Called Alexanders Diagnostic and advised them my Jeep would start but wouldnt move forward or back. I was told probably axle problem . I got there name out of Consumer report which showed them as the closest certified repair shop to me. They said get it to them and they would verify problem so I had it towed to them. They confirmed axle problem and advised initially cost for repair would be $448 + tax. Matt called me back and said it was a bigger problem then thought and cost would be $1221 + tax . I wasnt happy about big jump in cost but couldnt drive it so told them to go ahead and fix it. Next day got call from Matt the Jeep would be ready in an hour & I could pick it up. When I got there that evening they said they were having problems & I would need to come back next day. I checked the next day and they said it was ready. When I got there the repair cost had gone up to $1503. It was very upsetting but, I paid it.Three months later my Jeep broke down and long story short, It ended up being the axle Alexanders replaced. I was advised by mechanic shop near me it was the wrong size axle, it was 1 1/4 too short. It popped out because to short to lock in. I called Alexanders and they advised to bring it back and they would fix the problem. Took it back to Alexanders to be told that wasnt the problem but a bad differential and it was going to cost an additional $1550 to fix. When I told them they diagnosed it as an axle problem and charged $1503 to fix it and now they are saying its not the axle. I questioned why they didnt see the differential problem before. They refused to make things right.I took my Jeep to another repair shop and they replaced the axle with the correct size axle. Cost was only $475 and they also included brake pad and rotors in that cost.Alexanders Diagnostic did not do proper repair job nor did they stand by their work. I would strongly suggest to others not to use them. I lost over $1500 and they refused to take care of the problem the caused.

If there was an option to rate this company 0 starsI would they don’t deserve the 1 star I gave themI took my vehicle to Alexander’s Diagnostics toGet a diagnosis & I was told my car was misfiring & rough idling due to a vacuum leak & needingA new throttle body.This repair by itself was over $500 plus tax. I asked them if they could clean my old throttle body before Ordering a new one they told Me there was no way around replacing my throttle Body due to it being poorly damaged so I was confused because my vehicle had less then 100,000 miles on it. I asked to see my damaged throttle body & they told me they had disposed it minutes Before I had arrived.The vacuum leak was never found & my car was still misfiring So I was not pleased by the work they performed on My vehicle that costed well over$1,300 Dollars.I called then took my vehicle back to Alexander’sDiagnosis and I told the Owner I was not satisfied with my vehicle still performing the same way it wasBefore I took my car in to get diagnosed.The owner was very unprofessional & rude to meBecause I told him I’m confused on what I actuallyPaid for due to me having the same car problems,It seem like My car was never diagnosed & fixed.He was using a very unprofessional tone with me& told me “F*** who ever told you My company ripped you off for the services you paid for,Because if they knew so much about cars then you would have pay them to diagnose the vehicle.”It blew my mind that he would say somethingLike that to a paying customer that had questions.I simply told the owner I paid for a Diagnosistest to be performed on my car & from my understanding a diagnosis test was never Performed.My car did have a check engine lightOn before I dropped it off to them and once I pickedIt up the check engine light was off till I drove it forAbout an half hour or so then the check engine lightCame right back on.The following day I took my car to anotherMechanic and he was able to tell me exactlyWhy my car was Misfiring by just listening toIt’s rough idle while it was running. Amazing auto repair. High quality people. We were on a cross country move and my splash guard in the front underbody was breaking and starting to drop. They got me in right away and fixed it quickly for no charge (despite me trying to pay repeatedly. If I lived locally this would be my only repair shop as they are very high character people, fast , efficient

Usually I don’t be the one to post negative comments bout my experience they did my timing chain 2 years ago never had a problem and then yesterday I went to them for my vehicle getting my check engine looked at or getting diagnostic done to it and they charge me 166 that’s expensive I been getting rip off not knowing what is the main problem with my 2010 Chrysler town and country all they can say like the other people told me was it’s the catalyst converter and o2 sensor and the egr fail the catalyst converter and that’s not true so in that case I wasted my money that price is way to much will not be going back to them no more

