If I could leave a 0/5 or negative rating I would. I have had difficulty with both 41 West and Park East - The Hiatus, leading to me question the integrity of My Place Group Property Management.I am currently relocating to begin residency in Cleveland. I reached out to 41 West and initially Lexi was responsive and prompt to send video tours/answer questions. The unit that was available at the time was A2 507 sq ft, which was far too small. She preceded to send me information about Clinton West which had bigger units, but I found them overpriced and did not love the finishes.I reached out to the Hiatus and saw the project was under construction. I was informed by Svetlana and Ashley that the apartment would be available for occupancy during my desired move in date 6/1/2022. Svetlana quickly became unresponsive and failed to answer questions or provide the video tours discussed. Ashley quickly picked up the slack, encouraged me to apply and shared she would send me video tours of the unit. I applied (4/5/22), received approval (4/6/22) and within one day (4/7/22) received a video tour of the unit. I was unimpressed. From the video I could tell the quality of the renovation and instantly knew The Hiatus may not have been the best place for me. However, I requested information regarding floor plan and a lease (4/7/22) as at that point, I needed to settle my housing. Both Svetlana and Ashley had been unresponsive and never got back to me with a leasing agreement or an update on property development.I reached out to Lexi on 4/12/22, as a bigger 1bd floor plan opened up at 41 West (C1) and requested information on if my application could be transferred to 41 West. She assured me it could and let me know she would send videos of floor plan C1, ASAP. Two business days went by without videos, I sent several texts and ultimately had to call and leave a VM to receive an update on if the unit was still available. She immediately texted and said she had not been receiving my messages and would send units right away, once I confirmed which one, I wanted to see. I immediately responded and went hours without video tours. Once I received the tour, I informed Lexi I would like to go forward with a lease on C1. She encouraged to me apply, and I reminded her she explained my application could be transferred of which she again confirmed was possible. This communication occurred 4/12/22. I have yet to hear from Lexi or receive a leasing agreement.Today, I received an email from Makayla at Park East – The Hiatus, informing me the property would not be ready for move in until 7/15/22, as they are experiencing delays and asked if I would like a lease. I declined. Overall, poor communication, and unprofessionalism has led to my disinterest, I could not imagine being a tenant at either property. My place group utilizes hard credit pulls, I would have never wasted my time applying or accepting an inquiry, had I known this would be the experience. If you are relocating from out of state and need prompt, professional assistance, I would not recommend.

Although initial problems prefaced the brand new build, the builders and management company were quick to rectify issues. This is a new building with beautiful finishes and layout options. Within the heart of downtown Ohio City, lots of walkable and desirable areas / restaurants / bars . Danielle and Lexi are great additions to the My Place Group and excited to see the building finished in all its glory.

Well, my real estate circumstances were far from ordinary, but working with MyPlace group to get me a lease was a dream. The apartment I had was sleek with great appliances and a spacious bathroom. Insulation in winter and AC in summer were both great. Noise pollution from outside was average for a minimally bustling urban area, but there’s hardly any neighbor noise. (I’m a classical musician and practice several hours a day. My neighbors said they could hear me in the hallway, but not once they were inside their apartments!) The price was right, considering the level of amenities and 41 West’s proximity to public transport, restaurants, other goods and services. It’s been a great place to live!

Location is great! A very walkable area with so many bars and restaurants near by, yet not congested with traffic. West 25th Street is only a 15 minute walk away and only a minute away from the highway.Building is brand new. A couple issues in the unit but nothing I wouldnt expect after new construction. Maintenance is responsive.Overall a beautiful building with quiet neighbors and a luxury feel!

*Update May 31st, 2022*Theres still a ton of electrical issues with this building. I dont know if its because its older or what, but I WOULD NOT recommend renting from here until they fix them. Im sure theyll downplay the electrical issues when you tour the place, but I had to contact them numerous times to get my fridge fixed AGAIN. I still cant use basic appliances without my panel tripping. The elevator STILL goes down randomly.Staff are nice, but theres tons of electrical issues plaguing this building, even though its a new construction. Elevator will randomly break down for days at a time, and my fridge wasnt working for a week. I do not recommend you consider this place until they fix the building.

I’ve lived here about 3 months and so far so good! The staff is friendly and the complex is always clean. They are very accommodating to find a solution that works best for all parties involved if any issues do arise! It’s a brand new building so some amenities are still being finalized but my unit is completely functional and I have has no issues.

I am not a resident; however, I drove from Buffalo to Cleveland (3hr drive) to tour the apartment Saturday at 10 am. No one showed up to the appointment, I waited 20 mins and I called 3 times including the number the lady called from to set the appoinment. The entrance pad did not have the option set up to call the leasing office. No one called me to cancel or let me know anything. I just wasted my time and gas money. I am very dissapointed.

I moved to Cleveland for work, and I had two weeks to find a place to live. The universe was looking out for me. 41West accommodated to my needs and welcomed me with kindness. Although there were a couple issues in the beginning, they quickly addressed it. I’m learning that I picked a pretty great spot to live!

Fantastic Experience at 41 west so far. Great location in Ohio City within walking distance of restaurants, bars, etc. A couple hiccups upon moving in but they were resolved in a very timely manner upon request. Was apprehensive to move to a new building but my stay has lived up to expectations!

Gorgeous building and super friendly staff! The leasing manager was super attentive, polite and helped me find the perfect apartment. Cant wait to move in this summer
