They were able to get me scheduled quickly. Thomas the technician was very professional and nice. He did a thorough job, explained the work that was performed, asked if I had any questions, and was very respectful of my home.
My air went out on July 3rd, called multiple different HVAC companies, and Aire Serv was the only reasonable HVAC company. They fixed my air conditioner within minutes and were not expensive. I have decided to pay for the Advantage Plan, and I’m so glad I did. They are amazing and have new customers.
Thomas was a great technician and got our AC back up and running quickly. He let me know exactly what was wrong once he finished. The best part was how quick we were able to get a technician out to us. I inquired for help at about 9 a.m. and my technician was at my house ready to fix it by about 12:30 p.m. Highly recommend.

I called to get my AC serviced before the heat of summer hits. I spoke to Charlene who was very helpful and professional. I thought I was going to have to wait a week or so but she was able to schedule Joey to come out the next morning!! Very impressed with the service and friendliness of both Charlene and Joey. Definitely recommend Aire Serv to anyone.
FANTASTIC! I wish there were more stars!After many calls, the office knew who I was by sound of my voice.😆 Integrity restorations messed up my system so bad, no other company wanted to deal with it.AirServe worked with us on scheduling even though I had to cancel a few appointments due to delays. Once out, they took the unit to their shop, disassembled it and totally cleaned it out as all the coils were filled with demolition debris and worse.Then they came and repaired the feeble attempt of other companies attempt to reinstall the newer unit. While there, they cleaned all the vents, sanitized ducts, cleaned humidifier, reinsulatedparts of ducts missed by other company.Joey and Clinton have been out to our house several times and are very knowledgeable, efficient, polite and truly cared about what they do. Both gentlemen and Bruce went above and beyond the call of duty and will be the only company that will ever do HVAC work for us!
My air conditioner went out of all days sunday the 4th. Called aireserve and they had someone on their way In 20 mins. The part had to be ordered however the company brought back a floor model air conditioner to keep the house from being to miserable, with my health issues it sure helped. The quote was very reasonable. At 6:00 today the part was in and he went outside and cleaned up the outside unit.. he also left the unit to help bring the temp down quicker. This gentleman went above and beyond what was needed. I would highly recommend this company and will only call them if ever needed. Thanks again. To Joey for all the help and quick service you and your company made a terrible situation bearable.
I love Air Serv. I feel the company always has my interest at heart. Very reasonably priced and very attentive.I even have a home warranty but end up using Air Serv. Been with them for several years!
This company has been taking care of my heating and air conditioning for about a year and a half. They provide seasonal maintenance and have installed a humidifier on the furnace. They also provided custom duct work in our as part of a kitchen remodeling project in our previous home. They perform good quality work for reasonable prices. They are very accommodating of our schedule. I recommend them.
I have been completely impressed with the scheduling, the ease of getting an appointment quickly, and the great people at Aire Serv. I use them on my personal residence, and I recommend them to my real estate clients on a monthly basis. Each time they are on time, easy to work with and provide a wonderful report. Humidifier appeared to be working - but house was dry. Will traced the problem back to valve that wasnt allowing enough water to flow through the system.Thanks Will
Both Dalton and Jody were very professional, friendly, and helpful when they came out to help with our heat pump. They were able to fix our problem and were able to educate me on what was going on. Much more friendly and down to earth than the Thomas & Galbraith technicians we had!

