Alamo Rent A Car in other cities:
The customer service outside where vehicle is picked up is outstanding! I have rented here before and I have encountered him on previous visits. I believe he said his name is Mr. C. Very personable, outgoing, and customer service is outstanding!! Not many around with service like his!
Nice staff. Easy phone customer service. The man helping us have a great recommendation for a vehicle option and I didnt not regret following his suggestion. Also the man that inspected the car on the way out was very polite, as was the man that checked me in on return- which was also super fast and simple.
We had a good experience with this car rental. We picked it up in Cleveland and drove it to Baltimore. The representative in Cleveland was courteous and professional. We got a Chrysler Pacifica minivan in great condition. We enjoyed driving it; it smelled clean and handled great. We returned it with no problems. The price for the whole week rental is also very reasonable. We will definitely rent with Alamo again in the future.
Recently rented an Intermediate SUV from Alamo in Tampa. Checked in in advance and did Skip The Counter which allowed us to avoid the line. Picking out the car was easy (due to available vehicles having their trunks/hatches open), there was a good selection, and every Alamo employee we encountered was very nice and helpful. The vehicle was also very nice - clean and in great condition. We were allowed to return it early, no questions asked, as we were leaving Florida sooner than expected due to worries about Hurricane Dorian. Returning the vehicle was also very quick and easy. All around a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Alamo.
The man at the front desk of the Cleveland airport Alamo location with the braids needs fired. I returned my rental car today that I had for a week. This morning when we woke up my son started getting sick and was throwing up. We had to pull over a few times so he could be sick so he didnt get sick in the car. When we got to the Alamo return we did see the lanes to return the car however it looked like there were things sticking up that would have popped the tires if we drove over them. Mind you i have never rented a car from here or seen these before. So I didnt want to take any chances so I drove around to the building and parked in the lot. It is just me and my two children with 5 huge suitcases and one of my children is the sick one throwing up he is 9.. we actually waited in the parking lot a bit because he had to throw up in the parking lot. Anyway we haul all our stuff out and in the building and I went to the desk to the man with the braided hair and told him I am returning our rental. He told me I needed to go to the lane to return it and that I can drive over those things sticking up. I told him I have a sick child and to please not make me haul all our luggage back out in the heat just to have to haul it back again after we go thru the lane . He said there is nothing he could do and I would have to . I pleaded with him to make an exception and take the car at the desk or at least have someone help me and again he said there is nothing he could do.. I was crying and so upset for my sick child. When I finally got everything hauled back to the car and we go thru the lane the lady working outside asked how everything was and I just started crying and told her about our experience at the desk. She was so sweet and apologetic and got us a cart and even pushed it all the way up to the building for us. She wanted to give us a managers card because she said we should never have been treated like that and he could have helped us..I said I know he just didnt want to. I said he probably thought I was lying about my son being sick and he needs to look at the parking lot. Anyways she could not find a managers card but I did speak to someone else who said they would address that man at the desk..I am not confident however it will be addressed..I will never rent from Alamo again..I have a car rental end of July at Denver airport that will cost over 1000 dollars with Alamo and I am canceling and renting with another company. Shame on you Alamo for treating your customers like trash.
I am so grateful to the staff at the counter and on the lot. My experience was pleasant, seamless and extremely quick. Probably the fastest Ive ever had at a rental car company. The manager, Mo showed me great courtesy after another customer was extremely rude in the line while I was approaching the desk. The customer service and care shown for me during the visit will ensure I will be a returning customer to Alamo at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport. My car was clean, impeccable, had a snow scraper and only 2,600 miles on it.
It was very easy to rent a car at Alamo in Cleveland and we had 4 or 5 cars to choose from. I appreciate that we were not pressured to take any additional insurance or other options other than the one we wanted. When we returned the car in Portland, Oregon, the intake person was friendly and efficient, and we were done within a couple of minutes. All of the Alamo employees whom we dealt with were very professional.
I previously gave a 1-star because I felt like I wasnt being heard. I am happy that I am able to change my review. Alamo has stepped up and is following through with a promised refund. Customer service is easy when things go well. Its when something wrong happens when customer service is truly put to the test. The people at Alamo stayed consistently polite throughout. Our car broke down and Alamo made sure that we were not charged for being stranded. Thank you.
Had a really great car rental experience for probably the first time ever. We were in and out quickly when picking up/ dropping off the car. We quickly realized we had left something behind and Alamo went above and beyond to get it back to us which they totally didnt have to do! Definitely will book with Alamo from now on!
I’ve been using Alamo whenever I need a car since I sold mine over a year ago. I always get friendly service and if you’re an insider I get upgrades all the time! It’s typically a great deal and not too pricey. I like that the cars are always sparkling clean, especially with Covid.
Super nice people in Springfield mo and Cleveland oh. The communication was a little spotty although its understandable. I hit a deer to total the vehicle on Thanksgiving night. I called Alamo roadside 3 times because I was gathering information from police, towing and our transportation. Each time I called it was a different person and I needed to say everything anew. On the last call with them they told me that there was a vehicle reserved for me an hour away and that they were open until 10pm. Well sadly they were closed sometime before 9:15. Thankfully I had a friend in town who allowed me to borrow his vehicle to pick it up in the morning. It would have been horrible if I didnt have the friends there. The vehicles were awesome and clean. All the bells n whistles.
Overall our Alamo experience was good. The representative at the counter was friendly and efficient. The representative on the lot was courteous and very helpful. The car was clean and drove quite well. However I was appalled as a senior citizen and a Alamo Insiders member to learn that I had to pay an additional $10 per day for my wife to be listed as a second driver on the contract. This will certainly affect future decisions regarding rental cars.
Awesome customer service from the staff in the car pick up area, staff at the counter not as friendly. When I walked out to find my car, I was greeted instantly by an Alamo employee and escorted to find a car. Once I got the car, he explained where all of the essential buttons were etc.-extremely helpful since all cars are different. Upon returning my car, I was greeted with a warm welcome and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this rental car company.
I came to a competitor for a premium SUV for a family vacation, that I reserved two weeks prior. They didnt have it! Panic! I went to Alamos counter, and they showed me several available, helped me find applicable discounts, and we had the perfect rental for our 2 week vacation out west. It was cheaper than the competitors too! Smooth, polite, efficient staff. If I am allowed to say, Dominic was exceptional in helping me!
