We called All Drain to make some crawlspace pipe repairs that another plumbing company definitely should have caught and corrected during their visit (and boy, we paid way too much to that other company for them to have missed it). All Drain was very transparent with their process, *much* more reasonably priced, and quick with the repair. They even took photos of the issues and the repairs they made so I could see firsthand what was being done. Im going to recommend this company to anyone who asks. Perfect work.
All Drain was great from the start, easy to speak with and schedule, Dalton arrived at the start of the arrival window and quickly and efficiently cleared the sewer main line. He was personable, friendly and was a great worker. I would absolutely recommend All Drain and plan to use them for our business and residential needs moving forward.
Dillion was the tech that come out to work on our issue. He did an excellent job. Very professional, very transparent on the steps he was taking to fix our issue. Explaining everything along the way. Great experience all the way around. My master bath shower would not turn off at all. Had to shut down the whole house water. Dave with All Drain was here just more than an hour after my call. That included already stopping and picking up the part he figured he needed. Fixed in about 15 minutes. So in less than 2 hours I was totally back up and running. We are super impressed with the services we received from All Drain this morning! They were able to schedule us very quickly, and Dalton arrived perfectly on time. Im also thankful they called ahead of time, just as we asked. They worked quickly and were extremely professional and polite! Customer service was great, even the plumber was a pretty friendly guy lol! Affordable as hell And they will always have my business! Roto Rooter charged us twice as much all though I understand why, its because they have a flat rate fee and dont pay employees hourly but even still, it wouldve been nice to have found a place more affordable and that was our mistake for not checking with All Drain first!
What a wonderful experience we had with Dalton! He was thorough, professional and gave us far more education than we have ever received for a recurring issue. He was committed to a solution over a quick fix. Dalton was also kind and patient with our kids and dog. I really appreciated how clean he left what could have been a messy situation!
I live in a condo that has had problems. I notified management and they sent out All Dry. Dalton was polite, friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and the results. Even checked my neighbors. Great service and quicly done.
All Drain helped us out when our regular plumbing company could not. They sent someone out within a few hours of us calling. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The plumber fixed the problem and also gave us tips on how to keep our main line from backing up (Its been a regular problem). The pricing was around $100 less than what we typically pay. Overall, the experience was so positive. We will call them next time we need a plumber!
Terrible service and qualityAll Drain use to be a good company, however now that they are under new ownership quality and service are the only things that go down the drain. They were called out to fix a clogged bathtub drain, ended up cracking a p-trap due to being rough (unknowingly), and never tested to see if they fixed the clog....surprise they did not, still clogged.The manager refused to come out and fix the clog a day later (after the pipe was fixed at our expense). They said they dont do work for free, however they are willing to be paid for nothing.Search elsewhere, you might pay a few extra dollars, but you might actually get the work done accurately and professionally, these guys are hacks.
Great service great price they actually was able to fit me in an hour early. The tech they sent out was professional and unclogged my main drain in a matter of minutes he knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company for your needs. I had one of their competitors out 6 months ago they charged me $380 to unclog my main drain then discovered that there was roots in my drain and wanted to charge me an extra $350 to do what I originally paid them to do. this company charged me half of what my original price was from their competitor..

Dillion the plumber was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Polite, professional, and honest. He came out and had the problem solved quick and was available same day. However, Stephanie who I first spoke to on the phone, who scheduled the visit, was very rude and short with me on the phone and spoke to me like I just rolled up on the short bus. She failed to convey useful information or answer my questions. Other than her, my experience was totally worth every single one of the 5 stars!

Got a referral from another company that wasn’t able to help. They came out super quick but realized they needed a second person. Still only had to wait about 2 hours before they came back. It only took about 30 minutes to get everything done. The guys were both nice. One even asked to play with my dogs, and most service people are scared of pit bulls. Appreciate the quick response!

Absolutely great service. Came to the house in less than an hour from initial phone call. Kept me updated on his arrival time. When he arrived, his was very thorough in his assessment of the issue and explained what he was doing every stop of the process. He was able to clear our main sewer line and replaced our drain pipe caps in less than one hour. And the price was much cheaper than the competitors. This was my first encounter with this company. They came out cleared my main an other drains connected to. Chris was the tech, spent time answering my questions and got my drains flowing nicely again. No more back-ups. Price reasonably and very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend if having drain issues.

