near the front door of my house.I was watching as the lead said, “it didn’t fall! It’s ok!” When I clearly saw if tip over on its back.So…The final bill was well over $900.On top of that, the muscular lead - who lifted only the lightest item (the dryer) - requested tips. I tipped them very well, only because I felt very sorry for the two guys doing heavy lifting without proper equipment. One of them was a brand new employee. They are worker’s comp cases waiting to happen.Turns out, the same lead hit my dad up for a tip before they left his house.I didn’t think the lead was the best problem solver, and I got charged extra time as a result. I felt like I had to think for him in order to get the washer and dryer into the basement (I removed the door.)Today I called for a written detailed receipt because I’m quite curious about all these charges.

I payed my deposit for a scheduled move. They confirmed the move and told me the movers would be at my house between 0800 -1000. At 1015 we called asking about our movers and they stated we were not on the list for the day and they could send people out much later in the day. We had baby sitter for out 15 month old and it was scheduled to rain later! They refused to give me my $100 refund. I could understand if it were my fault but I did not do anything! They did not show up and I was not even on the schedule! Yes they could come later but with a baby that does not like to be held running around with movers is dangerous and I did not have a babysitter later for them to come! I will not recommend! I ended up going with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK later on that week! They were awesome and squeezed us in and came on time!
This is my first time ever using a moving company. I had to move on short notice so I’ve been super stressed. I didn’t know what to expect when Marcus and Spencer showed up at my door. They were polite and respectful to me, my property AND my neighbors. They had no issues with my additional requests like moving things out to the curb and setting things up for me. Both gentlemen eased my anxiety and worries of moving! I also could see the excellent teamwork between them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
The movers were great, Coach K and his team did a wonderful job and managed my move smoothly. However, the cost of fuel is 16% of your total bill. I guess I didn’t understand how steep this was when I booked the movers because fuel for a 20 mile drive was $500. Additionally the travel time is separate from the labor time and came out to an additional $300. It just felt like there were some absurd hidden fees that were glossed over during my initial phone estimate. The moving team that worked on my house did a fantastic and caring job! But overall, I felt like this company really took us for a ride- the difference between the initial estimate and what we ended up paying was almost $1500. They called a few days before my move and the gentleman on the phone recomendad a bigger truck and a fourth man for our move. This bumped our price up and we ended up paying much more than we had expected.

