I had a great experience at Advanced Eye Solutions. Professional and courteous service from everyone. Dr. Smith answered all of my questions, but his explanation of my eye health was so detailed and complete that I didnt have many. Thanks to everyone for taking such good care of me and being so nice.
Dr. Smith explains why/what he’s doing and is very aware of my other health issues and how they might effect my eyes. He’s very thorough.And I think her name was Angie that fit my new glasses…they were not right, but she was determined to fix that. She did several things even sent them back, until they fit just right and I could see very well with them. I truly appreciate the professionalism and persistence in this office.
Friendly staff. Each time you visit you are treated like an old friend. Been going there for years! Love Dr. Smith and his staff. You are in and out quickly but feel like you are visiting a good friend that you havent seen in a while. Wait is not long at all.

I am OVERJOYED to have found Dr. Dirr! She is amazing, absolutely cares about making sure youre vision is solid and that the individuals needs are being met. I recently started cycling and got contacts for the first time at age 30! I sat in the office and took ages just to put them in and take them out, but the staff made me feel comfortable and supported without rush. I even had my 11 month old with me and everyone there was patient with my family and our needs. I would recommend this practice to my very closest of friends and family, so you know its good ☺️

Dr Smith is a great optometrist. He is extremely patient and diligent assuring that your eye prescription is the best it can be. I highly recommend him for all your vision needs.
I called 3 weeks in advance to schedule my appointment. I was an existing patient, and when I showed up they magically didn’t have an appointment for me. I had to rearrange my work schedule and find a sitter for my kids for them to tell me I had no appointment scheduled. To top it off they acted like it was no big deal and weren’t going to do anything about it. Luckily I was able to find a new eye doctor to get me in on a day I was off and don’t need a sitter. Definitely will not be back! I should’ve known that something was wrong when I went to my appointment last year and they did not have my name or birthday correct in their system. I had to go through all of my information with the optometrist, once again, so it would be correct in their system. Do not recommend!
First time patient, switching after many years with another Dr. who recently retired. I was very impressed by the service, knowledge, and information provided by Dr. Dirr to myself, my children, and my wife. I wish I would have made the switch sooner.

This was the first time I had been to Advanced Eye Solutions, so I didnt know what to expect. I have to say that I was highly pleased. Dr. Dirr and her staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease. They all took the time to explain things to me. I left with a huge smile on my face.
Dr. Dirr is amazing. I hadn’t worn contacts for many years and now I needed multi focal. She prepared me thoroughly so I was aware of what was normal and what wasn’t in my trial period.I had to reschedule my follow up to a day she wasn’t in and she came in to see me and another patient on her day off!!!
This was my first visit to this office. I have to say all the people in this office are incredibly friendly and I love the doctor. On the flip side. I have never hated glasses more. The fit is awful, don’t stay on me. You can’t breathe without having stuff on them. I shouldn’t have these kind of problems. Never had them with any previous glasses I’ve owned. So 5 stars for the office and 0 if I could for the glasses which is why I had to come in the first place.
My experiences here have been excrllent. Always a pleasant greeting upon arrival, knowledgeable doctor, and patience through frames selection and glasses adjustments. I highly recommend Advanced Eye Solutions.

Dr. Dirr is fantastic but everything else is always complicated when we go. This time around we get told my daughters contacts have been shipped so the trials she has will last her. 5 days later, still no contacts, they actually haven’t been shipped & no trial pairs at the office to get her through. I was told she will have to wear her glasses from 3 scripts ago to see at school for the next 1 to 2 weeks. Disappointing to say the least

Always outstanding care and follow-up. I saw Dr. Smith for a routine checkup in Dec of 2019 and he found a pretty serious issue and referred me to a specialist at CEI. As a result, I received specialized treatment at a very early stage of a retina disorder and am not completely cured. I believe Dr. Smith (and the folks at CEI) saved my vision.

2022-07-19I would advise anyone to take a Picture of the glasses that they pick, because the ones that I received are not the ones that I picked the lenses are larger than the ones I chose I am very disappointed in these glasses and for the money that I paid I should be completely satisfied !!!! I also should be able to see with them but I can’t everything is still blurry ,close up and far away 🥹

2022-01-26They are fast about getting an appointment, dont have to wait very long in the waiting area, staff and doctor are super friendly and knowledgable. My husband and son also go here. My son absolutely loves the doctor and she made it so easy for him and helped him get through the scary stuff as he would call it (getting eye drops and the puff in his eyes). I would recommend and rate this location and Dr. Dirr 10/10.
