I would like to say that I am impressed with the care that I got. Having got dental work done previously somewhere else, I think I am qualified to make a comparison. My doctor was OUTSTANDING! He spent a lot of time with me, explaining what he was going to do! The support staff was friendly and attentive as well. I will go back if I need any more work, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
The Techs are Super Nice, They Listen and act accordingly to fix problem. Always have a Smile I Think behind Their Mask. Glad a came here for My Work.

Friendly and professional and all around great experiences with them so far...but if Im honest they could be slightly more accurate with their appointment times.... I got in for my appointment at my scheduled time and immediately got called back to sit and wait for my procedure but then I sat there for about 35-40 minutes before they even came to do my procedure which took only about 15-20min.Other than that everything was great procedure (redo on my softliner) went great and they fit incredibly and I honestly do look forward to my continued visits and business with them.
I have needed partials for several years and was nervous to go and get them. I called to schedule an appointment on a Tuesday got in on Thursday and had my partials on Friday. Everyone in the Lima, Ohio office was amazing! From the receptionist on down. They were all very helpful and kept me at ease. Thank you for giving my smile back!

Struggled thru covid procedures during the process, plus one dentist retiring, one temporary dentist who yanked what stitches I had left causing my gums to bleed. Thankful most came out at home, by snipping the knots and not just yanking on thread. Finally a permanent dentist for the next to last procedure. Primary insurance was sent by Affordable dentures since at the time I had first procedure done, they filed everything for me. That has since changed. The secondary insurance was finally completed months later, after receptionist found time to get information I needed and signatures to complete the paperwork I brought to her, then some how the wrong birthdate got put on the paperwork so I was denied. After I contacted the secondary insurance company and explained the mistake I recieved their payment. I opted for bone grafting, recommended by them, which dental insurance didnt pay for. Medical insurance may pay, but with the hassle I had the previous time I didnt bother with it.Last time I was there a new receptionist, not much better.This is at least 45 minute drive for me, so when the dentist only does some of the dental work at 7a.m. or 8a.m. appointments, I have to take a vacation day the night before to get there on time.. So when my 8 a.m. appointment becomes 9 a.m. or later( which I could work and be on time) I am not happy.If I had to do over, I would have stayed local.
When I stated this process in July of 2020 I was very happy. Even with covid they kept things going well. Now the Lima office has switched doctors and this apparently switches all rules. When I called for my final dentures today I was told very rudely that I was supposed to get my final in April. I have a contract that states I have 18 months to complete this process so that my gums can heal all the way. I was also told that it will not be done in the same day. This is why I went here because it is advertised as same day service. On my last appointment I was told that it would be an all day appointment and would need to appear three times that day. Now they want me to travel over an hour more than once and take multiple day off work to do what was all to be done in one day. They are trying to now blame this on Covid. BS
My first appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. I drove an hour to find out my appointment was rescheduled. On the day of my extractions & top denture I was told that it would cost more than the original quote. A lot more. About $400 more. After telling them I wouldnt pay that they went ahead & pulled all my top teeth. The denture made doesnt fit right. They wouldnt bill my insurance stating that I would be given claims paperwork to fill out & submit which I did. My insurance company has let Me know that the office didnt put a tax ID number on the form so now I need new forms. Ive called & emailed numerous times & have been told they only print out & give claims forms on the day of the procedure. Im now trying to find whoever is above them to try & get my money from insurance. This whole ordeal has been & still is a nightmare! I wish I never wouldve gone & found a real dentist to do my work!
My daughter had a horrible experience at this location in Lima, Ohio on Bellefontaine Rd. The front office staff was rude and unprofessional! The dentist she has was unprofessional ! The made her a set of dentures that didnt fit her mouth. She couldnt even eat with them in. Her top denture were slanted back! she went to get them adjusted and he said theres nothing he could do.. She was told they would credit her account..Well see..Unsatisfied customer
Staff was exceptional! Overall experience was top notch. I thank them whole heartedly for everything. Highly recommended.

Consultation, 16 extractions, and a new smile ALL IN ONE DAY! I highly recommend this office! Never make me feel like Im bothering them if I have a question or require an adjustment. Truly feel listened to, and that means a lot! Thank you ladies for helping me smile again, the feeling is priceless!
Made an appointment via the web. Their site lists times stated in central time. Made an appointment for 3:00 PM Central time. got a confirmation of the appointment via email for 3:00 PM central time. Got a web confirmation after completing the appointment for 4:00 PM. Arrived at 3:35 PM and the front office was closed. Called the number posted on their door. Was told they closed at 3:30 PM I would need to reschedule. No way to run an office.
I would give this place 5 stars if it wasnt for the long wait every single time Ive been here! Ive always had to wait at least an hr past my appt time before being called back, otherwise the staff is absolutely great and so kind, not judgmental and makes you feel very comfortable...I do recommend this place to anyone needing dentures!
Everyone in this office has been extremely caring and compassionate during my treatment. I highly recommend this office. The girls are always friendly and kind. Over the past 2 years they have become like family. Always smiling and genuinely care about each patient they have. I would recommend them to anyone!