The movers themselves were great. They were polite and they hustled. The home office was very unprofessional. They wasted fifteen minutes on paperwork that should have been handled by the phone contact who set the appointment and took payment or directed me to online processing. Then wasted twenty-five minutes trying to okay payment before off loading. Then charged me even more in yet one more phone transaction. I feel taken advantage of by a business that rounds up by the half hour.
We got so lucky with Moses, Danny James, and Jelani. They worked through the rain on a Sunday to get our family moved. They were extremely thoughtful, hardworking, polite, and respectful of the process. They tackled tough tasks such as a few pelotons as well without complaint. I’d use these guys every time we move. Ask for this team, you won’t be disappointed.
Joshua christensen, Michael A., Michael S., and Jelani were an amazing crew. They were professional and efficient. Our destination had some tricky parking access, but they were able to handle it well. Even though we had some pretty steady rain they were able to keep our belongings dry with how they had wrapped everything. They were also prepared with every tool imagineable so they were able to help with the assembly of a piece of furniture with unique hardware. Would definitely use for future moves and recommend!
Amar and Chris were AMAZING. Professional and nothing was broken and they moved quickly!I will however not be using all my sons again because of the hidden cost- their “estimates” do not include the 14% gas cost & travel fee. I had everything boxed up and ready to go in my one bedroom small apartment. They quoted me on the phone no more than $400 and it came out to around $800. Originally my move was supposed to be between 8-10am and turns out the front office also messed up on that as well as I was the second move of the day. A++ for the movers themselves but F for the business aspect of the overall company.
In our first delivery we had a huge communication problem with the front office which I am sure they will resolve! The movers, Moses & Amar, were so professional, apologetic and kind! These two gentlemen were very quick and efficient! I would highly recommend them as I totally feel that moving furniture is such a taxing and difficult job! The guys who came to do the move (who were fabulous, and whom I tipped heavily) told me that they were required to ask for a google review that mentioned their names, and that if I gave less than a 5-star google review it would affect their employee performance reviews. They even offered to walk me through making the review.Let me say that again, as the moving guys were very clear on that point: A LESS THAN 5-STAR GOOGLE REVIEW MENTIONING THEIR NAMES WOULD BE USED AGAINST THEM PERSONALLY AS EMPLOYEES. Even the simple LACK of a review mentioning their names would be assumed to indicate they hadnt tried hard enough to get me to leave one. Huh, maybe that explains why a local moving company has 1600+ google reviews with an average rating of 4.3 stars. Its basically a job requirement for the guys who come move you to get you to leave a 5-star review on google that mentions them by name.What a sleazy company. Do not hire them. I was thoroughly impressed with Cedric and Elijah. Very professional, they were very careful with all of my items. The final bill was very close to the estimate. Of course higher than I wanted to pay for it is within reason for that type of work.
Moses and Xavier were great. They did our job last minute and moved a lot of heavy furniture around tight corners with no damage to our walls. Woo hoo! Good job fellas! Much appreciated.
Note: this company solicits 5-star reviews in exchange for discounts and retaliates against crews if they dont manage to get customers to submit a review with their names in it, so bear that in mind when looking at their rating.The guys who came out for the move were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They were great in all respects and I would be happy to have them help again in the future. However, their management is not doing them any favors, which led to a subpar experience overall for what we paid. They were not set up to succeed.The crew were only told they were in for a partial move, despite us booking a full pack/move, so they were down a man, which meant they had to move faster than reasonably possible to meet their timeframe, and they had nowhere near the adequate amount of packing materials, to the point that they started using boxes I had lying around the house to pack items. All of this led to many items being missed. I could tell they were struggling and just did not have the time or help required to do the job to the standard the company advertises. And this isnt their fault; its a failure of the folks in charge.Really a shame (though unsurprising) that the company would cut corners to make an extra buck and exploit these guys when theyre already paying them nothing and raking it in hand over fist themselves.If I could hire that same crew separate from this awful company I would, but we will not be using All My Sons ever again.
All My Sons was called less than a week before the move. They worked with me to make it happen. Shedrick and James were a dynamic duo. While Shedrick was getting me to do paper work; James was busily getting supplies in the house and wrapping furniture. Thus there was no wasted time.Both gentlemen were polite, helpful, professional and strong. They were very protective of moving items and the walls of the house. I definitely would recommend Shedrick and James of All My Sons Moving.The office personnel made all the connections to make our move successful.Great company.
I couldn’t have asked for a better crew with Josh Christensen, James Thompson, and Michael Ambush. They all were very friendly, worked efficiently, and were careful with the items. They didnt complain once, even when it started to downpour in the middle of the move. All in all, was a great move with no headaches, and for that I can’t thank you enough.

This has by far been the worst moving I have ever experienced.We scheduled a move over a month in advanced. I was told it would be the first move of the day and it would be between 8-10am. I didn’t hear anything by 10 so I called and I was told I was actually the afternoon move. I asked for an estimated arrival time and they told me they could not give me one since they did not know when the movers would be done with the morning move. I said this was not what I was told when I scheduled and when I got the confirmation phone call 3 days before the move but I said okey. I did not hear anything by 1 so I decided to call again. I called and spoke to Zack and he said he was a temporary in that location and he could not do much but the manager was in a meeting and he would have him call me back. I did not hear anything for another hour so I called back and Zack said the manager would be in shortly and give me a call back. At 2:30 I heard from the actual movers that they would be there in an hour to an hour and a half. Then 30 minutes later they called again and informed me they were 2 hours away and their manager said they could not come tonight but they could come at 8am. This was not acceptable since we had packed and dissembled everything and had no where to sleep. I called the main office and spoke to Tray their manager. He said that he did not tell them that we had to reschedule. Then he said you need to speak to Zack the other manager to renegotiate the move. However, I was previously told Zack was a temp and could not help me. Then Tray said we cannot do tomorrow (Sunday) it will have to be on Tuesday. He said we can either cancel and give you your deposit back or we can give you a reduced rate for Tuesday. We decided to cancel and he said he would give us the deposit back and he would send us that by email. We then asked for the email address and they had it wrong in their systems so we had them adjust it and then read it back to make sure it was correct. We received no email. Then when I called back they kept us on the hold loop for 30 minutes. I called from a different phone number and they answered and said they would sent it right now, then they said they sent it and I said I did not receive it to my email and then they hung up. We have still not received our deposit back.I would 100% not recommend this moving company to my colleagues, friends, family or worst enemy.
Today i witnessed All My Sons moving my neighbor the lead name was Coach K , leading a team of 4 guys he was very respectful when she spoke to his team he was giving direct support outstanding supervision and complete skill which he was passing on . watching them guys was a great sight to see today , my mother is moving soon i know for sure i want Coach K & his team to move my mom they were truly amazing
Coach K, Kwamayne, Alfonzo, shedrick , jb , Troy & Landon were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Everything from arrival time to cost and expected end time was effectively communicated. The team was friendly and respectful the entire time. Would absolutely recommend Coach K and his team to anyone look for an easy move!
Shaq and crew were great. Very professional and very positive. They had many challenges such as tanning bed and gun safe but they have been fantastic!!!

