I bought a Samsung washer and dryer. Before I paid it off I ask that they send it out for repairs. My washer was not spinning correctly and the dryer was running loud compared to when I first bought it. The wasn’t going to take it at first. Then after I got it back a couple months later and had already paid it off. They gave it back not fixed and busted. They broke the lid to my washer. Now I have to tie it up or hold the lid or it just slams right back down. Said they had to order a part it would be a couple month. Nope never did a thing. Now time for a new washer and dryer and I’ve only had this a few years.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. They will work with you when you need it because they would much rather the customer be able to keep their stuff than return it. The products are awesome and a great selection. Fair prices too.

T.V. went bad called Aarons, they are helpful, courteous, and personable. Was able to leave the store that day with a clean perfectly functioning smart flat screen television for 120 days same as cash. Will do more business with them.

Couch cushions ripped on new leather sofa. After 7 months without repair, I turned in the set. High interest but no credit crack. Quick delivery, and nice staff

Used to really love Aarons Ive been doing business with them for years and they was always super friendly and reliable here latley it has really went down. Im purchasing a fridge thats brand new it ended up leaking a guy came and looked at it couldnt find anything wrong with it so he didnt do anything about it well after getting tired of it leaking I called them back and they came and picked it up and gave me a loaner I had the loaner for I think a month or so and didnt hear from anyone so I called them and the fridge was there but no one bothered to call and let me know so they brought my fridge back and I went to put my food in and the drawers was missing so I called the store and they told me the lady that deals with that was off and they would call me back the next day. I never received a call. After this fridge is paid off I think I will go somewhere else.

The best place to rent from! The manager is the best manager i have ever seen. Yvonne is amazing, as is Angela. They will work with you and never ever stalk you for a payment. They are patient and understanding. I will only do business with them.

Tocme they were hostile and attitude was little degrading to me. Was going to be 1 day late on paying but they didnt listen and took the stuff back.
