I highly recommend A-1 Piano Movers. Very friendly and thorough customer service, and timely delivery. They took the utmost care with my piano, and were very professional. The price, service, and overall quality cannot be beat.
Ive had these guys move 2 pianos for me, both time they were easy to deal with, showed up on time, and took good care of my piano and home. They did an excellent job, we were quite happy with the price and service. highly recommend
Excellent customer service and truly professional work. From the moment I called and spoke to the gentleman on the phone I felt reassured that I was dealing with the right people for my 1910 Lindeman upright player paino. When they arrived, they made the work look so easy and effortless that I was honestly blown away. As a Realtor I come across clients with pianos from time to time... there is no doubt as to who I will recommend.
I am a piano technician. A-1 moved two pianos for me: one to my home and one within my home from upstairs to downstairs. They were professional, efficient, flexible, and safety-conscious. Highly recommended.
The gentleman that moved my piano were great! Super nice, swift, and professional. Worth every penny!

2022-08-04I almost went with another piano moving company but immediately switched to A-1 after interacting with their office. Everyone is so warm and kind, from the office manager to the crew! I feel they really care about the customer and the instruments.I recently was able to transport my late mothers piano with their help. If you are in a similar position of doing a long-distance move with a beloved family heirloom, I would recommend this company highly. Thank you!!

2022-04-19I’ve used them twice over the years, very professional, very quick/efficient, zero damage to my piano, floors, walls, etc despite it being a tough/tight fit up uneven steps/landings! I’ll never use another piano mover. 😁

2020-07-29A - 1 Piano Movers arrived AHEAD of time to move our piano from one room to another.They surveyed the task at hand, immediately went to work, wrapped the instrument, had it up on the dolly and in it’s new room and placed faster than we could imagine.I was impressed with the care they demonstrated with the piano as well our home. They were so friendly it was a joy to have them here.The quoted price was very reasonable and remained in force.There is no doubt I would be calling A - 1 again.Thanks for a job well done.

2021-02-15A1 Piano Movers was a great company to work with. I had some last minute changes to my reservation, and they went above and beyond to accommodate the changes. They were consistently easy to get ahold of and communicate with. They were extremely efficient, professional and timely in the pick up and delivery. They made the whole process seamless, and I will definitely use them in the future.

2018-08-17They did a fantastic job! They arrived the first day and realized our antique grand player piano would be too much for two guys going around a tight turn and down steps. They arrived early the next day with a larger crew and made the job look easy. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone having a piano moved!

2017-07-27A1 Piano Movers are careful & thorough instrument movers. Even though they are Dayton based, they were in Cincinnati today for another job and were able to move a piano across town for me. We had a tight schedule, I had to run an errand between the pick-up and delivery and A1 managed to find my house & set up for delivery by the time I arrived home. Pianos usually need to be tuned upon delivery - they were so careful with this older upright that I only needed to tweak a few keys to allow my son to take todays lesson on it. Ive had other pianos move 10 feet and need a professional tuning before you can bear to listen to them being played.Cant say enough, these folks are superb!

2021-02-02A-1 was able to move my 1960s CONN organ over the weekend. We needed to find someone quickly to make the move happen by the end of the month. The gentlemen they sent us were prompt, efficient, and so very pleasant! Their customer service people were also friendly and very helpful. I am 100% satisfied with A-1 and though I hope not to move again any time soon, I will be using them next time!

2020-02-08I had a great experience with these guys. From the initial call to schedule all the way to drop off they were kind and accommodating. Steve scheduled the job for me and Chris and a couple other guys delivered the piano. They were friendly and quick. If I ever need to move a piano again they will be my go-to!