I called and was quoted $500 to move only a few heavy things. I moved 90% of my own things. The movers only had to move less tha 10 items and somehow my quote went from $500 to $937! I feel beyond scammed as if I didnt pay that they would have kept my things! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! It is a huge scam! Do not tell people one thing then change the cost! Way to scam a disabled veteran

Hired these movers to move my senior aunt. One mover walked off the job while loading the truck for 15 minutes and returned to get in a fight with the other movers. Once the truck was finally packed, they pulled over to wait for police to remove one of the movers. When they finally got to her new house, I was given a higher rate than initially quoted and treated as if I was overreacting to my aunt being held up for hours. When I questioned my aunts safety, I was brushed off and had to call another family member to join her. I asked for a manager to follow up with me the next business day. I have never received a call back.

Stay away! For an 818 Sq. Ft. 2Bdrm 1Bath Apartment, to pack up, and move in the same Apt. Complex, 6 buildings away, $19XX.XX is what they charged. When I went back to clean the old apartment at night, I found the entire bathroom was still there, they forgot/left the the bathroom. When I called to complain the next morning, they were happy to come back out, charging me to pack and move the bathroom. And sarcastically, was told Our guys dont work for free. Seriously, I already paid, and the job is incomplete, now I have to finish moving myself. The Front Office/Sales say one thing to sell, The movers do something else in moving. There is a real disconnect between Sales, and the Workers. Stay Away!

Absolutely the worst moving experience ever and we have done 8 moves using moving companies over the past 25 years. I had the exact same experience as another review already pointed out: They will not release your stuff until you pay them BEFORE THEY EVEN COMPLETE THE TASK. They estimate the amount of time it will take to unload your truck and then they bill you for it and they tell you they will refund that amount if they do not use it. My actual bill was almost TRIPLE what they quoted. They are super shady and actually put my initials in for me and tried to get me to sign. They also only brought a few furniture pads when moving a 4,000 sq ft home. All kinds of items were damaged and they also didnt secure the items in the back of the truck. The only mover who was good was a guy named Moses, but he was only around for one day. Not only did they not show up on time, when they didnt have enough trucks to do the move, they could not send additional trucks until 2 days AFTER the date people moving into my home had the keys to my old house with a bunch of our stuff still in the house! Also, when they brought in boxes, even if it was marked fragile they would put super heavy boxes on top while bringing the items in even though the fragile boxes were getting crushed.
The movers took their sweet time knowing they are paid by the hour. In addition to this, they wrapped my items in an overly excessive amount of packing material. Obviously the more they use the more I pay for. $1,388 total to move a condo worth of furniture 19 miles to put in a storage locker. Even the movers admitted that All My Sons is one of the most expensive moving companies in the country.

The WORST, totally UNPROFESSIONAL! They will not honor their commitment even if you book a month in advance. They cancelled my booking just 30 minutes before their scheduled arrival on the day of moving, their exact words I cannot magically make labors appear, I think they dont really understand the meaning of booking. On top of this, total lack of co-ordination or communication within their organization about quotes.

Editing this a second time from 3 to 2 after receiving a claim offer of $120 for a broken $1000 TV, desk leg, and ripped storage ottoman due to their poor packing/storage.Editing this initial rating from 5 to 3. Moved from our sold home into storage 6/16. Storage units were not packed well, we had a number of things that were damaged. They did not fill from the back - so by the end of the day the storage units looked full but the back areas were nearly empty! Damage was caused by cramming items in at the end of the day; some furniture on its side. The unloading crew on 7/25 had a very difficult time due to the poor organization. Also waiting for claims adjuster to call me about 1) broken TV 2) ripped ottoman 3) broken desk. Finally do not see the $100 deposit that is put towards the cost of the move credit on either move receipt; asked about it multiple times and have not yet received an explanation.

