We are absolutely ecstatic about the results of our carpet cleaning!! I will never used another company. Our carpets were in bad shape from our puppy and they look and smell brand new. Cannot recommend them enough!

During the conversation Joe was very specific, explained the cleaning process in detail, and made sure he and I were on the same page. One point that stuck with me Was how important communication between joe and the home owner is.Upon arrival I walked the areas with Joe and explained where I needed special attention. Once I explain to Joe he was Off to work and did a fantastic job. He was very careful around my home Making sure to put guards around corners of walls doors etc. in addition Joe put down A soft pad to protect my wood floor while he walked on And laid hose on across it. Overall I was very pleased and very impressed with their service and would recommend as well as use them again.

He actually recommended getting some padding replaced before getting the carpet cleaned even though that could have caused me to go elsewhere. I saw what a great job Joe did at the home of friends (the water came out clear at the end of the cleaning process, which was so reassuring to me, and we even felt comfortable leaving for several hours while he worked!). I was excited to call to get my rugs done and now mine also look great and smell fresh, and Joe was just as friendly and helpful as he did the work at my house as at theirs. [I know many would say it’s “just” getting rugs cleaned, but to me it felt like Christmas to have this job done and done so quickly and well! :)] I highly recommend A Kleener Image without any reservations, and I’ve already told others about my experience. I only call A Kleener Image. They are always professional, friendly with great communication at every step. The carpet cleaning results always exceed my expectations and no toxic odor. I had a large red wine spill on light berber carpet..it dried and left a dark purple area. A Kleener Image came out that same week and the stain is now gone. Gone! Im happy and honestly still a bit stunned that its gone! Highly recommend!!

Joe was great from the first time we spoke all the way till the day the work was complete. He always picked up the phone when I called, came over for an estimate and was informative prior to the job date. He showed up when he said he would and the carpets came out looking and smelling great. Definitely plan to use in the future for annual carpet cleanings!
I highly recommend A Kleener Image. We had a new house built with considerable construction dirt. They cleaned the carpet, luxury vinyl flooring and cement floor in the basement. Terrific job. Very reasonably priced. They charged me less than the original quote. Professional, friendly and informative. I will use them again and again.
Great communication and work! They cleaned our carpets and couch, which needed it because we have three dogs. They communicated at every step, arrived on time and did a great job! We originally requested additional work that they determined wasnt necessary once they arrived and looked at our carpet, so it was less expensive than expected. Its nice to know that they are not just looking to charge for unneccessary work. They really look out for their customers. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Joe and Jason were absolutely the most professional carpet cleaning team ever. They busted out and cleaned every inch of my carpet in my home. Extra care was taken to move furniture and protect surfaces like it was their own. My carpet looks brand new! Did I mention the tile and grout cleaning? The 20+year old tile in my kitchen looks like it first did when installed. They sealed it and should look this good for many more years to come. If you need carpet or tile cleaning please call Joe. All I can say is Wow! We had our downstairs carpeting cleaned by Joe and they look brand spanking new! Joe was professional from start to finish. Joe, Jason and A Kleener Image cleaned our carpeted areas in our new home before we moved in. I have a cat allergy and the previous owners had cats. After telling Jason about our concerns with my allergy he walked me through their process and let me know that it would help remove all of the pet hair. Getting an over-the-phone quote from A Kleener Image was easy and convenient. Their website and the accompanying reviews had convinced me that they knew how to clean carpets probably better than anyone else. Our carpets are over twenty years old, had been self-cleaned several times over the years, but not professionally for quite a while. Our kid’s bedrooms in particular had a good number of stains, and the high-traffic staircase to the basement was streaked from a botched self-cleaning job and quite matted down. Not anymore! Jason did a great job getting it to look amazing. Even the steps looked clean, uniform in color, and much revitalized. Our home’s configuration required some extra effort on his part in order to bring in his hoses to the far-reaching areas, but he gladly did what needed to be done including moving the large furniture items to get to the hard reached places. He was very conscientious of protecting our flooring and wall edges from the hose and his equipment. He was very courteous, wore his mask, and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. I believe their pricing is competitive but the bonus is the quality of work.

After looking online and seeing such great reviews, I decided to callA Kleener Image. When I called, I spoke to the owner, Joe who was able to get me scheduled for the day I was hoping to get my basement carpet cleaned. He arrived on time and explained to my husband and myself what he was going to do. He was very courteous and was able to get all the stains out of our carpet. Previous owners of our home had a pet and we were concerned with the cleanliness of the basement carpet on which we know that our grandkids will be rolling around. The guys were personable, prompt and respectful of the wood floors that they had to cross. Oh, yeah, and the carpet (including two sets of stairs) came out fresh and clean! Very pleased!
Fantastic service! Joe came out to clean our two couches and great room carpet. Wow is all I can say. Our couches are 8 years old and with 3 kids and 2 dogs they have had their fair share of spills and dirt. They now look brand new! The carpet also looks brighter and the dog smell is gone. These guys did a great job. Showed up on time. Worked around a delivery I had. Cleaned all the carpets throughout our home it took just about the amount of time they said it would. Got a discount because the basement is only half finished. I’m very happy with the results!
Jason arrived at the agreed upon time. He listened to our concerns about stains and was able to remove them all. Our carpet looks like new. Then, Joe came the next day to add a protective coating similar to Scotchguard as we didnt realize when we scheduled that that was an available service. Were very happy with the results.

