Driving thru and saw one of my favorite fast food joints A&W. This location was good. Food was fresh and hot but even better had great customer service. Didnt have ice cream but thats cause truck hadnt made it. Will stop again if Im back this way! Thamks

One entire meal was missing, the Nashville hot chicken leaked all over everything. Chicken looked like it had been sitting out all day
They got the order wrong. Dont order the chilli cheese fries the worst I ever had, nasty. The onion rings seemed to be fried in old or burnt oil. Not going back there again.

Waited 15 minutes ..always slow in drive through. Then told they did not have hot dog buns....hmmm. Hard to eat a chili dog without bun.
Had to be the worst food ever! Hamburger was all bun not much meat and the bacon looked 2 days old. The hotdog bun was to hard to eat.
Its all been good with the new owner! Place is cleaner now and employees seem happy while at work..not like before. Wished the jute box worked but their music is perfect anyway.
The Food was EXCELLENT! The Service was Good, but could have been Better. The Newly Remodeled Dining Room, is AWESOME! Although I miss the Jukebox.
Hit and miss, often out of original recipe. Last 3 visits order has been wrong or incomplete. Often make you pull forward and wait for 10 minutes to get original. Cant figure out the difference between the words additional and substitute. In other words. If I order a 20 dollar fill up and ask for an additional side. They will substitute it for one of the sides that already come with the meal. Come on folks if i ask for something additional that does mean replace what i already ordered.
Its actually a KFC and A&W...went through drive through at 6:15..didnt leave until 6:50...wasnt told there would be a huge wait for chicken...guess so...maybe need more help and be better prepared for dinner rush
Every time Ive visited, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Food is great as A&W goes, and you cant beat an A&W root beer float.
Disappointing...fries and onion rings good. Root beer good. Sandwiches, meat barely warm and bun cold as a stone. Not good enough.
Restaurant was really clean the service was really good and the food was delicious.... Great little place to stop in and grab lunch or dinner great for the whole family

Prices are a bit high, I think.
If I could give them no stars and still rate them it would be more accurate. 3xs I have stopped by and ordered a bacon cheeseburger only to get them home and have no bacon. The first 2xs just ate them anyway, the 3rd time I called and complained and returned them to get it corrected. What I brought home was a stomach churning mess of sauce but it had bacon! My dogs loved it and I will go to work hungry. WILL NEVER RETURN.

2020-12-09Placed order and paid waited 15 minutes but thought thats alright because food would be fresh and hot. I was mistaken the hot dog looked like a slim Jim no bull. I can’t believe a hot dog bun could get that hard but I was wrong. They must have pulled the hamburger pattys out of the refrigerator. The cheese was not melted fries cold we tried to eat in the parking lot but could not eat tried to give to the cats but they knew better. Root beer was good I BLAME MYSELF FOR THINKING I COULD GET GOOD FAST FOOD.

2021-04-06No catsup & no lettuce! I ordered onion for my cheese burger, NONE! What is going on? Had more than plenty of catsup on my cheeseburger that was barely lukewarm. It didnt melt the cheese! This place needs a Manager that cares! I will not be back! My money back would be nice!!!

2021-09-19I would give it zero stars if it was an option. Would only take cash, no chicken tenders, could not read our order back to us, complained because they only had 2 employees, onion rings burned, worst restaurant experience in my life.

2020-03-02I drive 40 minutes from Hamilton to go to the closest store in Eaton. I get told all the time its not worth the drive so for years I never ate there but the idea of burgers from the Yum! brand always made me want to try it. I did not try any of the KFC items because they are everywhere but the A&W burgers I had were great and the root beer is made fresh. My son loves their chili dogs and my 4 year old daughter loved the A&W bear statue. The fries were just ok IMO but you may love them. I ordered cheese curds the second time instead of fries and they were good. 5 stars but remember it is still fast food so its a fast food 5 star.

2020-08-03Store closes at 9. At 8:20 waited at the drive-thru for 15 minutes. Looked liked the cars before us had orders taken, but no one greeted us at the ordering sign. We drove around and they were closed! A sign said open. Perhaps turn your sign around so customers are not waiting (with a toddler) for nothing. So sad.

2021-01-21Food was good, but as usual our order was not accurate. We paid for an extra breast & didnt get it. After three times of getting the wrong order, we now check our food before we leave the drive thru window.

2020-08-17Food quality is hit or miss. Most of the time alright. Biggest downside is they are frequently out of rootbeer. It says A&W Root beer on the side of the building and they will rarely have root beer. Ive gone different times of day multiple different days just to see if they have it because I like the floats, and theyre frequently out.

2018-04-16Good food along with fresh made burgers. I usually opt. For the A&W side of the establishment, representing both KFC & A&W. You can at least count on clean facilities too. They did remove a few of the older owners tables for more room for dine-in guests. Always a good burger, made fresh after you order it. It might take a few minutes but you cannot beat the quality. Theres no getting your order from the drive-thru and it being cold by the time you get home or back to work, because its made right after you order it!

2016-09-03First the food is good as is the root beer. The service is ok but sometimes mistakes are made. Just like anywhere I go I check my order before I leave so its never been an issue. Honestly Ive only had them mess up one order and got some tomatoes when I asked for none. Not a biggie. As for giving them a terrible review like Wendy simply because they forgot bacon well thats a bit unfair. I could see one star if they had bugs and sat their customers on fire but at most some missing bacon is a -2 star offense. 1 star is reserved for the most despicable place you can imagine. Not just over some petty issue. In closing I just want to say, I dont like you Wendy and I hope you go to a true 1 star restaurant where they actually set you on fire and the water they use to put you out gives you typhoid.

2020-01-01I made my order, was told to pull up and wait they would bring my order out. After almost half an hour of waiting I went the store and asked where my food was. After some time they said sorry our computer must have lost you. Your prices have gone way up, your food quality has gone down and now your service sucks too. Do not think I will be seeing ever again.....
