Very easy check in and check out process. The golf cart had no issues. The interesting aspect of the cart is the turn signal emits a sound to remind you it is on. Other golf carts on the island do not have this feature and you will see several carts driving with a turn signal on.

Super nice people. Carts are clean and all you need. They only have 4 seat carts but if you book ahead just rent two! Very easy to do business with

2021-08-20I accidentally booked a golf cart here because I didn’t realize my ferry destination port was actually on the south side of the island, and called to try to cancel the reservation. The staff was very friendly and immediately refunded the full amount! Very trustworthy and highly recommended!

2021-06-28Convenient location and friendly staff. Please note that these carts are older and the top only covers the front seats and backseat riders are exposed to the sun/rain. We did have an issue with water coming out of roof and dripping on backseat riders

2021-06-03I have rented from this company 2-3 times in the past. Close to downtown and you can walk there from the Jet Express. They rent overnight which is really nice and their rates are fair. I will continue to rent from them in the future.

2021-09-08Cart worked great and very convenient right next to the bus stop. We just took the downtown bus from the Miller Ferry and the cart rental is right there across the street.

2019-06-06We rented a cart over this past weekend. The young girl working was very friendly, the price for the cart for the day was reasonable and she had given us some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We had a blast and will be renting from them again when we come back.

2018-08-06No personal complaints, just the facts. We reserved our 4person cart online 2 weeks prior for $80+tax via PayPal. Cart was clean. Dan was nice. Our cart seemed slower than others, but not horrible slow (some businesses have faster carts than others). By noon, the rental fee was down to $60. So, eat lunch before renting a cart and save yourself $20. There will be other rentals available unless its a big event weekend (3-4 over the summer). We were amazed at the quantity of carts available on the island. If no carts are available and all are in use, then you DONT want to be on the road driving around! It turns into gridlock downtown and its much faster just to walk. They did nothing to stand out to be any better than any other cart rental. Average = 3 starsRented cart 8/3/18 - Thunderfest and Sailboat Regatta. Frequent boaters, visit PIB regularly.
