Horrible staff very rude! Im a 16yr customer and was completely disrespected and had to turn in lease to go to another location just to get what I needed accomplished. A totally unacceptable situation in my opinion.
Where do I start?? I was at work and informed my family to go look for new couch set at Aarons in Cleveland. While parking she decided to run to restaurant next door and grab menu. Came out two minutes later and I mean two minutes, to have her car on a tow truck while shes standing with one infant and 3 year old. They bullied her and informed her it would cost 160$ to take off lift. Im shocked that Aarons would do business with Vendetta towing and their work practices. Ive read more stories of families with kids in car getting lifted and all to read for anyone on Google. I will not spend thousands with this company any longer and im saddened by what my family had to go threw.
Employee Aaron Williams loves to make racist comments on facebook, using his real name and a profile that clearly identifies him as an Aarons employee in Cleveland. I encourage all customers to skip over Aarons as long as they continue to employ proud racist trolls.
Ive dealt with this rent to own business since 1999 all rent to own is over priced but there payments are pretty good and they deal with you if you dont have your payment for some unforseen reason people have come and gone there but they all have good attitudes
Worst customer service I got approved online but didnt get approved in the store dont make sense going up there now to get my money back. They didnt even give a reason why here I come rent-a-center please dont rent from them!!!

2020-10-09Maria is so nice and beautiful to work with. She answered all my questions and then some. Filling out the application was so fast and easy. Sam was so informative and helpful and very experienced. I was able to receive my item the same day. Payments are minimal and very affordable. I am looking forward to doing business with them for several future purchases. Thank you so very much again. Please stay amazing. The world needs more people like you both 😊🥰❤️

2020-12-04This is for the Aaron’s on loraine Ave, Cleveland Ohio, 44102.Staff are completely rude and disrespectful, the guys that drop items off were very nice and courteous, but the staff that work inside the store ( floor, front desk, manager) are absolutely rude and seem to not care if you do business there or not. I know the area so I am well aware of the people they deal with everyday and can understand how that might thicken a persons skin, but these people are no different. The lady that is always there (Spanish lady... I know that because she said that as she was telling me “I’m Puerto Rican and we say what we feel”).Me and my wife would first and foremost rather buy out any product we need as that is the cheapest way to go as opposed to paying heavy interest but Aaron’s can be a convenient option for something if you need it quickly and don’t have the cash up front, that being said if we ever did business again with this company we would travel to a further location than deal with this one. I hope this review doesn’t affect the delivery staff as I will say again they were very nice, but the people you meet in the store shouldn’t be in customer service!!!

2020-12-04I want to thank this Aarons staff especially Pat & Mickey for working with me on getting my fliving room furniture. With Covid it was on back order for months until I decided on another set and it was easy to change my choice. I also got my bedroom set from there also and LOVE IT! Thanks staff, Angel

2019-01-07Manager is an absolute jerk. Way to lose my business, you flipping tool. I love how you have us in your store three different times, have me call you several times to check on my app, and then never mention any payment issues until your delivery guys are in my living room. Phil is an absolute joke and a completely scatterbrained manager. Avoid this place like the plague.

2019-09-27Went in to rent a set i seen online and when i got there they raised the price by 50 dollars despite the ad. Gave me more false information about the pricing options so i left and went to aarons on snow rd where they honored the ad and ordered it brand new with only $1.00 dollar down !! Steer clear of this place. They lie and try to rip you off

2018-01-12Never had a problem with these guys they have always helped us out and always came when they said and or gave a courtesy call of they couldnt.they really try to help you get what you want.thanks arrons your customer service is great.till i got called on to a fight by a manager in my living room in front of my 2 year old daughter and my family they smashed my fence down and didnt tell me hit and skip...and then tried to fight with me after I waited a month to get my stuff because no one could get a order right.ive contacted my attorney and right now in the process of suing arrons Im meeting with channel 8 next week to show the video of the management trying to ask me do I want to fight in front of my daughter she was crying he was screaming insulting my fiance and my family period
