Today was the first visit I felt someone took time to help. My temp has been gagging me for months been in twice for a softliner and adjustments noone took any time . Today was different Jeannie was amazing and took time. And I can finally wear my temps. Thank you Jeanne for taking the time and caring I appreciate you !...today I went in for a soft liner again 7/21/22 there maybe 15 minutes told the technology the top was still falling out even with liner ever time I opened my mouth. Was told to use polident or equivalent.Also I left and the liner stuff was all over my teeth the pallet part I had to scrape it off .. just feel they should allow more time. We spend a lot of money and it takes a long time to get an appointment they could at.least listen to our concerns.. love the front desk ladies
I was so satisfied with the time that was taken so that I could make a choice that fits me and what I could afford and the finished product was perfect my smile is better then original smile and dentures where ready within days. I am a very satisfied customer.
I went in today and I had the nicest lady ever! She didnt make me embarrassed or un welcome. She actually helped me. And made me feel like I do deserve to have a great perfect smile. Jeannie you are the absolute best. Im so glad I had you today or I would have second guessed myself.
Never have been satisfied with my experience at affordable dentures of Dayton until my recent visit Jeannie listened to my concerns and complaints about the fit mitt of my dentures and low and behold they fit great now and I’m pretty happy with my experience today

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not only did this office not want to return my money when I no longer needed services, but after getting hung up on by a staff member and told I can’t get a refund, they tried to give me 600$ out of my 1600$ when i told her the amount was wrong she (the office manager)told me that’s what the REGIONAL manager did and she had no control over, she then told me i had other procedures that were taken out, BUT I ALREADY PAID FOR THAT the day before in cash. I paid a total of 2965$ and requested a price breakdown and she told me SHE couldn’t get me that information even though they are the ones who accepted my 2 payments of cash 1365 for procedure /1600 for implants, there is some type of fraud going on at this office and the proper Authorities need to investigate!
After several consultation visits I was scheduled to remove my upper teeth and have implants placed in July 2021. I was told at that time I would have my new teeth in about 4 months. I got my teeth yesterday 2/2/22. They wobble on the posts and I cannot speak at all with this thing in my mouth as it feels like it will fall out. There is a large gap between my gums and the denture where I have a feeling the food will go if I choose to put it back in. She told me to start with Meatloaf and mashed potatoes...what do you think I have been eating all this time? She told me to sing in the car and in the shower so I can say words again!! I have a job ON THE PHONE, I cant spend weeks trying to relearn how to speak. I dont feel like I could eat anything without gagging and losing all the food between my gums and denture. The healing denture was MASSIVE and I stopped wearing it long ago as they could not adjust this to my much smaller than normal mouth. There were an excessive number of appointments and time off work with large gaps of time between appointments. Clearly, the making of the final teeth is a challenge for this place and I have cried everyday knowing that I no longer have any choices. I am now over 9k further in debt with 4 posts sticking out of my gums and the most ill fitting teeth I could have imagined after going in for new molds twice. The final teeth are rough and kind of bumpy, that texture adds to the gag factor for me. I thought they would be smooth like newly cleaned teeth. Also, probably my fault but I thought implants were implanted, I was directed to take out daily and clean this ill fitted device and try to reattach it. Also, she said, I might get sore white spots on my gums? That doesnt sound appealing. I havent mentioned the technical issues with the xray machine, computer system, cancelled appointments, and god forbid if you get emotional about your teeth, you will be treated like pond scum from that point forward. I know money is tight and times are tough but go to your regular dentist and go with the place they recommend for services. At this point, having no teeth and my services with Affordable concluded I would gladly pay the extra 12k on my first estimate with a professional to have useable teeth again.
Had a full mouth extraction everything was great dr. Sullivan was awesome. Im scared of going to the dentist and they made me feel comfortable they work well with me through it and Im just happy that I picked the right place to go to. The whole staff was amazing! Id highly recommend going there.