The car we got was very clean. Our flight got cancelled so we arrived at our destination a day later than expected. It was very easy to get a credit for the day from Alamo. The staff was very friendly and the rental process and car return was super easy. Will definitely use again.
Easy check out process. Lady at the counter was helpful and friendly. Best value I found when searching for mini vans for a family road trip. When we went out I to the lot to pick up the van, it was contactless which was pretty cool. I had a question about the van and the gentleman in the lot told me I could pick from any of the mini vans that he had on the lot which I thought was really awesome. He was very friendly and helpful. I picked the van up a day early and also ended up needing it am extra day. When I called to extend the rental they were also very helpful and nice. No suprise charges. Check in was a breeze.
I usually stop at the counter when coming in to pick up the rental car and going in provided excellent service too but for the first time I tried the skip counter, took me right to my rental, I was out in about 5 minutes and on my way. Returning the car is just as easy. This year I have used Alamo Cleveland Airport 3 times. I definitely will be using the next time I visit family. Definitely recommend.
Never! Again! If I could leave the Cleveland, Hopkins location less than 1 star I would. MAJOR miscommunicating on the part of Alamo “customer service” reps and when my (out of town) family and I arrived to pick up our minivan we were turned away b/c of lack of deposit. Had I been given full disclosure of all necessary funds needed for the rental I would certainly have been prepared. THEN Alamo started shifting blame to various members of the help desk, etc. Everyone makes mistakes, but when you start getting shady and shifty, that’s when I take my business elsewhere. We turned our backs, rented from Budget and will NEVER rent from Alamo again.
I arrived at the Hopkins airport rental car facility on Christmas afternoon to pick up my reserved midsized SUV, only to find that only one SUV remained on the lot. Although it was a compact Jeep Compass, it was a brand new model, and was fun to drive and well equipped. I had opted to skip the counter and there was no issue with the checkout. Overall return process was seamless. Definitely will use on my next rental.
Not 100% their fault but I was never told I had no option other than a credit card to pay for this so when my credit card got closed down for fraud I assumed it was no problem as I still have my debit card. Nope. Stranded at the car rental spot with zero way to pay for my car reservation.Edit. The guy at the location really was very kind and helpful. I just think the credit card only policy is an issue to begin with and the lack of communication about the. When I made the reservation are the big problems here. Gave a couple stars back for the kindness of the employee on the scene.
If I could give a 0, I would. My wife was given a vehicle that ran out oil. Left 2 oil slicks at our daughters house and a friends house where she was staying. When she called Alamo to replace the car, she was told that she would have to call back in the morning. Their roadside assistance was rude to her, and said it would be 6 or more hours to replace the car. I had to call also to get them to move on the situation. They then said it would be an hour and a half. They did NOT follow protocol and drop off a car without any paperwork at all. Took back the defective vehicle and closed out the rental. They only reimburse her partially for a vehicle that didnt run. They then opened a new rental without any verification of paperwork that needed to be with the car.Two customer service people told me to tell her to ask for an adjustment when returning the replacement car for all the aggravation she went through. They did nothing. We are disputing the bill. She was treated with disrespect and lied to. She was also overcharged. Because she only had the replacement car for a short time, they charged her for a full tank of gas, when she returned the car with almost a full tank due to NOT having the car available for the full rental period.
I LOVE renting from this location. We had an easy, no pressure, pick up. The extremely friendly woman outside allowed us to pick whichever car we wanted. The vehicles were in pretty good condition and they had a great variety. Drop off was just as wonderful, no hidden fees like the con artists at dollar rental. Cannot say enough good things about Alamo. You guys rock!
My experience with your Alamo Rent A Car Agency at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport was extremely positive. Upon checking in, my reservation was quickly accessed and processed. I was then directed to the Car Lot Attendant who offered me any of several vehicles available. The vehicle I selected, a Volvo XC90, was clean, fully fueled and ready to go. I exited the rental facility in less than 5 minutes and was on my way.During my use of the vehicle, I encountered no problems, and upon returning to the rental facility I was checked out and on my way promptly. In short, my rental experience was everything I expected it to be, and believe that your employees at the site should be commended for their efforts and professionalism.
February 22, 2018 around 11:45pm I arrive to Alamo rental car at the Cleveland, Ohio airport. The customer Service was outstanding. Gary was the gentleman who checked me out the car. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Gary went above and beyond his position. I was truly amazed. Most people just do the bare minimum. Not Gary I could tell he love his job and love helping people. The gentleman at the booth when you exited was extremely friendly as well. I didn’t get his name but he also help me. My gas tank was not full and he totally offered me a few different options I could do. I was very pleased with my rental car and the service. I will continue doing business with Alamo especially at the Cleveland, Ohio location.
Alamo is the one car rental company I go to for all of my travels. They always offer car rentals for the lowest prices, compared to other top car rental companies such as AVIS, Hertz and National. The cars are always clean and in perfect working order every time. The staff are always friendly and can accommodate for anything.
We reserved a car online. When we got to the rental garage we walked right out to the cars. There were no cars available in the class we rented so they told us to pick any car in the next class for the same price. We were out and on our way within 5 minutes. GREAT customer service from everyone at pickup. Drop off was even easier if that’s possible. We had such a great experience we changed a future car rental to Alamo when we travel this fall.
I rented a F150 and it was not cleaned at all. Foot prints on the windshield. Clearly not cleaned off. Broken buttons on the steering wheel. Rocks left in the rear bed rolling around. I had to wipe everything down because my daughter just had surgery and can’t risk her catching Covid19 or the Flu. Alamo needs to do a better job cleaning between each customer.
If you’re ever flying to Cleveland don’t EVER rent from Alamo the branch manager is a hoodlem with a bad attitude and refuses to make accommodations accordingly even though Alamos escalation department says he could have accommodated me per there policy! I hope they go out of Buisness the manager has no Buisness working for this company and deserves to be fired immediately!!!!!!
Traveling from the UK on my own was already daunting enough and with travel connection problems when I arrived, I was just a little bit flustered. Not being familiar with the controls on automatic cars as I drive a manual shift back home, I spoke to a gentleman called Chris who was superb and took the time to come out with me to the parking lot spent 15 minutes going over the controls of the vehicle with me. I have been to hire company’s before and never had anyone so dedicated to make sure I get on the road safely knowing what all the controls on the care did. This meant from this point onwards my holiday was no longer a nightmare but actually a pleasant week. I shall be using Alamo everywhere I can from now on.