Was first called and had to reschedule, due to the Dentist quit. Waited a month and went back. Was told to arrive for my 10:00 appt 15 to 20min early. Drove to Lima from Findlay...waited in the parkin lot for 2 HOURS!!! Before i went in and sat for another hour.. saw NO dentist! Paid 95 bucks for xrays that NO ONE looked at. Had to leave due to lack of patience, and the absolute WORSE service I have ever received from any kind of health service!!!THIS PLACE WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, DISASTER I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. I ONLY GAVE IT 1 STAR SO I COULD WARN EVERYONE FROM GOING TO THE LIMA FACILITY. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. I WOULD MUCH RATHER KNOCK MY OWN TEETH OUT THAN GO BACK.It was filthy in the offices as well. Dirt and unsanitary debris in the room i waited in. !!!

The reception was pleasantly professional. The owner/dentist was horribly unprofessional. She hurt my lip and didnt apologize but said I shouldve opened my mouth wider & there was an extremely old woman working in the back that was rude & unprofessional. Oh, and I was told that to have the partial match my teeth that would be extra. Another greedy bait & switch move from a greedy owner/so called dentist. I originally gave this place two stars only b/c of the receptionist but I am looking at this partial that doesnt match my teeth daily and I think one star is too much.
I thought everyone was so nice . Tomm. I get my teeth i am sure they will look great. I would not want to go anywhere else. The last set I had was from affordable dentures they look like my own. And I had them i think at lease 15 years.

The people were very nice.But I was very surprised when I was told at the end they have a minimum before I can use my medical card. A card they take.So of course that was one thing I never thought to ask.
Wait was very long past my appointment time then the receptionist was not very friendly, we ended up walking out before seeing anyone almost 2 hours past our appointment time. Insurance is not welcome here also. Very disappointed overall. Will not return.
I started my journey here more than 6 months ago. Beginning with my first visit, the staff and Dr. Padia are so kind and professional. I was in so much pain and scared. They put me at ease, explained all my options and together as a team we came up with the best plan for my needs. The lady I have is extremely rude and mean. Went the day after my surgery to get a liner put in and she ripped my dentures out. Told me to be quite cus I moaned out of pain I didnt let her touch my bottoms and left. She didnt even try to be gentle. My dentures fit horribly tops are sloppy bottoms were so tight it took me a week to get them out. They were so tighr that i couldnt even fif my pinky in the slot and i havs small hands. ALL the money I spent (2000) on dentures alone i would think they would do a better job. Super disappointed in the service and dentures.
Very friendly. Great atmosphere. Getting a new set of Dentures. Because of COVID19 have to to be sent out now so there is a wait. They are definitely keeping their patients safe.
In process of seeing no.3 dentist. I purchased the best they had, the teeth was too large, they said they didnt have the right size..They never did get the dentures to fit right. At the end they made a cheap set, that the gums turned black, so all went in trash..A waist of Thousands of dollars..they couldnt make or didnt want to.The Dentist, she pulled my teeth,that she was good at..Her English wasnt so good, or the understanding of it.If you like to gamble, give them a try...You get what they make, if they fit of not.Good luck..
Very friendly staff. Very reassuring staff that I wouldnt be bothering them if I needed to come in more frequently for adjustments than needed for my new partial. Made conversation with me and kept me comfortable every time I have been there.
I have had nothing but good experience with AF in Lima . I was terrified to have my teeth removed with oral sedation but I did not feel nor remember anything. I went for my second soft relign yesterday it went well. If you are worried about getting dentures and if you are getting quality care look no further than AF in Lima Ohio
The lower plate did not fit properly. Returned 2 different times for adjustments and did not correct the problem. Went back the 3rd time and the warranty had expired so they would not make any corrections without additional charge. I will never never recommend them to anyone!
I feel very comfortable in going to the office. I have a question they always answer it and help to understand what is going on with my dentures and give me an idea what may take place. They are very from the front desk and all the way with the personnel that cares of me.

This is the third time I have used affordable dentures and was very pleased 2 times I haven’t got to put my new partial in yet because my surgery isn’t until August 3rd But hopefully I will be very pleased with them after my surgery fingers crossed but I know affordable dentures will make it right if not thank you have a blessed day I will Absolutely recommend this company to family and friends

2022-04-22An awesome step forward to reduce the cost of dental care, these guys are caring professionals who will care for your dental health without having to spend your entire savings accountHowever, the secretary at the front desk is minimally helpful. Will not answer phone calls, and will treat you like an animal. Not sure what dump street they picked her up from, but she has some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen.

2022-07-07They do a consultation and give you a price up front before anything is done with no hidden fees. The Dr is very patient to make sure your ok and not in pain. And the nurse makes sure the dentures fit right and adjusted them as you needed so they fit you correctly and dont cause any discomfort or pain.

2022-06-02The rate would be higher but Brianna is very rude and unprofessional. No one ever answers the phone and you always have to leave a message. I spoke with her on Tuesday about an appointment for Friday. Call today because I couldnt remember exact time and she never put it in the system and told me I didnt confirm it. I dont need to call back and comfirm if Im already talking to you on the phone. Some of us work and have to take a day off of work bc they can only do certain things at certain times. I cant wait until this process is all over
