Leasing a refrigerator and a laptop. Returned the laptop because it was a piece of junk, plus they were charging us $10 more per month than we were originally told.They recommended setting up auto pay and asked when the best time to take money would be, we tell middle of the month. First of the month they try taking their money, plus a late fee because the money wasnt available.When they delivered the fridge they destroyed door trim and didnt bother to offer to repair or replace it. Didnt even bother apologizing.
This place has excellent employees. The company its self ..they are concerned with one thing MONEY! As long as you make your payments its all good but DO NOT run into a problem for even 1 month ! They will not work with you no matter how long you have rented from them. Definitely not concerned with any of their customers problems! Its all about the money!
After a bad experience before, my husband and I decided to try one more time and Im already regretting it!My payment isnt due yet and I get phone calls EVERYDAY... Over 5x throughout the day! Instead of someone leave a voice mail either is silent and they hang up or I hear employees chatting in the background. Theyve also come out to my home 2 days in a row yet no one has knocked on the door or rang the doorbell where they have left a note at twice now. I call in this morning to talk to a manager and get this situated except no manager is in yet and the guy who answers the phone even before I say anything has an attitude. If your employees dont want to answer questions and help a customer understand why this non sense is occurring they shouldnt be working there! Either you need to teach your employees how to leave Voice-mail, knock on doors, and be polite or you need employees who actually know how to treat your customers.
The manager Morgan is very rude and unprofessional! She tried to change my delivery date with no warning I called to make sure she was following thru with her commitment and found out there truck broke down. She wasn’t even going to call me! Then all of a sudden it’s fixed lol!?

2022-02-08Well the tides my girlfriend into getting several things but I got to say when they offered her a laptop for a hundred bucks I cant fault him they said she could have it for $10 to start with and it would probably cost her about a hundred bucks and I was a bargain

2021-05-10I like my furniture. The problem is the store itself. I have called 3 times now to have a recliner returned. Conveniently, never called me back so I would be charged another month for it. Called to talk to them and again was told he wasnt in. Maybe if I dont pay at all they will actually come take it back??? Terrible Customer service!!! No calls back or has an answer. Just shamefull.......

2020-08-08Not a terrible experience but we had a fridge that had to be swapped out three times, our dryer twice, and then we told them to come get their couch and instead of the manager writing it down she just said we will be there Saturday, when I called Saturday to find out what time they would be here I was told i wasnt in the book. I understand the manager is moving to Florida but should keep her head in the game till the day she leaves now i cant reorganize my house until they decide to show up. Super 😡

2016-11-21Ive always been treated very well. They were flexible and found deals that worked for us didnt try to over sell. They were very understanding when we hit a rough patch and worked with us until we got through it. Great communication and excellent service I highly recommend this guys if youre on a budget and need to make payments to buy new items

2019-07-30Staff was very friendly at first. I paid them more than a months rent on a Switch. When I returned it, they refused to return the almost $100 I was owed. Make sure you dont pay early or more than a month. Give them a card that wont work, so that they have to call you to get payment. They were disgusting when I went to return it, then lied about the manager being there.
