Maybe it was a bad day or just close to closing time but I went here to get my subs transferred from one box to another. They got me right in and did the job. They also relocated my amps to a better place in my truck. The problem was everything was hooked up wrong. I left with minimum sound throughout my truck. I was then told I needed my truck rewired and they would charge me an additional fee to do it.I went to the ABC Warehouse on Reynolds the next day and Daniel used my same wires to get my sound system playing the way I wanted it. The only reason I would recommend this location is because the other technician who wasnt working on my truck had the other guys vehicle working well
Was scheduling some repairs from out state to tackle while I was in town. TAS told me we were good to go on the phone and to bring it in. Once I got there they said they were booked out over a month. Having limited time in town this really put me in a bind. The Reynolds ABC was booked up, not accommodating, and would not let me leave it with them. The Sylvania ABC Warehouse not only did everything I needed the same day but also for a stellar price. Dont waste your time elsewhere. Go here first. Thanks for hooking me up Brandon!
Installed a viper car starter with bypass module on my Toyota Camry, shopped 5 other local shops (Car Stereo 1, TAS, Toledo Dealer Services, Toyota Dealer(Most Exspensive $600+)& BestBuy Mobile. ABC Warehouse was the least expensive ($252 after tax installed next day). Waited outside the door to be first in line for install on a Friday at 10a, install took a little under an hour.
I have to say John the manager of the car installation products saved the day and my experience there! I wasnt happy at first but John saved the day!! He really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy. He installed my car starter and I couldnt be happier 🙂
The installer makes all the rules in this store. You could be second in line and the install guy will walk out and say hes only working for 3 hours, so everyone except the first person in line is pretty much screwed, and stood in line for nothing. Would NOT recommend this store, the people who run this place are a joke.
Recently just went there for a radio installation. Customer service was horrible. Employees lied to me and another customer. They said the installation would take 30 minutes. Instead I waited for 2 hours to have it installed. Employees threw additude when ever we asked when the truck would be done. None of the employees were wearing mask and were on their phones. First time there and never again.
Horrible experience! We bought a Whirlpool appliance package with an extended warranty from the Monroe St store.We have been waiting for 10 weeks for a switch on our stove to be replaced...I contacted Household Centralized and they finally have the part! They never even called to let us know..terrible person working there with an attitude!
At the end of last year I bought a dryer from them. It never seemed to really dry the clothes. I spent a couple of weeks trying all the troubleshooting ideas in the user manual and on-line and then a couple of weeks getting a repair person in. Today the repairman came and told me he needed to order five pieces to fix it. Its a brand new dryer that requires extensive repairs. I called ABC Warehouses warranty number, no one answered. I called the store and the salesman who sold it to me, washed his hands of it. He said go to the manufacturer, he wasnt going to do anything about it. I dont recommend them. They dont stand by what they sell and their warranty is bogus.ABCs customer service reached out to me after I wrote this review. They asked me to contact their customer service department and give them my contact information. I did that today. I spoke with them and explained the situation. They told me there was nothing the y could do about it. LG had to be the one to fix the broken dryer that ABC Warehouse sold me. Basically, as I said above ABC Warehouse washed their hands of it. I caution anyone from buying appliances from them. They wont stand behind the products they sell. If you buy a lemon, youre stuck. They wont help you. I purchased a dryer on Dec 31, 2019, its now February 6, 2020 and I still dont have a working dryer.
Great customer service experience! Went in with my boyfriend to purchase the PS4. Had nothing but issues with our Fortiva card . Brandon went out of his way to help and get our purchase taken care of. Josh was also helping us and was a great sales man to work with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone! They made our experience 100% less stressful by the end!
Went in looking for a new car radio. Nobody greeted or offered to help us when we came in plus there were multiple employees with no masks on. Some of them had masks but didn’t cover their nose. They don’t even require all customers to wear a mask, a guy working for Honda didn’t have one on. I was not aware customer service and basic pandemic protocol was a hard thing to do. I would not recommend this place.
I needed a new washer and dryer, but wasnt sure where to start. My only requirement was that I be able to wash and dry a king size blanket. I felt comfortable and educated through the entire experience and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I love my new washer and dryer!! Customer service was excellent, delivery was fast, overall a great experience. I would highly recommend to a friend!!
I know that I have leased to own here before, hence why we came back, but I walked out of there with nothing explained to me. No one telling that I was paying x amount today- considering I wanted to make a higher payment. No one telling me how much my payments were. No one saying all your information/lease agreement will be emailed to you..... nothing. I am highly disappointed!