Very disappointing experience. Called for an estimate and later called to schedule service for a septic tank issue on a Thursday. Cynthia was helpful and wonderful. Service had to be scheduled for the following Monday due to weather. On Monday, the driver called 45 minutes before our appointment to cancel and tell us it would likely cost more than we were quoted and he would call back in 1-2 days. By Friday, we hadnt heard anything so I called, left a voicemail, and received a return call. The driver (Ira) was out ill and thought someone else would call to tell us. He then advised the truck was out of commission and an excavator would be necessary. I asked for a cost. He said he would call back in 1-2 hours. I didnt receive a call back until the following Monday. The voicemail just said Calling to schedule your service. I found another septic company on Friday and went with them. I cannot recommend highly enough A to Z Septic as an alternative option.
I highly recommend All Drain and their technician Michael! Service is always reliable and their pricing is extremely competitive. Michael helped us a few weeks ago with a drain backing up between two rental units. His auger broke the first night so he came back the next morning as promised, and said he had discussed the problem with his boss and thought he had a solution. He was correct in his assessment and solved the issue we had been dealing with off and on for the past year after another drain company had failed to find the actual cause after two visits. I really appreciated his thoroughness and the care he took in cleaning up the job site. One of the rare companies who does what they say with an excellent technician who cares about doing a job right.
We had water backing up into our shower drains and leaking out from under the toilet. We called All Drain they came out right away, cleaned our main sewer drain quickly and very competently. The guys were friendly, professional and answered all of our questions. We will definitely call this company again - the fact that they charge the same rate even on weekends and holidays is a huge plus. I am highly recommending this company. They were very responsive, accessible, and accommodating!I’ve had root issues for years, and I finally found a company that knows how to clear them for longer than three-six months at a time! My 82 year old mom had Mr. Rooter out to her house on a Saturday after her tub backed up. That company tried to clear her main drain for about 30 minutes and then told her that the entire drain would need dig up and replaced at a cost of $6000. They wouldn’t give her a written estimate and told her she needed to do it that day. Sounds like a scam, right? So I called and spoke to Floyd at All Drain. They sent out David and Trey who promptly cleared her main drain and inspected it afterwards with a camera. The drain is in great condition and is now cleared of all the root hair that was clogging the drain. We will have All Drain out annually going forward as a preventative measure. Their bill was $375. All Drain saved my 82 year old mom $5,625! I highly recommend this very ethical company!
Both of the people who fixed my sink were professional and courteous. The worked very efficiently. They made sure to leave my bathroom clean. They did a great job and if I need a plumber I wouldnt hesitate to have them back.
I had an overflow mess. Which meant main drain. It was Saturday. I called several businesses that said 24hr/emergency service available left messages to call back. Only All Drain called. Quoted me a low price for weekend. Came out when he said and fixed my problem and gave me good advice. I am only using them from now on. And by the way I still not have had a call back from the other 2 companies.

Had a main drain back up that I needed cleared and preferred to have it done as quick as possible without being charged extra. I called All Drain and they were able to get somebody out the same day:) I would and already have recommended them to friends.
The drain in our furnace/humidifier/air conditioner closet overflowed. We called All Drain, and they were incredibly responsive. The guys arrived in the timeframe promised and went right to work. They cleared the blockage quickly and at a very reasonable rate. They even explained what the problem was and suggested home maintenance we could do to avoid issues in the future. Very expensive. I had a very small hole in a 1pipe and the plumper did not replace the pipe but wrapped a 2 piecein length piece on to of the hole and charged me $428. I well never use them again.
All Drain came in behind another company and saved me thousands of dollars. The other company Mr. Rooter, told me I needed my toilet taken out, pipe replaced, floor jackhammered and would be over $7,000 dollars. Chris from all drain came out and said none of that was necessary. Cleaned my main drain out and only cost me a few hundred dollars. He was a life saver. Even showed me where my clean out was, as the other company told me I didnt have one. I will be using this company from now on and telling everyone I know how great they are!