Dr. Sullivan did a great job with my extractions, my temporary dentures are great! I feel the staff listens to you thoroughly when you need adjustments. It’s been about 2 months since my denture journey started and They did an excellent job!
I had a relatively simple problem, I needed new dentures. Just make a new set, no extractions to worry about, no open wounds to heal up, just dentures. I made an appointment, the soonest one was a month and a half away. During that time I was emailed 4 different times changing my appointment time. The day finally arrived and I arrived to find a handwritten note on the door informing me they are CLOSED that week! They couldnt tell me that? Would have not given one star.
I was referred by the Forest Park branch as they could not service me after trying to workk with them for two months.The Centerville office, first of all answered their phone, I didnt have to leave a message. I got an appointment within two days and theywere very friendly!I met with Dr. Sullivan who discussed my case and worked with me to make a decision. He then personally took my teeth molds. Very efficient and caring. Will recommend this office!
I had someone recommended this place I wish I had actually checked their reviews. I cry daily Im so dissatisfied. I paid 2300 for new dentures that fit as bad if not worse than the original dentures Medicaid provided me. It was always a nightmare to contact their office. The gums are so thick and are shaped weirdly I have to apply Fixadent adhesive several times daily just to keep them from falling out. I wish I had never spent a dime with them with them.
Had to come three times for them to make three sets of a flipper which is a partial every set had a chip on the end of the tooth. None of them fit properly and they didn’t know how to adjust it to make it fit. To all the times I had to wait an hour or longer to be seen. In another time they had me come in extra because they lost or broke my imprint. After the third time of them trying to make me a partial and not knowing how to adjust it to fit I finally just got a refund. This place is a mess and we’re not recommend it to no one. I have had a flipper for 10 years so I’ve had a couple of those made they have always fit great and looked great until I’ve came here. Anywhere else I’ve been they’ve always knew how to adjust them this place I guess just don’t know how.
I came to affordable denture on springboro Pike because of bad results from the Good neighbor House when I first spoke to them I thought they were going to help me , several days ago I finally had Amy help me which I wore my dentures for a day and a half only to have them hurt on the bottom I will never go back there again I know theyre never remedy the situation I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone for the money I have spent I do not like my dentures they should be made right I am very disappointed Ill be saving my money and trying to go somewhere else anindependent dentist Im not some factory made
When I was First Brought Back by Lashara I could tell rite away she knew what she was doing she even went to get me a blanket and dimmed my lights as for the New Doctor Sullivan he was AMAZING and so gentle I would say this is The best dentist that also feel so comfortable!

It took 2 hours on hold to book an appointment 6 weeks soonest I could get. Terrible pain and ice and heating pad on jaw, sores in mouth- couldnt eat and assistant didnt even look in my mouth. She did grind some off my dentures and told me to come back if pain continues. Would not recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone.
They were so helpful to me and Jeanie went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and to help me.
Took months and this wasnt my first set of teeth. 1st partial was broken. This dentist is less than friendly and his compassion is questionable. My teeth look hideous and Im sorry I ever went there.
This place is the best the pulled my tooth same day and it wasnt bad at all Dr. Sullivan is the best always trust his word I promise it will be the best decision you make.

