Visited for new wiper blades. The cashier was very courteous and helpful. She found better blades than we went in for and they were cheaper. Saved 10 dollars and she even helped putting them on.I must say that this is the cleanest auto store I have ever been in. Service was excellent and cant say enough!
Employees to busy watch TV and /or you tube.Ill shop elsewhere now . Which I did they were more interested in my need than there own cell phones
The employees are very helpful. My car takes a special oil filter that doesnt qualify for their normal oil & filter discount, but the gentleman at the counter jumped through hoops to save me $15 from the list price of the 5 qts of oil. Theyve earned my repeat business.

Our battery died on New Years Eve. The next day, I called them for help. Not only did they give me a hint to save 20% (Order online and then pick it up in store), but they installed it for free while I waited in New Years Day. Super nice, easy going people. I have my new Go-To auto parts store!
Poor customer service I went to the wrong location (Macedonia) and was picking up for a paid for online order and called the twinsburg store to ask if I could pick up my order if I hurried over they said sure just hurry over so I do , 1 minute after 8 pm I pull in and a girl sees me and hides behind the 1st shelf and stands there not moving, like she was hiding, the professional thing would have been to tell me that u close at 8pm and we cant do anything about it till tomorrow, not play games and waste peoples time. Smh
Best place to buy quality parts and get awesome help. You can buy parts from any store but the people here (big shout out for Chris and Kevin) are amazing. They will give you expert advice and will go out of the way to help you.
The customer service here is great. The guy came out in the rain to install my new wipers. Fantastic!

2022-05-25I really dont like going to auto parts stores, picking out Tire dressing or wax is a no-brainer... But when you really need something, you always feel like these people are annoyed by you and just want you to hurry up and tell them what you need so you can let them get back to whatever video game they were playing. That is absolutely not the case at this particular auto parts store. I never know what Im looking for, I have to actually explain it practically like charades. These guys are batting 100%, not only do they know what Im looking for when I describe it they give me multiple options and tell me the best to purchase in their opinion. Everyones always polite and I always leave feeling like I got a good deal for what Im looking for. If youre looking for a good auto parts store, you cant beat these guys. Give them a shot youll be glad you did

2022-06-02Went in yesterday to purchase a battery. Standing at the counter, no aknowlegnent by the disheveled grey haired most unhelpful person behind the counter on his personal cell phone chatting with someone about cars. The business phone rings, he answers and puts them on hold, he continues to chat on his cell phone, still no aknowlegement Im standing in front of him. Just the best customer service from Advance Auto. I went elsewhere. Can any business really stay in business losing sales because of poor customer service like this? Shop elsewhere Autozone is right around the corner.

2021-12-17I had a great experience during this visit. I needed some plastic bumper clips for my car that would have been difficult to find a on my own, but a helpful staff member helped me immediately.Great service, I’ll definitely go back for future needs.

2021-12-26First time there the people were too busy checking in their lunch and arguing with each other to help me as I bought the wrong item after I looked in their manuals that told me the wrong thing. Had to go back after I tried to fix my problem with the wrong part for over an hour. Exchanged for the right one. Ill never go back.

2021-04-08Each time I visit this shop, I appreciate the staff more and more. Most recently (today) I had something stuck in my tire causing it to leak air. Fortunately, as I was going into a different store a bystander told me she heard air coming out. I tried Goodyear but they were closed, so I want to Advanced Auto Parts and their guy sold me a kit and helped me repair it and did not even accept the tip I tried to give him. I did not get his name but he reminded me of Bobby from Sons of Anarchy in appearance, great dude.On other occasions their employees have helped me test batteries and starters and replace batteries. Each situation is not hassle for them and saved me a significant amount of time and trouble.Even the customers I meet during these times are good folks. These experiences make me a proud Twinsburg Resident and Advanced Auto Parts customer.Many Thanks!!!

2021-05-03I called on yesterday to see if they did check engine light evaluations. I was told today they havent done it since the pandemic started. Poor service and miscommunication between staff members. Someone needs to train their staff better on this particular matter.

2020-12-08Limped into the parking lot with a half dead battery and was told that they could not replace it for me due to not being capable of reaching/accessing certain components. Went down the road to AutoZone and they replaced the battery in 15 minutes. Dude behind the counter was just lazy, I will be literally going anywhere else..Nice selection of inventory though.
