I ordered my wife 3 panties for Christmas as well as several other items. I ordered large. That is the size that fits properly from Macys, Dillard Kohl’s etc. Your large was sized as a medium or less. I understand why you list them as no return But I think you should replace them with a size that fits or give me credit. I would have the policy of return to you for disposal and then issue credit so you don’t worry about someone double dipping. If you would have you Quality Control check this size issue I’m sure you would see the problem & hopefully correct it. Best regards, Ray Young

I ordered two pair of jeans for my husband. After washing, there were a couple sewing defects noted - one at a seam, one on a belt loop. I contacted All American and they took care of the issue. Gotta love a company that stands behind their products and is made in the U.S.A.! Thank you All American, you have a customer for life.
I love knowing that these items are made here. I wish they had more. I’ve bought many cargo shorts. They are my go to summer pants. Denim jacket is nice. Only bad thing is guessing what size to buy.

This is the second time Ive tried their seconds clothing. You can read on their tag in the picture ....due to some small flaws in the fabric or stitching. I personally dont consider this a small flaw. Nor do I consider the first pair I ordered that didnt have a button a small flaw. Or maybe thats not a big deal if you dont mind your pants falling off. AAC did offer to exchange them if I paid to send them back. Im not paying $10 dollars to send back a $25 pair of jeans personally. No, personally Ill order my Wigwam sox elsewhere and wont be back to AAC.
I am very pleased with the quality and fit of the clothing I ordered from All American Clothing. I am also happy with their customer service - I ordered wrong sizes twice, both times it was my mistake - All American paid the return postage both times and exchanged the items for correct sizes without any re-stocking fee or any other charge.
I try to buy American even though items often cost more when made in the USA. Ive bought frequently from All American Clothing and generally have been satisfied with the quality. But recently I had a problem with an item that was delivered to a wrong address, so I never received it. Well, this was my first experience with their customer service division. What an incompetent mess they are. After 5 combined phone calls + emails, after they told me they would send a replacement but reneged, Angie (the supposed head of customer service) told me to go to the post office and track down the item. Huh? I try not to use Amazon but I have to give them credit for excellent customer service. Lost items are resent. It takes 5 minutes of your time to resolve a problem with Amazon. With All American Clothing? Forget it. I just gave up and took the $55 loss. What a waste they are. Ill never buy from them again. There are other ways to buy USA-made rather than dealing with people who treat their customers badly.

Ordered carpenter jeans before and was happy. Last order, pockets on the left leg a few inches lower than the right leg. Jeans are still good but left leg pocket too low on leg.

I ordered a pair of jeans back in late October. Never received them. They refunded me the shipping cost. I have sent multiple emails requesting an refund. It seems once they have your money they dont care anymore. They contacted me recently and made everything right.

The two flannel long sleeve shirts are superb. Well made. Large size fits me very well, plenty of “tuck-in” material at bottom, and they are perfect for what passes as “chilly weather” in South Texas. They are sharp looking as well. 100% satisfied

I started with jeans (after seeing the brand I used to buy charging the same money for Guatemala-made as they had charged for US made).All American’s product last longer than the offshore stuff. Received the shorts quickly and they fit exceptionally well. I have a terrible time finding shorts & jeans that are made to actually fit me! My waist is 35 NOT 34 or 36, which seems to be the only choices in foreign made shorts and jeans. I had previously purchased jeans from All American - same experience. Thanks for doing it right!

Ive gone to ACC for clothing for many, many years. I do so not just because of their Made in America products, but also because of their service. For those reasons Ill be shopping with them until I die, which I know sounds dramatic, but I will be 70 this year, so theres that. :)
In April my husband ordered one pair of jeans. He wanted to try them out before ordering more. When he received them there was approx. a 2 opening on the outside seam by the pocket where it was not sewn correctly. Angie at Customer Service responded to my husband. Pictures were emailed of the pants. Angie stated no need to return damaged pants, a new pair would be sent out. After weeks and no jeans, I called Customer Service. Vicky verified the email between my husband and Angie. Vicky told me this size would not be in until June 14 and they would ship out once they were received in which might take 2 - 3 days. She assured me we should have the jeans by June 21. Today is July 8, no jeans and no contact from the company following up with us re: shipping. Its a shame to pay out that much money for a piece of clothing and not even be able to wear it. If I could give a lower score I would.** When I first made this review, I did not have all of my facts. Customer Service did follow up with an email on 6/18 and a phone call on 7/13. I would like to revise my review to a 3 star.