My experience was somewhat good and bad. Bad because I didnt like the fact , they schedule everyone at the same time first thing in the morning when they open but they dont get started til a half hour later. Also 3 people walked in with broken teeth and one said it was the 5th time., it made me uncomfortable. But there was a person name Jenny that provided the best information and care . She was very professional
I went first to Aspen dental for a consult based on publicized pricing for new dentures. They could get me an appointment before Affordable. What a mistake! The plan they put together was 3x what I found at Affordable for the same level of services! I am so happy to be getting my needs taken care of by an office that charges what they say! The people were GREAT! (Shout out to Ashley and Teresa!) Looking forward to working with Affordable Dental & Implants in Miamisburg Ohio!
I feared this would be another dirty office with unprofessional staff and unprofessional/inconsiderate dentist (Aspen Dental). But Affordable Dentures was clean & welcoming. ALL staff, including the dentist, were professional, skilled, & patient. The front desk girl was so nice! I have already recommended this office to others
For the record i only gave 1 star because i had to. This place has been a nightmare for my mother. My mom had her remaining teeth pulled in August of 2020. They left pieces of teeth in her gums. Got a horrible infection thankfully the E.R. gave her iv anibiotics. They then tried to charge $500 out of pocket for partial dentures which i found out were actually covered through her insurance. She was then told a month ago that she couldnt have dentures until June of 2021 (10 months later)they tried to say it was her insurance. So after doing a little digging with her insurance i found out shes been approved for dentures since September 2020. But they got a new doctor who doesnt take any kind of medicaid. So thats the problem he wouldnt of been paid by her insurance. They then wanted her to go to another office 2 1/2 hours away because that doctor took her insurance. Because a almost 3 hour drive is ok for someone in a wheelchair. Even though she was already a patient there. They have lied, ignored phone calls, and if you start asking any questions the lovely lady who occasionally answers the phone (i mean if you get them to answer its shocking)says you are being loud or rude. I found her another dentist office they had her dentures done in 2 weeks. Treated her with kindness and respect. This place should be ashamed for what they do to elderly people.
As a geriatric nurse, I am no stranger to dentures or the importance of good customer service. What my Mother has experienced at this office is appalling. We have been giving different information each time we ask when she is going to get her dentures. the process started on February the 23rd 2021. We were told she would receive her dentures before Easter. After several trips and 2 different molds made on April 13th she came home with the worst temporary denture that was way to big. When she was taken back to have them resized it was then we were told she would not get her permanent ones until Nov. The office staff were beyond rude, refused to give a itemized bill , over charged her by about $700.00 and she still does not have her dentures. I would not having given them a 1 star but I had to in order to post this warning!!!
The staff and service at Affordable Dentures was beyond great!! They made me feel very comfortable and everyone was very nice and professional. If anyone has doubts or worries about going to a dentist as I did rest assured this is the place to go. My very heartfelt thanks and appreciation goes to everyone at the Miamisburg Affordable Dentures.

First time I’ve ever been to affordable dentures. As soon as I walk in, I am greeted by the extremely nice receptionist. She answers all my questions and gives me a lot of info to take home with me. I go ahead and set up a free consultation and she gets me in the next morning. I was really pleased when she asked if I wanted to take the paperwork home to fill out at home and bring back in the next day. I go in the next morning and only wait maybe 5 minutes before I’m called back. The lady who called me back was also extremely nice. She seen that an older lady was coming into the building and she said she was going to get the door for her right quick. I told her that was fine. Once we got to the room she was right to the point and listened to what I wanted done. I go back in a couple of weeks to have some stuff done and I can’t wait. I know I am in good hands there. Awesome place to go and the staff are amazingly pleasant. My dad and brother had a great experience at affordable dentures in Muncie, Indiana and since I live in Ohio i thought I’d give them a try in Dayton. So glad I did!