Went to have an oil change, and told by another shop I needed a tie rod. This place sends all kinds of flyers with coupons making them look reasonable. Well, they called me and told me I basically need a whole new front end and would be $2700! I said forget it. Just change the oil. I only paid $2000 for the whole car. They then lowered the price to $2000. Said no. Id rather scrap the car for that much. Since they advertise they buy cars the guy asked the owner and offered me $600. Nope. Not with 4 brand new tires, brakes, and a battery. I will sell parts off it myself if I have too 😆.
My Fiancé was hired in at $19 dollars an hour, worked 91 PUNCHED in hours in 1.5 weeks, ended up quitting because he found a better job,& they were raising some eyebrows with fraud activity. WAS TOLD HIS CHECK WOULD BE MAILED, NEVER RECEIVED. This was OVER a month ago. They’ve never contacted my fiancé back but one time saying “ I sent it out “
They helped us secure our splash guard for free! They were so kind to accept us, as we called over five autoshops in the area who said they were booked. We were on a cross country road trip and just driving through the area. They answered their phone immediately welcomed us within the hour. Highly recommend!

We have been coming to Alexander’s since we moved here 4 yrs ago. They have great customer service and fair pricing. Last year 2018 we were looking to buy a decent used car out right and they looked at 4 vehicles for us at no charge before we finally found one that passed their inspection. The car was almost 7000.00 out the door so we wanted to make sure it would be a solid car for me. It has been a great car but recently required usual maintenance. Alexander’s replaced front struts and did brakes all around. Very comparable prices and car was back same day. Communication with the shop was easy too. They let us pay off the last few hundred dollars for repair 2 weeks after work was done. So appreciated as a one income family. We also recently replaced tires all around and I brought my car up today for the alignment and to check front end noise. I needed to have stabilizer bars replaced so they did both were done up front w alignment My husband was at work all day until who knows when so they took me home in AM so I could leave the car and then came and got me later on when ready Again prices were fair and we really appreciate the customer service. We will be back for any of our car needs. We love supporting local businesses and recommend this shop whenever we can. My husband and I had parents that had their own car businesses so please check Alexander’s out.Thanks again Eric and everyone for their honesty , good work and dependability.

If I could rate Alexanders Diagnostic higher, I would! Chris was amazing from the moment I called the shop. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was able to have my vehicle brought in the same day.What I thought was a simple alignment adjustment was much more complicated, and Chris showed me underneath my vehicle step by step and demonstrated precisely what was wrong with my vehicle. He was transparent and fair about the costs involved.I will recommend this mechanic to every person that I know, and I highly encourage all potential customers to contact them if they ever need their automobile worked on.
These people will Rip You Off!! My daughter-in Law and son were in from out of town and Had to get get their car fixed to get home....These people took Full Advantage of that!!! I will Never go there and would Not recommend them to my worst enemy!!? Also they refused to give us a Detailed recipe for services!!
So started out just needing a transmission mount and possible catalytic converter. I was told they do payment plans, which I thought would be great. They even agreed to come and pick me up at home. Turns out their payment plan is a 190% interest payday loan. And you had to pay up front or no work would be done. I got two conflicting price quotes. And to top it off had to Uber there. Please dont make agreements with people and then break them. Its bad for business and return business. Also dont lie about loans not being loans. I was told it wouldnt be based on credit rating and it absolutely was.
I reviewed these guys a months ago though I got a reasonable repair $750.00 to replace belt and clean up engine. 28 days later belt come off again they said well you have a oil leak causing the belt to slip off. The offered to repair the oil leak and replace the belt again to the tune of $1348.00. Okay as long as its fixed and I dont have to worry. 2 weeks later I go pick my car up drive it home. It smoked a little then it started smoking A LOT. GET HOME THERE IS OIL EVERYWHERE! WAY worse then it was when it was taken into the shop. Upon opening the hood I noticed 2 bolts not even tight on my valve cover witch they replaced they had a tow company come pick the car up same day. 2 days later no word on the car. I call they say, well it wasnt the valve cover leaking we are looking into it still . We will get back to you. So we will see what they find this time? As far a affordable repairs and expert diagnostics to find and fix your repair dont hold your breath... I have a video and pictures of the car as soon as I got home and popped the hood. Ill also be posting this exact review on my social media pages with said pictures and video. Avoid this place at all cost!
En route to NY from central Ohio, two days before New Years Eve, my wife and I were filling up gas at a local station and noticed our car was leaking a ton of oil. Knowing this was not good, we called Alexanders Diagnostic and they told us come by immediately so they could take a look. Within 10 minutes, Eric and the team had the car on the lift and diagnosed that we had a broken PTO (power take off unit), which is part of the transmission. Turns out we were leaking a ton of transmission fluid and if we had continued driving on the highway, the results could have been disastrous. Eric informed us that they would need to order the part but could get it in by New Years Eve (the next business day) and have the car fixed in time for us to drive home and be home for New Years. As the car was still under warranty and the part was expensive, Eric encouraged us to contact Honda to see if they might have it in stock and could repair it. He was not optimistic but told us to definitely reach out to see. At no point was he pushy at all. Sure enough, the part and subsequent repair would take over a week for Honda to repair. We left the car with Eric and to conduct the repairs. As it would take two days to get the car back, Eric recommended a local hotel in the area and even offered to loan us a car to use locally while we were in town. On New Years Eve, the part arrived, the repair was conducted, and we were able to drive the remaining 6 hours to NY with the car working perfectly. Throughout the entire process, Eric, Cheryl and the team at Alexanders were professional, honest, and hospitable.