I just bought an All American white shirt with the blue n white stars on one shoulder and red on the other. I’ve had so many compliments on the shirt I am going to buy similar. I ordered a large as I do most my shirts but found the Medium more form fitting to my shoulders and length m chest. The free return went seamless and quick turnaround. I love your clothing and will buy more. My sister already wants to order some for her husband and son.

This is my second pair of jeans from ACC. They look and fit great - not to mention how much heavier and well constructed they are (beyond comparison to the usual name-brand jeans I’ve bought in the past!). Competitively priced and made in the USA! Why go anywhere else? We’ll done!
Quality of the product is very good. I read reviews prior to purchase and a few said to size up 2 sizes from your current size, so I did, but wouldnt recommend doing so if you decide to purchase, I would say stay with your current size. Also, if you dont like a heavy material in very hot weather, I wouldnt say this is light by any stretch and may be hot to wear for you as it is for me.
Ive been buying close to a yr now. And so far everything has been high quality, and the color isnt fading yet either. A little higher than other stores, but not much. And long term, probably cheaper. Sizes are a little big, at least for me. But thats not an issue for me, now that Ive learned that. Customer service isnt as professional as they should be. Could almost come across as snarky. But as long as prices stay reasonable and high quality remains, I plan to buy here.

This is my second order. Quality & customer support are excellent. Besides fitting well, it also feels good to know Im not supporting slave labor and anti-American countries. They cost more than I could get them for at the transnational big box store,s but its worth it knowing Im supporting US workers and companies! Really its the cheapest way to stand up for our values.
This is a tale of two orders from this company, my first and my second. Ive worn their carpenters style pants for about two years now. They wear well, but I followed their instructions to order the waist a size large to account for shrinkage, yet it turned out that the waist didnt shrink, the pants have been too large, but are not returnable. I just ordered a second set of pants, so this time I ordered them with the waist at my normal size. I tried them on and was surprised to find that they are too small. I returned the whole order. The company withheld $69.95 from the refund from the total price. I emailed and asked why, but its been a week and I havent heard back.Ill call today to try to find out, but regardless of losing the $69.95, Id never buy from them again, simply because its too much hassle just to buy pants.
I purchased 60/40 tees. They are true to size. Very comfortable and cool. The green is very vivid but red is more on the pink side. The collar is high which I like.Five star because over all they are great tees.

My order for twenty-one pairs of Wigwam socks in assorted colors arrived quickly and without problems. Wigwam socks are wonderfully comfortable and durable as well.
My husband loves the tee shirts I ordered for him so much, that I ordered five more! I just placed an order for mens shorts, and am confident they will be of the same outstanding quality! The bonus is that theyre made in America, so I dont mind paying a little extra, to keep business in the USA.
I am at 4 stars and this can go up or down as my order is still not complete. The items I got, 2 polos and sandals, are great. The fit and material and craftmanship is just what I wanted. My problem now is the Georgia Cotton pants I ordered still have not shipped. I called after all else was received and told the company that makes these cuts them per order and it could take up to 10 days. OK, I try to be patient. Then when we go another 10 days and nothing I call back and told that there is an issue with material that customer service would find out the issue and e-mail, now 4 days later and no e-mail. This is starting to tick me off as I was buying them for an event, and now just hoping to someday see my pants.
All American Jeans are about twice the price of the normal store brands (Lxxx & Wxxxxxx) but with their high quality, great fit, and Made in the USA I think theyre well worth it, especially for a product that will last 4-5 years or more. I dont wear any other brand now.

There is currently a wait time for some jeans because of demand, but the customer service people are very good with keeping the customer informed. As expected - My purchased items were the top of the line; quality wise.However, after ordering/paying for my purchase, there was NO ACTIVITY on my order.... So, I called them and they told me the color of my jeans were not available for over 2 months..... THEY should have called me, and gave me my options, vs me calling them to inquire.

I was met by a gentleman who asked me if I was an employee. I said no Im a first time customer. He said you will love the jeans they have. I got to try on a pair of jeans, and was really impressed. I support American workers, businesses, and small businesses like this. If you live close like I do then I recommend you make the drive to All American Clothing Co in Arcanum.