I stopped after work to find a new washer and dryer. Mine are very old and the dryer quit on me yesterday. Found a nice selection here. My salesman Alan Christie was a big help to me. I found a nice set that was just right for me.He got me all setup. They will be delivered and the old ones hauled away. Very nice!
The General Manager Brandon Dean was absolutely AMAZING! He was patient, got me approved for a line of credit, and made me feel appreciated as a ABC Warehouse customer. The service was so terrific that I purchased more than what I initially came into the store for, and I DEFINITELY will be going back!
On May 4, 2020, we purchased a whole set of bedroom furniture for the total amount of almost $2,000 including tax and delivery fee. When we were at the store, the salesperson verified in the computers that the items that we need were in stock and will be delivered on May 9, 2020. The salesperson’s name is Adam Buscanyi. He told us that they’re going to give us a courtesy call on that Saturday around 10:00am. We received a call from them a little over 10am. He told us that the items we ordered will not be delivered the same day because they’re not available. We were so frustrated because we waited this weekend for our order plus weekend works best for us since we don’t have to work. I told him my husband is not gonna be happy so I handed the phone to him. My husband was asking why and what happened. This salesperson started raising his voice while he was on speaker and I literally told him that he’s not supposed to yell at us because we’re just customers trying to find an answer plus we already paid the whole amount. He kept cussing to my husband and said, these exact words “fuck you”, what hell, motherfucker”. So my husband got mad and of course had to yell back at him. That salesperson obviously hung up the phone without explaining what really happened . My husband tried calling the store back and the manager named Brandon answered the phone. My husband was telling him how rude his employee was but he seemed to be depending his side and told us that his salesperson was on speaker and he didn’t cuss at my husband. That’s a total lie. Then this manager started raising his voice and kept asking what nationality are we. This is totally a discrimination. We told him our ethnic background has nothing to do with our complaints. All we want was to ask to why can’t we get our orders though they confirmed that they’re going to deliver them on May 9th. They never apologized on the phone instead the manager kept raising his voice.So, we came to the store a little after 4pm and brought our receipt. We asked him to give our refund back thru a receipt and email. We tried asking the manager what went wrong with our order but he started raising his voice again so my husband got mad raised his voice too. He then returned the receipt to me and said , “I’m not going to give your refund.” I was trying to ask him to get our money back and he refused to do so. He said that we need to call corporate office to get our refund instead. He wanted us to stop talking and we told him we have the right to talk. He stated, “customers aren’t always right and continued yelling at us. He also stated that if we don’t leave he’s gonna call a cop whom we talked to outside the store premises.To sum up this really bad store experience, these employees’ attitudes were definitely discriminatory, unacceptable and unprofessional.They were so rude to customers like us. Other employees who were there were trying to laugh on us, very sarcastic. The profanity was absolutely unbelievable. We were truly devastated by this horrible experience. We will never shop and do business with this store ever again.
Good help, ok selection. there was an ad online for a certain Appliance on a stove so we went there to take a closer look and get a visual of it and there ended up being no such Appliance available call it a computer error this however I do not blame on the people in the store I would take a closer look corporate or whoever is in charge of making the Flyers and online activities for sales. because some of them obviously do not exist. Meaning if you see a stove online when you get to the store it might not even be available any kind of way. However once again the help inside the store was very nice
Our TV screen lost half its picture and they repaired it quickly, everything covered under our warranty. One month later we developed a black line on our screen and because they no longer make the parts for our TV they couldn’t find the parts. We were still under our extended warranty so they replaced our TV with the new model. The manager, Brandon , was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this store and they stand behind their extended warranties!
They are crooks. They had a guy selling appliances off the floor and claiming they were new. I haven’t had my fridge 90 days and just lost 400$ in meat because it doesn’t work. Also bought a stereo that the screen skips 20 mins after driving down the road. Tried contacting them to fix the problem they said call manufacturer. This place needs to be out of business. Scam artist and crooks.
Terrible experience. Salesman was rude, argumentative and patronizing. We left without making a purchase. The first time in 20 years I was purchasing a new washer and dryer. I would rather go to a laundry mat (for the 1st time in my entire life) then to go back and deal with that sales man. UPDATE - I received a call after leaving the above review, from the store manager. He brought us back into the store and turned the situation into a positive experience and we now have a great washer and dryer and I am sure will patron the store again soon. He turned my one star review into five and a great experience. Thank you!