I took my daughters car there for brake repairs. They did a detailed inspection and was able to get the repairs done in a reasonable amount of time. The price was very competitive and overall service was great. I will take my other two vehicles to that shop for service or repairs. Nice job!

There are always unforeseen risks when you take your car to be repaired. They are mechanics not miracle workers. As long as they are honest and stand behind their work that is what matters. Having spent many years in the auto industry from a service side I can not tell you how many times I have heard it didnt go that before I brought it in to you. Well guess what. Mechanics can not predict the future. If something else goes wrong after you have had a repair often times it is just its time to go and the new repair put greater stress on the older parts on the car causing it to malfunction. Cars are machines and people are human. I have had several repairs here on my entire familys cars. My daughters car is there now. Most went well some had issues such as not being done when expected or further complications arose. That is just part of the business. I have always been treated fairly , any slight problems have been remedied and corrected without fuss and promptly and he has given me better treatment than those big name brand garages that charge you ridiculous rates.
TERRIBLE. took my car in there for here for a hesitation, they tell me it’s gonna be $2700 + tax. i told them i want to get a second opinion, and they tried to have me pay $200 for doing absolutely nothing. they called the cops on me, and got mad because the cops told them they cannot hold my car when they did no repairs. i took my car to a different mechanic and come to find out it’s a cracked spark plug. i do not recommend anyone going to this place, as they horrible people running a horrible business. they’ll take your money. they have no master experts on site, don’t believe a single thing they say
If i could give this place less than one star i would. absolutely terrible service! the lady at the front desk was completely rude and tried to hold my boyfriends car from him because they wanted 200 dollars to test the transmission and when he wouldn’t give it to them they called the cops , yes they were in the wrong. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they had no clue what they were doing and they’re very unprofessional. the boss didn’t come out because he knew he was in the wrong. they told me he needed a new transmission on a 2012 cadillac with low miles and when we wanted to get a second opinion is when they started to get rude. no his transmission isn’t bad i took it and actually got it looked at and they tried to get him to pay 2,700 for a used one which is uncommon. come to find out it was just a spark plug yet again terrible service !! hope this place closes down because of all the people they’re screwing over
I have a Mercedes 240 2005 I purchased from someone I knew. It had 44,000 miles, It was leaking oil. I just pulled into Alexander’s, Their add says they are certified to work on Mercedes. I’m not going to go into detail, was I taken! I am a female and they said they fixed the problem. I paid 900.00 and they kept wanting cash, they said they would lower the price if I paid cash. Well, the problem wasn’t fixed, I went to the dealership and they said they did nothing. I paid them 300.00 and the oil was fixed. NEVER GO TO ALEXANDERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was away from home, in town visiting family, on a Sunday no less. I found myself in an emergency situation needing a mechanic. They were, fast and efficient ,very friendly and informative taking time to explain everything to me. Ill recommend them to all my local friends and family.