Alamo has been very good to me...I mean, they are truly the best. I go online and reserve my car, I arrive at the location and walk straight up to the kiosk machine and register. I receive my ticket within a few seconds and walk out to their area. I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile and asked how I am doing (wow). They point me to the row of cars I am able to pick from and Vroom, Im gone. The complete process takes less than five minutes. I love it! I receive great deals in my email at lease once a month. The price is great, even when you upgrade the price is still reasonable. I will never, ever rent from another company. The guys at Alamo knows their stuff!
I rent form Alamo all the time I have 2 other rentals lined up this month alone Under My husbands name, and Summer has just begun. I was very disappointing with this last rental, the car was dirty inside and smelled. You have the option to pick your car and I checked the others available and they were in worst condition. I did online check that was good and when i returned it the guys was also nice.bu to have to use a car in this condition and visit and take family out in it was very unpleasantness.Again I rent form you all the time but this was disappointing.
We made reservations several weeks ago for a full size SUV. This morning, we received a call and voicemail from Alamo saying that they close at 10 Pm, but would wait until 10:30. My husband called her back and explained that our flight lands in CLE at 10:10. The manager in the background said they would wait until 10:45, no later. As soon as our plane landed, my husband went ahead of the rest of us and wenr straight to get the rental. He arrived at Alamo at 10:25 and they were CLOSED! The security guard said she left 15 mins earlier. Completely wrong of them to do this after confirming less than 8 hpurs earlier that they would be there.. We are traveling with our three children, one of which is 16 months old - so we have a car seat and stroller. After shuttling back to the airport, we had to pay $100 Uber to get to our hotel tonight. My husband will have to again pay Uber to get to the rental car company in the morning, and everyone is starving but we have no way of getting food at midnight with no car.Alamo really messed this up!! Absolutely no reason why she couldnt call before leaving, they called this morning! Someone needs to make this right.
Great service. Thank you Marie Anne and Mo. You have done a great job and were always friendly. Thank you so much!!!!! Background information: we rent our full-size SUV at Alamo New Jersey. They’ve been also very friendly. Our car had problems with the brakes. It can happen. We drove to Alamo at Buffalo International Airport because we where traveling to Niagara Falls. They were very unfriendly and gave us an uncleaned and old SUV. We decided to drive to Cleveland to avoid discussions with the incompetent Alamo guys at Buffalo, because we are traveling with a little child. That was a good decision.
The only reason why I didn’t give Alamo 5 stars is because there were upgrades available and I was offered one. However, when other people came to the lot attendant to be directed to their car, each was offered an upgrade. The lot attendant was very thorough going over the safety details since it was very cold and snow was on the ground. Since we live in Florida, we are not used to driving in snow. She also went through the vehicle on how the third row seats fold down and the sequence to follow. The vehicle was clean and worked well.To have an edge on the other rental companies, Alamo should include XM radio as a free offer for reward customers.Had we been given an upgrade, I would have given five stars.
Paying in advance allowed me to bypass the counter and go outside to select my vehicle. I wound up with a 2-class upgrade because there were no smaller cars on the lot. My Ford was loaded with features, clean inside and out, and the Alamo guy was both friendly and professional.
I was impressed with the ability to skip the counter. It was really true! I went right to my car and selected what I wanted and was ready to go. Arrival/return went just as smooth. The only hiccup I had was the car itself. There were 2 major flaws in the exterior -- very ugly. And then a couple of chips in the paint as well. Since it was late at night, I took pictures of them and the gate attendant marked them on the form. But, driving for about a week in this less than clean car was not cool. I like Nissan, so the car performed well. Just disappointed that Alamo would allow such a car to be available, especially since it had over 22,000 miles to boot.
Great customer service at the Cleveland location. The make it a point to know their customers and show pride in their company and the team. As a General Manager of a major Hotel in downtown Cleveland, I can definitely say the Alamo Cleveland location is an asset to hospitality and service in Cleveland. The selection and quality of cars are also great but the service is what makes me keep coming. This is now the only rental company I use thanks to Mr Mo (manager), Captain Cleveland and the rest of the exceptional team at the Cleveland Airport locations.PS: I have rented at other Alamo location and while they are always cordial, the service is not the same. You need to duplicate this model through out the nation.David Minah
I reserved car at Cleveland airport prior to arrival which eliminated the need to go to the counter. (There is a 5-10 minute ride to get to the rental car center.) That way I was able to go right to the car lot, choose the car from the full size category, and drive off. The car was a Ford Fusion which had plenty of room for us and our luggage. Returning the car was also easy.
When I got there, they didnt have the car they promised, so they immediately gave me an upgrade to a larger vehicle which turned out to be just what I needed for my large family gathering! The entire process was very fast when picking up and dropping off the car. It was a great experience. I would use them again in a heartbeat. The staff in Cleveland was kind, courteous and professional. Thanks and God Bless.
Alamo’s service in Cleveland has been exceptional. My son went to college in the area and I visited a number of times. Alamo is the only car rental agency that I would return to at this airport. Each time there has been a choice of cars ready to drive away, team members are friendly, efficient and helpful. They have listened to suggestions—put an owners’ manual in the glove box—and provided some great local food recommendations. As my son enters a Music school in the area, I’ll be back and renting again from Alamo.
This the third time I rent from Alamo at the airport location. The staff is great. There was several cars to chose from. From now on, Alamo will be the only company I would rent from. And you are a Costco member, you get a great deal.I would love to see them having locations away from the airport so that we could save on taxes and fees.
I appreciated the fact that someone waited for me because my flight got in late. But it would have helped if I could have done the skip the counter option but they said I could not because I booked through Expedia. Even though Expedia kept directing me to that site. Also my SUV was slightly dirty.
Alamo has always been my Moms go to rental. When leaving Vegas, she forgot her drivers license in the Kiosk at the hotel. Able to fly home, using her passport. I booked the rental to get us home to another COUNTY on return to Cleveland. When we arrived, the man said he could not rent us a car because I did not have a credit card. My Mom offered her credit card and passport. He said he couldnt rent us a car and gave us the policy. My Mom called customer service who said, to take her RA and return rental papers from Vegas to the manager and at his discretion, he could override it so we may rent. Mom went back to the counter and asked for the manager. The same man identified himself as the manager. And without even looking at the papers, asking names, nothing, again said NO and repeated the policy. Wont return to Alamo. When you have the opportunity to make a bad day better for someone, you should go above and beyond with customer service. I understand it was at his discretion but he didnt even make an attempt. Alamo you really need to look at your POLICIES .Maybe your managers shouldnt have at their discretion power.
