Julie is the best insurance agent Ive ever had. She is always prompt at returning my phone calls, answers my questions thoroughly, and provides great insurance that meets all of my needs and then some. If youre looking for a great company and agent to take care of you this place is it!
Just really great people! Alex greeted and introduced himself when we arrived. Julie took over from there creating a home/auto bundle that was a very good fit. Julie solved a dilemma we encountered with our previous insurance. These folks are easy to reach and on point.
Rich Csatlos was exceptional in expediting my account. He customized policies to meet my exact needs, saving me money while providing comprehensive coverage and peace of mind. I was reluctant to change insurance companies after 50 years with my previous insurance, but Rich provided more value for less money and made the transition seamless. Excellent job! I would also like to extend my appreciation to Alex and his staff for the courtesy and professionalism that they extended to me during my visit.
I always knew State Farm was without peer with their service and systems, but I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Julie is the savvy face of a well constructed Insurance office. Props to Alex and the rest of the awesome staff!

Alex and his entire staff have been extremely helpful in all my insurance needs for the last 3 years. They are always very personable and I especially like that there North Canton office is just a short drive from my house. We went with them when we bought our house for home owners insurance and was so pleased with the service I now use them for my buisness and auto policies. I plan on setting up a life insurance policy with them in the near future. With the popularity of online based faceless companies i find it very refreshing to be able to stop in and talk to not only a real person but the owner whenever i have any questions.
Julie is assertive and knows exactly what she is doing. She helped get us properly insured, explained things, and was available for questions. I would highly recomend contacting her if you are looking to switch insurance companies or just getting started.
Julie and the members of State Farm has always bent over backwards to help me with the utmost courteous professional manner. I recently called about insurance on a camper I was thinking of buying and she informed me that they do loans also within minutes I was approved. Couldnt ask for a better agency from top to bottom. Would recommend this group to anybody for auto house or any service they provide.

Rich Csaltos knew exactly what to do and look for when trying to find the right coverage plan and probably more importantly, best value for what I was getting! I was able to save $4 here, $5 there and after talking thru my options, went $30 below my expected budget - for better coverage! He even sent my apartment proof of rental insurance to make it more convenient! I’d go right to Rich.

2022-07-13The girl who answered was very pleasant, listened to my inquiries ( to which I said may be confusing, as I was not sure how to word my difficult mish-a-mosh I wanted to find out more about, as there were many variables), and said she would give as much info as she herself understood, but if she was unsure, she would reach out to someone else for more specific clarification. I had a bit of anxiety at the beginning with my questions about coverage possibilities in making various changes ( I was looking to see how different changes would reflect in costs)- and she was immensely calm, pleasant, and very helpful in clarifying things for me. She even told me that under Ohio law someone would be covered in a specific vehicle of their companys for work- which I was unaware of! I have had nothing but good interactions with this company in the 2 years with them. They are professional in manner, always clear, and get back to you quickly, if you leave messages. Far, FAR exemplary service compared to other offices I have dealt with in the past. As it stands now, I would HIGHLY recommend them. I have found their policy coverages comparable to other lateral companies. But as with insurances, you will have personal variables. As far as service though- the people & professionalism standards there now seem quite Top-Notch!

2022-01-07Steve called me the other day and told me they were canceling my auto insurance due to too many claims. I had a rash of bad luck for a while with chips in my windshield (which is not my fault), a few tows, and one accident. Been with the company for well over 15 years. You would think they would just raise my monthly rate but no. Just a rude call to let me know I was being canceled, but they had NO problem keeping my home owners insurance. Over the years I had no problem with them but the last 2 or 3 years have not been good. We switched to a different company with better coverage at the same amount and were treated with nothing but respect. Just a year or so ago we were a few weeks late paying our monthly. Both my wife and I have a credit rating of over 800 and never miss a bill. We just forgot to pay it. State Farm called and told us if we dont make the payment right away they were going to drop us. Who threatens a customer of 15 years like that who has a record of consistently paying on time? A company that does not care about the hand that feeds them.

2020-03-30After progressive literally doubled my car insurance rates after my first speeding ticket in 15 years I decided to shop around. Each company I obtained a quote from took forever, except State Farm. Julie from State Farm got me the info I needed so quickly my head was spinning! And, the best part? They had the best coverage AND the best rates. I switched then and there and she had everything done seamlessly and quickly. Call Julie, you wont be disappointed!!

2019-11-14I have been VERY pleased with the service at this location, specifically with Kelli Kaiser. Shes very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, clear and concise, easy to reach, and great to work with. She helped me with my car and renters insurance policies. I never really did much with my insurance, but when it came time to make changes, Kelli did a wonderful job to help me make adjustments. Thank you Kelli and State Farm!

2018-06-15Have had a wonderful experience at Alex Wakefield Insurance. Previously I had some mixed experiences with my car insurance companies. Some didnt get to know me after several years, or werent responsive, or didnt provide very good customer service. Some were better as well. However, I seemed to have found quite a good option with most current carrier, Alex Wakefield Insurance.When I first signed up, Julie Johnson was very patient, honest, and hard working. Because of these attributes I decided to opt with her for car insurance.I have had a lot of help along the way and many people in the office have been so good to me. Rich went out of his way when I needed a medallion stamp to try and find a solution for me. He worked tirelessly to locate one, when it wasnt really his job to do so. I really appreciate him going above and beyond for me. It makes me feel valued as a client.Also, I would like to add that Kelli has been very helpful and knowledgeable in adjusting my car insurance policy, recommending various insurance plans, and making sure I have the best service, best price, etc. She is a very diligent worker as well.If you are looking for a company which has benefits of a national network, but with the personal, small town touch, I recommend getting Alex Wakefield Insurance.

2017-02-25Julie Johnson is great. Awesome Customer Service. She saved us on House and Auto Insurance almost $700.00 a year. The biggest bonus of it all my son loved her. She set and played with him while I switched my Insurance over to State Farm. Give her a call and check their rates out.