I am over this place. My first visit and extractions went well. My first alignment was horrible. Then the coronavirus hit. After patiently waiting, with no teeth I might add, I was finally able to make an appointment! However a few days before the appointment they called to reschedule. On the day of the appointment, I was running 15 minutes late and the doctor said I would have to reschedule. Two weeks later (today) I get to their office and they were closed due to an emergency. I received no phone call or text, so drove 40 minutes and lost a day’s paycheck for nothing. Called the number on the door to reschedule and was on hold for an hour. 3 months and no teeth later and I’m going to another office.
First visit at this location. Very clean office and rooms. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked through the door. I went in for a consultation and Ashley was great at explaining all of my options and helping me make a decision on the treatment I wanted. My husband has had two sets of dentures from Affordable Dentures & Implants (other locations) and would definitely recommend to anyone, for their quality and price.
This place is awful! They dont answer their phones, they dont return calls. The intial free consultation was a joke, the dentist spent three minutes with me.. I paid 150 dollars for the required x-ray to see if I was a good match for implants. Took 6 weeks and several complaints to get a call. Now they dont take insurance and wont refund my 150. I can have the xray but they wont include a reading. I will in no way trust these people for my care.
The work they do is decent work, but they seriously lack communication. They assume that I wanted the cheapest dentures possible when actually I wanted the best. Also no communication on what you want done. I want my top and bottom but they assumed again that I only wanted the top done.
Dr. Soh and the staff have been really caring. My extractions, bone grafts and the way he operated were painless and careful, I feel fortunate to have had him. He saw me the very next day for follow-up, took time to answer my questions and make adjustments. I also had a positive experience last year with other extensive work. The staff at the front desk, technicians and assistants are great!
Hi!this is the worst place ever I have visited in my entire life.NO Professionalism at all.1)staff members are very rude,2)you have to wait at least 1-2hours before being called in, even if you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time 3) one nursing staff had a big tattoo on her left arm(impression was, as if we are visiting a casino not a dental office) 4) they refuse to sell economy dentures at all and I have been pushed to buy premium dentures.5) doctor showed his face only once for 2 minutes and that too in a hurry.After I paid them in full for premium dentures on first visit, even on my request, doctor did not showed his face at all on my subsequent visits. and my all denture problems were held by nursing staff who were highly unprofessional and incompetent.Affordable dentures is highly misnomer term here.i request everybody please please DO NOT waste your hard earned money here, find some other better place to get your dentures work done in a professional manner.affordable dentures people are highly unprofessional, only money minded people and everything else they say is a bunch of BIG Lies.!! trust me on this!!
They are impossible to reach. Ive waited 3 weeks for xray results I paid $175.00 out of pocket to have done.. I only get their service when I call.. If I get through to the service at all. I have sat on hold for up to 20 minutes. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am no longer going to see them and those xrays are now useless. They should refund my money!

Purchased a new denture and it took 3 visits with basically was 2 weeks to receive my denture. While in the office the dentures were feeling ok but they were only in for a few minutes before being sent on my way. My denture is cutting into the area under my lip causing severe pain. Called to get the dentures adjusted and was told the next available appointment will be almost a month away. So I spent my money to still not be able to wear my teeth.
Terrible experience. After 3 adjustments to the my healing set, I was told there was nothing else they could do besides make new ones. I asked if I could just have the permanent set made. Shockingly, I was told I had to wait a year. A fact I wasnt told and I am moving over 2000 miles away soon. So the doctor agreed to a refund so that day they took back my teeth leaving me with no teeth and no refund. Now after a month of phone calls and being told its in corporates hands and not to call there, more than 5 calls to corporate with case manager not replying and still $2339 in the hole, my next course of action is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
Went in to get my dentures relined and I have medicaid. I only have the medicaid for one month and they were able to get me right in and reline my wonderful dentures and did a FANTASTIC job!!! Could not be more happy! Ashley was so sweet and so nice and did a great job and helped me out ! I would recommend these guys to anybody! Thank you all!! Tony Mauro
Everyone at this office works hard to give each patient the best experience in dental and denture purchases. Theyll work with you if possible on price, because they want each person to walk out of there, proud of their smile. Be prepared to wait, but know, it is worth it. From the dentist to all the techs and office personnel, this office goes the extra mile to insure your visit is the best experience possible. If you are lucky enough to get Ashley as your tech, know she will do all she can to assist Dr. K In making sure that when you leave there, you are a satisfied customer. I would recommend this place 💯 percent. I had 5 teeth pulled and implants put it and I was never in any pain. Dr.Kahn definitely knows what hes doing and hes very good at it. Staff has always been very friendly, always willing to chat, and I always felt comfortable being there! Im very happy with my choice at Affordable Dentures!
Most people post negative reviews, but I want to post what an AWESOME experience I had with my mother.Jill, Dr. Kahn and all the staff were wonderful to accommodate my mother with special needs. My mom is currently in a nursing home and special transportation had to be arranged for the whole process. The facility was totally equipped to handle all her needs and 100% willing to work with everyone involved to have her dentures made from beginning to end. The best part, she had lost her original pair at the nursing home, so these had to be made with nothing to reference. They are BEAUTIFUL and Mom loves to show them off to everyone.I would recommend Affordable Dentures to everyone!Thank you again for the wonderful experience.Amy Shrout