Easy online ordering. Make sure you take a hard copy of your rental as they will try to charge a higher rate at the counter. The van we rented was full of gas but needed to be cleaned. The windows had enough of a film I could write my name. The return was smooth and quick. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and cooperative.
I would rate the Alamo staff A1. The whole process was very easy and quick. Its been a long time since Ive rented a vehicle, and they have perfected it. I rented a 4 door Jeep Patriot. The only complaint on this ,is the seats are not made for long drives. TY for the professionalism , and Ill rent from Alamo again.
I rented thru Costcotravel to Alamo. They offered the best deal. I had absolutely zero issues. I selected Intermediate car. I paid upfront so I could skip the counter. This means I paid with my credit card and just walked out to find my car. I went to the Intermediate section of the parking lot and piced a car. To my surprise they had an SUV in my section. I inspected the vehicle before leaving the premises. Then, I drove to the booth, showed my Drivers License and drove away. It was truly that simple. Upon return (I was in Cleveland and the rental car return signs could be better), I dropped off my car. The attendant asked if there were any issues. There were not. And I left the car with them and headed towards the airport.😊 Easy. Simple. Reasonably priced.
We always look to Alamo as our first choice of rental car companies and have not been disappointed. It is a pleasure to be able to select a particular car in a category. On our Thanksgiving trip to Cleveland, OH, we selected a VW Passat. It was in excellent condition, well maintained and quite comfortable for three adults and luggage. We found the check in and return processes to be quick and easy. Alamos personnel were friendly and helpful. We have two upcoming trips and have reserved with Alamo for both.We returned to Cleveland over the weekend for a family visit. We arrived quite late and Alama/National was waiting for us. I did call a day ahead as our arrival was after the posted closing time for Alamo. There was no problem and they had people on duty to assist us. This time we selected a Fiat 500. It was one of the most enjoyable cars to drive. I love the opportunity to select a vehicle from within the rental group of the reservation. As always, service was prompt and friendly and the car was great fun to drive.
OMG has Alamo Rent-A-Car been a lifesaver for me and my family. We have been in rentals for over a month now, due to my sons car being stolen in my truck being in the shop. Great bunch of people. Mo the branch manager of Alamo was a great help. I just wish they could have found my hat that I left in the first car that was rented
I rented at CLE. The rental was easy enough. I only drove a total of about 20 miles. When I returned the car they said that there was a paint scratch on the front bumper and since I had NOT bought their insurance I was responsible, unless it was in the record from before my rental. Of course if a previous return agent had not seen the light paint mark, it would not be in the car history so ALAMO will go after me. I feel that was there way of getting at me for NOT paying for their ridiculous insurance rate. I want them to prove that it was not there before my rental. This is just one more money scam by car rental. I have been renting cars for over 30 years and this was my first such occurrence. It was my first (and last) ALAMO rental
Bad experience. My Frontier flight from Tampa to Cleveland was cancelled due to weather. The next flight to Cleveland on any airline was the next day. I had to take one day off my rental reservation. Something very unexpected happened. My original Estimated Total was $519.73, for four days, but after deleting one day, with the return time not changed, the Revised Estimated Total was $695.51, an increase of $175.78.I talked with an agent and got the standard bureaucratic answer, but no relief.Alamo will have a tough time getting me back.
Alamo location at CLE was having a problem getting me the SUV I requested. Not their fault, the one I was supposed to get was vandalized so they offered me upgrade which was way to much vehicle for my needs.Local Branch Manager, Mo Alareeqi, came to my rescue and got everything I needed. Great customer service from Mo and he is reason I keep going to Alamo.
Booked online. Got slapped with $54 of unexpected fees when I dropped the car off. Wouldve went with Enterprise instead due to the cheaper prices online when I booked if I had known that. Car was nice, but would probably avoid booking with this company in the future. 4 stars because of the quick service when picking up and dropping off and the friendly staff. As for the company itself.... more like 2 stars.
I was able to upgrade to a suv for price of a mid size. Car was in good condition. The only part that did not go as smoothly as picking up the car is returning it. There was no employee in the return lot to process the car. You had to bring the key into the inside rental counter that also was not open, there was a box to put the key in. No where was there a sign when you returned the car saying where to return the keys, the return key box in the return lot was broken.
Ordered a car at Alamo via the Allegiant Air website when I got my flights. They charged me for the car on my CC immediately. When I picked up the car I had to pay an additional $53. Very misleading pricing. Beware. Other than that everything was good except the keys. They gave us two sets of electronic keys with the safety keys pulled out, so four big pieces all attached on one keyring. So big, couldnt fit it into a pocket. What is the purpose of two keys attached that you cannot pull apart? If you loose one you loose them both...? Needed a wire cutter to disconnect them. Didnt do that...wasnt sure wed be uncharged for disconnecting them.
Easy check out at the Cleavland Airport. Very friendly and professional. Very friendly and helpful attendants when I arrived to choose my car. Really liked the opportunity to select my car! Clean car, no issues. Check-In was very easy, again very friendly attendants. Highly recommend.
Alamo rent a car at this location at exit service. I was standing outside without a jacket 30 weather, and the guys let me inside their area while they got my car. They werent able to find my exact car, but Moe fixed everything and actually put me in an even better car situation. Everybody was very professional, and I had an excellent experience I would highly recommend this location for anyone that wants to rent a car in Cleveland.
I only use Alamo after getting ripped off in Orlando by some other car rental place. Not disappointed this time either. Fair price with early reservation and the SUV I received was much nicer than I was expecting to get. Expected RAV4 and got Mazda CRX-5 instead which is a SWEET ride. Will go back to Alamo again.
Excellent customer service from the two gentlemen working that night. It was refreshing after a flight delay of over 6 hours and a very late arrival. The car rental was for three weeks and it could not have been a better overall experience. And, the Charger was fun to drive!!
