All Construction Company has failed to provide an acceptable service to us. Their service department not only installed the wrong garage spring, but failed to resolve the issue during the follow up visit. This has caused me a back injury and has made it unsafe for us to use the garage door. Per a third party contractor, the spring they installed can snap and cause an injury at any time. After all that they keep sending us bills for the terrible job they did.
We built a house this year.We are 70 years old.Very little has gone right for us (between the weather or numerous contractors not showing up when they had promised, or delays in materials etc)...but there is ONE SHINING STAR in our painful 10 month journey... It is called ALL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.After getting a glowing recommendation from a trusted neighbor, we chose All Construction for our focal-point-Fireplace. After three separate estimates.. it surprised us that ALL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES in Brunswick was the most reasonably priced...but it is their people and service we were most happy with.Rory was our fireplace salesman and there is nothing he doesnt know about this very important piece of a house plan. He was honest and professional and very experienced, and gave us great advice. He was responsive and caring, and even helped all the way to the final installation.Our fireplace is spectacular and we know we would have made all the wrong decisions... had we chosen any other firm.We HIGHLY recommend ALL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.. for any construction project.(Dont be intimidated by their beautiful building or showroom.We both said uh oh..we cant afford this company when we first walked in...but they beat everyones price including closer to home The Place... )(Then we realized its only RIGHT that a construction company SHOULD have a beautiful building and showroom...;-)ALL CONSTRUCTION = THE BEST EXPERIENCE of our 10 month journey while building our house. JT is very unprofessional and doesn’t care about waisting 4 different days of my time, with not showing up. Can txt 20 mins beforehand to say he’s going to reschedule but can’t txt to say he’s not showing up at all. Fourth time, asks me what time is good for me. I give him a time and two guys show up 6 hrs later. Don’t waist your time with this company. All of this to replace a door seal (eye roll) then they do show up and have to drive back out to Brunswick because they were told it was the wrong thing. Stay away! Buyer beware!
Received my replacement blind assembly from outside company over 2 weeks ago. Originally purchased through Lowes and installed by all construction ( Lowes uses this company for their install). To maintain warranty I needed to have blinds professionally installed once again by all construction as this was their first question when getting the blinds warrantied. Over the course of 2 weeks multiple phone calls were placed and voicemails left with NO RESPONSE from all construction. Went through Lowes install team and they contacted all construction and said we would hear back in 1 to 2 business days. Guess what? 2 business days passed with NO RESPONSE! Really? 1 to 2 business days to receive a phone call back after waiting 2 weeks. Thats a joke right? Once again trying to get in touch with all construction I reached out to Lowes for help hoping they would have some pull or a different number and I was informed by Lowes today that I would be hearing back from all construction shortly. Take a guess.....NO RESPONSE! In conclusion Im over 2 weeks in on phone calls to this company and never hearing back. Will never again use this company or stores that use this company for install.
So Lowes uses them for installation.I left them 3 messages within a week 2 in 1 week and 1 this week. I NEVER got a call back.Looks like well be installing the blinds on our own.Terrible customer service.
I had insulation and gutters done on my new house. Insulation job was not good quality and the inspectors had to have them redo the ends of a vaulted area. The gutter job was sold with one type of gutter covering and the the rain hit and skipped right off the gutters, I was told to do another type of screening which I had to pay for because they suggested the wrong type, 5 gutters and the water does not flow into it correctly, I have water coming behind the gutter and coming down the flashing. The added aluminum they said they had to add eliminates the leaves from blowing off. 2 other contractors have since said it should have been 6 gutters with the size and pitch of my roof. Water markings all over from it flowing across the front of the gutters. Jeremy has always turned it over to someone else, they give it to a installer and the problems have never been fixed. The good: the came out to give us an estimate on Friday and were able to install the shelving the following Tuesday. This was nice because we just moved in to our house, and all of our clothes were on the floor.The bad: The installers were SO unprofessional. I honestly wouldnt hire them again, nor recommend them. We just completed a $100,000. renovation to our house, so everything is new. When they arrived, they didnt even offer to take their shoes off, just tromped on my new carpet up to the bedrooms. When they brought in their tools and supplies, they had to make two trips, which is fine, except they left it all on my front porch and left my front door (no screen or storm door) wide open while they made the first trip upstairs. It was 20 degrees outside, so not only were they letting all the cold in, I have pets that could have gotten out. They could have set their stuff 5 steps farther in the entry way, closed the door and then made the trips. I went and closed the door and asked them to be respectful and not leave it open again. When I went upstairs to check on their work, they had hung their jackets on one of the posters of my heirloom, cherry, four poster bed! While they were working and making trips up and down, they also proceeded to belch loudly and without apology. They were just too disrespectful to be in someones home. How about a little respect guys? This is my home, not a bar.
Their employees are rude and foul mouthed! They worked on the house next to ours and blocked my drive way. When confronted they said they didnt and then said so what if they did. I said I have proof and that they need to stop walking thru our yard. Two employees then flipped me off. By far the worst compamy I have ever seen.
Every single employee who has entered my home has been courteous, professional, and respectful. All Construction installed our insulation, closets, bathroom shower doors, and fireplaces. We could not be more pleased.
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The insulation guy Jim doesn’t answer any calls he never showed up for the apt I waited two hours called multiple times. Called the company they were no help. They said there’s nothing they can do about it. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Jeremy the other guy never answered either.
This company had a crew working on the house next door to me. They parked there truck COMPLETELY blocking off my driveway, started working there and carrying things THROUGH MY YARD. When my wife told them to move they gave her the finger!! Unprofessional! Do not use these guys!
You should consider hiring professional drivers. Tailgating people during heavy traffic is probably not the best idea. Especially if there are a significant number of cars right in front of you. Just saying.
Salesman Ryan did a nice job estimating the various job work scenarios I gave him.Work was done quickly and done well.I was very happy with the results.workers put down plastic to protect during spray foaming and cleaned up afterwards.insulation guys did quick work and cleaned up.I would recommend them to anyone for insulation .
MASTER fireplace knowledge and installation services. There is nothing Rory ***** doesnt know about fireplaces. Highly highly recommend.
Not a place for semi trucks no yard policy cars and straight trucks driving around without any consideration for others will definitely try my best to stay away from this place

