They were able to come the same day I called for Service! And we needed two appliances repaired - microwave and refrigerator! Brian was very professional and helpful and readily able to repair our issues. We have used ACE before and Brian remembered us. Their service costs are reasonable also. ACE seems to care about their customers as evidenced by their customer service and the expert knowledge of appliance repair.
Th tech came out to my home to repair my ice maker. He checked it out and said it needed replaced. I gave them the go ahead after a high price estimate. He said he would have to order an ice maker for replacement. A week went by no call no ice maker. I call them and was told it was on backorder, and it could be up to a month. The girl told me I should call whirlpool and ask them why. Long story short I called a local appliance parts store and they had it in stock,and Im installing it myself. I wouldnt recommend this service company.
Great experience! We described the issue before they came and they were able to diagnose the issue over the phone. This allowed them to order the necessary parts which allowed them to have what they needed when Tony arrived. I appreciate that they didn’t unnecessarily waste my time with two trips when it was possible to fix with just one. Tony was super knowledgeable. He was in fixed the problem and done. I would recommend Ace Appliance. We had a bad leak with our ice maker in the freezer. The water wouldnt stop running and trying to fill up the ice maker. Ace was able to come out the next day, and arrived even sooner than our appointment time due to a cancellation (and notified of the early arrival). Matt Jr. was our technician, and he was able to quickly find the problem (a faulty pump) and make the repair with a replacement part that was already in stock on the truck. This made the repair quick and painless.The only drawbacks would be in regards to the price. There is the service call cost, and that is to be expected, of course - with a parts repair, the service call was $67.49. However, there was also a separate labor charge of $74.60. So I ended up having the cost of the part ($124.00), a service call charge, and a separate labor charge as well. I understand charging a service call if no parts end up being used, as youre paying for their time to come out and check the problem out, but I dont really get the separate labor charge when already paying for the service call as well. Seems like double-dipping. One other note is that the Ace website has a coupon for 25% off the service call price. The price is listed as $89.99, but only $67.49 with parts repair. This sounds like the 25% would be off of the $67.49 price (as there is no mention of the coupon around the listing of these service call prices), but the $67.49 price is already 25% off of the $89.99 price. So on the coupon it says to mention it to get 25% off the service call, but be aware that the $67.49 already has the 25% off of it. I thought that could have been presented more clearly on the site.Even with the cost, I would still recommend Ace Appliance. We had an unexpected issue, and they were able to fix the problem the very next morning and even had the needed part right on the truck. It was more $$ than I was expecting, but the bottom line is that my issue got fixed, and got fixed in a timely fashion.
Our refrigerator was not holding temperature and we called Ace Appliance in the morning and they were out by the end of the same day. The repair person was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and even gave suggestions on how to better care for our model refrigerator. We were very pleased with all aspects of the service, from start to finish.

2022-06-14Filled out the form online to have someone come take a look at my front load washer. The very next morning I received a call & the tech came out that very day. Quick & professional. Though I didnt have him do the repair he was straightforward & honest with me on the cost of repair & if its worth putting money into it. I also called him back to discuss the better brands to buy & which to avoid. Overall, very helpful & knowledgeable. I will be signing up for their maintenance plan pretty soon. Definitely recommend!

2022-07-21We were very impressed with the speed of having a technician come to our home. The technician that came to our home was very professional and helpful with his opinions on brands of dishwashers and the cost of what it would be to fix our dishwasher. Although we did not end up fixing our dishwasher, we were happy to have a professional come and diagnose our problem and we will definitely use Ace Appliance in the future for any repairs needed for our appliances!

2022-07-29Came out within hours of me calling the office. Brian was very friendly and informative. Wasnt sure if I wanted it fixed after he gave me a quote. he said quote was good for a month and call if I wanted it done. called a couple of hours later wanting it fixed and he came out again that day and fixed it. thanks for the service Brian !!

2022-08-21After filling out the online form at night, I was called the next morning and scheduled for a tech to come out and look at my GE dishwasher. The control boards no longer worked and ACE ordered the new boards came back and replaced them promptly. These boards are expensive but these days a new dishwasher is almost twice as much. The tech had a lot of work replacing both control boards, but was done in an hour. Machine is working fine.

2022-08-16When our washer stopped draining, I filled out the service request online at 8am. At 9am, I received a phone call that they could come out that day, and by 3pm my washer was repaired! The technician was pleasant and professional.

2022-07-18Went online to schedule an appointment to have someone come out and take a look at repairing my dryer. Someone got back with m first thing in the morning and was able to get someone out to take a look at it later that same day. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the part for the repair.

2022-07-20Called in the morning for dryer and before dinner the dryer was repaired and running. David Kelley, the repairman was professional but very friendly. Went about his work and was on to the next call. Great service and great repairman.
