Awesome store and employees are helful and friendly. The man who checked us out also helped us pick out the best wiper blades and then installed them for us before we left!! I like their sales and good selection of products. The customer service is top notch
Got wrong spark plugs,even brought one to match.Checked before going home,had to return to get correct ones.However,the manager,made it right,and gave us a discount for our trouble.

I was able to order on-line, curbside pickup quick and easy. Appreciated order being repeated back before bringing it out. Cody, store associate, was most pleasant. Will order from this store again.
Never ever ever buy a reman alternator from Advanced Autoparts. They are JUNK!! Even went to different store locations and made them test before leaving the store. All failed. 3 attempts at it. I had a buddy tell me the same thing but I didn’t listen..Again, save yourself a lot of effort and do not buy from Advanced. If you still want to buy this junk, at least make them test it before you buy it it! But, I’ll bet within 10K miles it will fail too. Listen or not, their reman alternators are JUNK!!!This location had really nice people and service was great... was wondering why he was quick to give me a discount..
Bad second shift service. The manager on duty had been way too chatty with a young female employee and useless to customers. Wouldnt come and give a reading on our car because it rained earlier in the day and might rain again and ruin our expensive equipment. Do not recommend this Advance to anyone.

Sadly, the internet is eliminating these types of stores, but when you need something right now your thankful Advance is around. Staff is friendly and usually helpful and they have most items youll need for your car.
You are able to find/purchase most (if not all) necessary parts for your vehicle. Plus the lifetime warranty in parts is a comfortable asset.
Standard Advance Auto nothing special, but STAY AWAY FROM PETE! This guy knows nothing about vehicles!I was working on my brakes and knew EXACTLY what I needed and he constantly handed me the wrong parts while saying they didnt have the parts I needed, except when I went behind the counter I found the parts I needed in less than a minute.The whole time hes telling me how brakes are impossible to work on (wrong), and that major auto parts providers dont even sell brake line sets anymore (wrong, found my set in stock at OReilys for $110), and he keeps handing me the wrong parts that I have to keep putting back and then pick up the right ones. I left with the correct stuff, but only because I knew what I was doing.If any random person, that knows very little about vehicles talks to Pete, hell pretty much screw them up and tell them the wrong thing or give them the wrong parts. Buyer beware.
I always get extremely good service here the only person I deal with is Pete. He works hard and always knows what he is doing. He deserves to be recognized for all his hard work. Thank you Pete

These Guys are awesome I ended up needing brakes, but I didnt want to pay a arm and a leg for them. They were very courteous and friendly and had me on my way in no time with the right parts.

Im giving this location 2 stars because getting out isnt easy unless youre turning right. Trying to go left toward Groveport is impossible at times.
Very inexperienced, unprofessional and mediocre customer services. Workers act very incompetent and display very little knowledge of automotive parts.
Needed parts. The people there are very helpful and friendly. They will spend time with you to get the right parts for your vehicle. They also had a repair manual that I needed.

2022-02-02Cant go lower than 1 star, but I guess they enjoy hanging up on people here, because theyve hung up on me twice. And not only that, I went into the store to get a headlight bulb for my car and I had the manager look up the headlight that I needed for my car, told him the exact make and model on my vehicle, and not only did he try to sell me the most expensive bulbs he had in stock, he also sold me the wrong bulb that didnt even fit my vehicle. And even tried to upsell me items that I did not need and was very pressuring on it.

2021-09-24The manager is very rude. Acts like he is better than, and knows more, than you. I was a diesel mechanic in the army. I know what Im doing and he made me feel like I was nothing.

2021-05-11I drove out to that location bc they were showing to be the only shop with the type of rear brakes needed for my car. Unfortunately, it was sort of a wasted trip. The attendee that I spoke with who looked up my info prior to me coming didnt look up the info correctly. So they didnt have the part I needed but they were able to source it at another location and give me a 20% discount. Although I had top drive somewhere else to get the part, I appreciate the customer service at the location from the shop manager and attendee.