I rented a car through my associate discount website at work, that process was great ! I was unaware that you couldnt pay for your car rental with a debit card ? I can understand the $150 hold on a credit card. However the lady who assisted me with my check in was awful! No personality, very short, not helpful, and couldnt answer any questions about the insurance I had purchased on the car. Im local to Cleveland and rented a car for a family trip, however if I was coming in town to Cleveland I would have hoped back on a plane back to where I came from thats how rude this lady was. I work in retail and with people all day long as I assume this Alamo employee does. My 8 yr old was with me during the pick and still hasnt stopped talking about how mean and rude your employee was ! Sad...I teach my child to be kind to everyone! Alamo employees should do the same!
Had a great experience with Alamo recently. First time Alamo customer. Im on the road on business once or twice a month and usually rent from National or Hertz. On my last trip both National and Hertz were super expensive for whatever reason so I looked elsewhere and found Alamo offering the best price, a great car and excellent customer service! What more can one ask for from a car rental company!!!!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent Alamo experience at Cleveland Hopkins Airport. I should first say that the person that checked us back in when returning the car was very pleasant and friendly. The same cannot be said for any of the other employees we encountered when we first picked up the car.Considering the people at Alamo were pretty much the first people we saw upon arrival in Cleveland, it was a very unpleasant, unwelcoming way to start off our visit to Cleveland. I felt very much like our being there was just annoying to the counter person, the lot person, and the gate person. Im sorry I dont have anyones name to be more specific, but every question I had seemed to be answered with an answer to a different question, almost as if I were speaking a different language. Im originally from Cleveland and never spoke another language so I still cant figure out why communication seemed to be such an issue.I was initially asked if I wanted to keep the car I had reserved or if I wanted an upgrade. Is the upgrade the same price? No, so why are you asking me that? I am an Alamo Insider member and was very surprised and actually outraged that Alamo charged me an additional $10 a day to add my husband to the rental. It seems to me that I didnt even need to tell you that he was going to be driving as my own insurance would have handled anything that could have possibly happened if he drove the car whether Alamo knew about it or not. I could understand if he wasnt my husband, but since he IS and I am an Insider I feel like this is just some BS charge for Alamo to collect a little more money. Or in this case, a LOT more money because it added another $100.00 to the cost of my rental.I currently have another Alamo rental reserved for November in Tucson and I am giving serious thought to cancelling it due to my dissatisfaction with my recent experience.
I pre ordered an SUV through Priceline for Alamo. I was not told prior to getting there that I needed a credit card and not a Debit card to secure the vehicle. You can only use debit on large cards and compact SUVs. The car I got was decent but Im used to my SUV. They should put that notice on first.
I was expecting a person to talk to me to give me a car. There wasnt a person just a kiosk. Very self explanatory and easy to press no to all the up sales they try to get you to do because you just clicked no on a touch screen. I went out to get my economy rental and there was a guy out there who told me I got a free upgrade because there were none left. I picked out a suv for the same price and it was fantastic. I returned it to a different state - so I was expecting to get the worst car in the lot. I could not have been more wrong about my expectations. I would rent from this company again.
Good car, good service, no hassles, they had a navigation system for the car. I would give Alamo a 5 star review except for 1 thing. The final bill was 13% higher than what they promised. I guess they forgot some fees or other BS. That irritated me a little bit. So I recommend them, but at 13% to the price they quote you.
They rented me a car that had Florida license plates and clearly needed service. I was supposed to rent it for two weeks. Five days in, the engine light came on. Two days later, the tire light came on. NO competent customer service, NO help. Finally had to swap out the car at a local Enterprise, and even that went wrong because Alamos office refused to answer phone calls or emails to finish the paperwork on their end! Terrible, terrible company. Will NEVER rent from them again. STAY AWAY FROM ALAMO. Theyre cheap because they suck.*EDITED TO ADD:* The response from the owner is a joke. I have tried contacting them through phone, email, and facebook of all things to try to get their help. Their company line seems to be we are concerned, we care, but when told very specific and easy ways to help, like help me exchange the broken car they rented me or tell me where to go with the car, they do nothing. NOTHING. They do not respond to emails or messages except to say we want to help, please contact us again. Its lip service. Plus all their representatives online seem to be named Chris R. or John R. Theyre not real people.
They were fast, efficient kind and gave me a nice upgrade for a reasonable price. But the best part was upon my return I left a brand new pair of LeBron sneakers for my son in the trunk they cost an arm & leg! I was sure they were gone but they found them and shipped them out to me the next day. I’ll rent again if this was Turo or some other car share company I don’t think I would’ve gotten those kicks back.
Super fast at the front counter, which is unusual for many car rental companies that try to sell you everything. Then onto picking up my car I was greeted by JT, super friendly and super helpful. I got a great car at a low price. I travel a lot and this rental experience was one of the best.
Overall, it was not bad. The car was okay and economical. At rental facility, the lady in the rental cars lot receiving paperwork to give you the rental car was very kind, expeditious and delivered great customer service, the same as the one at exit gate. However, I have to say that person at counter was the opposite; not a friendly attitude or basic customer service courtesy. Car return was more stressful: I was in the car right by these two females in charge of receiving the return cars and, despite of the fact that another car was right behind mine in line and soon two, I was totally ignored by them since they were engaged in a very animated chat between them...After several minutes, I just forced them to acknowledge me and had to raise my voice and asked them to receive my return slip and tell me what to do next. One of them said to leave the key in the car and then went back to their chat. I was disorientated and asked them to please tell me where to go for taking the shuttle back to the airport...this wasnt nice, especially when you are traveling and usually running on a limited time.
Picked up a toyota corolla le from cleveland hopkins airport around 7 am. It was pitch black outside and I only had two options for vehicles so I picked the one that seemed most worth my money. When light finally hits, I see there is a huge rip in fabric of the drivers side floor that goes all the way through to the bottom of the vehicle. A cigarette burn on the passenger side and so many stains through out the entire vehicle, it was disgusting. If that wasnt enough after two days, it started to make weird noises by the driver side tire and was driving rough. I looked to see the car is 1000 miles passed the oil change mileage. I called roadside and they set me up to pick up a different car. Roadside sent me to enterprise who sent me to Akron-Canton airport. Matt assisted me. I explained the mechanical issues and oil change situation. He treated me as if I dont know anything about cars(Hey Matt, I sell cars for a living). After his rude interaction, I given a nissan versa. I was assured it was a comparable car but it lacked half of the driving safety features of the corolla. It may have been a newer car, but it drove like trash. Overall my experience with their vehicles was disappointing. This isnt even mentioning the fact that Alamo tried to charge me $400 for my reservation, went online and got it for $250.
