After our reservation with another rental company was missed, ABC was able to get us a great 20x20 frame tent last minute. They came to set it up one hour after our phone call. Very professional. They saved the day! Very grateful.

You learn about your friends when problem strikes, same goes for businesses. Due to unfortunate circumstance I created a problem for them and I am still speechless how they handled it. Im their customer for life and HIGHLY recommend them. For past 10 years i never had issues with their equipment and service, they go beyond typical service.
I ordered 9 tables and 28 chairs and I received exactly what I asked for.Service was fantastic. Steve made my day.Everyone at the party commented on the setup. They were all impressed.Returning the rentals was just as easy and pleasant as getting them. The guys unloaded my truck before was able to assist and the paper work was handled quickly.My rental was for Saturday/Sunday. I was able to pick it up Friday and return it Monday with no extra charge. That made Saturday a lot easier!I have no problem recommending this company. I will definitely use them again.
Ive been renting from these guys for years. Always helpful, cool about return times. Equipment is always in good working condition. This review is long overdue. Really glad to have these guys around
Weve rented a dunk tank from ABC a couple of times, and they are always so easy to deal with. They took the time to explain all the ins-and-outs of how to set it up and how it works. This will continue to be a place we go for renting equipment.
This is the best rental company in northern Ohio. They always have what you need whenever you need it. Stephanie is the most pleasant associate that I have dealt with in any business. I sincerely appreciate the way they treat customers!
I called about purchasing a dunk tank from them. The owner was supposed to get back with me on shipping it to me. I called back on Monday to inquire about it and they informed me that they had sold it to someone else. I think that is crappy business practice. I dont recommend this business at all. If you cant be upfront and honest then your not a very good business
I put a $100 deposit down on 11/13 to rent an item on 11/17. Show up 11/17 and get charged $120 for the daily rental (when I was told it was $100) and then find out this vendor doesnt even have the rental item because the item was not returned on 11/15 like it was supposed to. I did get an apology, but an apology doesnt fix the problem. I planned to do a job and this company failed and wasted my time. Least they could have done is call me the day before to say it wasnt available.Simply poor business practice. So why would I rent from this company rather than United Rental, Sunbelt, or someone else?Ironic thing is that the ABC rental in Warrensville Heights (no business relation) saved they day and had the item and was a pleasure to deal with.
They have just about every item for rent. Are always friendly and explain how to use each piece of equipment. And they open early enough that returns can be made before leaving for work.
Terrible customer service and terrible hours. They close at 5pm and are closed Sundays. They dont accept after hour returns so if you rent anything make sure you take a day off of work to drive back the rental during their limited business hours.

2022-06-16Did you know that you can rent a metal detector from here 🤔, even a dunk tank for your birthday party 🎉 🥳.Among the many tools and tents.Awesome staff and great prices 👍.Looking for propane? If your tank is less than 10 years old then it is able to be filled.

2022-09-14Worked here for all of 2 days, decent people but the business must be struggling because they cant afford to pay their laborers a decent wage ( starting wage less than the neighboring fast food chains ) I hope the company will be ok. Remember that when renting equipment or using their services the new employees will be younger guys just trying to make a living.

2022-09-09Hey ABC do yourselves a favorite, when a potential customer like myself calls to get pricing and I ask how you are doing toda? and your customer service employee responds with busy what can I help you with? That is not a good look and you just lost a potential new customer. Dont like the industry youre in then get out.

2019-07-26We rented folding chairs for our daughters 1st birthday from this location and it was a very simple and easy process. They took care of all the loading and unloading process and the workers were extremely friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I highly recommend ABC Rental for all your rental needs!

2022-04-22BUYER BEWARE. Stay away from this place, you are better off purchasing any equipment you need. They rented me a malfunctioning wind dancer for the same price you can PURCHASE one. When i called to speak to a manager i was told the entire management staff is on vacation. I requested to speak to an owner and i was told the owner was ALSO on vacation. This place need to be SHUT down. You are robbing our parma community!!!

2018-10-04Great store, manly for a smaller equipment. But I think they specialize more in party stuff have some really great looking tents, lots of tables and chairs and banquet type stuff. They even have a dunk tank and other games. The people inside were great. They were able to answer my questions, helped me go through the machine before rental and didnt mind the dog walking around with me.
