2022-06-23On a Thursday evening, 6pm, sat at my mechanics and waited OVER AN HOUR for a battery for my car. They said initially it was out the door. 8 minute drive. Then at 645, they said it was half way here. Received it at 715pm. Delivery person walked in, talked with owner, walked out, came back in, and NEVER ONCE acknowledged myself. The waiting customer sitting in the lobby. Its not my choice whom my mechanic deals with, but I wont ever go there.

2021-08-28The manager there was excellent and extremely friendly and helped me with exactly what I needed done.really appreciate that.however I must give one star based on the fact that the first employee stereotyped me immediately based on how I was dressed and looked and accused me of trying to return a stolen item even though I had the Receipt and box.was planning on buying a battery after my return but I’ll never give this company another dime for the rest of my life.the pictures are to show what a used starter from a Jeep Wrangler looks like for there reference In the future.

2021-12-13Best service out of any auto parts store consistently, period. Ive been dealing with Advance as a professional as well as a retail customer for well over a decade, all locations are great, however this particular location is my choice in the area. Buy your auto parts and supplies here, you wont regret it. Update: still feel the same way. Go see these guys!

2021-12-08This guy at the counter was awesome! Dark hair about 5 foot 8. He gave me a $0.50 discount because I didnt have enough for the antifreeze and windshield wiper fluid. I was going to have to go back out to my car for it. He was pleasant and professional. What a wonderful person to not make me feel like a low life because I was broke. We need more people like this in the world! The store was clean the other person working was also pleasant the parking lot was clean I actually put my fluids in right there in the parking lot. I felt welcome and I felt like I was amongst friends. This has to be the best advanced in toledo! Keep up the great work guys!

2018-09-05Staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately since this is a main Hub they can be quite short-staffed as commercial buyers take precedent over the typical consumer. However, once you get a sales person to help they are wonderful and they usually have the parts in stock that you need