After purchasing our first home, we realized that we needed to get to work cleaning the home up to our own standards. The tile floor throughout the entire house had seen better days (FYI- if you’re trying to sell your home, please DON’T take the cheap route of drowning your floors in Mop-n-Glow!) From the very beginning, I had an excellent experience. Joe and Jason are absolutely fantastic- they are professional, knowledgeable, genuine, and honest. They thoroughly explained the how and why of the cleaning process and educated me about the best way to clean and care for my floors. Now, my floors look AMAZING!! They were able to get rid of 25 years worth of “gunk” left by the previous owner. Excellent service, excellent attention to detail, and excellent human beings. I had to reschedule my initial service due to a very significant loss in my family and the kindness and empathy they showed me was truly heartfelt. Joe is very responsive, professional, and friendly. He did a great job cleaning my dining seat cushions. I have 3 toddlers that made the chairs obscenely filthy. Now they are clean! He got paint stains, blueberry stains, and many mystery stains out of the cushions! I was pleasantly surprised at how well they turned out. We originally just scheduled for the chairs, but someone had an accident on the mattress 2 nights before and Joe made time to also clean the mattress. I was very happy with the results. I had strongly considered throwing the mattress away because I was disgusted by the smell and idea of the mess. A guest much older than my children left a very large stain. After Joe finished, the smell was gone and I feel confident that it is clean. I wont have to buy a new mattress anytime soon! Excellent work! I absolutely recommend this company! The service was fantastic. The guys are super personable and it was such a painless process. They came to my home, picked up my large 7x10 area rug, and returned it back to me spotless and in a very timely manner. My area rug had 10 years of stains, playdough and something that appeared to be Tar like (lots of traffic and kids spills) my carpet looks brand new. I am so impressed with the great job they did cleaning my carpets. I wished I found them a long time ago, but I found them now and will have them doing my carpets for now on. Very professional, honest and price is very good. They cleaned my carpets better the first time around better than other companies have done 5/6 times before. They even got out old paint, dog hair and Lord knows what else that has been living in the fibers. And my carpets even smell fresh! Other carpet cleaners dont even come close to these guys. L needed a pre-listing carpet cleaning. A Kleener Image got me scheduled within 2 weeks during a hot real estate market. Joe, the owner, explained their top of the line method well. Jason, the technician who did the work, could not have been more courteous.He cleaned 4 large rooms and the hallway and stairs in the morning and the professional photographer shot my house in the afternoon. l showed the house in 48 hours and the carpets were clean, bright and fluffy. l would use them again for this service.
Kleener Image was recommended by a house stager we engaged as we prepare to sell our house. We contracted the company and while they were a bit on the expensive side, their performance was impeccable. Stains that we thought were permanent (nail polish, makeup, coffee, markers, etc) vanished. The team, owner brothers, went well beyond normal carpet cleaners, moving furniture and got up close to the walls. They were very professional and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with their performance. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants their carpets back to as close to new as possible.

08Apr2021:Best clean EVER!Worth every penny.Had a large living, dinning, 3 bedrooms & a hallway of cream colored carpet, plus 2 recliners and a sofa cleaned. This family owned business knows customer service! They arrived on time with ALL the right Quiet equipment to clean, extract & fluff the carpet. They moved furniture as needed & made the carpet, recliners and sofa look like new. They completed this 2000+ sqft job with furniture in just over 5 hours protecting all the furniture feet, wall corners and wood floors. The carpet & upholstery was almost dry when they left. Thank you so much for making MOMs home sparkle. She was so happy with the surprise.

Fabulous results. Carpet and furniture look like new. Have 2 large dogs and 2 cats so lots of dirt and fur shedding. They have an extra step in process - a deep extraction machine that pushes cleaning solution down to base of fibers for deeper thorough cleaning and it pulls out the animal hair and dirt from deep at base of fibers OMG the gobs of animal hair that my vacuum doesnt touch. Very professional and thorough, did not rush through job, fully explained process and products. Highly, highly recommend!!

