Cotter was a tremendous help to us. Their quote was spot on. Moving day went smoothly, and Jeff & Dave are fabulous. All our furniture and artwork and sixteen years of stuff were transported safely. I highly recommend Cotter because they were kind enough to quote me twice to make certain the first estimate remained the same. And it did.

Recently used Cotter for a local move. In terms of upfront pricing and scheduling they were very good. The quality of the actual movers was mixed. Two were excellent and two were not - dropped chairs, dinged cabinets, etc. Team lead also made it clear I was expected to tip. I would do this anyhow but didnt need the constant reminder.

The staff and administration at this facility are unscrupulous and unprofessional. They charge exorbitant labor prices for the simplest of tasks, while other competitors charge transparent fees that are reasonable and dont gouge customers. Their customer service is non-existent, until its time for the bill. Do not place any confidence or worse, your documents or valuables to be moved or stored with them, they are abhorrent!

A one way rental from state to state is waaaay cheaper than anywhere else. The only reason it wasnt five stars is because they didnt disclose the drop off info. You must have it dropped off at a specific time. Not date!

Quoted one price..charged 3 times that amount. Worked by the hour and moved at a snails pace. Would never recommend!

Great service