I do not have a credit card in my name so my mother called ahead and made absolutely sure I was able to use hers to acquire a rental. She was told on the phone that it was acceptable provided i had a letter from my mother with all of her info stating it was alright. I brought everything that was asked. No oke at the counter knew what I was talking about and absolutely refused to allow me to pay with her card, my debit card or cash. Even after speaking with her on the phone. I am now having to spend $200 on an Uber and will be late for a family members wedding. We will NEVER use Alamo again after this awful experience.
I arrived late at night in the middle of a snowstorm at the Cleveland airport. Both the person at the counter and the person outside in the area with the rental cars were very professional and helpful. I got an upgrade on the spot, he cleared the snow that had covered the car, helped me with directions and got me going very quickly. On the return, the exchange could not happen any faster. I was very impressed.
Im an Alamo Insider and always rent a car from Alamo. On this last trip when I attempted to fuel the car, there was nota filler release mechanism in the car nor was I able to release thefiller door by applying pressure to the filler door, as in some cars. The receiving agent at the airport tried to open the filler to no avail andstated I would not be charged for them fueling the car, however I was charged. After a call to Alamo Customer Service the charge for the fuel was refunded.Thank you Alamo.Cheers,Rob
Great and attentive customer service - amazed at the efficiency. The two people out in the actual lot were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Based on this experience I would rent from Cleveland Alamo again and again. Price was fair for Thanksgiving holiday rental. Thank you!
We had reserved a standard car for a trip to Cleveland in late June. Upon our arrival, we realized that there was a celebration going on for the Cavaliers who had just won the NBA championship. There were no standard cars left. The Alamo associate didnt blink an eye and said the only remaining vehicle on the lot was a standard SUV which she rented to us for our trip. Excellent service with a smile. Thanks!
We reserved a compact car but upon reaching the lot there were no compact cars available so the attendant offered us a larger car at the compact rate. In addition, she then took the time to explain a few features of the car (e.g., needing to depress the brake to start the car, tapping the fuel lid to open) that were very helpful.
My wife and I just returned from an 8-day trip to the Cleveland area, Niagra Falls, and the Rochester, NY, area. Our evening pickup in Cleveland was quick and efficient. We were upgraded and then able to choose the car we preferred. It was clean and in great operating condition. We put on a considerable number of miles. Drop-off at the Rochester Airport was extremely easy as well. Well certainly consider Alamo again when we rent.
Our Alamo rental at the Cleveland airport worked well. The Dodge Journey was a good vehicle for our group of 4 and we enjoyed our trip. My only disappointment was the charge for a second driver. I think that is an abusive practice and chose Alamo because it was my understanding that Alamo Insiders did not have to pay extra for a 2nd driver. While I am not a frequent renter this could drive me to a different rental agency.
We checked in online to make it a little faster and when we went out to the lot to get our compact car there wasnt any available because we were there so early so we went back in and told them there wasnt any available. They said it was ok and to take the next class up available and since there wasnt any full sized cars left either we ended up leaving with an SUV. We werent charged the difference and the vehicle was awesome! Other an having to go back into the store a few times I would say overall it was a very plesant experience!
Been dealing with them for years.Last time I returned one car and went to the counter to pick up another car.The guy at the counter insisted that I need to show a third proof of identity other than a bank card,I had already given them my driver license and my credit card,he said the reason was that I made the booking that same day which I do all the time and never had a problem. Why does alamo wait until the last minute to tell the customer such a thing??!!Why not inform the customer upon making the reservation that a 3rd proof of identity is need when checking in??!!Why not send an e mail requesting that??!!Not all people have AAA card which I was lucky enough to have on me that day. Most of the time I leave the house with my driver license,my amex card amd my bank card..thats it,but that wasnt going to be enough for alamo that day.Very bad.Im avoiding them at all cost from now on.
I rented a car in Cleveland last month. I really do like how they let you walk out and pick whatever car you want (under the classification you rented). They didnt have any midsize so they told me to pick a full-size. I prepaid for the full tank of gas for $36, which I shouldnt have done because I only used 1/3 of the tank. Anyway when I returned the car, my charge ended up being about $15 more than what I originally signed for. So I asked why the difference. The MANAGER came over and said it was for the prepaid gas. I showed him on my original papers where it was $36, and not $50, which is what they tried charging me. He kind of made me feel like I was wrong but after I literally had to go line by line to show him my prepaid gas charge, they finally modified my bill. So had I not checked and questioned the charges, they would have gotten extra money from me. Beware and check your bill!!
Greg at Alamo/National in Cleveland is awesome. My flight was delayed 3hrs which put me into Cleveland Hopkins at 1am. Ive had this happen before, and have arrived after most rental car counters have closed which forces you to rent last minute at jacked up prices. So, I managed to call the Alamo counter, and Greg told me he would wait until I arrived so that I would have a car.Excellent customer service! THANK YOU GREG!!
This was my worst experience with renting from Alamo. The car was dirty, only had a half tank of gas and the air in the tires were and when I reinflated them I discovered that one of the tires had a nail in it. My experiences with Alamo are usually a good ones and I will not let this one bad experience affect my future rentals.
Very bad customer service. I was denied car as they didnt know how to check NH license. Lady was very rude stating that they somehow have more strict machine than TSA at airport. I fly with this ID for last 4 years.Seems like there was a supervisor. He was cleueless as well. The most funny part is that I was returning one car and picking up another one and they denied me saying that didnt check my id correctly.Avis next door rented me car just fine.
I appreciated the professionalism displayed by Alamo. I was amazed at the eaze of getting our car at the airport. We used the pre-check in feature, and simply went to the rental cars, bypassing the counter and selected a car.Unbelieveable easy to rent a car, and the return process was very similar. They got it right!!!Definitely will use Alamo on my next rental. Thank you for taking all of the time and stress out of renting a vehicle.
The car was great! The associated in the lot was very helpful helping us locate a vehicle. The front desk associates wasnt do pleasant. She mumbled when she spoke, and had a slight attitude when I asked her to repeat herself. She was also more concerned with playing a billards pool game on her phone.
Booked through Priceline to avoid having to use a major CC. The cashier was vague but the lady assigning vehicles was on it! She went through the options and got me the exact vehicle we needed to haul 3 teens and two adults. Avoided paying for overnight parking by parking in the TRA lots. They could mark the return stall better, almost got rear-ended making sure I had the correct turn in. Return was a breeze and final ticket was less than expected.
