These gentleman delivered a recliner for me. It was a very easy to schedule the time, they made it within their short window with a call ahead, and we’re very professional and delivering it. They were very careful not to hit the walls or the doorway. And we’re also very kind. They were scheduled through the manufacturer, but I would use their services for moving in the future as well myself.
All American moved my daughter into a new apartment. Mike was very friendly and professional in getting the move scheduled and had the crew on site at the stated time. Tim and Joe did the moving and they were very enthusiastic and high energy, often running up and down the 44 steps to the third floor. They were very friendly and easy to work with, finishing within the quoted time with no damage to any of her items. I would HIGHLY recommend All American Moving and Storage for any of your moving needs!!
All American was hired by Restoration Hardware to deliver new furniture to our home. We ran into a delivery problem and All Americans management kept in touch and handled this quite professionally. Highly recommend this moving company for their excellent follow through.
This company did a fabulous job delivering and assembling my new bedroom set! They were quick to setup delivery and were even a few minutes earlier than the 2 hour window they gave me. The guys were great and took good care when moving the pieces into the house. Couldnt be happier with their service. Thanks!
I only have great things to say about All American! From day one, they were responsive, kind, and respectful. Not only did they handle all of our belongings with care, they even took on extra furniture at the last second. They were quick and efficient, too! Amazing prices, amazing service. Seriously the best. I’ve been recommending them to everyone we know.
I would highly recommend this company. I ordered a mattress and they were in charge of delivery. I received a call to let me know when they received it in their warehouse and we scheduled a time for delivery. They called again when they were about 30 minutes out to let me know they were coming. The two men that brought it in were very friendly and professional. They were out the door within 15 minutes after setting the mattress in place for me. Great service!
I am one of the pickiest people you’ll meet. I am also a realtor and always looking out for new service suppliers to my clients. Not only were these gentlemen real gentlemen, they cared about our belongings and lovingly placed the items in the home upon arrival. They were extremely careful with walls, paint etc. I can’t say enough about this company and their responsiveness and hard hard work! I would highly recommend this company!
These guys were awesome!! They actually showed up earlier than the time they said they were going to be at my location and even though I was at work and my wife was at home, they helped a ton by getting everything inside! My wife said they were extremely respectful and very professional! I would definitely recommend these guys if you need anything shipped and/or delivered to you! Five stars well deserved!
All-American Moving did a great job. This was my second time using them — the first in 2014, also a great experience. My recent move was after a relationship ended and I had to move from a shared home. That alone is stressful, but add a global pandemic into the mix and it can feel quite overwhelming. All American Moving not only scheduled me within days of my initial call, but were extremely reasonably priced (coming in below the estimated price, which was already extremely reasonable) and great communicators. Mike was our move coordinator, and he was kind, funny, and compassionate about my move. Our movers, day-of, showed up on time and were extremely diligent about Covid hygiene, respectful of both the home I was moving from and into, and carefully wrapped and moved my belongings. Not a single thing was damaged, and they reassembled my bed and my daughter’s bed. They were thorough and efficient, and I was extremely pleased with my experience. They have earned my loyalty as a customer. I can’t imagine moving with anyone else in the future. If you’re looking for an efficient, affordable, reliable, and trustworthy moving service, you should consider All-American Moving.
All-American Moving and Storage delivered a mattress and removed my old box springs (this was part of the service provided by the company I bought the mattress from). They were extremely nice, very cautious about not doing damage to the wall or porch light, efficient, and quick! They were in and out and the job was done perfectly! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Both fellas were great!
Bought a sofa from Poly and Bark who used All American to deliver my couch and I couldn’t be happier. Received a phone call while I was at work that they were getting close, went home and unlocked the door and the two guys were extremely efficient getting it in the house through a very tight entryway. Had a nice conversation with them as I signed my forms and they were on their way! Highly recommended!
