Good autoparts stores that really doesnt differentiate itself but nevertheless gets the job done. Service is usually always good and the selection is good as well. No complaints and will use again.

The personal couldnt have been more helpful, and I can say the same for other Advanced Auto stores as well. Unfortunately I cant say the same about their website. July 4th one day special on a/c recharge kit with $15 mail in rebate was out of stock at every location listed w/in 5 miles ! And that was by 7pm. Nothing said about Limited quantity/ store..... !?!?

2022-05-04I walked in and asked where the product that I was looking for would be. Guy directed me to said aisle all the while playing on his phone. Never offered any assistance because again he was on his phone. Picked up what I hoped would be the right part I needed and went to checkout. The guy again was on his phone. He rang up my item I paid and within a sec of giving back my change he went right back to being on his phone. Very poor customer service.

2022-06-07Josh has repeatedly helped me with my purchases at this Advance Auto Parts location store #6999. I will continue to buy all of my parts from this location because the extra mile Josh will go to keep the customer happy. Today, Josh was ending his work shift and helped me carry several heavy parts I had just purchased out to the car without me even asking! Excellent service!

2021-11-12Went in this morning with the voltage meter showing low. Sure enough it was the 2 batteries (yep, my diesel takes 2). Id never been to the Advance Auto on Wilmington but it will be the ONLY place I go from now on.Joe installed two new batteries for me, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Another associate had to do a parts run so Joe was also running the store and he was helpful and courteous to everyone that entered.It is so hard to find excellent employees and Advance has a great one in Joe. Ill also be calling their store manager later today to make sure they know the type of person they have in him.Thank you again Joe - I truly appreciate all you did!

2020-12-23Wonderful customer service. Took my battery in for my 79 Bus. They ran a test to see if it was still good. After receiving the sort of good news that the battery was okay, they helped me troubleshoot what else might be wrong. If I can get the bus started, Ill run it up there for a system check. Friendliest staff around!

2021-01-26This cold, rainy, miserable winter afternoon I stopped by this Advance Auto Parts to purchase a new set of wiper blades for my Silverado. I asked Joe for his recommendation, purchased the blades, and asked if he would install them. A BIG yes. Now this is a service I know that they provide but Joes smiling demeanor, helpful attitude, and considerateness made a mundane purchase a little bit special. Thank you.
