If you prefer to pay for absolutely poor service or no service at all then this is the place to be! The very last time I called for help I was 40 mins away from home with a flat tire. I waited 5 hours total and called multiple times and put in more than one request. Long story short I was left alone in the cold freezing weather by myself for 5 hours. The tow truck driver marked my service as complete but never showed up to help. So out of the last two times I had car problems and needed assistance I had to wait a total of 8 hours and they only came to help me 1 out of 2 times. So if your looking for no help at all or inconsistent or inconsiderate tow truck drivers than then this is the place to be!!!

I called triple A today at 230p and am still sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. I have AAA plus membership and 3 1/2 hours to wait for a tow is unacceptable. I also have a 5 yr old child with me. This is the worst service and I will be calling the BBB on monday. They need to do better.

Waited on the side of the road while on my motorcycle for over 7 hours for a tow that never showed up. Pitch dark outside, side of the road with a dead cell phone, no longer even visible to passing cars by this time completely UNACCEPTABLE and their only defense was we dont have a lot of trucks for motorcycles. Well than why offer the service. Thankfully I made it home safely by someone else not AAA.

It was easy to get my membership started. My one complaint is that the man who sold me my membership failed to mention that my Premier services wouldnt be scalable to use until a week after my purchase. I called to get my car towed & thankfully the dispatcher I spoke to with them informed me up front that if I need to go more than 3 miles, I would have to pay the towing company an extra $5 per mile for anything over that 3 miles. Luckily my disabled vehicle was somewhere safe that it could wait a week to be towed.

The woman at the front desk seemed just as confused as I was over a easy pass. Im 66 years old and zero help was offered except follow instructions. I was already behind for my trip to Richmond Va and wasnt able to activate it till the return trip home since I WAS told its not active for 24. 48 hours so paid higher tolls in PABut as it turns out I recieved bad information from someone who was having problems just printing a receipt. The easy pass was active instantly in actually about 4 minutes to input my info with some help from my daughter.These memberships are not cheap especially for a senior on a fixed income and should come with better customer service. This was Christmas eve day about 11:30 am which led to 35% higher tolls in pa and the inconvenience of not being able to use the easy pass Express lanes. I just expect a higher quality of customer service since thats what I did for the last 11 years before my retirement and to this day operate a wood craft business and am involved with Cleveland Coconut Candles as a sales rep for mahoning/trumble counties and spend a considerable amount of time on the road and count on my AAA services for the past years plus have my adult children on my plan. My new car came with OnStar plus a extended warranty covers me in the new SUV for towing roadside actually the same as AAA plus as a senior I negotiated better protection and prices for both services and the customer service has been right on.Thanks. Had notary and insurance services on a Sat. Incorrectly notarized 2 out of 7 signatures, But the documents were complex and confusing and I didnt catch it either#notmad good place....