Quoted me 1-26 foot truck, ended up needing 3. Dented walls, scratched floors, no response from managment after multiple tries. If youre moving anything of size/value, just go somewhere else.The actual movers were super nice though.
I took away a star because this move became way more costly than expected, almost double. The movers were slow and I didnt realize how the money was adding up with the time they were taking until it was all over. Several things were broken. Which became a long process to go through and no special value was put on my great great grandmothers dishes that were broken. Youre so exhausted from moving that some times it takes a while to realize if they did a good or bad job because youre just happy you didnt move it all yourself. I dont totally blame the company but rather the immaturity of the movers. Perhaps pairings can include some veteran at all times.

I received a quote over the phone from the corporate office, but when my local location called to finalize the details of my move the two costs were significantly different. Im going to end up paying close to $300 more than what I was originally quoted because they failed to mention their 18% fuel charge, the packing materials, and that I need a 3rd mover. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the lack of transparency on total costs. Feels like they took advantage of me and now its too late to cancel.

UPDATE: We filed a complaint with the BBB, and All My Sons Corporate office in Texas made a conditional offer of $250 which we DECLINED due to the language in the letter and refused to sign it. They deny any wrongdoing in the letter yet offered $250, the usual legal mumbo jumbo!! All My Sons needs to take full accountability for their employees gross misconduct, carry out an investigation followed with disciplinary action. Fire Trayon Goodwin! We will be fine without your $250 but I can assure you youll lose a lot of potential business with the unprofessional folks you have running that office!The Cincinnati office is very poorly run and managed. The operations manager and Larry need to be investigated. My husband and I had a terrible experience with Tray’on Goodwin and his colleague that was in the office with him on Saturday November 13th. We had our move scheduled for arrival between 8-9am and no one showed up. They didn’t call, we did. And we were told conflicting stories as to why the driver didn’t show up. So the operations manager did not know what was going on. They didn’t apologize because it was not their fault the driver didn’t show up. They didn’t even try to make it right. Then Tray’on cancelled our move after saying someone may show up in the afternoon but they could not give us a time. Then he and Larry hang up on us several times.We drove to their office and first Larry comes to the door and cracks it open sneaks his head out like it’s a maximum security prison. He asks why we are there and we told him we wanted to see the manager and he lets us in. Tells us to wait in a room then finally the “operations manager” Tray’on calls us to talk. He had cancelled our move a few hours ago as he told my husband on the phone but not refunded our money. We asked him to refund our money and send confirmation by email while in the office. These people treated us horribly and need to be reprimanded or fired. He cancelled our move because we “threatened to call corporate and were rude”. Not once did Tray’on apologize to me because he “already apologized to my husband”. I don’t know how this man is in this position. He falls short of every basic customer service quality. We are putting together a formal complaint and will be filing with corporate and the BBB. Tray’on should not be in this position. This office is poorly managed and conversations with customers need to be reviewed and tracked. Definitely needs better leadership. Because of this terrible experience, we cancelled the second move we had scheduled for 11/20 and used Two Men & A Truck. They were awesome!

Moved this past weekend. Moving is never fun but this one was particularly eventful. We had four movers and two were amazing. The other two were not so great. The two great ones were David and Wyatt. Seriously ask for them by name. They were professional, efficient and just nice people. If we just had Wyatt and David I would have given five stars. The other two who were rude and quit working would get one star. Whole experience was saved by two great movers and made it generally a good experience.
Andrew Turpin and other office staff have horrible customer service, unprofessional, and not trustworthy.Got a quote hung up. Called back to book spoke with a gentleman and got the same quote. Booked the move for the next day, paid $100 deposit.No one called like I was told a manager would. TWO 3 guys 2 hours is what I was told $360. I asked about additional fees etc. He said nope everything is included in that price. They charged me $741.78 local manager Andrew Turpin said corporate in Dallas TX gave me those quotes and he makes his own prices. He basically told me I was lying about calling a number local. I called it when he was on speaker and the voice-mail was Hi this is Andrew Turpin Ill call you back.Ive been trying to get a hold of corporate all day. I have been placed on hold 5 times and no one ever comes back on. I shouldnt have to pay more than I was quoted. I didnt use their truck only the labor for 1.5 hours. I even had my own supplies saran wrap, blankets, cardboard etc.