I’m giving a 5 star rating specifically for salesman Tim. Tim sold me the perfect mattress set at a great price. Management tried to increase the price after the sale had been completed. Tim stood up for me as the customer and fought to keep the sale fair and final. I will return to Tim specifically for all my future furniture and appliance needs.
We got a great deal on our washer and dryer but the sales man was very pushy. We ended up buying the 2 year protection plan that ABC warehouse offers and when we got home to set the washer up we realized a piece was broke. We had water leaking all over the floor on the first use. Come to find out, ABC wanted us to go through the manufacture instead of them for a new washer. Manager Brandon ended up fixing the situation but I advise you to be careful on their protection plans because ABC doesnt stand behind the plan like you think they should.
Upon moving to Toledo my fiancé had an apple stereo installed in her truck. There were several issues with this such as getting into the vehicle and the stereo would have no power and the memory going out for no reason. She took the truck back several times and even paid more to put in alpine stereo in the truck. There was never one phone call placed to say the truck was ready for pickup the spare key was left in plain sight for anyone to take they left it on the passenger seat when we went the next day to pick it up! Can’t Bluetooth her phone to this radio we can’t get into the settings on this radio can’t set the clock the radio just says to put the vehicle in park! It was in park the whole time! No paperwork was left no box was left nothing as well as the radio isn’t mounted correctly as you can see it move back and forth it’s useless!! Well she called the shop and that was little help!! This place will continually charge money and not fix any issue...this will be the sixth time in the store dealing with this same issue!! Sad part is the date she bought the apple stereo was April 11, 2019 then purchased the alpine radio June 14, 2019. Here we are it’s June 16, 2019 and they still haven’t managed to get this right!! The only reason we haven’t went to another shop is so the warranty doesn’t get broken which also was purchased! Maybe one day they will get it right we hope it’s been nothing but aggravation and headache after headache!!!
I will never buy anything from them again. I spent over $4,00.00 and in black and white it is clearly statedWhat to ExpectRefrigerator Delivered, set in place and leveled..........I called the General Mgr, Brandon Dean and told him the delivery men said they do not do anything but deliver because of liability purposes. Mr. Dean stated he would get back with me and 2 weeks later I still have not heard anything back.
Brandon was very professional and took time to explain the comparison of the merchandise. I compared prices to Lowes and Home Depot and Brandon beat both of there prices on 2 LG large appliances 5 year warranty, portable AC, carpet cleaner and On time delivery , we are very happy with the exceptional service and savings. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband and I came here to shop none of the workers greeted us as we walked in passing them all at the entrance, no other customers were inside either, so we made our way over to electronics browsed a few minutes still no one comes over to assist, finally we decide to leave since we were clearly being ignored, no one says a word to us on the way out the door one guy even sat down!!! I will let other people know not to shop here just go to Reynolds location waaaay better!
Bought a car starter from here. Purchased a warranty. My wife lost her starter fob. They told me 40 to buy a new one and get it programmed. Then they tell me the only way I can get another fob is to buy a whole new car starter! The price to get a new fob went from 40 to over 80$+. Plus a 4 hour wait... Warranties are basically useless unless you need a fob programmed. Buyer beware!So instead of having a new fob Im stuck with just one. Or buy a whole new car starter. Unbelievable! If youre in the market for a car starter, abc warehouse sucks. Their customer service is straight trash!
What a great experience buying new furniture at this store! I had many bad experiences before stopping here, the staff made it easy. Special thanks to Joshua for making our delivery happen the very next day and for being so patient! I highly suggest this location to anyone in the market for furniture/appliances. No one knows what the warranty policy is. They have a 1 year extended warranty for $220.00 yet Best buy has a better selection of TVs and are WAY cheaper. Their 5 year warranty is only $170.00.Not to mention, the manager was misinformed, the Regional Manager is extremely rude and told me, Look, Its not my fault that you dont pay attention to detail Maybe if the Sales people were TRAINED properly you wouldnt have upset customers!Go to Appliance Center, they are better, cheaper and have time for their customers!
Best deals in town hands down, Ive never been able to have another company beat the deals they give. Also have had Micky Shorr (their car audio section) install many of radios, speakers and car starters in my vehicles and have never had an issue. Ive even had Mickey Shorr install flat screens and speakers in my motor home!