During this past summer on one of those humid July days our A/C had some challenges as it was running and not cooling.A call to Aire Serv and an appointment was scheduled for the next day! Jodie the technician diagnosed and corrected the problem.I was impressed with the service and the price that we did a service agreement for the upcoming summer season. I highly recommend this company!
This company came in well under other companies in price. I had a full heating and cooling system installed. Install was prompt, done quickly and professionally. Then when I messed up my HVAC system, they came that day to repair it. I have been extremely happy with this company and will continue to use them in the future.
Used through a home warranty. Gave them the certificate for the deductible. They billed me 4 months later saying I owe them money because the issue wasn’t covered. We never had anything fixed just had them evaluate. Charline was very rude and nasty, when she answered the phone she didn’t introduce herself at all. I explained this is the first letter I had received and that this issue was through the home warranty not us. Said she would tell her manager not to service us anymore. She never even attempted to find out the issue or provide any assistance. Terrible customer service I’m asking my warranty to remove them as a provider so no one else has to deal with this kind of nasty disrespectful company.
Great service, nice people. Actually spent the time to thoroughly inspect the A/C unit. Explained each problem and all options to move forward. We felt very lucky to land Aire Serv through our home warranty. We will ask for them anytime we have a heating/air conditioning problem.
We want to Thank so very much Charline who got us in touch with Dave Sharp at Aire Serv of Fairfield for getting our Furnace running so we could have heat in the house we just bought in September. Dave Sharp sent out two Techs named Paul and Will. They were very professional and somehow was able to fix our furnace that hadnt worked for at least two years. They did and awesome job and our Family finally has heat. . . Thank you so much to all involved, you guys truly are a Blessing. . . .
Shelly, Dave and all of the techs at Aire Serv are really great. I have been using their services for HVAC needs for almost a year and they havent let me down yet. The concern they show for my residents and my pocketbook are much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service, prices, and just all around friendly folks.
Called around 8:00 AM after discovering the house temperature was below 50. Service tech arrived before 10:00 AM and diagosed that the ignitor had failed. He replaced it with a compatible replacement and had the furnace operating again within the hour. The serviced tech was very professional and friendly and I would recommend calling this company again if needed. Thanks!
Weve been very pleased with the Aire Serv teams service -- always pleasant, very thorough, arrive on time (the service person phones to confirm his/her arrival time), they explain what is needed/what they recommend and take the time to answer our questions. And they leave the area as clean as it was before they arrived. Always appreciated!

Char is the front line person you talk with first. She is extremely friendly and thorough to learn what the problem is, then transfers you over to their excellent technical staff. Dave, the manager, is very knowledgeable and professional as well as Jody, Will and Tim. They have taken a system installed in a home remodel that was apparently just passable and have made it as top notch as it can be. There will be no question as to where my new system will come from when that time arrives!

We came home to find our furnace not functioning. When Joey arrived he was exceptional. He was thorough and walked us through exactly what was going on while he was finding. I would highly recommend this company and Joey.
I had a wonderful technician, Matt Callabro, who came out to the house today from the Cincinnati Home and Garden Show lead, and did a full service cleaning, check for function and assisted me in my thermostat! He was patient, hard working, kind, courteous and helpful! Great job Matt!Highly recommend him!
I started a service request on 1/30 for my heat pump. My home warranty chose this company to have servicing done. They came out the very next day to diagnose the problem and determined it to be due to a bad reversing valve. The valve replacement was done timely on 2/2. Afterwards the technician determined that the compressor was bad as well and needed replacing. He stated he put a note about needing approval from my home warranty for a replacement compressor in the invoice that was to go the home warranty company. I received a copy of that invoice via email on 2/5. 6 days past since the reversal valve replacement, and had not heard back from either place. My home warranty says they have not received anything. I called Aire Serv and was told they would get in touch with the technician to call me back, but I have not heard anything yet after a day has passed. I still cant use my heat pump and am unsure what is taking so long to continue the process. The communication between Aire Serv and my home warranty company seems to have broken down.
Our air conditioner went out on Saturday 9/23/17. I called Matt at Aire Serv and asked if he could come out at take a look at it. He was out the house in about an hour, with some parts. However the compressor froze up so the air conditioner wasnt worth fixing since it was 17 years old. Matt called the sale rep Paul and he came out the same evening, reviewed the situation and on Sunday I had a quote to replace just the air conditioner and one to replace both. My wife and I decided that we would just go ahead and have the furnace and air conditioner replace. Paul and team got right on it and on Tuesday they were able to replace both units and had us back up and running by end of day. I cant thank the team at Aire Serv enough. Quality job, very professional and were able to answer all our questions. There was never no pressure form any of them on what to purchase. Thank you Aire Serv for a very good experience. I will definitely recommend your entire team to anyone who needs HVAC service or a unit replaced. Thanks again!!Kevin and Barb Hesselbrock