We had to go to Walmart to get a tire because they didn’t have the one we needed and Walmart was going to take 4 hours so the gentleman at Alexander diagnostics told us to just get the tire at Walmart and come to them and that they would put the tire on for us !! 😀
In three months, three different cars needing service, but Eric s shop was amazing through all of it! He explained everything, prices were MORE than reasonable, and the work is quality. Alexanders will be the only place we use from now on.
I have had this shop work on my vehicle multiple times. Everything from a Fuel issue (sediments in the tank), to replacing my trucks transmission to oil changes and never have i had a bad experience. The entire crew at Alexanders Diagnostic are courteous and professional and take old fashioned pride in their work as well as their customer satisfaction. They have earned my buisness and i give this buisness a 5 star rating.
Crooks. I told them on the phone what I needed. Never said they didnt do it. Call me back after having car for 8 hrs , and said they dont do that work... it will be 1200 dollars. STAY AWAY

This place is unreal!!!! Twice I had an appointment to get my oil changed. The first time I arrived and was told they couldnt do it because their other technician didnt show up. The second time I made an appointment I gave him my name and asked him to mark it in the book. The day of the oil change, I called to ask if I could come 30 minutes late and was told they couldnt do my oil change because they didnt have a lift. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!
Normal Break and rotors job costing me $710 here on April 20th. A mile down the road my break drum completely came off n locked up my tire n messed up my rim. They didn’t put the bolts in. So they got new bolts to put in n said they would buy me a new rim..... it is now June 4th and still don’t have a rim. they gave me the run around telling me they ordered it but it would take some time to get it in and they would call me. Then two weeks later They told my husband they can’t find a rim at the junk yard. I have never received a call for my rim or even a discount from the job they did. I will never tell anyone to go here.
They are over priced for not actually fixing the problems with your vehicle. They may listen to your problem but they dont hear you and within a few days of getting vehicle back the same problem plus something else goes wrong. Please be very careful
If I could put zero I would. They put a huge hole in my hubcap when doing a repair. They admitted they had to fire the employee who worked on my vehicle due to negligence. My vehicle has been there for 2 weeks and they still have not replaced the hubcap. No one has returned my calls and no one has paperwork on the last visit. I got the BBB involved and now theyre trying to threaten me with storage fees. I will never go to such a shady business who lies to their customers and doesnt own up to their business mistakes.
I have a used car that has needed several surgeries now, to keep it moving safely over the last 3 years or so.. I discovered Alexanders Diagnostic and took her there, because noone else would help me..They have always done right by me.. customer service is AWESOME!!!! I made instant friends with the ladies ( Melissa and Melanie) when they called me about the car, which is saying a lot, because I dont like very many people... Eric was kind enough to allow me to make payments each week to get my car fixed, because I have grandchildren that have to ride in the car, and they wanted us to be safe.. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.. Chris was my mechanic this last time I went , last week.. My back wheel kept catching on fire.. I changed the cars name to Christine because she keeps trying to kill me. :/ ..Chris fixed her right up for me.It is a bit pricey for us to keep her going, but that is why I am so grateful to Eric that I am allowed to make payments, because we are a one income family.. This is our only car and without her my husband has no way to get to work..They guarantee their work, and if something they work on fails, they fix it at no charge from then on..I am very happy with their service..Thank you all sooo much!!!! Very unprofessional staff, this business is a scam to the unsuspecting customer. i paid 1xxx dollars for a small job because i didn’t ask the price before hand. this is a shady business. i was in the waiting room when they blatantly lied to a old woman about the price of her parts. always negotiate price beforehand but do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
I highly wouldnt recommend this place. I ask them to do work on my car. They gave me a set price. Then the next day they call me back and raised the price by over 125.00 dollars . After I went out of my way to drop the car off. I asked them twice on the price and this how they treat their customers really. I highly recommend going somewhere else before you get robbed