I cant seem to see the first review I gave, so Ill submit it again. While movers were prompt and courteous, my move was plagued with problems and now Im still having problems with billing. Day of move headboard was dropped and gouged two walls. They were asking me for baggies for my bed hardware. Carried my smoker THROUGH my house. Um, I know it stinks to go down the deck stairs and around the house. But thats why I hired you! They almost left behind a baggie stuffed with the TV cords. After they left I realize the sensor on the one garage door knocked out of alignment and sensor for the other door was knocked completely off. Go back in house and find black marks up the middle of two of the stairs. Run vacuum and find around 3 of the tiny lock washers from my bed hardware. That ought to be fun to put back together. I wasnt told tvs and washer/dryer had to be completely unhooked and ready for them to walk out with. Maybe thats common knowledge I didnt have, not sure. One of the movers was more interested in things like was this a smart house and who was my security company. Huh??? Noooo. I bring my concerns to attention of management and Im told I will get a month free storage. Billing guy calls me. He knows nothing about the free month, but sounds like hes doing it for me. Until I open the actual receipt today. Not only is the discount not applied, the charge for a TV box was $10 too high. The warehouse is literally 2.5 miles from my old house. But they charge an entire hour for travel time. I could crawl there in less than an hour. Communication with this company is very frustrating. VERY FRUSTRATING. Billing guy was supposed to call me the week before the move. Even his original contact where he was supposed to put my credit card on file was frustrating. I had to chase him down instead of him contacting me. I have to say that based on my experience, I dont know that I would recommend them. And I havent decoded the tax I was charged on my invoice. It seriously equates to around 10% when you do the math. I have responded to the company and asked for an explanation. I will update my review as progress dictates.
This delivery company kept me informed about the delivery of my mattress and foundation. They arrived ahead of schedule and kept me informed of the early arrival. Delivery personnel set-up my new bedding and removed my old ones in a safe and respectful manner. I am very pleased with my service from them.
Our move from Ohio to New Mexico went very smoothly. Our driver Randy was a super professional and kept us informed for delivery and was on time with the load out and the delivery.I do have to file a claim for a table that was damaged so I can not say yet how that process will go. The estimate was done virtually due to Covid and the actual weight cost a few thousand dollars more than the estimate. Based on how much heavy furniture we had, this was not a huge surprise. All in all we were extremely pleased and it made the move so much less stressful to have hired a very experienced team.
We had a great experience with All American Moving when we moved my mom in to assisted living on 6/19/21. They were very punctual, polite, respectful and professional and did it all UNDER the the original time/price on the quote. If we need movers again, they will be the first ones I call.
Very professional crew. They were on time, communicated well, and have mad tetris skills! We moved our stuff from our apartment to a relocube. Our belongings were carefully moved and everything was done expertly and with care. The three movers we had were lovely to work with and I enjoyed their three distinct personalities as well. Would recommend to anyone in Columbus!
I needed to have a new mattress and bed frame delivered to my third floor apartment as well as removal of my old mattress and box spring. I worked with Greg to get it scheduled both over the phone and through email and then a team of two of his guys delivered it. Greg was excellent, extremely responsive and flexible in helping me schedule a time that worked for us both. His two moving guys met me at my building and were great about being careful with my frame and mattress and helped assemble and adjust the bed in my room for me. They answered all my questions and got the job done quickly, safely and responsibly. I would highly recommend this company for any delivery and plan to use them again in the future! I was truly impressed at the professionalism and excellence in the way my old Craftmatic bed was taken down and out of my home and the new Craftmatic bed was brought in and installed and in a very timely manner. I needed some rather large and very heavy pieces taken to Grandview Mercantile. The guys were prompt and courteous. The gentleman I spoke with to reserve the movers, Michael I think, went above what I had expected to help me out. I greatly appreciated his help and that is why I chose this company over others. I was not disappointed and would highly recommend their services.
Great company. Reliable and quick. Tim, Troy and Levi were awesome. They were careful with my items and even though I still had other things to pack, they were understanding and worked around it to get the total move done in less than 4 hours!!!! I can’t thank you all enough.
They showed up 5 hours late, were extremely rude, said it would be $4000 more than what I was quoted. The 2 guys started fighting outside. I said I wasn’t comfortable with the situation and he said ‘fine, find another company’ and left. The customer service was awful. I’m now stuck here without a moving company, and supposed to start my job in 2 days. They won’t even give me my deposit back. So disappointed.
