This place is AMAZING! I gave them a broke VHS tape of my parents wedding from 1986 on a Saturday and by Tuesday Duane called me to pick up the DVD! They were professional and very reasonably priced! The DVD of the wedding turned out beautiful and they were able to salvage everything from the broken tape! They even made a beautiful cover for the DVD case! They also fixed my parents tape for me to return back to them! I was very impressed and appreciated their help! I would recommend them to everyone! Thanks guys!!

This is a fantastic local business. They offer so many services and have all kinds of supplies on hand. PERFECT place for anyone who owns media and needs supplies to organize them. Perfect place for anyone who is interested in older media (they have cassette tapes galore!). Duane was super friendly and helpful. Make sure you ask for a catalog to keep on hand at your house! I love having this place only a couple towns away - I will definitely be coming back.

Had a miserable experience with A to Z. Contacted them 3 weeks prior to a planned gig, wanting to have physical copies of the album to sell. Was told the turnaround would be just a few days. Two weeks went by and another reminder was sent, again highlighting the deadline. Received a reply confirming they were working on it. The day came and went and no product was sent. The next day, we contacted them registering our disappointment, and they didnt even bother to acknowledge or apologize, let alone offer a discount; they just forwarded a UPS tracking number showing that they had FINALLY shipped.When we received the order, the inside of the insert was white (we requested and paid for black), and the items were shrink-wrapped (we specifically asked that they not be so we could place download codes inside).I cant recommend strongly enough that you NOT use this company if you care at all about timelines, accuracy, or customer service. Truly abysmal.

On a referral from Play it Again Sam, I attempted to salvage an old audio cassette recording. Although the tape was in fact blank, I wasn’t charged for the diagnosis and efforts. As a supporter and preservationist of physical media, Cleveland is lucky to have the expertise and services available at places like A to Z, with customer service skills to match. Now that I know, I will definitely return here for future projects!

I have done every release of mine there. New and re-presses of old releases that were previously done elsewhere. I have zero complaints. So lets review: 6 CDs out and no hassles? Doesnt get much better than that.
