I love this vet!! Have been going there for years with all my pets over the years. Dr. Dave is great as well as his young female vet. I never have to worry about being taken advantage of price wise. It is a drive but it is absolutely worth it. I have also boarded my dogs there over the years. Thank you agripet!!
I have taken my 17 year old pomeranian to Agri-Pet since he was a few months old. He has always gotten excellent care, and their prices are very reasonable. Over the years he has been seen by all but one of the vets in the practice. Each one does a thorough exam, explains things very well and are compassionate. The front desk gals and vet techs are also wonderful!
Would not choose any other vet! They are respectful and kind. They treat you and your pet like family. Went to a vet with my border collie and the doc was going to put her to sleep. Everyone recommended Agri-pet. I took her there. She only had arthritis! I have been taking my other dogs there. They listen and answer all of your questions. You are kept up to date when surgery is done. I highly recommend them for all your furry friends needs
I love this place. I have been going here for years. I have had 3 dogs over the years and they are always very well taken care of. I have also used their boarding service and you cant beat the service or price. The prices here are GREAT! I have moved to the City of Cincinnati and Oh My Goodness expensive!
Relocating to a new city is always a hard thing to do, and one of the most stressful parts is worrying about finding quality care for your animals. When I asked around for recommendations Agri-Pet was a name that I was given more than once. At the time we were living on the other side of Cincinnati and so it took over an hour to get to our first appointment with our 10 year old Pointer who had a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted. It was worth the drive! From the very first time we walked in the door, to the morning we dropped her off for her surgery, we felt welcomed by every member of their staff and they answered all of our questions thoroughly and addresses any concerns that we had in detail. Since then we have had all four of our other 4 legged kids into their clinic for check-ups, vaccinations and any other ailments that they might have had. Each and every time we leave the clinic knowing that our animals have received the best care possible by dedicated individuals. Their entire staff treats our animals as if they were their own, and there is no better feeling in the world than that when it comes to your pets.
I am extremely disappointed in the service that I most recently received from Agripet. In the past, I have always been satisfied with Agripet and how they cared for my Great Pyrenees, Sal. Less than a month ago we boarded our dog for 3 days (Friday-Sunday); upon drop off we were asked by the Agripet staff if we could help with putting our dog into the crate as he would not walk in himself. When we walked back to help, we found that the dog in the neighboring crate had a very loud cough. I immediately asked the Vet Tech if the dog had kennel cough, I asked because my dog has kidney issues which results in also a weakened immune system where he is more susceptible to illness and infection (as advised by the Vet). The tech quickly replied that the neighboring dog did not have kennel cough, I trusted this response and left my dog in their care. On Monday morning my husband and I returned to Agripet to pick Sal up, after we paid the fee we were told by the woman working the front desk to keep an eye on our dog because they had received complaints from other dog owners that their pets had a cough a few days after returning home. I immediately started to question her because I was upset, I felt that I was intentionally deceived so that Agripet could collect on my boarding fee and I was stuck left with whatever medical bills would arise from their negligence. I was also upset because the vet tech that I originally questioned told me that there were no issues within the boarding facility. If she was unsure, she should have said that, instead I was not even given the opportunity to change my mind about letting my dog stay overnight. Sure enough, my dog developed a terrible cough within a day of being back at home. My husband called Agripet to request medication, we were advised that they could not call in the medication to our local Kroger and we’d have to return to the office to pick up medicine. We have medication that our dog takes daily, it was prescribed by Agripet and they currently do call it into our local grocery store, I did not understand why they would not in this case. I will note that my husband and I live in Cincinnati, we continued to take our dog to Agripet because of his extensive health issues, we USED to feel comfortable taking him to a vet that knew his case—clearly we do not have this feeling any longer. After my husband talked to the person on the phone more, they finally agreed to call in the medication, the overall cost was nearly $100 total. I began to feel that the wellbeing of my dog was not the vet’s concern; instead they were more concerned of making a dollar of me by making my purchase medication from their own stock as it was not offered to me free of charge. We called the Agripet office and requested a call back to further discuss the kennel cough, it has now been nearly 2 full weeks and we still have yet to receive a call back—I will note that communication has not previously been an issue but I feel cheated because this time the issue involves monetary funds. I feel that my dog and family are nothing but paycheck. We are being avoided so that Agripet does not have to address the fact that they should refund us for their incompetent behavior and the medical costs that arose from that. To make this situation right, I feel that I should have been offered free boarding in the least however I cannot even get a call back. I will be moving my dog to a new vet and I do plan to voice my opinions to any other family or friends that use Agripet for their services, and I will look into what steps I need to take to file a complaint with the BBB. I don’t feel that what is happening in this office is right and I believe that people should be made aware before they trust these people with the pets that they love.
Wonderful people! They saved the life of my cat. I found him one night when it was cold and rainy after he had been hit by a car. He was a local neighborhood cat who didnt have a real home. We took him in and I rushed him to them, we named him Boo-Boo. They worked great with me. I had to bring him in every few days to get his cast changed. Little Boo-Boo didnt seem to mind, it was like he knew they were helping him. I dont think he would have lived without the care that they gave. Thank you so much.
My dog torn his cruciate ligament so Dr. Everett scheduled surgery to fix it, but because it was such a big surgery it would take up two of their surgery slots so we had to wait a month and a half. This surgery would cost us around $1200 and my daughter took off two weeks of work to take care of our dog afterwards. Dr. Krausher was supposed to do the surgery, but stopped the surgery after putting my dog under anesthesia and said our dog didnt need the surgery. Then, when we picked our dog up, Dr. Krausher changed his mind and said he maybe our dog does need the surgery, but wanted to let him go two weeks without any pain meds to see how he does. This didnt sit well with us so we took our dog for a second opinion and the new vet said our dog definitely did need the surgery and couldnt understand why anyone would put an animal under anesthesia for surgery and then just stop like that. The price for the surgery at this new vet will be no more than half than what Argi-pet was going to charge us, which is good because Argi-pet charge us to put our dog under anesthesia only to stop 10 minutes in. I should probably be happy Dr. Krausher stopped the surgery before it started since he is clearly incompetent.
Dot croucher in doc Everett to me though the best in the whole world and I know theres better vets but they have saved plenty of my animals I would know what to do without doctor croucher super great great guy think the world of him and I like teasing him when I get a deer in a turkey and he didnt get one

2022-04-15Very rude customer service. I called in to ask to bring in a stray cat with an ear hematoma and was asked if I was a current client. I said, no, and the girl who answered the phone said that would make me not a client and that I could not bring in the cat. That girl who answered the phone needs to learn how to speak to people properly and not hang up while they are in mid sentence.

2019-11-30Best vet I’ve ever been to! They were able to see my dog same day when we had an emergency, their pricing is incredibly affordable, and they are extremely quick and efficient. Everyone from the office staff to the veterinarians themselves are extremely courteous, understanding, and caring toward the animals. I truly cannot speak highly enough about them. I recommended them to a friend as well, and he has since taken his dog there twice- they have fixed an issue for him and his dog that a previous vet did not properly treat. He recommends as well!!Thanks again for wonderful, affordable service! I’m a customer for life.