This is now the third time we have used All American Moving (plus my wife used them once before she and I met). They do a great job at a fair price! They even moved our baby grand piano flawlessly.The guys on the phone were helpful and the movers were polite and professional. It may sound a bit cliche, but they really did treat our stuff as if it was their own.Of course some of these other reviewers here gave lower scores, but I do know our experience with them was excellent.We will definitely use them for our next move.
Joe and JD did a fantastic job with our mattress delivery. Our home is not only difficult to find, but also very challenging to navigate with an oversized item. They arrived early and had the job done quickly. Perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. They not only paid close attention to the item they were delivering, but also to the surrounding furniture and the walls. Thanks, guys!
I have used all American Moving and Storage three times and always pleased.. The company moved my office belongings (5/31/20) from Columbus (near Grandview) to Hilliard. Considering my former office was on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator, the 2-person team was able to get the move done smoothly and completed in less than a half-day! The first time was for my personal residence in 2013 and the entire process was like clockwork. The crew was professional and took care of my possessions. The second time was in 2015 during a purchase of surplus office furniture. Rather than moving the furniture myself, I called All American to do it. The service was what I expected; the comments from others buying furniture was not: they thought hiring professionals to deliver the items was a great idea! Thank you again, All American!
I had a great experience with the All American Moving and Storage company. I ordered a sectional and it was delivered before the original estimated delivery day. They carried it into my home, placed it where I wanted it and took any of the trash involved in the process with them so I did not have to do a thing. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future!
All American Moving delivered two pieces of furniture that Id ordered online. They did a great job! I was called a week or so prior to the delivery to arrange a date and time frame. I received an automated call the day before the delivery as a reminder and the delivery guys called the day of the delivery to let me know when they were on their way. The delivery itself went very well. The furniture was placed where I wanted it. The delivery crew was very conscientious and professional. I was very happy with the whole process, from start to finish.
The Army/Air Force Exchange uses Fragile Pak as their transportation service. Their rating is one star at best. All American has to be their local delivery agent. The Columbus delivery was OUTSTANDING. Not sure how the two companies are related but All American is a company I would use and recommend.
My wife and I had an absolutely excellent experience with All-American. Dave and his partner were on time. They introduced themselves as soon as they got to our condo and then got right to work. They were very careful with some of our more delicate items but at the same time very quick and efficient. They moved everything into our new home and assembled some furniture exactly how it was supposed to be done. Once again they were courteous and very complimentary of our new home. Excellent service and workmanship. A+
All American Moving was fantastic! I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again! Dave was in charge of the crew, and was incredibly polite, and very hardworking. Troy and Joseph were also great! They moved very quickly, and were careful to protect floors and all furniture. Not a single thing damaged. They even moved my dining furniture around a couple different times until we figured out how we liked it. No problem or complaints at all to do it! The guys were troopers - they were not able to pull the moving truck into the driveway at our new house because of a steep hill, so had to park it on the street and carry/wheel everything up the driveway into the house. Were smiling and happy the whole time! I couldnt have asked for a better crew! They have my gratitude and my highest recommendation!
Troy and Brock were the delivery men that delivered my sofa. They both were very courteous and were careful not to damage any of my furniture and glass objects during the delivery. They delivered the sofa through a very narrow door to my den and then made sure I was happy with the placement.I was very pleased with the entire delivery process.
We used this company to move about 30 minutes away and they were an AWESOME company to work with. From the beginning to the end, I conducted my business with kind, caring, and overall positive people. They truly understand how stressful moving can be, and do their best to eliminate as much of this stress as possible.They did a preliminary walk through of our place over the phone to get an accurate estimate of the amount of things that needed to be moved. They were up-front with all of their costs, and if something was mandatory for the move that we provided, they removed it from the invoice (such as mattress bags).Honest and hardworking company overall, and they sent a furniture medic out right away to repair a small scratch on our headboard. They take every comment and complaint seriously, and were truly wonderful to work with.
I am sorry to say I am not having a good experience with All American Moving. The movers themselves were very professional, hard working, and courteous. Unfortunately, a table and a chair were broken during the move. I was told that All American Moving would repair the items and deliver them to my home shortly. I have made several inquiries, but the furniture has not been delivered. In fact, more than a month after my move, I was told that the repair work on my items has not even started.
