We’ve been searching for an SUV to replace our Macan. After reviewing lots of makes and models, we saw an article in USA Today that highly recommended the 2020 Stelvio. We then looked for the perfect one on the internet, which proved a challenge since we wanted a particular color and options, and there aren’t many out there. When I found a match at Alfa Romeo of Akron, I emailed them (their website is fabulous since it has actual photos of each car, not stock photos, so you know exactly what you are getting). After several emails back and forth with Colton Carroll, we had a great deal. We picked up our Stelvio today (2 hour drive from our home) and absolutely love it. Colton Carroll made the whole experience simple and quick. When he went over all the bells and whistles with us, he not only knew the Stelvio inside and out, but is very knowledgeable with a lot of different makes and models so could relate which options were comparable in others. We highly recommend Alfa Romeo of Akron and their very professional and positive staff...especially Colton Carroll.

Just received an Alfa Romeo Giulia from Ganley of Akron and very pleased with both the staff and car. They were very professional and friendly. And for the Alfa Romeo you must go and test drive one. Its unlike any other car that I have driven and would be a great alternative choice to a BMW or Audi.
I have owned over 100 autos/trucks in my life. July 2, 2019 I made a trade deal with Alan Fejes - sales mgr, over the phone. I live over 500 miles away from Akron. He was so easy to deal with, and I was satisfied with the purchase of a 2019 Alpha Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio. Although they were closed July 4th, they arranged for Marcus Thompson - sales consultant to meet me at 10:00 in the morning. What a terrific person he is. Super nice, respectful and most of all he knew the vehicle backwards and frontwards. He took all the time we required to know the vehicle controls. Basically, I would recommend them to everyone. Great dealership that just recently opened. They will work with you. Just leased the guilia at a very reasonable price. Weve always had Mercedes either the C300 or CLA250 but this car is a different animal. Its a true sport car at a great price.
Cars are awesome, Alan & Colton were very helpful while I was there.

He was very patient in answering all our questions and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. The whole team at this dealership were excellent. He went above and beyond to let me know about a couple other things I need to have done pretty quickly and explained everything to me so I understood it. 2021-10-15My partner took his Alfa Romeo to be serviced. He express his concerns to the dealership. The dealership said everything was fine. The very next day the problem presented itself again. We are two hours away. We won’t find anything out now until Monday. We was not offered a loaner and the dealership did not offer a simple apology. We should have been offered a loaner considering the inconvenience.

2021-10-19Just had service performed on my Stelvio at Alfa Romeo Akron. Telly was great---very professional and knowledgeable. Their website to schedule service is the best I have seen---very intuitive and easy to use. They also did a great job with the service itself. I intend on returning here in the future.