This place is a literal joke. Called the call center and ask her twice to make sure they took our insurance. She told me yes twice. So we when yesterday from piqua. The weather was horrible took an hour to get there. They took him back for x rays. Then we start looking at prices I told her we had half off through our insurance. She said we dont take insurance. They should have asked this before they even started anything. Never will we go there again. Never.
Had a couple teeth pulled lower. Was not that bad getting them pulled . And a Temporary plate. When to get it relined not to bad . When back because there swimmers . There so bad trying to eat , they swim ! Went back told my problem . And they said can’t do nothing . I just wanted them relined . I sure hope when I get the. Permanent ones there better then what I’ve been going through ! Not a happy camper for now !
Lies are told to get you in the door.You can get dentures in one day.You can get dentures for under $400If after a couple of days you need anadjustment, just bring them back in and wellfix them.All lies.I have my new Dentures, it took over a week to get them.They refused to sell me the economy dentures.I paid almost three times more for them than I was told I would.I had a problem with them the first night, and when I called to ask about coming in, they said it would be a week.I am happy with my new dentures for the most part, but I will not be a repeat customer.
I walked in expecting to have all my teeth pulled and getting dentures because of issues I was having and what I had been told by another dentist. Instead I was advised to not have my teeth pulled but to have a few things done. They even recommended a dentist in my network to contact. I had a free x-ray and consultation and they treated me wonderfully.
From the first time I walked into the office, I have always been greeted with warmth and sincerity. Everyone expresses concern to insure that I am being taken care of. Answering my questions. I never have to wait extended amounts of time to get in . When I walk out of the the office I am always pleased with the assistance I received. I would highly recommend them if you need a full set of dentures or just a single implant. You cant get better service any where else.

Very unimpressed. Didnt see the dentist. No one even looked at my mouth. Nothing was done.I had a family and very close friend who had gotten dentures from Affordable. One in Shelbyville and one in Muncie. They both had all teeth extracted and left with dentures.I was looking to have my upper relined and get a lower denture. My lower teeth were extracted 5+ weeks ago. Ive had my upper 3 yrs. They want me to come back next week at 8 am to have my upper relined and then either wait or come back at 3 pm to pick up then come back the following week for my lower denture.I have over an hours drive one way.
Everyone was very pleasant was in and out in no time. Super excited about getting my dentures from affordable dentures. Would highly recommend them .

This office staff and this dentist were absolutely top of the line. My mom has been having trouble for years with her partial and different folks kept changing this or that. One visit here and she can eat anything without food getting under it. We have tried at least 5 or 6 places. Again the staff and Dr. could not have been any better. Would recommend this crew to everybody I know. Thanks for a great visit!!!!
Waited 4 weeks for my final partial. Two sets of impressions had been done and the lab still had questions so they sent a wax mold. Now I get to wait another 4 weeks. Not the fault of the staff in Miamisburg but the fault of the lab. The partial better be perfect when I finally get it