Time frame told was not when they came. Delivered furniture that was damaged. They took pictures of it but didn’t seem to care. Said contact ordering company. I did. They blamed the movers. This company took zero responsibility. Two companies argue and I’m left with damaged furniture since nobody will make it right! Furniture was to be put together but almost every screw in the chairs was loose. Horrible experience.
Our moving experience was wonderful. Dylan and Matt called ahead of time to let us know when they would arrive. They both were extremely pleasant!! They took care of everything we asked of them. They both worked hard and took excellent care of our items. The move went off perfectly. We would absolutely use them again and be happy to recommend them!!!
Our experience with All American Moving and Storage was wonderful! We were moving our belongings from a storage unit in Chillicothe to a house we bought in Marysville, and our team was so fast and friendly! They quoted us 6 hours, but the move only took 4.5 hours including the 1.5 hour drive between the two locations. I also appreciated that they asked before using add-on materials (TV box, mattress bags, etc.) so that we wouldnt be charged if we didnt need or want them. We will definitely use All American Moving if we need to move again!
I bought new office furniture, and needed my old stuff disposed of. For a very reasonable price, All American disposed of my used pieces, and brought in and set up my new stuff. They were timely, professional, and friendly. I asked them to adjust the new furniture a few times (it was too big for me to move) and they did it with a smile. Great customer service!
I have worked with All American Moving and Storage several times for both business and residential related moves. I have referred them countless times and love supporting this local small business. The Management Team at All American is Responsive, and their service was done on time, for the amount quoted. While anything can happen in a move, the experience and customer service demonstrated by this company is top notch.
I used this company twice in the past and they were great: the move was finished in less time and underbudget from what they estimated. My most recent experience was not nearly as swift, however. I moved from a two bedroom townhouse (~1200 sq ft) to a similar unit, roughly 20 minutes across town, with easy access to both front and back doors at both units. I was quoted around $800 for a 6-8 hr move (which seemed high, considering my past experience), scheduling the move was easy and the movers showed up on time ~8:30 am on the morning of the move. I had everything in boxes ready to go, they surveyed my apartment and verified the list of furniture I gave on the estimate was accurate (this is important), but seemed to take a long time in loading up the truck. It was roughly four hours until the truck was loaded, longer than any previous move had taken in entirety, as well as longer than my dads recent move out of a 3-bedroom house and into a fourth floor apartment.Unloading was less smooth: it was early December and a light snow drizzle began in the afternoon. The snow developed to more a more serious condition and the move had to called off at 4:30pm and rescheduled to three days later. An inconvenience, for sure, but I also did not want to put the movers at risk of injury, especially for something as unpredictable as weather. The remaining items were a washer and dryer, futon and several weights and work out equipment items; I had previously moved the work out equipment to the basement with my dad in roughly 45 minutes, they had moved half of it in, already. Before listing my grievances with the company, I will say that the movers were friendly and cordial, and that none of my items or either of the apartments were damaged in the process, which is still a major plus to me.However, the parts of this I felt were unprofessional:- It was made to be my responsibility to reschedule the move. I moved on Saturday, called the office Monday morning to reschedule for Tuesday, had to call twice to get through to someone who could help. I was tersely told Assume well be there first thing on Tuesday morning. Great, I figured, as I had work plans from 11-3 that day. I had to call on Tuesday morning around 10:30 am as I had not heard from them yet, evidently I was not first in line, despite being told so, and had to call and schedule a re-re-delivery for 3pm that day. This could have been avoided with better communication.- I was charged roughly $100 over the estimate on the first day of delivery and told that I most likely--90-95%--will not be charged for the redelivery from my mover. Considering it was already over budget, I found this comforting, however, I was charged an additional almost $300 for redelivery, bringing my total to almost 50% ($1155 compared to ~$800) over budget. I called to ask for a bill reduction, as to me, it seems ridiculous to charge someone that much over the estimate, especially considering the circumstances, and was offered only a $55 reimbursement. The reason cited was that my list of items, specifically my weight equipment, was inaccurate, despite the movers giving me the OK when they first showed up in the morning, hence the inaccuracy between estimate and actual pricing.As a customer, I dont want to be blamed for them going over budget, especially considering the egregiousness of the splurge and that my list of items was deemed accurate the morning of the move. I still cannot believe that it cost nearly $1,200 to move a two-bedroom apartment 15 miles across town. I recommend seeking a different moving company, All American may be great when they works well, but dealing with their office quickly caused an unpleasant experience and a major hit to my wallet.