Will Dodd was awesome. He was in charge of the installation of a whole house dehumidifier. What a wonderful thing it has been thru this very hot and humid days. They were kind, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The price was what they quoted. They did some additional work I requested and the work was awesome.
Joey was my technician and was great. He took his time and answered all my questions. In the future, he will be the only tech I request. Excellent service!!!
Communication, professional technicians and your attention to detail. Having worked with many HVAC contractors over the years, in the course of my business, Aire Serv is a breath of fresh aire. From the initial contact with the office to the follow up after installation I have been more than satisfied with the entire process.
They got here at 7 at night after 5 oclock call. No heat. Didnt have part but back at 8:15 . Made better, cheaper diagnostics for cheaper part ,price and done by 1030 after going go get the new part. Highly recommend.
They did a great job fixing our issue. We had a clog that filled our HVAC unit with more than 20 gallons of water. They found the clog, drained the water, and we were back in business!
I was able to get an appointment very quickly, which I wasnt expecting. The technician was prompt and personable. He was extremely knowledgeable and I felt like we were in good hands.
Aire serv of Fairfield came by (our AC outside unit was dead, had no pressure) and looked over the home. Compete with very fancy booklets, iPad tablets with happy feedback from previous customers...Very slick operation. At a HUGE COST. Not only did they want to replace the outside unit, they wanted to replace perfectly fine duct work, electrical wiring, upgrade the breaker box, add in a different circuit, remove an old humidifier unit, weed the yard near the outside unit...It it wasnt nailed down they wanted to replace it. If it WAS nailed down, they would charge you for a claw hammer to remove the nails, then replace the items. Just because they were within 50 feet of the AC unit.They quoted nearly $7000.00Another trusted experienced company did the work NEEDED (replace AC unit and line, adjust ductwork) for under $3000 for a nice 2 ton Trane unit, with warranty by company with 50 years of history.AC worked FANTASTIC this summer.
My brother lives in Ohio and has used AirServ for greater than 20 years. When I, his brother, contacted AirServ of Harrison, Ohio, the response was very rapid & his air conditioning was re-set. He is a Cancer survivor but has other medical issues & AirServ supports him marvelously.
Fast, courteous service by knowledgeable technician including photos of all that was found. My favorite part of the experience was that they sent a notification when the tech was on the way. This notification included a photo of the person who would be showing up at my door!!

2022-06-16I love that they sent me a picture of the service technician that would be coming to my home. Additionally, the they kept me updated as to when he would be arriving & he was on time. He was very professional, courteous & explained everything in detail, then showed me pictures of what he saw & where the damage occurred.I am very impressed with the service technician & the AireServ company as a whole. I highly recommend them.

2022-03-23Had a dryer vent cleaned. It is a long run of duct work through our roof so it is important we keep clean. Aire Serv Tech did a great job cleaning out the vent and checked to be sure the dryer vent system was performing properly before leaving. Would recommend Air Serv for dryer vent cleaning. They were on time and very professional also i think their pricing is excellent.

2022-02-24I was a long-time customer of Controlled Comfort, and like everyone who knew him, I was deeply saddened by the death of the owner of that company, Ken Ashcraft. He was a very good man, a friend, and did an exceptional job in his trade.Before he got sick, Ken had given a quote on a new air handler and heat pump for my house. When Controlled Comfort was purchased by Aire Serve, they gave me a call. Although they couldn’t honor Ken’s quote (the prices of the equipment had gone up over 10%) Aire Serves’s quote, only reflected that increase, so I had them do the installation.Almost three months later, I couldn’t be happier. From first contact, the job the technicans did, to follow-up with the Aire Serve office, everyone has been professional, and helpful.I miss my friend Ken very much. But I think he would be happy knowing that his former customers are being treated well by Aire Serve.Aire Serve is now my HVAC company, and I highly recommend them.

2021-07-13Evan was a true professional from the moment he arrived. He allowed me to explain what was going on with our system and he listened. Then he offered his advice and explained everything he would be doing. I was extremely impressed on how quickly he performed the work but also how well it was done. Evan has a great attitude, extreme HVAC knowledge, and represents Aire Serve perfectly. I love his work ethic, being an old school type of guy myself. I highly recommend Air Serve.