By far, the WORST experience of Ive ever had to go through. You call the 937 number thinking you are calling the office. You were told if you make a morning appointment, you will get same day service. My appointment was scheduled for 10am. I arrived at 9:38am thinking I would have paperwork to fill out. It was around 10:30 before anyone even came to the front desk. Apparently, 5 other people were scheduled for 10am appts. It was around 11:30am before I was called back to a room. It was around 1pm when I left. After having several impressions made, it was then at the front desk, I was told in order to get same day service, the appt. should have been at 8am. WHAT!! Apparently, the call center has false information because I was told I would have same day service. So now, I have to go another entire week without a tooth. I find it very hard to believe that there wasnt one 30-minute appt.available until next week. I have a job that requires me to be in the public and I cant stay hiding in my office for another week. The only staff member that actually cared was Ashley. The other staff was rude and not empathic at all. You cant file a major complaint because these offices are independently owned. Affordable Dentures doesnt have a corporate office only patient services/relations department. All I wanted was a sooner appt to pick up my partial denture. I will be filing a formal civil complaint that will address the unorganization of the office and lack of professionalism. On a good note, Dr. Khan was very nice to talk to. Ive already paid for my dentures so unfortunately, I have to go back to pick them up. I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else for your dentures.
I had a complex extraction performed by Dr Kahn. He was very friendly and helped me feel relaxed. He was even singing along to the music playing in the office. I had absolutely no pain or discomfort during a challenging extraction of a broken tooth. Even the numbing medication was tolerable, Dr Kahn did an excellent job. All the staff were professional, understanding, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this office (Springboro pike) to anyone needing an extraction. I was in and out in a very short time. I left with a recommendation for a dentist that could perform more extensive diagnostics and a comprehensive plan for pain management.
I had a problem with a crown, and needed immediate assistance. Dr. Khan and every member of the staff have been so helpful and friendly throughout the process. Appointment was changed without my approval from 10 am on August 12 to 12:30 pm on August 23. Yhey couldnt even keep that appointment. I showed up at 12:15, watched 3 people come in after me and be seen before me. Even my 5 year old can tell time.
Well, this place will flat out lie to your face. At first everything was going good. I was called back and met by friendly staff. I was set into the chair and was instructed to wait for the doctor after my x-rays. The doctor came in and did my exam, and stated he could extract my tooth same day. Now, I hate going to the dentist and was extremely nervous. My BP was up and they had to take it twice until it was in an acceptable range. The complaint is, I asked for sedation to help me relax ( because they put all the damn tools right in front of me) as I waited for my local anesthesia to take effect. It took multiple injections just to get me numb, and after I asked for the sedation, the technician flat out told me, we do not do that here. So I thought, well maybe I misread the website. NOPE! Their website states sedation is offered and to ask for details. Right after my procedure the provider did not even stay to go over any instructions. He left, went right into his office, and proceeded to get on his cell phone. The worst part is I heard a staff member say to another dont put that patient to sleep, just use local. Now that could have been for another patient, but still confirms that sedation is provided and I was lied to. I also called the number on their website, and even that person stated that they offer it. DO NOT GO HERE!
I got bottom dental implants in August 2016. I was very apprehensive at first but after my first visit the staff & Dr Silvestry-Ortiz had me completely at ease. The Dr is very kind, confident, compassionate, & competent. I have recommended them to numerous people & I am 100% satisfied. Thank you.
All the ladies that worked with me was amazing and made my visit alot more comfortable. The doc himself was kinda short and fast but I understand he has others to do as well
Great service! You get a great product for a reasonable price. My husband was terrified when he originally went in for the consultation but Ashley was able to ease his mind quickly. The whole staff is great but Ashley and Dr. Kahn are our favorites.
Very positive experience with initial visit. My implant is estimated to be 50% less expensive than others providers in the area. Ill update this review after the procedure next week.
My mother went in because her partial didn’t fit. Which they had made. The dentist told her he didn’t make them they were someone else’s partial. He told her there was nothing he could do. I went in to talk to them. He cussed me and refused her service. I called the national and have yet to hear from anyone.
I contacted Affordable Denture because I had lost my upper denture. I went to appointment and was greeted very nicely by David at the Dayton office. They took me back and treated me excellent! I would and will let others what a Wonderful Dentistry they are!