This company and entire team were beyond amazing. I will tell you that we had to move our move date twice and then we had to request to have our stuff stored on trucks for a week. Literally up until the minute the trucks arrived at our new house things were going wrong left and right on our end. They were extremely helpful, patient and a ton of fun to work with. Nate did an awesome job contacting me about their arrivals and making sure everything got where it needed to be - excellent memory too considered we had a week between move out and move in! I cannot imagine ever using anyone else to move my belongings. Beyond awesome!!!!!
I had such a poor experience with this delivery service. I am surprised that Restoration Hardware (RH) uses this company based on the incompetence and unprofessionalism I experienced. Background: I received a call last Friday letting me know that they’ve received my purchase (bed/dresser) from RH and would like to schedule a delivery. I query about timing because similar to most people in the world, I have to go to work. I work 9-5, which is apparently the delivery window too. I pick a weekday slot because the upcoming weekend doesn’t have availability. I tell the man who called me that I can leave early from work with ample notice, but would like to have the latest slot available on the date we agreed upon. He agreed and told me he was putting a note for my delivery to be in the afternoon. He said I’d receive a call the day before to confirm the window the following day AND be called thirty minutes before the drivers were on their way on the day of delivery. I didn’t receive a call/text/email the day before so I became worried. I woke up and called the main number and Beverly told me that the drivers were coming at 10am that day. Where did we get 10am from when it was clear that I needed afternoon? Why didn’t I receive a correspondence? She had to cancel my order for that day. She tells me it’ll come the following day between 12-2pm (again, not convenient for me and inconsistent with what we talked about since they deliver up to 5pm, but it’s only slot they have so I take it). She confirms via email that day.On the day of the delivery, the 2pm comes around and I hadn’t received a call. I called Beverly and she told me that the drivers came and were unable to gain access. It was a boldface lie. I had two friends in the apartment ALL day waiting for the delivery men. She said she’d look into it and call me back shortly. I don’t hear from her for an hour, so I tried calling back and she didn’t answer. Near to 3pm, the drivers show up. They’re outside the window and offered no apology or explanation for being late. They set up the delivery and left. I have no issues with their service during the actual 45mins they spent in my home. However, everything in the week leading up to the delivery was horrible.I would not recommend using this company again! They’re super disorganized and do a sloppy job with planning deliveries. RH needs a new vendor for this service.
For the most part, excellent service and fair prices. Team worked efficiently and always had a smile on their face. Our movers were Kyle, Emmanuel and another guy that I cant remember (sorry!) My only complaint is there were a few grease marks on our couch. These can be easily taken out, however, I dont think they should have happened in the first place. I highly recommend All American Moving & Storage!
Very professional and very efficient, you can tell these guys have been in business for a long time. Having moved various times in New York City I’ve come to learn the difference between good and bad moving companies. I recently relocated my family from NYC to Cleveland, Ohio and Tim and his crew made the physical aspect of the move as smooth as it possibly could have been. I would highly recommend All American Moving as these guys were hands down the best I’ve ever used.
I started filling out an online request for a quote. Before I was finished with it, I was getting phone calls about the quote. I was in the “shopping around phases” of looking for a mover as I’ve always moved myself. At the end of the phone call, I was told that if I wasn’t interested in the service, just ignore it. The cost was way outside of my price range (insanely expensive), so I ignored the quote and went on to look at others. I have received, four follow up emails A DAY from them. All emails tell me to call of I have questions. They have literally bombarded me with emails. I don’t have questions, you’re too expensive. Moving on.