Bought a 55 in tv and extended warranty, tv stopped working a year later, lost all the paperwork in a fire so talked to the store manager and was told they had no warranty on file. Just got a call yesterday trykng to sell me the extended warranty cause it just ran out. Was told the salesman never updated all my info on the warranty, called the store manager as advised and explained what i was told and he basically called me a liar and told me to have the warranty people call him and tell him what i told him. Warranty people say they dont call the stores and gave me another persons number to call. At first i would have liked an apology for screwing me over on the extended warranty but at this point i am about to call the local news so other people dont gwt scammed the same way at this store. You can tell the salesmen are on commision, all they care about is making their cut as big as possible and definatly not taking care of the customer. Horrible customer service after they already have your $. 1/13/19.... Just filed a complaint with the BBB and let them know i am definatly willing to speak with the media about this issue to keep others from falling into the same scam. Hope the cost of my TV and denying my warranty was worth it, i plan on contacting every media outlet i can find to talk about this after the way the gen. Mngr Brandon treated me over the phone. Unacceptable.

I always go see Jon Balla. I can even text him Model numbers of appliances I need and he will beat every price I find. Highly recommended as they have a great selection and great service. Bought Microwave, Washer, Dryer, Oven, Fridge, Dishwasher and 2x TVs from ABC Warehouse and Jon over the past 7 years.

I highly recommend ABC warehouse for your install needs, Jon Balla the garage manager is always professional, kind and understanding Im not sure how many different car starters or radios Ive had him install over the years, and not just me but my entire family and he has always taken the time to explain everything to me and help if anything stops working even if its just a replacement battery in the remote. The good thing about ABC is that everyone has worked together for a long time so when you go in there its like a giant family and you feel like you fit right in.
Very helpful and experienced I had Tim Lewis helping me he was patient and professional with me when looking for a new mattress he also took the time out to help me find the right mattress for my body. A+++++ service would recommend this store to everyone will be back again
Been shopping at the Monroe St location for years. Service and attitude was always excellent. Unfortunately I’m referring to a lot of things in past tense all over one bad experience yesterday. I had been researching a particular sound bar for about 6 months ever since I first seen/heard it in display at BestBuy. It’s the Samsung HWN850 $1199. To my surprise ABC have this on there website so I stopped in seeing if it was available or had to be ordered. I specifically asked the salesman about the soundbar—he looked it up and says “that’s special order only, that I’d have to order online” he then persists to tell me that I don’t want that anyway that it’s junk, that Samsung makes ok TV’s but their sound bars are no good that I should just buy Klipsch sound bar for $399—I told him no thanks that the Samsung had specific features(Dolby Atmos) that I wanted. Again he dismissed me and told me it’s special order only. So I left and the whole experience was pretty sour.
On thursday i called about a mattress, when i got there Brandon Dean showed me the one i called and then another option, i told him i needed something that would support my size, he then helped me pick out the Destiny II and it was the such a better selection from what i thought i needed. he was very polite and professional and now im sleeping and napping great. Thank you so much again for all the help

Well false advertising at its best. They had a pair of speakers regular price of $38 that was Xd out and said $19 each. Not $19 per speaker, or must be sold in pairs. The speakers came in a single box of 2 speakers. Why in the hell would I assume that the price is for 1 speaker? I asked them if they would take out 1 speaker and just sell me that one? They refused. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and advertising. Never going back or referring them to anyone.
I walked in with my little dog in my purse and found the microwave ovens.... After a few minutes I was approached by Alan Christie a salesman who was very polite and helpful.... I was surprised because usually when I stop in this store it takes a very long time to get some help.... Im not sure if it is because of me being a black female or what.... But I am very pleased with the way I was treated today.... Alan and Stephanie rang my purchase up and got me some help to carry my oven to my car , sending me on my way..... The best experience Ive ever had dealing with this particular store and I hope it can stay this way....
Walked in to look at mattresses a few weeks ago. We were in the store for over ten minutes without anyone asking if we needed help. It was odd. Everyone just stood up front talking and did not pay attention to anyone in the store. Considering that when we bought a fridge from them three years ago, we had three salesmen walk up to help us with two minutes, this visit was odd. Very odd. Typically you are hounded to the point of walking away.