My daughter was driving my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport from Long Island, NY to Colorado. It broke own in Youngstown. I had her take it to Alexanders. They were very nice and took the time to correctly find the problem and fix the Jeep. Shorted electric wiring bundle which meant checking each wire over 2-3 days to find the short. Then they repaired the wiring and replaced and programmed the PCM. Once fixed the Jeep ran like a charm and I drove it to Colorado without a hitch. I even got 19 miles per gallon which is pretty good for a 17 year old 6 cylinder engine.
Came in March 2nd with an egr code from my scanner also slight hesitation. I thought A $50 part and maybe an 1.5hr labor and they charged me $613.51claiming they would fix the hesitation and egr code- no they didnt went back a few days later and they said it would need a $250 transmission fluid change left and never came back also looks like they sprayed the old egr and put it back on and charged me for a new part unbelievable
Hey everyone,About two weeks ago, my SINGLE daugter and I towed her car to the shop to get it fix. Not before calling it in first At the time I spoke to Mr. Eric Davis. I explained to him what was going on with the car in complete details. For one, the car was not sending signals that the gas tank was full with gas. We put the key in the ignition and turn there was no sounds. Then, we notice that the SVC light was on and the doors were always making the sound of open and shut. Now, Mr. David said to me that he had to put the car on the lift to see whats wrong with it and it will take 1- 2 hours before he could DIAGNOSE the problem. We left and came back only to hear that the problem is with one of the fine wires that runs throughout the engine. He also said that its a very consuming job and he has to have one of his mechanic go through all the wires to see which is broken to make the repair. Then, he said it will be $550.00 for the job. To his advantage, we were 2 women that really didnt know anything about cars. If I may mention, we recently moved here from NY and had no idea on where to find a mechanic with integrity. Further more we had no idea that Mr. Davis was all about ripping 2 women off. Did I mention that we paid in advance for him to say to us that there was nothing wrong with the cords, and it will take another $489.00 to fix the ECM. Finally, after all that, we got the run around and I never got the chance to speak to Mr. Davis but to everyone else. The message I got from one of his workers was that, he is upset because my daughter wrote a negative report much like this one. Remember, she is a single mother that just moved here and just started her first job with NO CAR to get there. Did I mention, I had to and still have to drive her to work, to her STNA classes, and the baby to the daycare. Her classes are 30 miles away. I was first serviced with this company back in 2011 i had brought my sons car in for repair and they said it would of cost a couple thousand of dollars to have the car repaired they were very truthful to me and told me that the car wasnt worth putting the money into . so a few weeks later I had taken my 2009 ford platinum to have an oil change done when my truck was up on the rack they came and asked me if I would like an inspection done on my truck and I asked how much and I was surprised that he said it was free I was shocked because you know nothing is free ..after they inspected my truck the owner came and got me and showed me what all needed to be done yea me as a female was skeptical but he told me the things that needed to be done at certain mileages to maintain a safe truck so .... I took the quote and pondered on it over night asked other opinions and everyone that I have talked to had agreed that the services he told me that needed to be done was true so since then i have been with them ever since 2011 ... I dont trust no one else to touch my cars thank you alexanders for the great service over the years and many more to come ...
Only reason I gave it one star is because I couldnt give it zero. I had my girlfriend go for an oil change that was supposed to include the oil filter. One of my friends warned me to mark the oil filter she had in because they didnt change his when he went. After it was complete I noticed they didnt change it and called them up, the woman was completely unprofessional over the phone and told me to not even bother coming back after I threatened to report them to the BBB. When I got there the manager told me he had $2000 worth of $1 oil filters, that he doesnt need to cheat someone out of a dollar, and that he had 50 people coming at him when he was working on her car (my girlfriend said there was her and another woman there at the time). He then told me If thats how you feel then dont come back, toodaloo, bye bye, and walked back in the shop. Would NOT recommend, go someplace else.
Felt like I was taken advantage of. An had to take car back 3 different times after the engine was replaced to have spark plugs replaced. Would never ever go back here. Would have given no stars if it had been an option....
If I could give none it would be I had the vehicle I purchased from them in the shop every day I had it they fixed issue and it came back on they sold me a piece of junk and wanted me to pay four grand and now are holding my property and my license from me I am contacting bbb and an attorney this is your shop! I have receipts from Alexander’s dsiagnostics in regards to the zip tied o2 sensor that you told me you didn’t sell junk from so yeah who doesn’t sell junk!?
I drove out to austintown to take my mother to see family and have thanksgiving dinner, the next morning went to leave to go home, had no brakes with it being the day after thanksgiving they was the only place open at the time. i just wanted a simple brake job done needed back brake lines replaced, which i had to rent a car to get back home,they had my car for over a week! turns out they this and that turned out fixing more than the brake line which costs me a lil over $2,000+ what a joke
Tyre service was amazing.
Me and my Husband were in a tight spot when traveling from out of state and needed help as quick as possible due to a situation and a guy named Chris was extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommend this place when your in a tight spot.
Clueless overpriced hack. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemies. Shoddy unfinished work. Cost us hundreds in rental car fees while they lied and failed to repair our vehicle. Couldnt even hook up a gas tank correctly. Total crooks.
This place is a COMPLETE joke. As a business and as an employer. Someone I know who was employed there, said the owner would jimmy rig the parts on cars so he didnt have to spend the money on a needed part. And when they do oil changes they dont change the filter. They are a HORRIBLE business. The owner and his wife are a joke. They are rude as all get out. They refuse to pay their employees when they fire them because they have credit cards they have to pay. The receptionist is best friends with the owner and hes as rude as the owners. I would avoid this place like the plague. Im serious. Go somewhere else. SERIOUSLY! The last 3 times Ive been there the same women was there getting her car works on FOR THE SAME THING THEY FIXED BEFORE . Its ridiculous.
I went today just to check on my brakes and their customer service was spot-on she knew what I needed and she went step by step with me with the car they are great I will always go to them for anything wrong with my car. Thank you so much Ill see you soon,👍
I took my car to get checked and the said it was the electrical charged $500 just to say it was my ECM to than charge another $400 which I did not pay due to the fact they still didn’t not fix my car in the first place so I got my car towed to a better mechanic and the man who towed my car said CHRIS admitted to messing up my ECM and car !!! I do not recommend anyone go here for and minor fixed or major they will take your money and run.
Paid for repairs to a vehicle they never repaired properly then repoed because they wouldn’t fix issues that the Jeep came with. Then went after my insurance for an accident they had in the vehicle horrible shop horrrible people becareful wish there was more I could do and I will leave a message every day if I have to they are thieves and liars!
Go in for a minor repair left with a blown engine. I wouldnt ever return to this place. Prices are high every repair seems to be $229. $229 for a sensor $229 for a oil change and a induction service. I will be contacting the BBB because this place ridiculous.😡