We could not have been more pleased with the services we received from All American Moving. We were moving my 91 and 88 year old parents from a home they lived in for 59 years. This was a traumatic move for them, as they did not want to leave their home, however it was all in their best interest. We were actually concerned for their health, as my family all new this could take a toll on them.All American sent us two men, Nat and Dave, who could not have made the move go any better. They had shown care, compassion, safety, and were very professional in dealing with all of our parents personal items. They put my 91 year old mother at ease. They let my mother know they would take good care of her possessions.They worked non-stop. Actually we had to make them take breaks. By the end of the move, I think they made my Mother feel like they were her own family, but then she realized her own family would have taken many more breaks!!!The office staff was also very helpful, and our final bill was very clear. We would recommend these movers in a heartbeat.Thank you All American Movers, our family truly appreciated your services.
I recently used All-American Moving for a very small move. I was trying to find a mover to get just a couple of pieces of furniture from my house to a consignment furniture store about a mile from my home. I contacted a couple of movers, but their prices were too high for such a small job. I contacted All-American and they were able to meet my need because they had a regular scheduled moving truck route that came near my home. They gave me a call before heading my way to make sure I was home, got the piece without any issues, and quickly delivered it.
They were professional and courteous. We had Dominique and Tim. They were terrific! They never stopped running. I could not be happier with my move and was VERY impressed. I used different moving companies before but this one takes the cake. Thank you All American Movers for a great experience.
Updated review included. During my delivery there was an unfortunate accident involving damage to one of my neighbors luxury cars. After having contacted the company as well as feedback I have received from the neighbor, it appears the company is rectifying the situation through their insurance. As far as the quality of the delivery goes, it was pretty much standard. Nothing stood out as particularly exceptional but it was done competently. In the end, the whole process was so tainted for me by having to deal with the problems the accident caused that I dont feel that I will ever consider my experience on the level of good to great. I will give 3 stars because the product I ordered was delivered in proper shape which is the bare minimum you can expect from a company that moves and/or delivers products.
On 6/7/18 an employee of All American Moving and Storage hit my daughters car while it was sitting at a gas pump. As requested by the president of the company I obtained 2 estimates. Per the police report this company is self insured. My daughters car is yet to be fixed. A few months back I received a call from John Thomas, Cincinnati Branch Manager, informing me the president of the company was going to make payments until he had paid off the estimate. The first check I received was a little over $300. the estimate was over $1800. I have received around $1000, but have not received another check in months. I will never use this company and would never recommend it to anyone!!5/26/20 Almost 2 years later and I still havent received the $1800 to get my daughters car fixed. Pathetic excuse for a company!!
I have had the pleasure of being served by All American Moving on several occasions. I have found the company to be head and shoulders above the typical moving company. I have been pleased that they due what they say and usually come in under budget. I will continue to use their services for all of my moving and storage needs.
I’m really disappointed with this company, I have more than 3 weeks “planning” with them a out of state move and Its have been a completely nightmare... a lot of miscommunication, not response from any of them, we where scheduled 1-4 pm for pickup and they didn’t show up, text or call. We called so many times and not even a response from the team. honestly a kick to the groin and absolutely THE MOST disrespectful thing Anyone has ever treated or any customer service I have ever had to deal with.
Still waiting on my couch to be delivered... Was supposed to be delivered yesterday but never arrived because I couldnt get there AN HOUR EARLIER THAN THE SCHEDULED TIME (they called at 2:01pm thinking Id be home for the delivery even though that wasnt the agreed on time frame which was from 3-5pm) So they apparently decided to just not come at all and make NO effort to reach out to me. I arrived home barely after 3pm (no call from them- no knowledge of where they were) and waited until I had to go to my meeting around 4. My girlfriend took off work early to cover the last hour of the time frame. By 4:30 they still didnt show up and then I began being ghosted by the delivery driver after several attempts at trying to reach back to him. I tried calling them during the delivery time but the driver never picked up. I told my girlfriend to call because he was ghosting my number for some reason and when she called him he picked up (again this was all before 5pm) and told her there was nothing he could do and was off the clock even though it was still during the timeframe of our delivery...Now Im being told it will be another week before theres another time they can delivery my couch and brought up a redelivery fee that they are (sarcasm) so generously are paying for this time. Im also a business owner and would never EVER treat a client like this. 1 ) do not alter a timeframe when both parties agreed 3-5pm IS the time frame 2) NEVER CALLED SAYING THEY WERE THERE TO DELIVER THE COUCH 3) ghosted my calls 4) picked up when my girlfriend answered and lied to her saying he was off the clock (well before 5pm) 4) They didnt immediately try to resolve the situation, instead doubled down and took the side of the delivery driver who was objectively false in his accounts of what happened and the times they happened ( the driver said we only contacted him well alter 5 which is a total and complete lie) NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Ive never been treated worse as a client in my life. I seldom leave reviews but this is well warranted.