I could not be more pleased with the great service provided by A Kleener Image! Joe is extremely customer focused and worked diligently to clean my husbands old recliner. It actually required him to clean it three time, but, when he was done, it looked brand new! Even though other companies had cleaned our carpets several times in recent years, they never could remove two dark spots in our family room left from the previous owners. Joe did!More impressively, before our carpets were cleaned, we moved a big potted plant and, to my horror, we found a horrible, dark brown spot where water must have leaked out under the pot into the carpet. I had serious doubts that the stain could ever be removed. Joe worked hard and the spot was now yellow instead of brown, but still evident. He offered to come back again. In fact, he came back three times and, with each application, the spot was cleaner. It is barely visible now!As owner of this company, Joe is very knowledgeable and very conscientious. I decided to do some research this time after using the typical overpriced commercialized carpet cleaners. After some research A Kleeener Image is a great company that is very upfront with no upselling of useless products to make money off you. I was very impressed with the customer service, quality of work, and knowledge that was told about the process. Unlike the chain carpet cleaners these guys actually took their time and did a REAL cleaning job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional quality job. I seriously wish I could give them 10 stars. Best company Ive worked with in a long time.I called a few carpet cleaning places but was immediately impressed by Kleener Image. Other companies wanted me to have someone come out to give an estimate, then return to do the cleaning. Im busy- I mean REALLY busy so this was an inconvenience. However, Kleener Image asked me a few questions, gave me an estimate over the phone and honored it when they arrived. Perfect!!I have a senior dog and a rescue dog that is still learning his manners. Joe and Kason are two of the most stand up guys that I know. We have an issue with an old pet not being able to make it outside in time. These guys clean our carpet religiously every 6 months. When one area couldn’t be cleaned well enough Joe called me and said he would do it but he recommended replacement. Kleener Image did a great job on my 2 sitting chairs. He was able remove so many stains on my very light colored chairs. One stain was purple and you can’t even tell it was there! They were very nice and prompt. I will definitely use them again.

Joe was very professional and got 3 areas (dining room, stairs and loft) done within about 90 minutes or so. Joe does an amazing job our carpets! About 2 weeks after I had my carpets done, my dog stepped in dog poop and tracked it all over my freshly cleaned carpets! EXCELLENT !!!!I had my carpet and kitchen tile cleaned and the results more than met my expectations. We had stains from our basement bar along with a cat and dog and every last stain and spill was completely removed. The carpet smelled and looked brand new. The kitchen tile had a lot of stains that have been building up and again every bad area was cleaned to perfection. I highly recommend this company. Highly recommend! I sent a Facebook message on a Sunday night and I heard back from Joe first thing Monday morning. He was able to come out right away. Based on the stain, he said there was only a 50/50 chance it would come out. When it didn’t, he recommended someone to come out and patch it and he was great! 2022-03-03Great job cleaning tile and grout. Also had stairs and area rugs cleaned. Everything looks great! Very impressed with their set up covering my doorway to keep the cold out while the door is open and how they protected my floors and doorways so their equipment wouldn’t scratch. Also they use green products so no harsh chemicals which is a big plus. Overall experience is A+. Owners Joe and Jason were great. Love supporting local small businesses.

2022-04-08Joe and Jason came to our rescue twice in a 3 week time period. Our poor dog got sick and we ended up with muddy stains throughout the house after scrubbing and using an upright at-home carpet cleaner. In addition, the smell lingered. I called and Joe came out the next day. He was able to restore our carpets to like new condition and leave them sanitized and smelling fresh! I was horrified when we found another dog mess in my sons playroom 3 weeks later. I called looking for suggestions and a price quote. To my surprise, Jason offered to stop by the next day and take care of it! The professionalism and customer service was beyond our expectations. Their prices compare to other carpet services, but the quality of service all around is far superior. A Kleener Image has earned our loyalty!

He was very honest in giving me his opinion about whether I should clean the carpeting in my guest bedrooms. Our carpeting that he cleaned now looks brand new, especially in the areas that were starting to look a little worn from daily use. I would highly recommend A Kleener Image. Excellent communication, and they moved a few heavy items left behind from the previous owner that I couldn’t move on my own. I can’t believe how clean the carpet was when they were finished. 2022-09-20Just last week, they cleaned the wall to wall carpet in four rooms of our home, in addition to a small area rug.Was very impressed with how carefully they prepped for their work, including going through each room to address any of my concerns regarding spots or stains, laying down protective sheeting in the foyer and hallways to protect the hard surface floors from their hoses, putting stakes on the edge of the landscape beds to serve as guides for the hoses from their truck and to protect our plants. The rep also wore shoe covers.All stains were removed as promised and the carpet looks brand new again! Additionally, I was told to contact them within 30 days if any stains returned.Was so impressed, I requested a quote on cleaning all of the carpet on the 2nd floor of our house. Have scheduled them to do this before the holidays.All of the five star reviews are well deserved, based on my experience. Have already highly recommended them to a friend.