I dropped off a truck to diagnose what was wrong with it because it did den run,..so this genius redoes my brakes!!! On a truck that doesnt run!!! Kept it for 3weeks!! And charged me$ 600.00!!!!! Alexander diagnostics put a motor in my car and Ive had no issues, very fast and very great work and the owner and his wife are very nice people and were a big help with my vehicle.

Great service and reasonable pricing. They got me fixed up and back on the road in no time.
Just went there, they called and said the wiring was all messed up. Called back and said that the wiring was fixed but still wouldnt start,they thought it was the fuel pump or electrical. I told them we just had a fuel pump put on. Hour later they called and said it was done, which told me that they were trying to rip me off. Dont ever go there.

When I first talked to them they said free diagnostic then they said 400 to do test to see what the problem is when I told them no I was coming after it they then tried to tell me there is a charge for diagnosis when they didn’t even diagnose it. This place is a scam do not trust them.
They tried telling me and my gf that a part that cost 10$ would be over 700$ for them to put on when I called Midas and pepboys they told me it wouldnt cost nowhere near what they said it would very disappointed never again will I return here.

2022-04-21Changed transmission fluid & filters, checked level. Replaced fluid pan because it was almost rusted through. $410. A little pricey, BUT, with my Jeep Liberty, you have to let it cool to room temp, just to check level, and OEM trans fluid is pricey itself. Reasonable I think.

2022-05-14I only leave 1 star for this thievery filled place so i can tell everyone not to go here..My mother dropped her vehicle off to get a diagnostic completed and these mechanics had the audacity to give her a call back (the day after) with a diagnostic of a $800 + repair cost. We took it to another mechanic, who called us back in an hour with the ACTUAL diagnostic of under $200 and it wasnt even listed in what Alexanders tried to claim needed repaired. Theyve continuously overcharged their customers and dont even fix the proper parts or issues. What a waste of time they put you through, and charge you an arm and a leg just to send you back a vehicle thats most likely still broken. They should be ashamed of themselves. Our current mechanic helping us has had numerous customers coming to him from Alexanders with similar complaints.

Go somewhere else.!!After roughly a couple thousand miles on new front pads and rotors that they put on, the drivers side started making a noise...took it to a reputable mechanic and was told one caliper bolt is loose and the other is MISSING!!! WORST PLACE IVE EVER TAKEN A CAR TO, THEY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING ON CARS!!