Awful! I hired them for my move a couple of weeks ago. They showed up 6 1/2 hours late! They sent people from a temp agency that took 7 hours to move my two bedroom apartment. I had my wedding band stolen, as well as gift cards and a check book from my dresser. They ripped my new mattress. They have refused to do anything about the problem, and then they charged my credit card for $300 over the amount they were supposed to. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!
Given a two hour window to make a delivery, from 5 to 7 p.m. Missed it by four hours, didnt get delivery of item until 11 p.m.I would have rescheduled if they could have let me know that it was gonna take just that ridiculously long. But they couldnt even give me an ETA once they blew the deadline.The delivery guys themselves were apologetic, polite and efficient. It looks more like they were given far too much to do in one day by people above their paygrade.
If there was a star lower than -zero that would be the star I would grade this company with. The worst moving experience ever. Moving company from HELL and I usually prefer to say dislike but they really got the trophy. Do not ever do business with people like this Worst work ethic, service you can ever imagine. Well wait imagine ? Nah! Even if you try to imagine worst - we do not think you have imagined it yet. Really, really upset we fell for it! They broke our furniture on top of it!!! I am so mad that I think its best not to think about the low lifes that own this company because our well being is far more important than getting aggravated for scum bags like these. So if you ever think of giving them a chance please do not waste your time and save yourself the aggravation. These guys were so easy to work with. They scheduled everything out, were prompt, professional and really took a huge stress out of the moving process. Ive referred these guys to a number of friends and have heard only praises and thanks for the referral. Thanks again All American!!!!
Most of my furniture was scratched dented or broken. Over 20 of my items was left in Idaho after my move to Georgia. Utincels, kitchen items, and other items were just put in a box with no wrapping, etc. Wardrobe boxes were used but my clothing was just thrown in the box. There will be a large compensation payment coming my way. This company sucks at what they do, stay away.
These people actually care about your stuff! Moving is a stressful endeavor. Hire this company to move your stuff, whether one item or an entire household of stuff. They will use the same care you would give it and will help take the stress and heavy lifting out of your hands and put it into very capable, caring hands.
We needed to move some items from Ohio to Florida. We checked the national carriers and they wanted a full truckload to do the job. All American picked up our stuff, palletized it and shipped it to our destination without incident and significantly less expensive than the alternatives.
Ive utilized their services and was quite pleased with the pleasant customer service (everyone acts liek they are glad to have your business), their on time service with every time they quoted (for pick up and delivery), and a very reasonable fee (I expected to pay alot more). I would recommend them for any moving or storage needs.

2022-07-17The two gentlemen who delivered our mattress and adjustable base were punctual and professional. We are in a rural area with small roads and they drove a big truck, and had no issues getting in an out the tight streets. I tipped them due to their good service; I’d use this company again for moving.

2022-03-16All American Moving moved us on2/9 -2/10 two days after the 2022 ice storm. We lived on a snow covered hill with snow covered stairs. The temps were in the teens and twenties. What an incredible job they did. The crew was courteous, pleasant, professional and concerned about the safety of our belongings. I can not say enough about the service. We were given a reasonable estimate and advice for an easy move from Mike Weisenburger. The total price of the move even came under the estimate - unheard of!!!! 2022-07-08They came to pick up damaged furniture that was delivered by another company. The morning of I had an unexpected emergency and wasnt able to be home but I left the item in garage and they still picked it up and called me and were in communication the entire time! No issues.

2021-12-18I was contacted by the company to set up a delivery date. Within one day they gave me a 2-hour window of time. Prior to the delivery day and on the delivery day I received frequent messages keeping me updated. The delivery truck arrived within the 2-hour window and the guys did a great job. They carried the product in, set it up quickly, and then took the time to explain to me how it works. They were very courteous.
