Thank you so much to the staff at A-Best Termite & Pest control. The officer manager, Tammy, was sweet, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The technician who came out, the same day I called, was Jeff, and he was very thorough, explained everything to me, and took care of everything we needed. A similar company tried to charge me over a thousand dollars more for the same service A-Best did for us. They make sure you are taken care of, and dont have to pay for anything you dont need. I highly recommend them for any pest control need you may have!
Came in, looked around a tiny little bit gave and quoted for termite treatment. Got a second inspection. We found out there is absolutely no signs of termites its water damage and the bugs seen were ants and ant larvae. These guys are ripping people off and dont care.

Called these guys on a Monday morning and 2 hours later my bee problem was gone! Jeff was professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was extremely fair. How is that for service!!!!!!

So I paid 60.00dllrs for a inspection, the agent or expert said it was mice, even after I showed him how my chair was ripped and shredded in back he then said he didnt know What it was, but finally said mice,so he set out bait stations for mice, well 16days and things are worst, and more major damage points to it being a rat, so I take my destroyed backpack to abest and ask the same technician is it mouse or rat, again he says he doesnt know, but looks at a plastic container that had a 4 inch hole chewed out and he says it must be a rat, instead of setting up a appointment to re bait for a rat he has me purchase 3 rat traps and says if they put the traps out its not a guarantee, oh and rats dont really eat poison out a rat bait station, so they may know insects,but have no knowledge on rodents, if I could give 0 stars I would.

I will not recommend. Inspection sloppy. Had to ask them to check other rooms other than one infested room.Uninformative on procedure of re infestation control.Expensive for less than average service.

2022-04-20I spent almost an entire day working with Tammy there on an issue that ended up not being the major problem we thought it may be. They could have mislead us and charged us a lot of money for a service we didn’t need! But they were upfront and honest, they weren’t just out to make a buck!! It all ended well, and I will defiantly be recommending them.