I had the worst experience with this company. First I booked a move from my storage bin in Pleasant Ridge to Westwood and was quoted one price for the move. Then then they sent 2 extra men without consulting with me, the the cost would increase. I was told by their Customer service rep that they handle your furniture with care. Forgetting to tell me to wrap my furniture which needs to be taped as well COST. I was also told that they would put my bed together. The men told me they dont do that. It took them from 1:30 to 6:15 to move my furniture. Minded the guys stood around, to numerous bathroom breaks. And had the nerve to stop on the way to my apartment for snacks and beverages at my expense. THIS WAS THE MOVE FROM HELL AT A GRAND TOTAL COST OF $1721. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I am a 62 year old black woman and have been taken advantage of. And to top it off, this company was going to hold my furniture hostage and throw in their own storage bin at more of my expense if I didnt pay the amount right then. Gave me 10 minutes to think about it. Or they would not take it off the truck. They dont tell you the total cost until they get your furniture on their truck. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Please be careful USE ANOTHER COMPANY. After all of the I have NO RECEIPT. NO EMAIL COPY. NOTHING! I called the company the manager was very very rude the day of the move. I called first thing that Monday and got the complete runaround. Plus, I called the driver the day of the move, after they left and informed him the glass for my two wicker tables were on the truck. He found them on Tuesday and to this date of writing have not received them. I used this company a few years ago, before the new management. Much better company back then. I will never use them again. I advise anyone reading this to do the same. Damn $1721. I didnt even leave the state of Ohio.

In the rain didn’t even bother them. They where very professional and knowledgeable about how to get my move done safe and efficiently. I am very satisfied on my move.

The reason they have so many reviews/5 stars is because they ask you to review right in front of them once they finish. Movers did a good job getting things up through a tight staircase, but ive got some furniture that is no longer in good shape after the move. Asking for a review right after finishing the job is gimmicky and reflects on the company, if people like the service theyll leave a positive review on their own.
If I could give negative 5 stars I would..Many, many of my belongings and properties were damaged. Everyone of my appliances were damaged or broken.Very unprofessional crew, salesman didnt tell me of all of the charges like a 14% fuel charge which was $250. If they didnt leave their truck running they wouldnt use so much fuel.The salesman said the move would take 3-4 hours. They took 9hrs 37 minutes.When I called the office the second time the day of the move about the crew fighting, cursing and damaging even more property, they refused to send a rep out to supervise the job. He said, not on a Saturday. So our belongings continued to be damaged.I am so disappointed.

My movers, Moses, Cameron, and James were great movers. They were professional, responsive, and efficient. I give them 5 stars.The reason for my one star review is that Trey, the offsite manager of my move repeatedly attempted to overcharge me for services. He tried to charge me $199 for packaging materials I did not use, and when I brought it to my crew’s attention, he reduced the charge to $55. Looking back at my paperwork, I’m being charged for $35 worth of shrink wrap and a $15 mattress bag that I did not use. So he still charged me for items I did not use for my move.My move was also from 8:30 am to 12 pm. Moses estimated that the movers would be done by 12:15 and I agreed to that stop time. He called it into Trey, who then set the end time as 12:30 without anyone’s consent. He still has not refunded me for the labor overage although I was promised a refund.I cannot recommend that anyone use All My Sons Cincinnati for their moves with such poor management practices. Buyer beware, if you go with All My Sons, take the time to read all the itemized costs because it seems like the offsite management is just out to overcharge you for supplies and labor not used.

Brian and Tyler were incredible. They were careful, courteous, and so on top of everything. I can’t believe how quickly they had their truck loaded and how responsive they were with placing things in our new home based on the box labels. They took great care of us!
This moving company was the best I’ve used, and we moved 7 times in 11 years with the Navy. Very responsive, flexible with dates and times (even when we needed emergency storage of our goods on short notice), professional crew ( thank you Antoinette, Tyler, Andre, Jerry, and Brian) showed up on time, worked very hard and efficiently, and packed our goods well. They are not the cheapest movers, but you get what you pay for - better to pay a little more and get reliable people. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to move any distance.

They were extremely late to do my move and then when they did arrive, they were unable to move a single thing because of “technical difficulties with the office.” THEY LITERALLY DID NOT MOVE A SINGLE THING. Mind you, this is after I had put a $179 deposit down.