The two techs were polite and helpful. They helped remedy my plumbing issue accurately and inexpensively. Only complaint is they marred up the shower curtain with oily/ dirty fingerprints and dirtied the floors. Aside from that, would recommend All Drain to others.
The guys showed up on time, with the right equipment and got the job done quickly without leaving any kind of mess behind. This was my second time using their service and this time was to get rid of tree roots that got into my sewer system. Both experiences with them was exceptional. I called on Christmas Eve because the main drain in my home was backed up. They came out within an hour and had it fixed in a half hour. The gentleman that came out was very polite, helpful and informative. I will never use another company.

I called All Drain with a backed up drain issue in my basement.They came out within 30 minutes of me calling. My drain was unclogged within a little over an hour from the time I called. I was very satisfied with their service and their price.I would recommend them to anyone with a drain issue.
Good job and highest recommendation. After hours phone access and when the plumber couldnt show up in the pre-arranged time slot, they came out after hours and back the next morning to fix the problem (a corroded water main valve in the basement that was leaking)...and to my surprise...it was a no-charge job! Ive been a homeowner and landlord in the Dayton, OH area for about 10 years and have used several different plumbers and by far these guys were the best service Ive seen.
They did not clear up the problem. They came out repeatedly and still didnt fix the problem. I was told that we had a break in our pipe, but after calling Pester Plumbing out, we found that wasnt the case. All that was needed was for them to run the cleaner through the main drain, which Pester Plumbing did, and it has been all clear ever since them. I was also promised a refund on several occasions by the owner, but still havent received that! Dont waste your time with All Drain, call Pester Plumbing, or someone else who is reputable.

They came out to my house the same day but didnt have the parts to fix my faucet and said they would come back the next day. No show the next day. I had to call and the tech apologized and said he would be out the next day. No show again. Said he was busy working on another job and couldnt get my part for a couple of days because Lowes didnt have it and their warehouse was closed. They did end up getting the Moen cartridge replaced but it took days and me sitting at home waiting for a couple of no shows. Then it took a week to finally get an actual invoice for tax purposes. The plumber kept promising to get it to me and I finally called the office.
A big thanks to All Drain. Moved into our new place and after running the washer for the first time, we found a horrible mess in the basement with two drains backed up and sewage bubbling up. Called at 7:30 a.m. Friday and they were able to get out there by 10 a.m. the same day. They even told me a few quotes over the phone (based on what the problem could be). Justin P. was my technician. He answered all my questions, showed me what he was doing, was thoughtful enough to ask to bring in the equipment through a back door to avoid making an unnecessary mess in the house, and even cleaned up the (small) mess that he made. The whole service call only took 20-30 minutes. The price is totally right and supporting local is even better.
I have used All Drain on multiple occasions & they have been excellent each time. They have been timely, professional, & cost effective. Dave & Trey were phenomenal. I highly recommend them. They are excellent techs.
Just be care full when using this company. I had a bad smell coming from the walls behind my drains. I called and explain that I wanted them to use there camera for. I wanted them start with exhaust pipe from my roof and explore up to the traps and down all the way to the main sewer lines. They said yes they can do such things and they have done Huber Homes and my style of condos. When the person came out for the appointment, the plumber said he can not do much with camera he has. He did answer the question of what the smell was. But that was all he did, and then charged me $70.00. At very least they were misleading and at the worst they are scammers.
Was told on the phone that a main line clean out would be $160, guy shows up and says its not the main line that is clogged but that I may want to have that done to prevent future problems and that It will only cost a little more to do both the main line and the one running under the slab, where the clog is. Im okay with that part but the next day a tenant calls me saying the problem hasnt been completely fixed so I called All drain back since they gave me a 30 day warranty but they wouldnt take or return my phone calls!! Eventually I had to address the problem myself and within a week I had to pay another company to come out because apparently these guys didnt flush enough water through after they hit the clog so it clogged back again. So much for a 30 day warranty! Save yourself some money and time and call someone else.
Great customer service, had a technician onsite within an hour of when I called. When they were onsite, very respectable and efficient. Chris did a great job and I will recommend them to all my family and friends!
We called All Drain and talked to Floyd who gave a price over the phone and explained what the likely problem was with our drains being all clogged up. I scheduled an appointment and Rodney came out and found our main drain to the street was the problem. Rodney ran his drain machine and found tree roots in the line and cleaned them out. Everything is flowing now like it should. Fast service thank you All Drain.