I am 6 months in from extractions. Half way to my implants and premium denture. Just got temporaries relined for the first time. I have struggled with them fitting loosely and up till now I’ve had some difficulty eating. But after the realigning they fit perfectly again and I’m able to eat well
When I arrived there was no receptionist. I was there over a half hour before someone appeared. A number of other waiting customers left before someone showed up. When someone finally addressed my presence I was told that my appointment had not been recorded the previous week. The staff finally got me in after another hour wait to get my 3D scan for another office in Cincinnati. ( 40 minute drive).
Im leaving this review for my Grandma. Her name is Sarah, she wanted to say that, she was very pleased and has high regards for this place. They provided excellent customer service and helped her get the best product for her budget. They showed her, that they really care about their customers.Thank you!

On Wed. April 21, 2021 I called to make an emergency appointment for a toothache. I was told that I could not get in until JUNE. I have a toothache but it did not make a difference. I will never go back there again.I was a previous patient.
Actually great experience even though traumatic. 8 teeth pulled and temporary dentures. I am thrilled with my new teeth. Wonderful caring techs and Dr. Would highly recommend. Great prices best in town.

Arrived on time and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes before being taken back to being examined. Was told that someone called off and they were short staffed. The assistant was very nice. Dentist seemed rushed and could have been more gentle

I had dentures several years ago at the middle town location after having gone back probably over 20 times they could not get my dentures right .i paid them $2200 and all I got was the dentures they put in after you have them pulled. I was frustrated. From going back some many times and when I did go back again I was told it would cost me another 400 to get my dentures because I took to long! Shame on you afforadable dentures Very disappointed
This review is not against the people or the dentist. Its against the company for allowing dentists to open under their name and not providing the service advertised. Wasted overall 2hrs out of my day going there and back just to find out they did not have a lab on site to fix/repair my partial. Even though I was told it could be done. Poor communication and services not provided is the only reason for the one star review.
Have tried numerous numbers, website, etc. been on hold for several Hours, couple of times, even hung up on me. Trying to schedule an adjustment for new dentures. Guess they got their money, so hell with me. Keep getting this annoying recording every 15 seconds.
Not the happiest with my dentures of 13 mths. Top plate ok bottom plate sucks. Loose fitting. Went back at first for top plate work.Fixed that. Bottom just swims around. This is my 2nd pair of dentures and by far the worst. 1000.00 for constant discomfort t j.g at I NEVER had with first pair of over 12 yrs.

My appointment was at 8:30a.m. and by 4:00p.m. I had the most beautiful set of teeth Ive seen since my original teeth. I found out my mouth bones are too small for a implant & i dont want to use the option of building the bone up. It sounds painful and unaffordable. The staff was great . I have no idea what to do now.
I had an appointment on friday what a waste of time they didnt have anything ready had another on monday they say they are under staffed. thats not my fault so now i got to wait 18 more days to do what was to be done today its been since march 2nd. they dont seem to care about the people they have started on they want more new GET done what you have started then get new I will be suing them

Initial exam and consultation was smooth and easy. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Set an appointment for work to be done in a very timely manor.
Boyfriend had appointment at 2pm on Thursday . Took half day off from work and drove 1hr to get there ..when arriving there was a note saying do to emergency we are closed ..noone out of that whole office staff never bothered to call and cancel our appointment.
By far this has been the most awesome experience i have ever encountered at a dentist or Dr. office. I was a nerveous wreck coming it but i was taken such great care of fromwalking in the door with Davis the receptionist, to Mikayla the Dental Asst. to Dr. Will the dentist it was Phenonamal.. I so far have not a reason to dislike the place. I will find out more information when I go to my app. I talked to a answering service and had the wrong time and day scheduled. So I have to go a second time. I will see how it goes. I am strongly against answering services except after hours to take messages. I have worked in a professional business and it can very much of lack of communication or training. My option it should only be used if nessaray.
Nicest people you would want to take care of you in a dentist office. Dr. Kahn was gentle and and caring, I did not have any pain with the extractions or fitting denture process.
Purchased the ultimate line. 7 year warranty. The front tooth popped out in less than a year. I was charged to fix it. I would not recommend this company in any state to anyone.