We ordered the Priceline name your own price for an SUV. I sent my employee to pick up the vehicle with a Visa debit card. He is African American, and was asked to provide all sorts of things that I have NEVER been asked for as a Caucasian. He was even asked to provide a copy of his utility bills! Have you ever heard of such a thing when flying? The experience was disgusting and even though they collected the money up front they never provided a rental vehicle. They are a complete rip off!
The car didnt have a drop of wiper fluid in it, there were dings and scrapes on nearly every body panel and wheel, and the writing on the window was incompletely scraped off. Still, it was in good condition on the inside, the price was right, and the staff was helpful. The check-in kiosk was functional but slow and there were so, so many screens to decline insurances.
The rental process was very easy. At pick up, they let me select the vehicle that I wanted off the lot. After returning the car and flying back home, I discovered that my son had left his Ninetendo DS in the rental. I called the Cleveland Alamo office the next day and Patty tracked it down for me. She and Greg were very professional and absolutely AWESOME!
I was hoping to have a good vehicle for our vacation but when we got to the lot there was no premium suv to pick from all gone. Now what? Stood outside the hut and watched as people showed up and left with their rentals. Then a guy walked up and said what are you waiting for I told him and he told me give me a minute I’ll check what’s going on I asked him his name and he said don’t worry I’m Captain Cleveland and I’m going to take care of you!! Boy was he right in a few minutes after loosing sight of him he pulled up in a Chevy suburban!! It was like when your Dad gave you the keys to the car for the first time. He said had to go get this one it’s it’s brand new 7 miles on it. Have a great day boom that was it !! A quick stop at the gate and that was it.... Thank you Alamo and Captain Cleveland was a great experience, I don’t rent cars often but I will if I need one now for anything ... Great vehicle exactly what I needed!!
I only rent from Alamo no matter what city or state I go to. I have rented from the Maplewood location in Cleveland OH twice and I can say it was as easy and convenient as all other places. Even though they are off airport site the shuttles come every 5 mins just about. The staff there are very friendly and always offering free upgrades. Love it!
The staff was terrific but the Kiosk didnt work very well. And when I contacted corporate about why, they didnt respond. Typical large company. The people who actually do work are great and the people who run it are out of touch with the customers. The desk staff as well as the young man who helped me choose a car were great.
Had a reservation, came at 00:15 to take the car and due to maintenance issuewith their system, they could not provide one.How does a company this big cant find solution to an everyday problem.Avis who where next to them, also had thier system shot down, but still provide service to thier clients who had reservation in advance.Very desapointing.
1st time customer. Easy and fast and treated with extreme kindness. In town for a funeral and was given a free upgrade without even them knowing why I needed a car. Was able to transport family members that were not expecting it! Excellent service!! Highly recommend in Cleveland Ohio!!
This was the easiest and friendliest experience I have had in a long time! In every aspect I recommend if you need a rental car go to Alamo. I dont have a credit card and my credit score is a crying shame (do to death) still its a work in progress that is in the lower stage! I was thinking I was gonna be in a horrible spot if I couldnt rent a car for I was flyingcin from another state! I feel like a person again! Alamo allowed me to use my debit card with proof of my rountine flight. An 11 day rental mid size car under $225! Easy online rental upon my arrival showed confirmation on my phone gave my debit and ID showed from my phone my flight info and walllla out I go to pick my car and done. Return you pull in gather out your belongings a person is right there to scan and take keys gives receipt AND THAT Was it done!! 😀 12/29/17 thru 01/09/18 Thanks ALAMO!
My Wife,Daughter,Son in law ,and I arrived at 6:15 pm ,we had pre booked a vehicle, and were checked thro very quickly ,the employee in the lot could not have been more helpful he had us in a upscale car and out of the lot in minutes. I use Alamo in Maui when we are there and always find them fantastic to deal with would not use any one else
Dont get me wrong, I LOVE Alamo! I found out the hard way though , if you get to the the site after 9:30 PM, there are no cars. I had booked an Economy car and was told to take whichever car I wanted out of that section, the keys are in all the cars. Great. Problem was, there was only ONE car out there and it was an Intermediate size. After standing in the dark talking to myself like an idiot for about five minutes, I muttered something unprintable, and decided to take the ONLY CAR that WAS there and explain to the person at the exit gate. Great little Chevy Cruze with Sirius Radio, until the obvious free subs to Sirius expired. Then , the needs oil change soon, or something to that effect light /screen came on.That was on for 2 1/2 weeks covering up the mileage gauge. I contacted Alamo on Twitter, and they responded post haste. All in all, the only small complaint I have is the fact that I had a car reserved, and almost didnt get one. Still love ya Alamo!
Easy check in process as always but I almost cancelled my reservation after I was told it wasn’t possible to get a car with the state’s plates I was visiting in. The lot was packed full of cars. Will most likely try another rental company after this letdown after using Alamo for almost 10 years.
Check in process was very easy! The young lady at the kiosk was very helpful. Kristina B outside at the pickup counter was phenomenal!!! I recently had back surgery and could not sit comfortable in the economy cars due to their low/bucket seats. Kristina upgraded me so I could have better back support. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
Alamo is the only car rental company I will use. No matter what kind of vehicle Im looking for their prices have always been the lowest. The people that work there are always friendly and will do whatever is needed to accommodate me. I will continue to use Alamo as my car rental company.
We rented a Premium SUV in Cleveland in January to take on a ski trip in Ellicottville, NY, which is 3 hours away. We were excited to pick up an almost brand new Chevy Suburban! Unfortunately, when we got to our destination, we could not get up the driveway! Did you know 4 wheel drive is an OPTION on a Suburban?? Well guess what, ours didn’t have that option, which made for a very interesting weekend in a blizzard. You would think a January rental in Cleveland of a Premium SUV would get you a car that could drive in the snow. Big Bummer!!
When I went to get car in early morning, no one at counter with 8 people in line. Very frustrating as I picked Alamo for quick in and out which was disappointment this time. Car was already reserved but no quick pick up this time. Dislike Cleveland operation. Again when return car in early morning no one is present and more frustration.
I was over all pleased with the service and my rental but i was unhappy about the security deposit that was held on my card, renters should be notified at time of reservation, granted i had to funds to be held but if I didnt I would have ended up being forced to cancel my trip. Ive rented from Alamo in the pass and their was no security deposit or hold, again if this is a new rule thats being enforced this is something that should be spoken about at time of reservation.