Thought Id give them a try with some T-shirts first. Im 62, 300lbs and usually have issues finding shirts that are long enough. Ordered the 2XL and very happy with the length. Length usually is lacking for me and or the shirt fits sloppy. Nice decent weight of material as well, not a paper thin shirt.

2 years ago I put forth the effort to find American made clothing and shoes , a not too easy task in this day. I found 2 pair of New Balance and 2 pair of Keen hiking boots that met my wish list. (Yes I know there are a few others).Looking for jeans took at little more work. After all of this work I found All American Clothing Co. about 2 hours away from me and about 30 minutes from my brother. I stopped in and the young ladies were very nice and helpful in my selection of 2 different styles of jeans and 1 pair of shorts from their many varied styles and sizes. I have worn and laundered these products several times with no signs of wear. I am proud to wear these jeans sourced and sown in the USA. I even received a union discount for having worked union 41 years. When you look at the quality of the their products and price of other products made in other countries and you are keeping the money in the US and helping a family to keep this family and other families employed in a small town and turning that money back into local taxes it is a much tighter economic circle. I have recommended AACC to all my friends and family, and to you.

Highest quality jeans you can buy, good heavy denim and they wear well. True, they cost 2x levis but they tend to last 3x as long.
I ordered a 36×32. Ive washed them 4 times. They are 42×46 but the label says 36×32. I expect more from American made jeans.

Ive been buying items from AMC for around 3 years now and have never been disappointed.Clothes are fractionally more expensive then most comparable non U.S. made items.Quality and sizes on the other hand are far superior. Great customer service as well. If theres a delay in anyway shape or form they immediately contact you and give you constant updates of your order status.Free shipping is super fast as well. Ive ordered items and recived them typically 2-4 day range.Cant say enough positive things. If you look up the history why the owner left a Corporate manufacturer that was giving American jobs away to overseas labor, youll like the company even more.

I ordered a 31 inseam and received a 30. The was delayed because there was no inventory. The cost was $30 more than my normal brand. I wont order again

2022-06-24After searching far and wide for decent jeans I thought at least if they are jeans made and shipped from America you would get a good product and decent service.But if you are making a purchase from this company for an international delivery be very careful as you dont always get what you order. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans, one pair was perfect but the other pair had been wrongly labelled, so now I have one pair of unwearable jeans which after a month the issue hasnt been resolved, I have sent emails and tried calling but to no avail. It seems easier to hide behind emails and try and ignore the issue rather than sort international orders out.I find this sad as I believe this is a good company but until they sort out the international customer service and replacement policy then I will find it hard to recommend anyone buys from them.

2022-01-24I have ordered many pairs of jeans from this company without problems regarding ordering, delivery and fit. The black jeans I recently ordered arrived all rolled up in a package difficult to open. When my husband tried on the jeans there was a two inch gap at the waist - obviously not the correct waist size. My husband likes to purchase merchandise made in the USA. I was so disappointed with this shopping experience that I will be looking elsewhere to purchase his blue jeans.

2022-01-18My wife gave me this jacket because it was long overdue and the Levis jacket I had in college 45 years ago was, well, highly vintage. I was concerned about the sizing, so chatted with the customer service person, who steered me right. Perfect fit. I appreciate the heavy weight of the material. Ive had a lot of favorable comments on it, and people appreciate the fact that it is union made in America.

Too hot for wearing them now, but they fit perfectly! (140 lbs, 5’7”, size ten ladies). My hubby will let me know next week how he likes his cargo shorts!

2022-01-01I love the jeans, but every pair Ive ordered has been too small and have to exchange. I ordered and received 38x32, but the 5 pairs Ive order were a true 36x32. This last order I exchanged 3 pairs for that reason and only received 2 pairs of jeans back. I have to contact customer service for the third time to get a refund for the 3rd pair I never received from my exchange. That being said the jeans are amazing.

2022-02-03The quality of all items Ive obtained from this business is quite good. The price point is similarly very good. And if that is not enough - and it is - purchasing items that have a much more solid American background supports our economy and workers and has the (hopeful) ancillary effect of lessening our support and dependence on items manufactured abroad under conditions that would not, and should not, be acceptable. My central hope is that this company expand its offerings as time goes one.
