I started using Ability Total Customer Care in my convenience store in 2014 I had a couple of liquor violations and was looking to add age verification. The product has worked as advertised even after doing upgrades to the POS over the years. I highly recommend them and the solutions they provide for QBPOS.

When we bought the Intuit POS, we already had a brand-new Magellan inline scanner, and we were trying to integrate with POS but the software is not supported for this scanner. Finally, after research we found Ability Business was having a simple solution to integrate with our POS. Thank you Ability Business.

2022-06-20Having this added functionality to our quickbooks POS software has made consignment payments and tracking 1000% easier!!We just renewed again after 8 years of using it... their support is great too, in the rare instances that we have needed it.

2022-08-10Have been using this product for a year now, and it works pretty well. Only glitch is that when products change in price everything that is already bagged off and shelved has to be repriced since there is no way to accomodate price per lb. changes. If you do not reprice, then your inventory is affected.

2022-07-13I was working with an Intuit product for years, trying to survive all of the shortcomings. Then, I found Ability. They had a solution on the shelf and it was installed in minutes. It has saved me literally 1000s of manhours.

2022-06-14I would not recommend using Brian Sullivan Who is one of the sales reps for this company! Very rude and unprofessional!! Showed nothing but disrespect to our team and ownership!! It’s pretty sad as we were excited about the new system and because of the lack of knowledge and disrespect we have chosen to do business elsewhere. Don’t really like leaving bad reviews but people need to be aware of this guy.