Needless to say this has been a life-altering decision ......I had 26 extractions and three implants to go with my ultimate fit new denture wearer package .....Currently I have the temporary dentures in ...I just had the procedure done 4 weeks ago and I have been back twice already for minor adjustments....... Both times I was there ,the staff was more than willing to do whatever was needed to get me feeling comfortable again ...Today I called with an issue that was causing me some pain and when I spoke to the Jill on the phone she felt that it was concerning enough that she put me on hold and got with DR. 2022-06-20I’m really impressed with this practice. First off, I got an appointment within days to have a consultation. When I arrived Jeannie was friendly and accommodating as I am in a wheelchair. She worked around it never making me feel like it was an issue for her at all. She was very knowledgeable about what options were available to me which made it very easy to make a decision. Also - the initial casting/molding was done at the appointment and a follow up was made for a little over a week. I was told that after my next appt it would be really fast to getting my final product. I highly recommend this practice and Jeannie to anyone looking for dentures.

2022-04-13My first consultation was not what I expected. There was a short interview followed by a recommendation to get a CT scan today and that payment was due today - $250. No other services .No one even asked to look in my mouth which really surprised me. No one asked if I was in any pain or if I had any immediate needs/ concerns. I didn’t feel like my initial visit was about patient care - just about money. I’m glad to have received an estimate, but I thought it was odd for someone to quote a price for services without even looking in my mouth. As a former contract negotiator, that tells me the initial estimate covers all contingencies which means it’s not specific to my situation.They also don’t file insurance claims for you so I’m sure that’s how they keep their prices low, but I for one need to get some benefits from the dental insurance I’ve paid for every year from my employer for the last 5 years without a major claim.I have heard good things about the Dr. and I’ll probably still consider using them but after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, my initial visit was frankly a waste of my time. I could have gotten all that info over the phone.I would probably recommend getting in touch with your insurance provider first to determine how much of the services they will cover first since this provider probably isn’t considered in network. Maybe they are structured to cater to those without insurance.

2022-06-09Amazing service! I was in here a few years ago and didn’t feel to happy with the experience but I went again today and I met Jeannie! She was so informative for all the dental packages they offer, down to earth and so personable! She is being such a cheerleader for my situation as well!! I’m 28 and have been without teeth since 2017 due to a bone disorder.. Iv had dentures before but never was able to make them so customizable! So $1600 total I am getting amazing WHITE teeth and I feel so comfortable with the discussion! I’m starting the journey to new teeth and an amazing smile again! Thank you so much !!

Jeannie was exceptionally nice and very informative.Dr. Sullivan was also very nice and makes you feel at ease and actually took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and why.They all make you feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dental work done.

2022-06-23I had teeth pulled and dentures made here. The price was lower than competitors anywhere near this area. The best part of using this place is definitely the friendly staff but two particular people were just absolutely amazing. KASHA at the front desk and AMY a tech were two of the nicest, caring and informative people i have had the pleasure of interacting with in a very long time!!!! I just cant say enough how incredible these two were!

2022-07-17This was a first visit. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. The facility was clean and up to date on equipment. There was very little wait time for the set appointment time. I am scheduled for surgery next week for implants. I will update this review in a couple of weeks. So far, so good.

2022-06-20Appointment times are never on time. Its been 45 to 55 min.delay, they do have a posted sign to explain this issue. Yet, it is disappointing.The staff(jeanne) was extremely helpful, informative, and thorough in their process. Dr. is very easy to talk to and I felt very at ease .Quick to get scheduled as a new patient and quick to get my treatment started. Yes, affordable!.