2021-09-07Well, Im not saying this is a bad place, but if youre delivering here in a sleeper truck, good luck. Theres no room to maneuver, and the only dock they use for big deliveries is dock 23, which is at the end of the building, and by the fuel tank. So you have to back into another door to turn around and blind side into 23. Just another day at the office I guess.

2022-08-17Have a new construction build and the fireplace needed attention/service. Rory was excellent to work with from a scheduling perspective and was very responsive. Joe, who did the work, was a pleasure to work with. He did an excellent job of explaining the issue, the fix and answering all of my questions.

2022-04-01In March we hired All Construction to add insulation to our home attic. Staff were prompt, professional, efficient and courteous. What seemed like it would be a messy and lengthy process turned out to be quick and painless. Would recommend / hire again.

2021-11-11I went in for an interview, but the receptionist was very friendly and polite (you dont see that to much these days)!! The interior of the building (from what I saw) was beautiful, clean and very modern. Windows every where!! Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and seemed very passionate about their positions and the company. Even if not offered the position, I will recommend them for any future renovation projects to my friends and family.

2021-05-19I contacted All Construction Services to perform a blower door test on a new home we built. Brad and James showed up on time, used booties to cover their shoes to protect our new floors, and did a very thorough job with the blower door test. These guys are so helpful to offer up ideas for improving the air sealing of the house and they had lots of ideas for making the house more energy efficient. They placed a sticker on the electrical panel for future reference on how the house performed and this is a great item to show to future buyers...if we ever sell. I would totally recommend All Construction Services, and in particular, James and Brad to do a blower door test on any home that the owners want to make more energy efficient. I also had the shelving crew install the closet and pantry shelving. Wow! Shawn and Jordan did an amazing job! These guys were able to get the entire home shelving installed without scuffing up a wall! Ive built a couple thousand homes and I can tell you most shelving installations come with a few extra holes that need to be repaired...but not these guys! Shawn even swept up after finishing the job.

2021-01-21This past summer of 2020, we got a new garage door installed. I paid a 3rd of the cost up-front. Upon installation, the installer dragged the garage door across the ground, scraping paint off of it in several areas. He also did a very poor job replacing the weather seals. He also, left all of the screws, nuts, and bolts, from the old door, all over my garage floor and driveway. I called and complained and they sent out someone to replace the weather seals. They told me someone would be out later that week to spot paint the door. That was nearly 7 months ago and I’m still waiting. I called several times, over the past 7 months, and each time I was told someone would come out to take care of it. The company that referred me to them also called several times, and they were given the same answer.Meanwhile, they were sending me bills and late notices, to which I would call and say, “I’m ready to pay the remainder of the bill upon the completion of the work.” They would always say that someone would be out to take care of it. No one has come. Then they started sending letters threatening to send me to collections. This is horrific customer service. I believe that this company lacks integrity and character. Do not go with this company for your garage doors. The service is subpar at best. Yet, they still expect full payment even when the work is not complete. This is one of the worst customer service experiences that I’ve had.

2017-02-20If I could give this company no stars I would! Horrible at returning phone calls and emails. Tried to make several appointments before finally talking to a sales rep. Ordered a garage door and door opener which took a month to get in, and when the installers came out to put it in, its was the wrong door and color. Took several days to get a return phone call to fix the problem. Finally I told them to keep their door and I ended up going going with a different company. STAY AWAY from this incompetent company. Never been treated so poorly!!!!

2018-05-10The contractor who does walk-in closets is terrible when it comes to communication. My wife and I had a walk in closet installed which looks beautiful but they needed a few parts in order to finish. The contractor told me that he would know about extra parts in 2 days. 10 days later after I had called his work phone, cell phone, emailed, and texted him many many times he finally gets back to me. He does apologize but it seemed half-hearted and even tries to say that he tried to get in touch with me once. I highly doubt that was the truth. They finally came a few days ago and it looks great but I honestly would never recommend this place based solely off of the terrible lack of communication.
