Sophia was great, she was very intuitive. She made sure that I was getting the best deal for my insurance, and I really appreciate someone who could go that extra mile for a random stranger. Her costumer service was amazing, going as far as to ask about my day and making small talk that was fun. Sophia was great! I had been calling around for two weeks to a location closer to my home with no follow up or response. Today was the last day for me to get coverage for my recently purchased vehicle and I gave her office a call since shes close to the dealership.Sophia stayed on the phone with me and took care of everything... Auto with GAP and renters. When her brand wasnt the lowest, she shopped around for a more affordable policy that didnt sacrifice coverage. I got everything I wanted and needed for a manageable price, and friendly interaction.I believe that everything happens for a reason, and Im glad I was meant to work with her. Thank you Sophia! *Disclaimer - I have not been to this location specifically, but I was in a car accident in Columbus, and was injured by a driver that held Acceptance Insurance.Unfortunately, I was involved in a car accident in which I was rear-ended and injured by a driver who has Acceptance Insurance. Needless to say, I wish I just paid my own $250 deductible and everything would have been much easier.This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a company. First, it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get into direct contact with the Claims Representatives associated with the case despite multiple calls and mail correspondence. Second, every time I try to get in touch with a representative, I am directed to a general associate. Every single one of these associates is extremely difficult to understand, and they seem to know absolutely nothing about my case, even when I have been left messages from the company requesting action. Third, I have responded to mail sent to my home requesting copies of medical bills and medical release forms so my bills associated with the accident can be paid. Not only have they not paid my medical bills (the accident was over two months ago), but they also sent me a letter recently telling me that they are going to close my insurance claim because they have not heard from me regarding the claim and my medical bills. I cant believe a company like this is still in business. I am in the process of trying to settle the payment of my medical bills, and I will avoid working with this company at all costs in the future once this claim is resolved.If you are ever in an accident in which you are hit by a person with Acceptance Insurance, I highly recommend you put the claim through your own insurance company and take the hit on the deductible. You will save yourself huge amounts of time and frustration despite the cost of the deductible.

Absolute worst experience of my life with a business. See the other 1 star review below, this was my fiance, she is STILL recieving medical bills 8+ months later from the hospital after we have turned everything in multiple times, MULTIPLE. she finally just started paying them because acceptance has been impossible to deal with. Unbelievable.

She is able to navigate through the entire process with expertise, helping you to identify the right coverage for you and your loved ones that fits comfortably within your budget. For such an important element to getting your sh!t together, I cant stress enough how helpful she is for such a necessary process.