Had All Drain come by for a backed up drain. They were quick and professional. I didnt realize that they also do septic tanks and grease trap cleaning as well. Overall impressed with the company.

No high priced plumbers here! They do one thing and do it right for a fair price. They will clear your drain! Dont make the mistake of calling Roto Rooter. They start high, commission based and you have to haggle.

Their website says they are 24hr. Well I called them when I was in a pinch and i left them a message with my name and number. Well they never called me back. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! My advice do not use this company. Just remember they may be cheaper than the competition but you get what you pay for.
Came to fix my leaking pipe and a month later it was still leaking. I called them and they said 80 dollars to come out and look at it. Why should i have to pay again for a job they didnt repair the first time.
Im not going to post all of the problems. But Im just going to say completely unhappy and unnecessary to be charged the $550 I was charged! For a job that only took the 2nd guy an hour to do because he had the right tool..

I attempted to schedule service appointments twice, both times the plumber never showed and I did not receive a call alerting me they would not be able to make or to reschedule. Terrible service, would recommend to avoid.
Had them come out for a main sewer drain clean-out and snake are sewer was an extra-long drain and they had to use two snakes their equipment broke why they were doing our drain then told us they did not go completely out to the street to where the sewer ends and now its a month later and were having the same problems again and Ive been told by multiple other plumbers that if their snake was not long enough they should have did what they did from the inside as far out as possible and then go to the manhole and come back in to be able to clear the drain and they did not do that But charged us for the service.

2022-03-03Highly recommend All Drain Plumbing. I called at 0800 this morning and Ryan was at my house before the allotted time of 12-2. He came to fix a leak and ended up fixing my shower. I have an old Dayton home with very low water pressure. Today 03/03/22, this was the first day in 5 years 3 weeks that I had the BEST shower in my home!! Thank you Ryan!! Very professional and punctual!

2022-02-10All Drain was fantastic to work with. Id been having main drain issues for months, with everyone telling me something different and actually fixing the underlying issue. When it happened again, another company recommended All Drain - so I already knew they were good. But they took the time to listen to and understand the full history of the issues and ask questions. When a first visit didnt yield results because of not having the proper equipment or number of people needed to fix it, they didnt charge me for the visit since that issue could have been forseen with the details I provided. They came out the next day, with one of their most experienced master plumbers at no additional charge, who had experience in the unique situation of my homes sewer system. Not only did they finally fix the underlying issue, but they cut me a further deal for the inconvenience. After 4 months of issues on and off and multiple plumbers telling me multiple things, I can finally rest easy and be confident that these competent professionals took care of it once and for all. They will be my go-to plumbers from here on out.

2022-07-22I reached out to All Drain this morning due to our drain pipes being backed up. Our technician Dalton serviced our home and he was AMAZING! I’m big on customer service. He took his time and answered all of my questions and I never had to guess what he needed to do next. 2022-03-22Ive had three different plumbers out for the same issue over 2 years. No one was able to fix it. These guys from all drain came in and were able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly. Very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely be calling all drain in the future if i need to.

2022-03-31Great business. I called at 4p with a water spot showing up on My ceiling. They had David and Dalton out the NEXT day before noon. Both guys were curious and helpful. They knew the exact problem before even getting to it. PLUS the exposed what my last plumbers DIDNT do. So they saved me future damage. Highly recommend

2021-12-14We have had problems with our main drain backing up over the last two years, but we are not ready to replace it yet. Imagine my dismay when over the weekend, 1 week before Christmas, there is water backed up into the shower. I immediately think it was the main drain again. We had to have it hydro jetted the year prior, which is not a cheap service, being an average of $600. I called All Drain on Monday afternoon and they were able to fit us in the same day. They came out and after I explained the problem, they still took their time to trouble shoot the issue, which they found was in fact not our main drain. They simply had to snake our master bathroom toilet, which had gotten clogged. I truly appreciate them taking that time to assure they treated the right issue. On top of saving me hundreds of dollars right before Christmas, they offered a 10% Military/First Responders discount. I thank them for the honesty, I will gladly use them in the future.