They apparently only have one guy to do installations who doesnt answer or return phone calls paid alot of money for appliance yet i cant get it installed hm.. Dont know if ill use abc in the future which sucks because ive always went there. In the past they scheduled my installation before i walked out of the store i guess they dont do that anymore
Terrible experience at ABC Warehouse ,dont buy there,the have tricky manager, and lousy sales man there. sold me a large 75 TV, and deliver it to home.and out right from the box it dont work.!! and the not taking it back for replacement, its to large a TV the say, the need manufacture authorization . we are extremely not happy. deliver defective product and dont stand behind it. the sending us to manufacture to deal with, its the manifactore fault the say. and now i see y the store is empty of customers . Stay away from ABC Warehouse at all cost. you will be sorry IF..... .
Horrible Experience with ABC Warehouse. Purchased a Maytag Refrigerator in August, 2013. As of today, 1/28/14, have had 7 service calls for no water and ice and we still do not have water and ice. ABC does not back up their merchandise. Been dealing with a few Managers who unfortunately have been very unprofessional. They tell you what you want to hear. After 7 service calls dont you think that I should get a new refrigerator??? Very poor customer service. I will never buy anything from them and I know a lot of people who will not be shopping at ABC. Very unfortunate - I have purchased a lot merchandise from ABC.
Was gonna start ordering from this place and give up ABT ELECTRONICS. but after speaking to cust service this morning and asking her a simple question of ; is there any promo codes for a new cust. Her response was , we dont do that for anyone!. Really now !!!.guess if thats how you appreciate new buinsness I dont need to be with you all huh. But your mgr wouldnt like your cust service response. You only have a job cause of people like us ordering from you all !!!!!
Jon Balla has always been respectful & has always given me quality work no one is perfect but he he makes a mistake he stands behind his work and he will make it right,I will always deal with Jon Balla for my installs & I recommend all my friends and family,he also helps out with appliances and furniture, all around great guy
Love this place, take a picture of a competitive price somewhere else and they will match it, and deliver free locally..friendly sales staff, but not too pushy, we got a great deal on an upright freezer, and they delivered the next day...thank ABC and keep up the good work...
Bought a car stereo in black Friday, took them 3 weeks to order my mounting bracket, they wanted an extra $150.00 to plug in my Amp and woofers into the new stereo so now I have to uninstall to plug in my Amp wire, all the wires were ran already just a simple connection was all it requires, I dont recommend this store for anything that requires installation, its a joke and a run around, they offered me a discount on my next purchase at their store for my inconvenience, like I will ever spend another dollar there!
I worked with a guy named alan he was very uncomfortable and creepy he followed me around and was very unknowlegable about the product and really slow.kept asking me to buy the warranty before i bought the product after he says i would have to mail it to the manufacturer and i was thinking its a stove how do i mail that.i asked him to give me some space and he kept creeping around corners slowly approaching me i will return but deal with someone else
I had installed car starter for 2006 Honda Odyssey at this place and I had nothing but issue since, car battery keeps going dead after , i went back to get help I get a rude service and no help , this is not professional at all , no professional installation no professional service, I forgot to mention, they cut all the wires in a very bad way.

2022-04-13I bought a deep freeze from them I had it less than 3weeks and it stop working.They re place the unit.But refused to pay for the well over 150 dollars in meat that was in it.I called the manufacturer Avanti and they refuse to help pay for the lost as well.Never going back here again.There is a better store right down the road from them on Monroe st.

2022-06-26Worst company to deal with ever...will never do business with them again. Between them telling us in sorry your information fell through the cracks and lack of knowledge on what is actually going on..was told our ripped product would be fixed instead of replacing it and we are still waiting..like I said...will never do business with them again..weird how to sales person talked us out of the warranty

2022-05-22The first brick and mortar place I check for TVs and appliances. I always find deals. They typically match everyones price. Ive bought a microwave and a refrigerator recently. Before that I bought several TVs, stand, and parts. The staff has always been great. I recommend going here first for major electronics.

2021-12-18They have a large selection of electronics and appliances. They have very competitive prices.. The sales person that greeted us was knowledgeable and helpful, he did not try to pressure us into making a decision.

2021-10-29Never again. Its been 6 months and I still dont have a resolution for the damage the delivery guys did to the freezer door of our new refrigerator. I have called multiple times since the day it was delivered and gotten the run around each time. (My favorite is your salesman will call you back which he has yet to actually do.) Every time I call Ive been told its on my file, but then the next time I call to check they have nothing documented. I filled out the contact form on the main website. Still nothing. I guess Im giving up at this point.We will not be back and for sure wont be recommending to anyone...