Dont trust. Booked thru Trip Advisor. Called Alamo 800#in the AM to verify the booking since using a 3rd party (burned before). Yep, all set for rental CLE to MSP. Arrived in CLE 3 hours later, NO RESERVATION!! No record, too bad, so sad. Useless staff; no problem solving skills. Rented from Dollar for $250 more as last minute. Either online booking integration riddled w/ bugs or counter staff so poorly trained, cant located the right reservation.
When we arrived we found a computer rather then a person - however it was easy to use and we upgraded to a full size SUV. We proceeded to the lot and the attendant pointed out an Equinox as our car. We pointed out that we were suppose to have a full size SUV and he referenced his boss saying he wasnt suppose to do that. He conceded and gave us a Tahoe and stated that he quessed he could give us a free up grade. Althou the cost was reasonable the upgrade was not free. When we turned the car in at MBS airport in Freeland, MI we had no problem. I will continue to use Alamo.
These people are Wonderful! Very professional and friendly. I will always recommend them....young lady and her supervisor that evening on Oct. 18 when I came into Cleveland were an absolute pleasure. AND returns Man on Oct. 21 in the afternoon was prompt and super courteous .........Amazing experience with Alamo
Rent a 1-way car from Alamo in Cleveland International Airport. It was late night, the agent took advantage of the darkness and hand us a car that was actually DIRTY! We could not inspect the interior until next day, with dirts on the doors inside the car, and soooo much dust on all 4 windows plus the front and back windshield. BAD Alamo!!!! Agent lied to us it was an Upgrade, but in fact they are just lazy to clean the car.
I will never again rent a car from them !!! I left my phone in the car made it into the building ( 20 yards away ) when I realized that I had. Turned around to go get it . The car had already been sent to get cleaned. Thirty minutes later they bring the car back . And what do you know , NO PHONE .. The manager flat out refused to help in any way !!!Thank you soooo so much !!!!!
Online I was told I had a Buick. Instead it easy a Chrysler 200 with nearly 45,000 miles. Desk Clerk was surely about car and said I was not getting a Buick.Car was difficult to get into Park from drive and an old sock was in the consule. The left rear Tire Pressure Sensor kept alarming despite no pressure issue.I expected better.
Needed enough space to move a kid + stuff back to college. The QuadCab F-150 was a great option - clean , efficient, and allowed for large load, the student, and comfort for 2 others. Much cheaper than Hertz, Avis, or others. A great experience from rental counter to drop-off!
Im usually willing to pay extra for Alamo, because of the kiosks. So when I go through all the prompts and the machine tells me to see an agent, Im disappointed to have to answer all the questions a second time. When I point this out to an agent, all I want is an Im sorry. What I dont want is an eye roll and attitude. The counter is unstaffed until 6am, despite plenty of flights departing CLE earlier than that. Overcrowded, infrequent shuttle to the terminal at 430am. Its a calculus whether to drive 6 hours from the DC area or fly. Next time I drive unless I can fly for free.
All staff members at the Cleveland location were friendly, personable, and upbeat. They asked what I was doing on my trip to Cleveland, and showed me different features of the car I rented. When I returned the car, they asked how the car was and how my trip was. Returning the car was a piece of cake.

2022-05-11My flight got changed at the last minute and Alamo Cleveland Airport quickly Accommodated my request to make change to the pick up time. The representative that checked me out when I returned the car was very friendly and kind and helpful when directing me to the area to get onto the shuttle bus to get to the airport. Overall my experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

2022-05-16When picked up a car it had a strong scent of car fresher, after driving 1 day on sun, and being parked outside, it turned out to strong marijuana smell. Looks like they just tried to hide that smell with air fresher. After driving for 2 days, my wife and I got very bad headaches because of that smell. BTW, it happened to me not for the first time with Alamo.Never again renting vehicle from Alamo.

2022-06-07Literally stranded us at the Cleveland Airport with no car because our flight was delayed. Called their phone number and they just said, The office opens at 7. OK. How am I 1.Going to even get to the office because their shuttle wasnt running 2. Able to even get to a hotel to wait till the office opens at 7am WITH NO CAR! Thank God for Uber. Zero stars.

2021-10-28We arrived at the Cleveland rental office just 15 before closing...11:45pm. The agent was friendly, relaxed which put us at ease. We were worried that we were too late, but he assured us he would have stayed later knowing our flight was late. This was much appreciated. Returning the car was quick and efficient and on the shuttle bus in no time.

2021-11-07I was overall very happy with my experience renting from Alamo, all the staff working were very nice. When I got there I had accidentally signed up for the wrong size car and they adjusted on the spot to a bigger vehicle so that I would have what I needed, will absolutely rent from them in the future

2021-12-11Most extraordinary service Ive ever experienced. Mr. Alareeqi moved heaven and earth to reunite me with the rollaboard I mistakenly left in another vehicle while picking up. From my dodgy recall of what vehicle I might have left the luggage in, Mo was able to winnow down possible candidates and locate the renter who ended up with my bag. That renter was kind enough to bring my bag back to the Cleveland Airport (Thank you, beautiful young lady!) My trip was saved from my own bonehead move, thanks to Mr Mo.

2019-03-18This place never disappoints,I use the place for work related business regularly and I rented a four door sedan and they had a 2019 Toyota Camry waiting for me. The car was in immaculate condition!

2021-06-08We had to book a last minute reservation with Alamo in Dayton, OH because of flight issues. We needed the car to drive to Cleveland. We called and let them know our flight was delayed and provided flight information. We were assured the agent would wait. When we arrived, not a soul was there to help us. Luckily a Hertz agent was at their post and we were able to get a car so that we were not stranded in Dayton. Very disappointing after the very long day of flight issues and before our 3 hour drive. Will not trust them again.Edit 6/8/2021. And then they emailed me to investigate and concluded that we were no shows because we hadn’t provided flight information. We did provide flight information when we called to let them know the fight would be delayed. That was helpful.

2021-08-16Ordered a mid-size but was upgraded to a SUV Blazer. I dont know why I was upgraded, possibly because of availability, but I have no complaints. I recommend that each rental car include instructions of how to turn on the lights, windshield wipers, and how to open gas tank.