This was the first time we had used All My Sons and I can ensure you it won’t be last! From the initial phone call of getting my quote from Tray to the actual move in day my experience was exceptional. We had a team of four men, Moses Mason being one of them and they were all outstanding. These guys were always working during the 8 hours we needed them and didn’t complain once! They had to unload four storage units and move it into our new home, which is huge and has quite the staircase so I am very thankful that All My Sons sent me these guys because they were all fantastic. They listened to my concerns and directions as well as took exceptional care of my belongings. I can’t express my gratitude enough to the team of four that assisted me (six months pregnant too) with the move in of our new home. Thank you All My Sons!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend All My Sons Moving and Storage for moving. Posting this so yall dont make this mistake. I had them scheduled to come this morning and we were supposed to be the first move of the day. They said they would arrive between 830-930 and call me 30 minutes out. I received a call at 939 informing me that two of their movers had fevers and could not come into work so they were calling employees that were off to see if they could come in and help. He told me that he would give me a call back soon to let me know. I told him no worries and that these things happen and to just please let me know. Over two hours go by and no phone call so I called them. The lady I spoke with(turned out to be the manager) put me on hold while she contacted the person I had spoken to earlier. She informed me that they werent able to get anyone to come in(totally fine, I dont expect people to come in on their day off) but once one of their teams were finished with their moves for the day then they would come and do our move. I asked if there was any kind of time estimate so that I wouldnt be sitting in a packed up apartment all day and she rudely said no, theyd get to me when they could. No apology or kindness of any sorts. I then call back and ask to speak to a manager to see if they would have a time frame for me since it was frustrating they had let me sit there waiting for them for over 3 hours when they knew they would not be able to get to me until the end of the day, very poor communication on their part. As soon as I asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. I called back again and was transferred to be hung up on again. I finally reached the same lady I had spoken to earlier after numerous phone calls and she informed me she was the manager. I was shocked due to her complete lack of customer service. I explained why I was disappointed with how they were handling the situation and she still didnt offer any apology at all or any solution on top of being incredibly rude. I asked for a refund of my deposit and let her know Id be finding a different company and thanked her for her apology (sarcasm because she never offered one). She said no problem and hung up. The lack of communication, being rude to me, the hang ups, and being unapologetic for any of it was incredibly unprofessional. I was fortunate enough to find another moving company, Clark and Sons, that went out of their way to help me the same day and at a cheaper rate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

2022-07-16John Walton and his team were absolutely TOP NOTCH through our entire moving process! Polite, clean, efficient and true experts at what they do. They accomplished everything we asked for in record time and kept asking through the day if there was anything they could help us do. Moving is incredibly stressful, but these three actually made the day somewhat fun for us, just great people! I’ll also say everyone I spoke with at My Three Sons was so professional and put us ease. 2022-05-31They did an awesome job. We had a 4-man crew led by John Waldon and they were better than I could have hoped. They were on time, professional, worked diligently while being careful with our furniture and were motivated to get us moved. We lived on a hill where the driveway made it impossible to get the truck close but these guys made it happen. John was incredibly positive about everything. He communicated well and worked with me when problems came up. He and his crew did a fantastic job and made me and my family the priority. It really helped take the stress out of the move and made it exciting. My wife commented to me about how careful they were about bringing everything in to the new house. John did a great job leading his crew, and keeping things positive while doing it. I have zero regrets and would definitely hire them again. Thank you!

This was my first time hiring a moving company and glad I chose all my sons. This really helped to lessen the stress and chaos of moving a home. He and his team were quick, professional and thorough. They tackled the numerous tasks in a systematic way and communicated efficiently in an effort to best utilize their time. The customer service representatives were helpful and provided detailed information prior to the move. I received timely email notices and communications regarding the move. 2022-08-19The whole team at All My Sons Moving & Storage has been great to work with from the initial calls with Eddie, meeting with Greg for the walk through and support / check-ins from Eddie and Zach along the way. Our moving crew, Team Lead Chris Messer, T, Kenny and James are very professional and accommodating. We made several last minute requests and they took care of everything and were very friendly to work with. Another crew lead by Elijah stopped by to drop off some supplies and they were also very professional and friendly.Overall, Day 1 exceeded expectations. Chris and team completed packing and protecting everything and loading the truck in less hours than estimated.Awesome job guys and we are looking forward to move-in day tomorrow.If we ever have moving needs in the future, we would not hesitate to call All My Sons again and request Team Chris.

2022-07-28In all my 30+ years of moving I have never had a better moving experience than the one I had with Zach (Operations), Austin Williams, Nicholas Thomas and James Thompson. They responded in less than 6 hours in an emergency and moved an entire 4k square foot house like it was their own. The attention to detail that they took, the care, concern and professionalism was unmatched. I don’t give many reviews but I sincerely from the bottom of my heart recommend this team. I have moved 10+ times and never had this kind of service. Thank you guys. You are awesome.
